Sitting for Hayley was absolutely lovely! She was very kind and easy going, and left great instructions. I was fortunate to have Solange for my first housesit with trusted house sitters. I had house sat before, but always for people I knew. Solange invited me to arrive a couple of days early so we could get to know each other and I could get acquainted with Opale. I immediately felt comfortable with her, her pet and the house. She showed me around the property, introduced me to her son and daughter-in-law, prepared a carefully thought out detailed list of information, and showed me around town. The house was immaculate, the neighborhood most pleasant and Opale was a most affectionate cat, easy to care for. It made for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would love to house sit Opale for Solange anytime, and I highly recommend her.
We were welcomed by Toni & Glenn from the moment we FaceTimed them. They are the loveliest couple and we instantly felt a level of trust in them. Their house is a beautiful 2 bed, walking distance from Footscray Station which has very fast connections to the city (15mins). The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and Toni went out of her way to stock the cupboards with lots of gluten free products, as I’d mentioned I have an intolerance. Very thoughtful! We loved exploring Footscray, and Toni & Glenn left us lots of local recommendations which was great. The 4 cats are indeed very shy! We only managed to get cuddles out of Mama, however the other 3 always came in to say hello at dinner time and we’d find them curled up on the sofa in the morning. We’d love to house sit for Toni & Glenn in the future! Thanks so much for having us :)
I am so thankful that Louise allowed me to house-sit for her. She is the sweetest person ever, picking me up at the bus station, taking me to the grocery store before her departure, and showing me around the house and how to care for the pets. The cats take a couple of days to warm up to you, but once they do, they will love all over you and purr so loud for your enjoyment. Hector is my little sweetheart! He was at my side the entire time; he sat beside me while I worked, my hiking partner, and kept my feet warm at night. I have only been gone one day and miss my little friend keeping me company – I will miss him so much. Their house is located between 2 forests, one on each side. Walking Hector is not just walking on the street; you walk in the most beautiful forest with birds, deer, and red squirrels. You will also see sheep, horses, and Highland cows. Banchory is a nature paradise! Take the time to walk to Falls of Feugh; it is worth the walk to see the salmon jumping the river to spawn!! I hope my schedule will allow me to pet sit for them again.
We really enjoyed our stay sitting for Kirsty & Nigel's cats Morgan & Jensen. They are a delightful pair of cats with quite different temperaments. Although not the best of friends, they seem to be learning how to live together carving our their own favourite spaces in their spacious abode. Jensen loves to play and his fast reactions certainly keep you on toes. Morgan is the more sedate and calming creature. Both welcomed our strokes and, by the end of the week, Morgan was sleeping on our bed and allowing Kim to brush her. It was hard to leave them behind. Kirsty & Nigel kindly hosted us for supper on the evening before their trip. We immediately felt relaxed in their company and in their lovely home. We loved our self-contained space at the top of the house which was comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated being able to use the main kitchen, dining room and lounge to cook our evening meal and hang out with Morgan & Jensen in the evening. Portland is such an interesting place and we particularly valued being so close to Church Ope Cove popping down every day to enjoy the sound of the sea. We would highly recommend. Thank you to Kirsty & Nigel for giving us this opportunity and ensuring we had a lovely time.
We enjoyed our sit with Marlow and Samson. They are such sweet animals! They both greeted us as we entered the house. Marlow’s tail was wagging and Samson immediately rolled to his side. Samson enjoys gentle pets, makes the sweetest noises and was on my lap before the days end. The next night he chose Maty’s lap. They both slept in the bedroom with us Marlow on his bed on the floor and Samson curled up between our feet or resting against my legs. Marlow loved his walks and was super mellow and relaxed in between. We didn’t get the chance to meet Lena in person but she gave us a thorough tour of the house during our video chat. There wasn’t access to any written information but we were able to remember where things were pretty well. Lena’s house is beautiful in a walkable area in East Nashville. We stayed in the spacious and bright upstairs area. They set us up in the guest room upstairs with the bathroom down the hall. They are adding a back porch so it was a bit noisy due to that but when the construction crew wasn’t there it was very peaceful and serene. Thank you Lena for having us. We are grateful for our time with Marlow and Samson.

