We really enjoyed our time at Dewi and Alessandro's house. Alessandro met us on arrival and was very thorough going over how everything work and the care for the kitties so we really had no problems during our stay. Both Dewi and Ali were very nice people , pleasent and easy to commnicate with. The apartment is very nice and spacious, with comfortable rooms and a big terrace. Location is fantastic, shops, resturants, markets all close by and it felt very safe to walk the streets. You can even walk to the center, see the Duomo and so much more. The kitties Tara and Cacao were both adorable and fun. They were both happy to play of just lounge about and get pets. Tara was suppose to be shy but took a liking to Sevyn right away and spent alot of time sitting on his chest. We totally recommend sitting for Tara and Cacao and visiting Milano. Great experienc all around . Hope we can come back someday and Thanks so much .
Michael and Ashley kindly welcomed my husband and I into their home. We were able to meet them and they showed us around, where we would be staying, and any garden care. We were transitioning into a new home and they were very thoughtful and sent us a housewarming gift. I can’t say enough about how sweet their kitties are—Romeo is such a good cuddler and lap cat. Once Peachy warms up to you, she’s very playful and will follow you around with sweet little meows. They were very easy to take care of and kept me company at night. I would highly recommend this sit and would gladly take care of their home and pets again!
It was absolutely our pleasure to have cared for Steve and Penny's house and their "fur babies." Their home is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and id ideally located next to the surrounding countryside, which is gorgeous. We became close to Steve and Penny's very sweet cocker spaniel dogs - Hollie and Cookie. Irene and I will miss walking the dogs on the farmland walking trails, the dogs greeting us in the morning with their tails wagging furiously and snuggling up with them on the couch while watching the telly. We are thrilled to post this review and, if you are considering house sitting in England, we recommend house sitting for Steve and Penny with 100% confidence.
Eleanor and her partner left very clear instructions for looking after Pan and Ferdie and the house, which made things very straightforward! They were also quick to respond to any queries. The cats are so sweet and lovely — they were quite shy at first but came out of their shells over the course of the sit which was so nice to experience. The house itself is beautiful, well equipped, and very comfy. It’s close to two stations for getting all around London and there’s lots in the area!
Most important thing first; Tom and Jerry were absolutely delightful and so easy to look after. They were cuddly and confident with us from day one, and they always came home for food at the same time every day. They loved watching TV with us, talking to us and knew exactly how to melt our hearts to get treats. Nick and Ellen - the most welcoming and warm people you will ever housesit for. They were so easy and enjoyable to talk to, they felt more like friends than houseowners. They are just the kind of people who think of everything and genuinely care about others. I'm so thankful for crossing paths with this couple. The apartment was absolutely flawless and so comfortable, there was literally nothing more we could have asked for. The aircon was a godsend in the August heat, and the pool next door at O'Pirata was used almost every day (the food there is great too!). The area is extremely convenient with everything you need within walking distance, including the lovely beach and marina. We kept saying every day we couldn't believe we were so lucky to be there - so if you ever get a chance to housesit for Nick and Ellen, you should absolutely do it.
Michelle was very friendly and helpful with everything. She even went, and did a bit of food shopping for me, that is always very appreciated. The house is absolutely gorgeous, bright and spacious. The kitchen, one of them American kitchens, with an island, which I absolutely love. A huge, massive, lovely garden, to hang out in, as well.
Orlando, was an absolute dream to look after, he is a proper stunner, big gorgeous Siberian cat. Very friendly, affectionate and chatty. He let me pick him up, without any fuss, and just flopped back in my arms, like a baby. I got loads of big hugs from him. I would love to look after him again. Thank you again Michelle & Family for a lovely sit.
