I had a great time looking after the lovely Rufus in Saffron Walden. Although I didn’t meet Lisa and her family their happy presence was very much there in photos on the walls of their attractive, spacious home. The house has a calming, tranquil feel and I spent much of my time there in the large kitchen/living area which looks on to an elegant minimalist garden, which complements the stylishly furnished house. I was greeted with a bottle of wine, flowers and a box of yummy mini florentines, which I will be buying more of (from Waitrose). Detailed notes showed me how to use the appliances and so on. There were also extensive notes on Saffron Walden and things to see in the town and the surrounding area. Thank you for those. Rufus was waiting for me in his crate in the utility room. He wasn’t at all phased by a stranger coming up to him and introducing herself. He is a charming, friendly and inquisitive dog and spent his time either sleeping next to me on the sofa, running up the garden chasing pigeons or taking me on walks around Saffron Walden, gently pulling on his lead when he found something interesting to smell, which was often. I found a cafe (Kim’s) which liked dogs, even providing dog treats and towels to mop them if they were ‘soggy’. Kim’s was next door to an amazing chocolate shop. I bought a box. One day we went to Audley End and explored the grounds. Rufus has got stamina. The cafe there was also dog friendly. Being with a dog is a sociable activity. Small children like Rufus. I was stopped several times on our meandering walks for him to be admired. Other dog owners smiled at me as well as people who didn’t have dogs. People like Westies and I can see why if Rufus is anything to go by. He was an easy companion and besides walks, just needed feeding, having his paws dried after a run around the garden, and being talked to and having his tummy tickled. I would like to go back to Saffron Walden to explore it further, I like East Anglia, and I would be happy to look after Rufus again. He’s a sweetie. I had a very relaxing stay away from London, which is what I wanted. Thank you Lisa and Mike.

Purrs & Grrrs is the best! The owners are fantastic people, truly interested in the animals and their people. If we hadn't moved away we would have continued using the service as often as we could. Prices are reasonable, and the love and care they showed my very timid, older chihuahua was truly amazing. My dog will not walk on a leash with anyone but me (my husband has to drag him on a walk), but he had no problems walking with the P&G team. They also treated him with love but like a real dog, so I always felt he was better behaved when P&G was around, and had fewer potty issues. Highly recommended and much appreciated!!
I am SO happy that I found Purrs & Grrrs! I had an emergency pop up and had to leave town last minute, and needed someone who would be able to give one of my cats her medication daily. Purrs & Grrrs jumped right in, and was able to do everything I needed (and more) while I was away (and at last minute too). I already had so much on my mind, it was nice not having to worry about my cats being cared for while I was gone. We got daily updates with pictures, it made me so happy! I will definitely be using them for every time I'm away from home!

