This was a dream pet/house sit! Terri had everything organized perfectly and Sierra is just a dream “client!” We had a great time on our walks but she’s also a snuggler and it was just a joy to spend the week with her. Their home is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s also in nice proximity to the beach and bay so there’s lots of things to do outdoors. If you have a chance to do this sit - take it!!!
We had a great time looking after Evo and Julien´s flat in central Madrid and taking care of their two wonderful cats Frijol and Leon. We have to say that Frijol and Leon are two of the sweetest cats we´ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We loved their playful nature and how affectionate they were both with us and with each other. Evo and Julien are a lovely couple who were always on hand to help us with anything we needed to make sure we enjoyed our stay to the maximum. Their flat was within walking distance to so many great places in the centre of Madrid and their beautiful terrace, full of colourful flowers and plants, was a great place to be. All in all, an amazing housesit in a fantastic location with caring hosts and loving cats. Who could ask for more?!
Karen and her husband we very welcoming and friendly, no issues at all :-) Karen was kind enough to pick me up at the train station and also drop me off there on the day I left. Shamley Green is small but has a couple of good restaurants and a market, plus not far from Cranleigh or Guildford. If you like quiet, this is a good place :-) Luna is a pretty independent kitty, she won't snuggle with you but loves her pets! Overall, had a wonderful time :-)
We had the best stay at Eliza & Paul’s place in Seattle. Monty is a super friendly cat who loves to play and be made a fuss of. He was very low maintenance to look after. Eliza & Paul have a beautiful apartment in walkable distance to the city centre. Thank you for having us!
Omg! Had a fantastic sit at Toby and Alyssa’s place. Dodge, the big boy and Jersey the sweet senior we’re just so sweet and loveable. Both dogs were so gentle and easy to care for, great to walk with and just all round well trained pets. Toby and Alyssa were super organized, we had many interactions via Skype prior to the sit and we also had the opportunity to meet with them in the weeks prior to the sit which was really good as we were arriving after they departed on their excursion. Everything was planned and left as discussed. The house and our space were beautifully appointed and nicely organized. I really appreciated Alyssa’s well stock and organized spaces. We always take our own stuff, but had we needed anything it was readily available. Toby and Alyssa were available throughout the sit and were appreciative of photos and information we sent. T&A live in a fantastic community in the Deep South of Calgary, so a vehicle is needed, however once there there is an endless network of walking/riding paths that take you all the way to the city centre. Also within walking distance are grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, all the basics you will need. We would happily sit for them again should the opportunity knock. Molly was an absolute dream! We were very sad to say goodbye to her on our last day. The house is amazing and very accessible to everything, whether by car, transit or foot, if you're good with walking hills! :) Maria is very communicative and was available for questions whenever we had them. We miss you Molly!