This is a nice family place. It isn't commercial as they invest their energy and money into educating the public about sustainable living. There were lots of fall and Halloween treats to buy and you can pick your pumpkins there. I liked the fact that you could just take your time and just meander the grounds at your own pace. They had a bunch of kiddie activities and a few animals to watch, and a building with antique farm equipment. We had a good time and ate some of the best apple cider donuts we've had in a long time.
I am so, so impressed with 4 Paws Resort on Courthouse! My dog always smells good, is well-exercised, and happy when she comes home from day care there. They are the best and most reasonably priced daycare in a 25 mile radius. Do not hesitate to bring your dog here!
Love Four Paws so much. My puppy can’t wait to go. She pulls me out of the car she is so excited. All of the staff are so friendly. They genuinely love the dogs and it shows. I always leave her feeling such peace of mind. Just moved here to NJ about six months ago and was so influenced by all of the positive reviews. I have asked many of the customers how much they love this place and they go on and on with positive words. Many told me that even when boarding the dogs are happy here. That’s amazing. Organized, each dog has a cubby to hold leashes. Dogs do not wear collars in play areas to minimize risk. Dogs are happy at drop off and at pick up. Friendly staff.
My dog Teddy absolutely loves Four Paws! The staff is so friendly and they treat Teddy so well. I’m grateful for a place I trust with my dog especially when I need to board him for long periods of time. He always comes home happy and exhausted. Four Paws is the best.
Four Paws is a great place to take your dog for daycare or boarding. They do a great job with the dogs and really understand their needs. They take the time to evaluate your dog to ensure their safety along with the other dogs safety. The prices are great too. I highly recommend

The manager called and told us they would not accept our dog one day before we were scheduled to book her, and accused us of making up stories and telling lies. Our dog had surgery to remove several skin bumps 12 days before she was scheduled to be boarded. We called 2 days after the surgery to check that they would still be able to board her, and they told us it would be fine. We also got vet clearance that she would be well enough to be boarded, and the stitches put in were dissolvable. We called the day before to go over medications and again double check that everything would be fine, and later that day got a phone call back from the manager telling us that they were unable to board her. When I called back to ask for further clarification, they claimed we had not told them about her situation until now, and did not want to board her. The manager then hung up on me. I called back, looking for more information, and was spoken to rudely and accused of making up stories and telling lies about the situation. I understand if it is a policy that they will not take animals with stitches. I also agree that I do not want to board her in a place that would be unable to care for her. I would not have been upset had we received a calm and polite explanation, and had the opportunity to have our questions answered. However, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on, which is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their character. I will not be considering Four Paws Doggie Daycare in the future, despite being impressed and excited to board my dog there previously.
I've been taking my dog there for years. The prices are fair for the quality of care provided. The staff are very professional and care for my dog as their own. They have always been accommodating of my schedule and the convenience and versatility make my life and my dog's better. I cannot say enough good things. I always have peace of mind when I drop my dog off there.
Four Paws is wonderful! I love that when my dog is there for daycare, she plays in a variety of environments all day with other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is really diligent about the dogs being in play groups appropriate for their temperament. I feel comfortable leaving my dog there for boarding, too, because I know she's in good hands. Despite moving almost an hour away from Four Paws, I make the drive there because they're so great!
Carmelina looks after my cats like they were her own. I actually think my friendlier cat might like her better than me, lol! And if you prefer daily updates, On the Ball is for you. She texts a daily update to let you know how the visit went - and it is much appreciated!
We are so happy with the pet boarding services Carmelina provides for our dog Daisy! We recently moved to the area and were looking for someone we could trust to watch over Daisy while we are out of town. Carmelina of On The Ball Pet Care has stayed with our dog, Reggie, twice while we were out of town. Reggie, a shih tzu-beagle mix, has severe heart disease and is on four medications, so he needs dependable, skilled care. And dependable, skilled care is just what Carmelina provides. She sends us frequent updates with photos of our little guy, and gives him lots of TLC, which relieves the stress of being away from him. Best pet sitter I’ve ever had! Super professional and trustworthy. Carmelina has done an excellent job for the past two years looking after our two cats while we are away on vacations. She takes meticulous notes during her initial visit to make sure she is informed about all the important house and pet info, including backup house entry and what to do in emergencies. Mel is a Godsend! While recovering from hip surgery I was able to enjoy having my dog because I was confident of her coming every day (twice!!) until I could. She is also concerned about how my pup likes to walk /his safety /and any particulars / you can talk about it all and she listens and communicates! Now that I’m recovered I am keeping her in my dogs life and feel free to pursue more outside activities because I have found someone I can trust and rely on!