Very happy we tried a pet sitting service and specially the service of Purrs & Grrrs, Dominique and Marin. They were very loving to our 2 fur babies (cats) and super conscientious about clean up - they even took our trash bin to the curb for us! We love Purrs & Grrrs. Best of all Mandee, our two year old Golden Retriever absolutely adores them. I cannot tell you how excited she gets three days every week when her walker arrives. She waits sitting on the couch (a no-no) looking out the window for her/him to arrive. Then jumps down awaiting her leash and the door to open. We have had the pleasure of being with Marin & Dominique for over a year now and cannot recommend anyone any higher than we do them. Such a wonderful service! I hate leaving my little man at home alone, but sometimes I have to! My dog Bandit travels with me on planes, but International travel is not useually possible. Bow Wow Bungalow is truly a life saver. I've been bringing my high-energy dog here for about 2 years now and can't imagine managing life with my dog without this place. This is the only place I go for daycare and boarding because the staff knows Izzy so well and takes incredible care of her. I feel incredibly at ease whenever she's in their care. Plus they take incredible photos!
Bow Wow is a godsend and the boys (2 choc male labs) love to go and play and meet other dogs. It's a beautiful spacious place, very secure, and the people who work there are phenomenal in every way!! You can tell they love dogs and their respective positions there. Everything is super clean, in order, and they're adamant about all the proper vaccines being done and we appreciate that. The prices are excellent! And boarding is a win-win as well! The cams are crystal clear and always running so you may take a peek at your baby. Thank You, BOW WOW!!!!! xo
I took my dog to daycare and had my mother pick him up she just let me know that they couldn’t find his leash and gave us the orange one that you see in the picture. I called today to ask if there was an update if they have found it she said no They are still looking for it and I asked her approximately how long does it take for them to find the leash? Am I gonna get a call back? Do I called back? Do I get a refund if they can’t find it. At the end of our conversation, she said that I could call back at the end of the week and that she didn’t know how long it would take to find the leash. She didn’t ask me what it looked like, And as I was saying, thank you She just hung up the phone, which I thought was really rude. So whoever was working at 1:40 P.m. today should have more patience for customers that are callings. I will be coming in Friday to talk to a supervisor.
My doberman has been going here for 2.5 years now and absolutely loves it!!! The staff is always fantastic and i never have to worry about her being safe anc taken care if. She has diggie hemophillia and the staff is aware and whenever she gets even the smallest of scratches (while playing) they always call me immediately to let me know and ask what i would like them to do. I’ve never had any issues and the trainers are great too!!
We love Bow Wow Bungalow. Poppins goes to daycare about twice a week and also boarding from one night up to a week (~once a quarter). Conveniently located by Burbank Airport. Everyone is so pleasant, attentive and communicative in regards to Poppins’ needs throughout her stay. We pay for daily report cards during boarding and really look forward to the pictures and informative, quirky updates. We really appreciate the multiple webcams to see how her day is going and also the photo events they have during holidays (back to school magnet/valentines keychain). When we moved from Philly over the summer we were also leaving a wonderful doggy daycare and doggy friends. We trialed multiple daycares in our area (SFV) and found Bow Wow Bungalow to have the largest play areas both indoor and outdoor, with water area to keep cool during hot weather. All important things for an active German Shepard who loves laying in shallow water or lounging on rocks/raised cots whilst silently judging other dogs. Sometimes we joke that Poppins is so well behaved at daycare because she thinks she’s there to work and help her new favorite people keep the other dogs in line. Lastly, we love that the people at Bow Wow love our Poppins like their own. We value the vetting process and rules to keep all dogs safe. Plus there are trainers on staff to help with identified needs. Having opportunities for enrichment and managed play with other dogs is important to us along with days without having an extra shadow around. Thank you Bow Wow Bungalow!
Wanted to update my review now that our puppy has been coming to daycare here for five years. We're about to board her for the first time and feel relieved to know she'll be well-loved and so happy to be at her favorite place. Our puppy, Carolina, has been coming since she was 5 months and everyone knows her and supports her training. She loves going and playing with her human and dog friends. Really safe and professional. Can’t recommend enough.
This is the best doggie daycare my Bertha has been to, here in LA. It's spacious, clean and well staffed. Everyone is friendly and they genuinely care for your dog. I feel good when I drop her off either for daycare or boarding. I know she's in good hands.
The best place to take your dog for boarding and daycare!! We were lucky to find this place early on living in Burbank and so thankful. We can’t say “bow wow” around him or he’ll get too excited and want to leave immediately!! We can only refer to it around him as “the bee wee”!! If that isn’t the best stamp of approval I don’t know what is! I love the rules they enforce on the play yard and the attention to each dogs temperament and attitude. We were texted once that he wasn’t eating while there over a weekend and wanted our approval to give him some wet food. Loved that attentiveness and gave me peace of mind!!
