I was worried about leaving my 11 year old Labrador because it was his first time in a kennels. I didn’t need to worry because he had a fantastic time. He was really happy and content when we picked him up after a four night stay. I highly recommend these kennels.
Can’t speak more highly of this local business. Bev and her staff have been extremely helpful and informative. At our pre-booking visit we were very impressed with the way the premises were maintained and felt that our dogs would be in safe hands. Unfortunately our travel plans have had to change and again Bev couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. We will certainly be back.
My nervy dog loves it here. The staff know him well and say he is fine when he is there. Clean accom and he gets a couple of exercise sessions in the enclosed paddock too. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
I booked our two Westies in for a wash and light groom today ,( we are staying locally and do not know the area ) . I was asked to drop off them at 9.00am ,then at around 11.30am we were phoned by “Groomer’s” To say that they could not actually trim our dogs as they had lost their grooming license, They could only bathe them and clip their claws , which if I had been informed at the time of the booking or at the time of dropping them off , I would have gone elsewhere . To make matters worst when they had trimmed one Molly’s hind paw they had nicked a wick on one her claws 😤🤬

Found them on a google search when looking for a cat sitter and all looked good until I tried to contact them. The lady who answered the phone number advertised on the site had never heard of them and my online enquiry was not answered. If you are still in business you may want to update your website.
We know The Dogs Yard through a recommendation from our neighbour. Our dog joined the pack since he was a puppy, he is now a teenager and still goes out with Sam every week. Our boy is very happy and excited to see Sam every time he comes to pick him up in the morning, he looks so contented when he returns from either a walk or an adventure day, and of course a good nap would follow. We are confident with Sam’s handling, and know our dog is always in good hands. Would definitely recommend.
Sam looked after our 18 month old Retriever, Daisy, while we were on holiday this year. She must have had a brilliant time on long long walks as she now looks at us in disgust at the suggestion of a walk around the field and park behind the house, lol. Since returning to the family home she has been settled and happy and we are sure that this is because she had a fantastic holiday at The Dogs Yard. We would highly recommend them to care for your pet. We will be using Sam's services again for sure. Many thanks!!
Sam and Vicky are brilliant and would highly recommend. It was the first time Emilie had been away from the family and we were all really nervous about it, she settled with them straight away on our visit to them which gave me a peace of mind from the start. I received videos, photos and updates whilst I was away and she looked like she was having so much fun! Thank you for looking after her and I she will definitely be back for a visit soon 🐶

Our dog Molly loved the home boarding service. it was an added bonus to see photos of her out on the lovely dog walks around aylesbury clearly enjoying herself! We will be using the dogs yard again in the future :-)

Lovely home from home for my dogs.
Nina was so helpful when had to take a last minute trip. She came, fed and looked after my cat Wilson like he was her own, he enjoyed lots of cuddles. Nina even sent me updates on how he was doing while I was away. Really quick at responding and flexible. Highly recommend her to anyone with an animal they love. She is now dog walking for my mum. After 4 months of using We Love Pets to look after our new puppy, it is the right time to write an informed review. Nina has looked after our puppy Micky from June and has proven herself to be reliable, trustworthy and passionate in her love for animals. Nina has a wealth of experience and has enabled us to own a lovely well trained pet. Nina knows the puppies limitations and what situations are positive and negative for him and always puts safety first. Nina has always managed our expectations and we value her input. Nina is key holder to our home and is considered part of the family, we have a well trained and cared for bull dog and we thank Nina for all her hard work and her genuine love for him as much as we do. Micky adores Nina and we feel very grateful to have her.