I have been leaving our two dogs here for years. One even lived to 18 and 1/2. Everyone is caring, professional and kind. Recently, our 11 year old havanese developed heart issues. I was very nervous leaving him, I called often. They took extremely good care and gave him his medication. More importantly, my dog is calm and happy when I pick him up. He enjoys coming here. A very bad experience. The groomer did not do a good job. They charged us $277 for two dogs. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Definitely won’t be going here again. PS the below photos are of my dogs before and after the haircut.

I've brought my two miniature schnauzers here a few times for daycare, and I love it. The free roam facility is what they are used to at home, and the dog group always seems to work out when I've left them they come home worn out but without the same anxiety they've had at other places. I can tell the dogs prefer it because other places when I bring them back, they run away from the door when they realize where they were. But here they run inside now and are happy to go!
Always a great experience going to All Good Dogs. Staff is always friendly and I know I can leave my dog there with confidence that he will be well taken care of. Plus after coming home he always sleeps for two days straight! This is my go to boarding place in the area hands down!
I would definitely have to agree with Ahbinav. Worst grooming experience I've ever had. I only gave one star because I had to. People were friendly but not very informative. Charged me $121 for a poorly groomed dog. I would not even call it a "groom". The coat was extremely dry, not conditioned, not trimmed, hair still around his eyes and around his feet and under areas. Terrible job. I will not be returning. Updated: I stand by my review. Even with no haircut, the coat looked terrible, not smooth, no shine, or conditioned, and still did not smell great. We ended up bathing him again actually. Normally, they smell great and the coat, even if they aren't trimmed at that visit, looks conditioned. As I explained to the manager, I was given a price sheet and was told that it was for if I was interested in daycare, I wasn't, so I did not bother to look at it. I was also enrolled in the daycare without me even knowing. Overall, the staff was friendly but the service was not worth $121. Again, I do not mind spending the money, but the service was not worth that. I've gotten way more for less. Thanks.
I am extremely grateful to have found All Good Dogs to board my pup Toby during a recent vacation. All of the staff were very helpful and kind, and Toby felt right at home when we dropped him off, since he had visited the week prior for his boarding interview. During the boarding, it just so happened that Hurricane Ida dumped a ton of rain on New Jersey, which led to the facility partially flooding. The staff was in constant communication via phone, text and email letting us know that Toby and the other dogs were ok and had been moved to their other location. I was so grateful for their communication and efforts to get the dogs out and safe. I cannot recommend All Good Dogs more highly, and will definitely be boarding with them again.
We boarded my pup Jaxon there and at first I was a little nervous, but he did great! The staff is wonderful, they took great care of him . When he came home he was happy (a little tired from all that playing) and I know it was a good experience all around. The best part is that All Good Dogs is cage free so they stay with dogs that are similar size, and they are always supervised. I highly recommended them, they care about your pup !!!

Camp bow bow was fantastic with our 1 year old golden retriever. The entire staff was great. They fully explained the process and we got to watch our dog on the camera for her interview. We loved being able to see how she was doing throughout the day. Our other Golden was recovering from surgery but we know he will love it too. Keep up the great work!
We recently brought our dog, Storm, to Camp Bow Wow, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured us that Storm would be in great hands. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the live webcam feature, which allowed us to check in on Storm throughout the day. I took my 4 month old puppy in for his interview and everything was great. The camp is very clean and well maintained. All the staff members were friendly. And the ladies at the front desk did a great job explaining everything in detail. My puppy had a great day at the camp!