Witnessed my dog and a few others dogs being mistreated by a handler named Rhiannon today. Been coming here for almost 2 years, seldom check the live stream - something told me to check the cameras today and saw that dogs were being scolded, sprayed with water, snatched aggressively by their collars, and locked in the outside crates for simply playing. Gave management the timeframes for when I witnessed these events for review. What makes me even more livid is everything I probably didn’t see. I am beyond pissed and will never be back as long as she is working here. No one this ill-tempered, impatient and easily overwhelmed should be working in this environment abusing animals when she thinks no one is watching. I watched until eventually all the dogs stopped playing with each other and my poor dog kept following her seeking approval as to not continue getting scolded until he started playing again and was snatched yet again and put into a crate. 10 minutes later dragged him by his collar again when he was already alone and isolated from the other dogs. Highlighting that she was dragging several other dogs by the collar when she spotted them playing together. I would encourage everyone to check the cameras regularly. I’ve recommended so many people here but would absolutely not recommend after this.
The entire staff has been friendly and kind every time we have ever interacted. Trainers are knowledgeable and the folks taking care of the dogs seem patient and experienced. Paradise Ranch is the only dog boarding and daycare facility that I experience zero concerns when we drop our dog, Teddy, off given their track record. Keep up the good work!
This place is like a five star extended stay hotel/day care for dogs and it is an amazing. No cages,off the leash and supervised by professionals. It’s not a problem if dog never been trained. They have an excellent K9 training program to teach proper behavior. Age or size of the pet doesn’t make a difference. All dogs are getting proper education,the best care and loving they do need. On top of that,security cameras everywhere around. It gives an opportunity for the pet’s owners check on their pets 24/7. Just go on line and see your dog. This place is very impressive. Paradise indeed.
Couldn’t be happier every time I pick her up! I have been using their daycare service for a year ish now and the staff have been nothing but friendly and caring towards my dog. I’ve also used their boarding service. Everything is genuinely cage free, and I am more than impressed on how they handle so many dogs in one place without any commotion. I have used other daycare services where the dogs are barking like crazy and fights break out. The staff clearly have control over the situation and our trained on how to manage multiple dogs. I rarely even hear the dogs bark when I’m there to pick her up and drop her off. They also have cameras throughout the entire facility so you can check up on your dogs and how the staff is handling them at any point day or night. The most important thing is that overall her social skills have improved tremendously, and, she is calmer and more attentive at home 10 out of 10 recommend! Also recommend their training program.
They just don’t understand dogs here. I tried to board my 25lbs Jack Russell terrier earlier this year and so went in for an evaluation interview. While we watched the initiation video, our dog was taken back to the ranch area for max 2 minutes. We were then told that he was suffering from separation anxiety and so wouldn’t be a good fit. He was there for 2 mins and barked! That was literally it. We begged for the ‘trainer’ to try him again as the previous experience was too short. Whose dog doesn’t bark in a new environment? We explained he’s a very chilled dog and generally doesn’t bark at all. Eventually the trainer agreed, took him back and our dog was much better but by this time we’d lost confidence in the place and especially the people working there - they just don’t understand dogs.
WOW! Does Paradise Ranch have a cloning machine and stored my original dogs in the basement? These are not my baby girls, but I will keep them!! About 6 weeks ago I adopted littermate husky puppies. I, unfortunately (let be real… I was fortunate) had to leave for a race 3 weeks after getting them and scrambled to find a boarding that would meet our needs and expectations. My relationship depended on it! I found Paradise Ranch less than a week before I had to leave. They were quick to respond, and we immediately began the evaluation and orientation process. I’ll be honest, I am a helicopter dog-mom, and was nervous to hand my babies off to “strangers”. I also did not want to leave them with my fiancé because I didn’t want him to hate me while I was away for two weeks!! Everyone at Paradise Ranch was so nice and welcoming, Mihdi was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, especially with the short time frame. I was worried my girls wouldn’t pass the evaluation, but Paradise Ranch found the right group for them (smaller dogs), and we agreed to do the 4 hour mandatory day care the day before I board them. I’m embarrassed to say I was everything I didn’t think I would be. Maybe it was the race nerves, maybe I am just a little too excited and was bummed I had to part ways with them. I watched the cameras like a HAWK! My babies looked like they were having a blast — never did I see them sad or withdrawn. I think they would have won the naughtiest little girls award. With my desperation for the 14 day Board & Train, I was terrified the girls would not return home better than I left them. I became the crazy mom emailing and texting… and let me tell you — it was totally unnecessary! Despite my excitement when I returned home, I allowed myself to settle in (and did not watch the cameras the final two days!!), and picked them up in the scheduled day. My trip was only 12 days, but we agreed it was best to give me those two days and let the entire session complete. On pick up day, I did not believe the dogs brought out were my girls. Bowie, my strong-willed “what’s in it for me” girl came out Heeling!! HUSKIES DON’T Heel!! Or so i’ve been told. She listened to all the commands when first told and still does! Everest, my excitable baby was able to contain her excitement and follow through the commands. We are now 48 hours home, the girls are settling in and we are continuing to work on the new rules/commands. It’s completely changed the energy of our entire home, and I not longer fear my fiancé will hate me for getting the two instead of 1. We have two more private sessions, and I cannot wait to see my babies become the goddess little naughty girls in the dog world 🤪 I will definitely keep Paradise Ranch in my back pocket for refreshers or when I travel for races again… I won’t be glued to the cameras next time around either! Thank you Paradise Ranch for taking care of my babies and putting up with my insanity!

