They're very hospitable and it was a great pleasure to spend time with them - they showed us Hamburg and Kiel in addition to showing around in Henstedt itself. Money is gentle and friendly, we adore him and miss greatly. Every time I eat an apple I regret not sharing it with him)

With lots of house sitting experience through THS and beyond over the last 7 years, it is hard to pick favourites when thinking of the pets we've cared for. However, in regard to Lindsey and Lenny's beautiful Great Danes, Zoe and Onyx, we truly fell in love with them in a very short amount of time and think they became one of our all time favourites to look after. They are both enormous sweethearts with a boat load of affection and love to give. When we had to say goodbye we were a little heartbroken. They are like two peas in a pod and they know their routine almost to the exact minute and they will politely remind you when it's time for a walk, meal time, or that they are in need of some attention. We really enjoyed taking them on their daily walks and sitting with them on the porch, taking in the wonderful neighbourhood Lindsey and Lenny live in. The girls are very well behaved on their leashes, Zoe is a little stronger than Onyx and loves to lead the way. We didn't have any issues with the many other dogs we would see, although we did cross the street as it's clear Zoe wants to introduce herself and play. Feeding, night time, wake-up were all very straight forward in between bouts of cuddling or their "show and tell" sessions with their toys. Lindsey and Lenny have a very well mapped out Welcome Guide and instantly answered any quick queries we had, so communication was easy- breezy. They have a wonderful home that is relaxing and comfortable, with everything a person could need for a lovely stay, and they were even thoughtful enough to leave us a gift to enjoy on Christmas Day, which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend applying to sit for them but be warned, Zoe and Onyx will melt your hearts and make you not want to leave. Thank you once again Lindsey and Lenny. Should you ever want to visit Vancouver Island with the family and do a house sit in the opposite direction, you would be more than welcome. Best Wishes, Chris and Kathryn x
Everything about the sit was FABULOUS!!! Taking care of Hazel and Pickles was such an easy task. The automatic doggie dog made things super easy. Of course, you had to separate the food supply and guard it from Pickles, lol…she’s a piggy-Pooh!!! Taking care of the girls out back (hens) was no problem either. Thoroughly enjoyed the who experience. The home was super spacious and a pleasure to stay in. Location was easy to find and everything was close by. My only regret, was not having more time to spend with Bailey (their daughter)we would have had a blast together. Great stay, highly recommend.
I really enjoyed this sit. Steven was so lovely and communication between myself and him was brilliant before and during my sit. He printed out some helpful information so I knew more about the house and the cats Speaking of cats Buttons and Pippin were adorable. They loved to play and really enjoyed their food. Pippin would follow me around and most nights curl up next to me on my bed which was so cute. Buttons was slightly timid at times but once I got to know her she was very happy The house is a ten minute walk into town which was great. Eastleigh has a small shopping center and other shops on the high street. I especially liked the vegan cake shop Thanks so much for having me Steven, Pippin and Buttons. I hope you invite me back again one day 😻😻🙏
