Roxie's Pet Setting is the best when it comes to caring for your pets. I have never boarded a dog before and I have heard horror stories. I wanted to have someone check on our sweet dogs at our home. Roxie's has a system that thinks of everything needed to allow you to be away from your pets. My 5 1/2yo Lab Sunshine I've only had a few months and was not sure how well she'd do with us being gone for a week. Our Maltese Zack is 11 years old and we knew he'd be fine. With the instructions we left, and all the updates and photos we get with each visit from Roxie's, it made us feel good that our dogs are well cared for and we were able to relax while on vacation. The photos they took showed our dogs having a good time. We will certainly use Roxie's Pet Sitting again. Roxie's, keep up the great work. I've been using Roxie's for 6+ years. They take great care of my pets when I'm travelling and always show up at the scheduled time. They send summaries about each visit and details about each pet, and also send photos. I never worry about my pets when I'm out of town because they are in good hands.

I whole-heartedly recommend Roxie’s! Could you get a neighborhood kid to feed your pets while you’re gone for cheaper? Yes! BUT, the peace of mind that comes with knowing your pets and home are under the care of a knowledgable and capable adult while you are out of town is totally worth it! The staff at Roxie’s gives incredibly thorough reports and photos on how your pets are doing with every visit, and they alert you to other home issues going on in your absence! They brought to my attention that my alarm system was not working properly, and that freezing weather was coming in, and that we had forgotten to turn on our heater before we left. They took care to meet not just all of our pet needs, but to be eyes and ears for our home while we’re gone. What a relief to know that when I’m out of town there is someone paying attention to what is going on. My dog is elderly, and it really gives me peace of mind to know that Roxie’s is on duty when I’m out of town and I know without a doubt that she’s receiving great care while I’m gone!

We recently used Roxie’s to look after our cats while we were on vacation. Pam did such a fantastic job! We got daily updates and pictures of the house and crew. It was very nice to know that someone was in and out of the house and that the water and food was being changed daily. She also tackled the litter boxes! She really went beyond my expectations. Incredibly pleased and will use Roxie’s the next time we are out of town. Highly recommend Roxie’s!

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring pet sitters that are insured and bonded came to meet our dog prior to us leaving on a trip. There were two sitters sharing the responsibilities plus one extra just in case. I felt they had everything thought and planned out before we left. You fill out a questionnaire where you put everything you need them to know about your home, your pet and your needs while you are gone down to which lights you would like left on. They have thought of everything. We could not have asked for any better care of our sweet girl. She takes medication for allergies and anxiousness and it was administered perfectly. Her issues were definitely taken into consideration and they loved her just as we do. Their accountability is big- they notify you through the app they have begun the visit and when they are finished. They send pictures and a report after every visit letting you know how things are going. I appreciated the details not just with our pet but also with the house as well. Example- doors locked, hall light off and tv on music for some noise during the day. I could go on and on but let’s just leave it with I will only use them from now on. 1000% recommend.

Roxies is always available when I need pet sitting support! They take such good care of my sweet animals, and leave detailed notes on how they were and if there is anything amiss. The animals always love to be visited and loved on, thank you Roxies!!

In 14 years, our dogs have never been boarded or left alone. This is the first time we have ever used a service of this type and I can honestly say that Roxie treats your pets and home as if it were her own. Highly highly recommended!