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Paradise Ranch! My dobbie goes there almost every day for a few hours to burn her energy. The staff is not just friendly, they are super professional - everybody: the handlers, office people, especially their trainers Elias and Mihdi. Sofie was going there for a 3 week training and it made such a difference. And the owners are so great and helpful - if you ask them to go one mile, they will do five! They would listen and make any adjustments or requests. It is such a beautiful place, real paradise for our doggies:)
We have been bringing our 1ish year old lab here for both daycare and boarding. We love all of the cameras we have access to when she is there. During boarding bedtimes you can see all the dogs sleeping on all the cots! Pretty fun. Our dog always seems excited to be dropped off. They will even groom/bathe your dog if you ask which is super nice after they’ve been there for boarding!

They’ve been super accommodating when we’ve asked to make a last minute booking, and we just always know we’re leaving our dogs in good hands. I love the quality of service here. They have cameras in their play areas so that you want watch your dog playing with the others. They're good at matching dogs by their personality. Our puppy was still in the early stages of socialization, but I've been able to see him improve so much under their care. You can also see how excited all the dogs are when the staff interacts with them. It's easy to get a report card during the visit and they even include pictures and videos. They also do day care at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them again when we travel in the future.
Our dog loves this place. She is so excited every time we come and the entire staff knows her by name. It’s farther for us then other doggy daycare’s but has been worth the drive to always know that my dog is being well taken care of!
This is the third daycare I have tried with my dog and is, by far, the best overall experience I've had. I am never worried when he is there. I know he is safe and cared for (and getting belly rubs!). I trust they will call me when they need to, and they are seriously the only team that has gotten my dog to sit for grooming! The staff is so kind and the owners are very present. I appreciate so much that they have cameras (my first daycare did not and it was horrible in the end). I'm thankful every time I take him there and he is returned to me happy! I am so glad he has friends there- both canine and human. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them.
Not great service lately, watching on live camera. My dog was running around among other dogs, in a room for hours. There was pee and poop on the floors, dogs were nervous and seem to be stressed. My dog was returned back with dirty poop covered paws and no apologies were expressed

This has been by far the BEST boarding experience for my 2 fur babies! They're so kind, super easy & flexible when booking a stay. From the owner, Roland, to all of the staff members, my dogs feel loved and safe. I can tell from their moods when I pick them up. The location is always clean and I can monitor my babes, 24/7 on a web cam. This gives me so much calming relief when I leave them! I'm so glad a friend recommended them to me!
My dogs loved Pet Rush Inn! Why? Because they have a SAFE, enclosed environment to play non-stop, fun activities, loving attendants - almost better than home! The remote camera is also great when you are on vacay. Daycare and grooming can be a godsend! The owner, Rene, loves taking exceptional care of the animals in his care and it truly shows! My dogs gave it 8 paws up!
I love Pet Rush Inn! I first found them online when I tried to find a daycare for my new dog from the shelter, Belle. I was nervous because she has anxiety, but the staff handled her so well! She has opened up so much more and is more confident! The staff truly care about pets. They have been so great about tailoring to her needs and kept me posted about her when she was first boarded. I feel comfortable when my baby is in their hands. Special shoutout specifically to Kevin and Priscilla!
So happy we brought our dog Coffee and cat Moose here. They are so awesome with animals. So patient with dogs that have anxiety being around too many dogs - they gave her lots of human love instead. Moose was happy also. Highly recommend these guys! They treated our babies with lots of love!! I also loved they report card, photod and videos!!

Hesby Pet Care is great! Sera and Dan were very responsive via email and text when we were making dog walking arrangements for my 8-month old puppy. Dan was reliable and helpful when I was out of town for 2 weeks. He always let me know when he was on his way, provided a recap of the walk, and sent me lots of photos of my pup! It was my first time being away from my dog for more than a day or two, so it was a big relief to know that she was in good hands. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

I can't say enough positive things about Sera! We've been using Hesby Pet Care in North Hollywood for about 3ish years now for daily walks and overnights when we're out of town. We have 3 dogs, and they can be a bit of a handful, but Sera has always just loved on them unconditionally with no complaints, even when they cause trouble. When Sera walks our boys, we receive updates as to when she's arriving, what business they did and she always includes pics. When we're out of town, we get lots of text updates and tons of videos and pics. We've had some pretty unreliable sitters before, but Sera goes above and beyond for her clients and I am so grateful to have found her as she is truly a wonderful pet sitter and dog walker! The pic attached was when I came home early one day and found Sera carrying our dog down the street after he stepped on a bee and refused to walk (he's a bit of a baby).