I recently boarded my pup, Kobe, at Camp Bow Wow Lawrenceville for a week while I was on vacation. In his 8 years of life, I've never boarded him before so I was extremely apprehensive at first. I had several long question filled calls with the manager, Amanda, she was extremely informative, patient, and put my mind at ease. Throughout my trip I was able to check the cameras and received regular updates and constant communication. Kobe had a great time and Amanda is the absolute best (MVP)!! I will not hesitate to take Kobe to Camp Bow Wow in the future, he was in great hands.
Friendly and professional staff who care about our pets. My dog Luna actually whines in the parking lot because she is so excited and can’t wait to get inside! I always know she will be well taken care of there.
We cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is warm and caring with the dogs and human companions. The place is extremely clean and our dog is always so happy to go in. Finding Camp Bow Wow has been a lifesaver for us. The web cams are an extra bonus when we miss our pup and can see her happily playing in the gym all day.
I'm so grateful to have found Fetch! Pet Care of West Trenton to watch our dog while we went away. I contacted them extremely last minute, and Sue was so professional, kind, and willing to help. Fetch! Pet Care is the best place I have ever brought our dog, Leo, for boarding or day care. Cora and Sue are kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable caretakers. Leo always goes in with his tail wagging as he can't wait to see his friends. Fetch! is his home away from home - I can leave Leo there with the full confidence he'll be happy and well cared for.
What an amazing experience! This was my first time leaving my dog at home since moving to the area. From the very first phone call, Sue and Cora were professional, caring, and wonderful to talk to. We had a home visit where I got to meet the people who would be taking care of Sirius and they got to meet him - it was love at first sight on both sides! While I was away, I got an update with pictures and information for every visit. The journals were friendly and sweet and I looked forward to reading every word and seeing every picture. Janet and Marcia were amazing - taking such good care of Sirius and getting lots of kisses from him in return. I felt the love that everyone at Fetch has for dogs in every interaction. What a caring, kind, and professional service they provide! Sue even accommodated a key issue I had and never made me feel like I was putting them out with the extra attention needed to address the issue. I will be using them again. Highly recommend! 12/10
I wanted to say thank you to Fetch Pet Care for taking care of my kitties while I was away. Although this was an unplanned trip, they were able to fit me in and had their staff come over to learn about each cat's needs. While I was away, I appreciated the updates each morning and evening and I especially loved the comments along with the photos. My cats were happy and waiting for me when I got back.
We have had the best experiences with Fetch! Pet Care. Sue and Cora take wonderful care of our dog Luke, whether it's for daycare or when we go away on vacation. Luke has the best time making friends with the other dogs and running around the yard. We also used their dog walking service in the past for our old dog Ben. He loved his walks with Marcia and we always knew he was in good hands with her. We highly recommend using their service!!
We used Fetch for the first time this past weekend and it was such a great experience. This was also our first time leaving our dog alone over night and also had to let them know last minute that our cat would need medication twice a day. They were so accommodating and gave us constant updates/pictures after every visit. It was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. We definitely plan to continue using Fetch.

We have used Fetch for our pet care needs when we are away. Marcia is great providing a walk for our dog on days we cannot also checking in on our cat if we are traveling. Dog boarding is never easier and our pup loves to have a day (or night) of fun with his pup friends at Fetch!

I never thought of myself as a “dog person.” But, after 16 years of begging, and a global pandemic, my son finally convinced me to get a dog. He did the research and we brought home a doodle puppy, Brooklyn, when she was just 8 weeks. The one thing we didn’t think through was how we would handle daycare and boarding needs. Enter Fetch! Pet Care. We are so thankful to have met Sue and Cora. Brooklyn loves to visit them and her furry friends for a day of play each week. We have taken multiple vacations and Brooklyn has been cared for like she was their own during our time away. I am now a “dog person” and wouldn’t leave our Brooklyn with anyone else!

