I recommend this sit 100%. Bullet is the best. He is very sweet and lovely. As well as very good listener and follows instructions at the time we go for walks. Also the location and view is wonderful. If I have the chance I will repeat this sit again.
Joy and Rick made this sit one of the best we've ever done! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding/flexible with changes in travel plans. Their hospitality is unmatched and they made us feel at home immediately. Augie and Lola are absolute sweethearts and our only wish is that we could have spent more time with them. Rating this sit 5 stars is an injustice to Joy and Rick because it is easily a 10 star stay at minimum! Needless to say, we cannot recommend this sit highly enough.
Thank you Mark and Rachel for trusting us with your dogs and house. Sandy and Mallory are good natured strong dogs and loved the local walks from the doorstep. The chickens were easy to look after and went into their coop at night without trouble. The house is very comfortable and in a lovely tranquil location, and not too far from many small towns in the lovely Shropshire countryside. We would be happy to come back again. Robert and Heather.
Cameron and Tommy are a wonderfully kind and generous couple for whom we sat in August this year. Their beautiful home, with all mod cons, is set in a tranquil area on the outskirts of Austin, and comes complete with pool, hot tub and a rear terrace featuring the most spectacular sunset views. The pets, 2 dogs, Jake and Sophie and Vittles the cat, are loving and responsive and turned out to be a dream to look after. (Not to mention the small herds of deer which turn up to be fed every morning!!) Their extensive garden and fruit trees and bushes, are well maintained and the irrigation and maintenance requirements are clear and simple. We cannot speak too highly of Cameron and Tommy; they made the whole experience smooth, simple and enjoyable from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to meet them and we would highly recommend this sit to anyone.
Communication with Yoreme was easy, and she and her family were very welcoming. We felt at home in their stylish and cosy house, and enjoyed spending time with their three cats. The house is situated with easy access to many places of interest. With a car, we managed day trips to Strasbourg, Heidelberg and Baden-Baden.
Comfortable home with laid back cats! Couldn't get any better. Such nice hosts!! Great area for sightseeing and shopping. Certainly hope to return!!!

I've been using Roxie's for 6+ years. They take great care of my pets when I'm travelling and always show up at the scheduled time. They send summaries about each visit and details about each pet, and also send photos. I never worry about my pets when I'm out of town because they are in good hands.
I whole-heartedly recommend Roxie’s! Could you get a neighborhood kid to feed your pets while you’re gone for cheaper? Yes! BUT, the peace of mind that comes with knowing your pets and home are under the care of a knowledgable and capable adult while you are out of town is totally worth it! The staff at Roxie’s gives incredibly thorough reports and photos on how your pets are doing with every visit, and they alert you to other home issues going on in your absence! They brought to my attention that my alarm system was not working properly, and that freezing weather was coming in, and that we had forgotten to turn on our heater before we left. They took care to meet not just all of our pet needs, but to be eyes and ears for our home while we’re gone. What a relief to know that when I’m out of town there is someone paying attention to what is going on. My dog is elderly, and it really gives me peace of mind to know that Roxie’s is on duty when I’m out of town and I know without a doubt that she’s receiving great care while I’m gone!
We recently used Roxie’s to look after our cats while we were on vacation. Pam did such a fantastic job! We got daily updates and pictures of the house and crew. It was very nice to know that someone was in and out of the house and that the water and food was being changed daily. She also tackled the litter boxes! She really went beyond my expectations. Incredibly pleased and will use Roxie’s the next time we are out of town. Highly recommend Roxie’s!

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring pet sitters that are insured and bonded came to meet our dog prior to us leaving on a trip. There were two sitters sharing the responsibilities plus one extra just in case. I felt they had everything thought and planned out before we left. You fill out a questionnaire where you put everything you need them to know about your home, your pet and your needs while you are gone down to which lights you would like left on. They have thought of everything. We could not have asked for any better care of our sweet girl. She takes medication for allergies and anxiousness and it was administered perfectly. Her issues were definitely taken into consideration and they loved her just as we do. Their accountability is big- they notify you through the app they have begun the visit and when they are finished. They send pictures and a report after every visit letting you know how things are going. I appreciated the details not just with our pet but also with the house as well. Example- doors locked, hall light off and tv on music for some noise during the day. I could go on and on but let’s just leave it with I will only use them from now on. 1000% recommend.
