We couldn't be happier! My husband and I headed off to Japan for two weeks and it was going to be the first time that we have left our fur baby, Cosmo (Cavoodle, 18 months). Cosmo is well behaved but he's still a pup who is learning so we were looking for someone who we could trust to keep him safe, but also keep him entertained! We are so glad that we found Tracy and Kev. Tracy was able to make herself available to meet us beforehand to make sure that both she and Cosmo would get along. Cosmo can sniff out a good human and immediately warmed to Tracy, so that's all we needed to know that he would be in good hands. We loved receiving daily photos of the adventures that Cosmo had been on that day. I think he got used to going out for long walks, lots of ball time and meeting others. We had constant communication through Whatsapp so we never felt out of the loop, but we also wanted to make sure that Tracy and Kev were having a good time too! Cosmo has a very sensitive tummy, so it was also good to see that he didn't have any upsets when we got home which meant he had been sticking to his diet - Tracy and Kev cared for his little tummy too. Cosmo was very excited to see us when we got back, but he was also a little sad that his vacation with Tracy and Kev had come to an end! Post holiday blues all-round! Highly recommend. Would love to have Tracy and Kev back when we go on our next big holiday!
Alisia was amazing from the beginning! She is very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all arrangements prior to her visit. She proactively reached out several times to just touch base and let me know she was looking forward to the sit. She was very prompt in arriving and ensured we had plenty of time to review everything and for her to feel comfortable with where everything was prior to my leaving for the airport. During her visit, she went above and beyond in giving me updates on Pavlov and Ember and sending pics so I could feel comfortable that all was well and they were being well cared for. She even kept me posted about the goings on in the chicken coop! Even more above and beyond was Alisia's obvious care and concern for the animals. My dog, Pavlov was recovering from a back injury and Alisia took the time to recommend some elevated feeding bowls and a bed she thought might help him, and even took the time to research and send the links. She also took the initiative to clean the chicken coop when she noticed there was an excess of mess piling up under their roosts, which was not at all expected or anything I had asked her to do. Her care and attention to the dogs and their special needs and ensuring they were comfortable and cared for while I was gone (even bringing them along shopping and getting them a special treat!) was truly amazing and so appreciated! She was clearly confident and comfortable with animals and their needs. While my dogs are well behaved, they are big and it was nice to see Alisia was clearly comfortable managing them from the start. Due to a last minute flight issue with my return, Alisia was even flexible and accommodating to ensure Pavi and Ember were cared for past when she planned to leave and had everything they needed until I returned. Alisia was also very respectful and caring of the house while she was here, and made sure to leave it neat and tidy when she left. I would highly recommend Alisia for any job and to care for your home and pets while you are away. I would welcome her back anytime. You will be able to relax and enjoy your trip knowing everything is well cared for!