Mai provided personalized professional care for our two dogs while we were on vacation. We appreciated the video and photo updates which you would normally not receive from other kennels. I took my dog to Golden Paws for the first time and was so happy with the results. My dog is super nervous and skittish, the team made her feel so comfortable and put me at ease. My dog does not love to get groomed or get her nails trimmed - the team worked with her and didn’t push her to anything that stressed her out. They even gave her a good report card. Their prices were fair and affordable. We’ll definitely be back!
In May of last year, we rescued our first puppy. She turned out to be a very unconfident and anxious little girl. We tried so many different things to help calm her down and fulfill her needs but she still seemed unhappy. We tried to do doggy meet ups but always felt so uncomfortable at the dog park, then we found Golden Paws. We had toured multiple doggy daycares in the area and this one was the cleanest and seemed the most dedicated to making sure your dog had fun and was safe. Our pup started doing clever canines (smaller groups with more mental stimulation) in July and we’ve never looked back. We have loved the report cards we get that tell us all about how she’s doing and now include hilarious pics of her goofy self. Our puppy is now almost a year old and loves her routine which includes a couple hours playing with her favorite people and pups. The entire team at Golden Paws knows both my dogs inside and out, even our shepherd mix who loves humans but is a bit anxious with pups so stays at home! You can tell that every one of them really loves what they do. They are always keeping me posted about her progress and are willing to go the extra mile, like offering to video her grooming experience so we could see how she did. The GP staff makes us feel like a part of the family and we’ve never felt worried about her stay! Our puppy gets fulfillment (which helps her calm down) and we get some peace of mind ❤️. We’re so grateful for Golden Paws.
Well organized and efficient operation. Friendly staff and clean facility. Our pup came back to us happy and seemed to be well cared for. Golden paws furnished a written report card upon check out, which detailed our pups stay. We thought this was a great idea. We will use Golden Paws again.
I never left my dogs and went away on vacation, I was very worried to do it. The resort is so clean! They have great hours and Golden Paws staff is amazing. They took such go care of my fur baby. Every night I looked forward to seeing story time photos. Seeing the photos from enrichment warmed my sad heart. I would not look any further when looking for a Pet resort. Golden Paws is the best!

I truly believe in you pay for what you get. Price was a little bit higher than others but i did receive far and beyond great quality service. I recently had the pleasure of using Golden Paws Pet resort & Spa, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I first contacted them, their professionalism and care were evident. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dog felt comfortable and safe during their stay. The personalized attention and care that staff gave my dog was top-notch care. My dog has addisons disease and they notice he was a little stress out with the noise. Other dogs were a little bit too chatty. They made a decision to move him to more a quieter location without even talking to me. They knew how important it was for him not to be stress and they took action. I highly recommend Golden Paws Pet resort & Spa to any pet owner in need of a reliable and caring boarding facility. They exceeded all my expectations, and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.
Wonderful family owned business with trained and caring personnel. When visiting my family here in New Jersey from North Carolina, I drove with my dog Buster. My son recommended Golden Paws for a few days of a break while caring for their new puppy. I brought Buster in for an evaluation and was very impressed after taking the tour and seeing the care they take in the preparation for boarding and daycare. Buster had a wonderful stay!
Golden Paws is the best. I wouldn’t trust any other boarding facility with my Frankie. She goes in happy and leaves happy. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and it gives me peace of mind when I board Frankie. I know she is safe and loved while I am away.

