We were delighted with the care Alison took of our home and our pooch while we were away for two weeks. Circumstances had allowed us to meet briefly in person before the sit and Alison immediately gave an impression of warmth and competence. Poppy took to her straightaway too - always a good sign. Communication before, during and at the end of the sit was excellent. Alison sent us photos of Poppy enjoying their many days out while we were away, and it was evident that the two of them had developed a nice bond. When we arrived home the house was immaculate and Poppy had clearly been very well looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alison to other members of the TH community and hope that she will be able to sit for us again in the future.
Emma is very practical and doesn't hesitate to ask questions when needed and follows instructions carefully. She took very good care of cats, paying attention to details and promptly communicating any concern. She was patient and could handle unusual behaviour. We returned to a spotless and tidy home. I was moved by how well things went. I can't thank Emma enough for all she did and how she did it!

Stefanie and Matt are wonderful people. They were available to answer questions, considerate of my needs and apologized for any inconveniences I had to deal with while staying at their place. They also allowed me to borrow their car, which was a huge help. The place was nice and comfortable, but many appliances and tools didn’t work as hoped and there were some missing instructions and tips in the Welcome Guide. Their dog was a sweetheart, well-behaved, and it was nice to have her company. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend staying at their place!