Serafia and her team are very friendly, have always shown up on time to walk my dog, and acted professionally. Most importantly, they've given love to my dog when I can' be there. We just moved to the area and we found this groomer right around the corner from us! When we first walked into the shop they were immediately very helpful and friendly. We decided to get them groomed there and it was an easy and smooth process, everyone there is so friendly and took such good care of our pups. Gavin our mini husky can be quite difficult to groom and deshed but they did such a great job. They are so clean and smell great! Highly highly recommend 10 outta 10
Awesome place! This was my first visit bringing my boston terrier Louie and I have to say, I am so happy I found a great dog groomer. They were very friendly with me and my dog and had a great selection of organic dog foods. Their pricing is fair and Louie looks great!
Update 7.13.23 - Honey was back again for her monthly groom and grind from Eddie and his team. I always plan on a few errands when I drop her off. This happened to be a quick window. I got the text in 45 minutes. Its usually 90 or longer when they are busy. It was refreshing to come in for a few minutes in the AC as the temps were 95 today. Honey pranced out of there in fresh scarf, silky smooth and purged glands. IYKYK. Our August appointment is already in the books! OP: I have been bringing my pit mix Honey to Pups IN Tubs grooming monthly for the past 6 months. Her fur is silky smooth after and her nails are ground to perfection. The consistency has help with her quicks receding. She loves Eddie and the whole team there. We feel the love everytime.

We took our cat in for her first bath ever after adopting her and a hair trim on her belly for summer. She looks fabulous and smells good too! Our cat even approves Pups N Tubs with a five star meow review. The groomer did an excellent job on her. Definitely recommend this place.
This is the absolute best place to get your fur baby groomed. They do everything and they have organic healthy dog food and treat choices. It's hard to find good service where your dog is not terrified of being left with a stranger. My dog Wicket is a Yorkie and they have a lot of facial hair that can get unruly. Since they have been grooming him they are cutting it so perfectly around his face with gentle care. You won't find another groomer who is as awesome and friendly who treats your dogs with love and care as well and where you can buy safe healthy pet food and treats. I'm hooked my dog looks amazing and it's a must if you have a dog that has to be regularly groomed. Take your dog there to just get a bath your dog will smell so good. And it last for while I need to ask them what they use cause he smells amazing I keep forgetting. Anyways try it out I'm sure you will be hooked and your dog will be too.
My pup and I walked in hoping to get pup’s sharp little toenails clipped. Eddie took great care of us and my pup was happy.
Eddie is very nice with us and our dog jeko. The grooming is very precise and top notch. We got a summer cut with flea bath and he came out looking brand new. I highly recommend for your dog.
Excellent service. Impeccably clean. Extremely thorough and descriptive before performing tasks. Very kind and loving owner who took great care of our 2 nervous Portuguese Waterdog puppies. Also, his assistant was very sweet trying to make the pups more comfortable by giving his own dog's treat to our dogs. Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.
We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).
Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!
We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. We have a high energy dog that needs a lot of fun and love, which is why she gets very excited when we pull into Paws Stay and Play. They take excellent care of her, we can watch the cameras when we miss her (super convenient), and she comes home with the best manners and energy depleted after a stay - you really can’t ask for more from a great boarding / day care!
Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!
I wish I could give 100 stars, Marc and Lori have become like family to our mini Aussie Pepper, and for our dog it’s like going to camp not a kennel. There are no cages, just two dog lovers with a nice house and yard for your furry friend, steps away from an off leash dog park, that they visit frequently. The cost can’t be beat and the quality of service is top notch- they handle special dietary needs, and are always around to supervise the dogs, and Pepper plays with other dogs all day and has a blast. They have an early drop off time at 9am and a late pickup time available, and do both overnight rate or discounted day only rate. They send pictures and video of the dogs day. We love these folks and the freedom they give us to go on adventures that don’t allow dogs from time to time.
Sarah did an excellent job watching my goldendoodle for a few days, I was updated throughout each day with photos and Sarah was very responsive with any questions I had. Sarah provided more than adequate amounts of exercise and stimulation for my energetic dog through long walks, playing fetch, and playing with chew toys inside. My dog was in healthy and happy shape when I picked him up and I would gladly board with Sarah in the future!!
We are very pleased to have found a private home with a cage free pet sitting environment. Marc and Lori are attentive, interact with the dogs, take them to the nearby dog park, and send us photos of the dogs interacting and having fun. We also feel comfortable leaving our two dogs with them during vacations. Additionally, theprices for pet sitting and boarding are reasonable.
Sooo happy to find such a great place to board my cat and dog. It's a private home and totally cage-free. The sitter is really great! I was really nervous about leaving them but they we're really well taken care of, actually they we're totally spoiled because when I came back from vacation to pick them up, they didn't want to come home! I recommend 100%. Absolutely the best dog boarding and cat boarding ever!
I recently moved to the San Fernando Valley and my experience with leaving my cat in Mona's care could not have been better. She is very accommodating and cared for my cat like it was her own. The rates are affordable and she's reliable when it comes to texting updates and always replies promptly. Very professional, safe, friendly, and overall I was extremely pleased.