We started bringing our pup Penny here a few months ago. We just got another one, Harper and was so excited to bring her as well. They absolutely love doggy daycare. I’m so happy to have a place we can trust to leave our dogs when we have a busy day so they don’t have to be crated and to board when we are on vacation!
My pup Opie loves being amongst so many furry friends. I love being able to drop him off anytime to play. It really is such a relief that I never worry when he is in their care. The staff really takes time to know each and every pet.They really do a great job of caring for furry family members so you feel they are safe and enjoying their time away from you. I really appreciate all the services they provide and that they have all pets pass a temperament test before being accepted into the establishment. So wonderful!
This was my first experience with taking my Labrador there and he seemed to love it. I love the fact he was only kenneled at night and for meals. Also not too pricey!!
This is the only boarding facility I trust to watch my cat! I left him here for 1 week while I had radiation therapy and they took such great care of him. They kept him on his feeding schedule and made sure he had wet food that he enjoyed to eat. Would highly recommend them
I recently boarded my dog at Pet Castle and loved the experience for my dog! Bruce and Stacey were knowledgeable and so sweet. Getting the updates and pictures gave us peace-of-mind while being away. We’ll def be using them again in the future!
Have been taking Nellie here for about 2 years. Whether it’s day care, boarding, or grooming I trust Pet Castle. Nellie absolutely loves it there! The staff and owners are top notch and you can really tell they truly care about the animals plus they post pictures everyday so you can see all the pups together!
The excitement that our 2 dogs,Toby & Tucker, exhibit going to and when I pick them up is amazing. The personnel are friendly and attentive. Great place!
My dog looked fabulous when she was done with her hair cut and nail trimmings she was given a cute little Easter Bandanna too! I only say four stars because she looked a little choppy with her haircut but I know she can be a pain in the butt so that might be why 🤔 I’m not sure because they said she behaved pretty well which caught me by surprise because I know how my dog is when she gets her haircut but I plan to return and I do recommend!
I was very nervous about leaving my dog alone while I go into the office some days- but now I don’t have to be. Blue is so comfortable there & immediately gets excited when I drop him off. I love that they post tons of photos on Facebook so I can see him having the time of his life. All the staff are so sweet. I really like that they do doggie daycare & boarding so Blue will have a safe place he’s comfortable at if I have to travel. He’s also a 4 month old ACD mix with TONS of energy & after I pick him up from he’s the sleepiest. It’s wonderful.
Our little guy loves going to Pet Castle so much that when we pick him up he collapses and won't leave. It's so funny. His girlfriend also goes. See picture.
I am so grateful for finding K9 Resorts — both for boarding and daycare. My dog has stayed over for boarding numerous times (including during a trip to Europe when our flight home was cancelled and they kindly kept him another night!), and we just starting using their daycare services. He loves it and we do too — the facility is impeccably clean, the staff is so friendly and it’s just a place I know I can take my dog and feel 100% confident that he’s being well-cared for and having the time of his life. Would recommend to any and all dog owners (and have!).
Milo boarded for three nights at this location. He was happy and clean when we picked him up. Rich and Nick were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. This was Milo’s first time away from us but (mom) was a little anxious but my mind was at ease knowing he was well taken care of. Thank you to everyone at K9 Hamilton for taking care of my boy!!
We have had positive experience after positive experience at K9 resort in Hamilton. Our dogs are so excited walking in their doors and exhausted when we pick them up. They love playing with all the dogs and we love that they get to board at night together in the same suite. The staff is super friendly, always a pleasure to talk with them.
So amazing!!! It was my first time taking my dog Holyfield to K9 resorts. I’ve used them in the past for my other dog who has since passed.The staff is amazing, caring and so kind. K9 Resorts Hamilton is providing excellent care for our three dogs and equally good service to their humans. They have been very informative and helpful as we got started with boarding and day- care, initially on short notice. Nick in particular is a great representative for this location and has provided great service. Our dogs are comfortable there, well cared-for, and come home happily worn-out from play.
I brought my dog here for the day while we moved. I was impressed from the first phone call to inquire to picking him up. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is so organized and all of the staff is on the same page. The customer service was superior and my dog did so well.. he is also a very overstimulated, high strung dog. I was nervous for how we would do, but they said he did great! Definitely reccomend if you need doggy daycare!!
K9 is amazing!!!! Pixie’s home away from home. Our pup LOVES going to “school” to see all her “friends!” The facilities are clean, top notch and smell amazing. The staff are all so professional, welcoming and kind. We love Nick and his team. Thank you for being here k9– you are a godsend for our active pup and family.
We left our two labs for 4 nights recently and it was a wonderful experience. Rich made us feel very comfortable about leaving them while showing us the facility. It was very clean and Rich was kind to answer all of my questions and concerns. It was so comforting while we were away to see their pictures posted on the Facebook page. When we picked them up they seriously looked SO happy and well taken care of! I got a report of their stay when I got there, which is a nice touch! They were also sweet smelling and clean! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this K9 Resort! Rich and his staff were amazing.
K9 Resorts in Hamilton was a wonderful place to board my dog. My sister recommended them and this was the first time we booked with them to board our 9 year old, 84 lbs lab/husky mix. The profile set up is very easy and thorough, and the staff answer any additional questions you may have. My dog seemingly had a great weekend there and I will definitely book again and would recommend K9 to any pet family.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. My wife and I went on vacation and when she got back she ran into difficulties getting to K9 to pick up our doggos. The staff was super understanding and even stayed after business hours so she could pick up our dogs. We will definitely be using K9 at Hamilton again and highly recommend going with them.
My fur baby Daisy is only six months old and this was my first time away from her. I felt very comfortable with leaving her cared for by MyChi Pet Sitting. They are wonderful and are so good with her. I take comfort knowing she was treated as their own. She was very happy doing laps around the yard. She will be back soon!
Daisy was amazing from start to finish! I was a little nervous to leave my cats alone for the first time but after our meet and greet I knew she would take great care of them. She kept me updated every visit with photos and videos, even though they did a good job trying to hide from her. My girls are very skittish and I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. She even surprised us with a little treat when I got home. I would absolutely call Daisy again next time I need a sitter!
I cannot say enough nice things about Daisy, she was so incredible! We went on vacation for 10 days, she cared for out two cats in that time and every day she came by around the same time, fed them, took care of them and administered heart medicine to one of my fur babies, no matter how difficult or stubborn he was. There were a couple small messes and she cleaned them for us with no complaint. I felt safe and extremely happy with Daisy caring for my babies and you bet your bottom dollar she’s the first person I’m contacting next time I go out of town! I love how kind, respectful and caring for animals that she is. A great soul that provided exactly what I needed ❤️
Daisy is amazing with our dog Buddy. He is a big dog and sometimes tough to handle and Daisy handled him with ease. He loves her and that showed me she is good with dogs. Would recommend her to take of your pets.

