Crystal and Zach were excellent sitters for my home and my cat Archie! This trip was relatively long, so it was important to me that I felt confident in the care my pet was receiving. During our initial communication on the site I thought they seemed very trustworthy and responsible, and like genuine animal lovers. They were easy to communicate with and were very responsive throughout the entire process which made coordination and setup less stressful and reassured me that everything was under control while I was away! They asked thoughtful questions and showed familiarity with pets and experience with house sitting. During their stay they were very thoughtful and considerate of my space and everything was left very neat/tidy upon my return home. My cat is in very good spirits and I can tell he was well taken care of by these fellow animal lovers! I was not stressed during my time away thanks to their care as sitters and Crystals diligent communication throughout the trip. I would love to have them back for another sit and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter!
My interactions with Mckayla were very pleasant. She seems like a great person. I feel she took good care of my pets. I do think communication could have been a little better. When I arrived home I found our down bed pillows soaking wet and smelling of mildew. I think they were probably washed for some reason, but they are dry clean only. We had to throw them away, so that wasn't great. If she had asked I could have told her what to do with those pillows and where to find extras. The other minor issue is that she left an open container of bleach in our bathroom, which my three year old promptly found when we got home. Thankfully she didn't spill it.
We were blessed to have Yaline look after our diabetic cat for 2 weeks. She managed his health care without any issue and was communicative and responsive throughout the stay. She was clean and tidy and you would have hardly known she had been here! We would have no hesitation in recommending her for any future house and pet sits, thanks Yaline, you were great!
