Michael’s pups Winnie and Violet are the biggest cuddle bugs and great to hang out with! They were very friendly and crate trained so there was never a big fuss when we had to be out between walks. The apartment is great for solo or couple travelers and conveniently located in Hell’s Kitchen with ample access to public transit and restaurants/bars. Hope we can sit for Michael again if we get the chance!
An amazing sit! Charlotte and Andrew were extremely nice and welcoming hosts. Archie and Ruby are very independent, very easy to take care of and they love to be outside so when they want your attention - use the momentum to enjoy them :) Balham is a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and great links to the center. We're really hope to sit for Archie and Ruby again!
We spent 20 memorable days in this amazing house enriched by the presence of these two furry companions. Zoey and Felipe, with their playful antics and charming personalities, seamlessly became part of our daily routines. Their ability to turn work hours into moments of laughter and joy was truly remarkable. As we spent countless hours working, the cats became our co-workers in their own delightful way. Whether it was Zoey's curious exploration of our workspace or Felipe's cozy naps nearby, their company was a constant source of comfort. The stunning house, a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, provided the perfect backdrop for our bonding moments. From lounging by the poolside to finding cozy nooks to work from, every corner of the house seemed to whisper stories of relaxation and happiness. Aneka and Raul's thoughtful communication and warm hospitality made the experience even more exceptional. Their genuine care for their beloved cats created a great environment. As we say goodbye to Zoey and Felipe, we carry with us not just memories, but a sense of gratitude for the cherished moments and the bonds that were formed. Until our paths cross again, may Zoey and Felipe continue to bring joy and laughter to their beautiful home. 🏡😺💕
From the start Jemina's communication was wonderful and meeting the family and Lupin in person was a delight. Their home is situated in a residential, peaceful area of Edinburgh but everything is very easily accessible, even by foot. The Meadows and Arthur's Seat is literally around the corner. The main hot spots are a short walk away. The home is a true reflection of the owners, warm and pleasant. All the necessary info about the home and what to do whilst there was very nicely provided in a binder. Lupin, be still my heart. He is super affectionate and loves to be with you most of the time. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
The lovely old farmhouse with it's huge kitchen and warm Aga was a real treat in rural Dorset during a rather chilly wet spell in July. Cola the Labrador was well behaved and took us on some good long walks up to the top of the ridges to see the views. Chief the kitten is quite independent and came and went as he pleased. The chooks lay non-stop and we enjoyed eggs most days in some form or another. Thank you Harriet for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.
This sit was an overall unforgettable experience. From the very first second, Jodie, Ben and Dali made us feel very welcome and at home. Dali is the most gentle and loving cat. He is an absolute gift to look after, as he is independent and strolls around on his own but also loves your company with plenty of cuddles and love. We enjoyed his calming and relaxing character - and the best part is feeding him treats. Dali really makes your heart melt. Jodie and Ben put in a lot of effort and prepared our sit perfectly so that no question remained unanswered. We were even invited to spent the night prior to their travels at their house, to ensure all task were handed over completely. This was a beautiful opportunity to also get to know Jodie and Ben better. There was this immediate feeling of warmth and closeness - we are very happy we got to meet them. The tasks around the house were easy to fulfill. Some watering of plants was needed and looking after the worm farm which is very low maintenance. And its so worth it: The meditative garden - or should I say jungle - area is stunning! We enjoyed lots of time outside there or on the breathtaking veranda. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable. During our stay, the communication was effortless and easy. Thank you so much, Jodie, Ben and Dali - for trusting us! We are sure we will meet again during our time in Australia - and if the opportunity comes up, we would love to sit Dali again in the future.