My Chi's Pet Sitting is wonderful! I can't say enough to even amount to the excellence of care our two boys receive. Daisy is professional, compassionate, and a outstanding care giver. She always is on time for appointments, touches base before each appointment in case your pet requires anything different from its normal routine. She takes the time to meet your pets and familiarize herself with their favorite treats and toys. It is extremely great feeling to see the fun they are having through all the videos and pics she sends. I would never ask anyone else to pet sitting. We didn't just hire her our pets did!

Daisy's from My Chi's Pet Sitting service has been a God-sent for me. I love my baby Storm with all my heart. I was looking for someone who not only be loving and compassionate, but also someone who would know how to handle a special pet, like my Storm (she unfortunately gets seizures). Karyn and the entire Pet Sitters Right At Home of Hamilton Team have been a true godsend. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them. My doggie Dylan and I have been using their dog-walking services since the end of December 2023. I always receive pictures and updates on how Dylan is doing and nothing makes the workday better than that reassurance that Dylan is doing okay, that he got to walk, and interact with Karyn, James, Dylan (the walker), or any of the other walkers. Karyn also goes out of her way to be generally helpful, letting me know when she was concerned about Dylan's old harness, even ordering a harness to experiment with, and suggesting other alternatives. She once helped me deal with a mouse in my house, making it safer for both Dylan and me. Karyn is also quick to get back to me when I have needed to schedule last minute or make changes. Her and her team have been available on weekends and holidays when I have had to work and leave Dylan at home. Again, I highly recommend Pet Sitters Right at Home!
Karyn and her team of pet sitters are AMAZING! My dog Trixie is basically my third child, sometimes my favorite child…and they never disappoint with scratchers and loving on her when I’m not here. They are also fantastic with providing pictures while you are away to satisfy any worries!

The most important point was that my pet could be at home and in her stress free own environment while I was away. While on vacation, I received daily updates and photos which eased my mind. The communication and app used was so helpful and much appreciated. As a bonus, my home had daily activity and was checked on. Elle was fed, her litter scooped and had daily playtime. We have used PSRAH for just over a year now and I am exceptionally pleased with their service, attention to detail, and care- every time we use them. Primarily we have had Karen, but sometimes other employees of hers. There is never a difference in care when it’s the employees vs. when it’s Karen. Our dogs are our children and I always feel like they care as much as we do. The notes and pictures are always appreciated and help with the anxiety/sadness of being away from the dogs. We had to move to a hotel due to a fire, Karen came out to see the area and was able to accommodate us as planned pre fire..and then to a new home recently. Karen took the time on short notice to come see our new place so she could accommodate a service for us. I much prefer PSRAH to any other services/companies. I enjoy the reliability, service, peace of mind. The cost of the service is more than fair for the service you receive.
We always use Pet Sitters Right at Home when we are away for family vacations or soccer tournaments. The funny thing is so many families on our soccer team also use Pet Sitters. They are reliable and have great communication. Great service!
