I had a wonderful and peacful sit for Dria and the felines! The home with lake views and wildlife all around is so comfortable and relaxing and with a choice of either guest room downstairs all to myself I felt very welcome at their home. Both cats are wonderful companions and great entertainment throughout the day while also being very easy to care for. Char was my shadow and with me all day while I worked while Nimue was the talkative one! I had a wonderful week at Dria's beautiful and tranquil home and would happily sit again for the great cat-company and to spend more time with them on the screened porch!
Paula was lovely and so was her condo. It was like being in a treehouse. We loved the walkability to downtown. Such a beautiful location, too. Great coffee shops and bakeries around the corner. And the biking opportunities! One of our all time favs. You would be lucky to stay here.
My friend and I did pet sit twice for them and don’t regret a moment. We would definitely come back for a third if possible! ☺️ I’d like to say sitting Ed, Bracken, Blossom and Charlie was an amazing experience ✨. They are very lovable dogs and dogs will show it any chance they get. Being with them means there’s never a dull moment. They are well behaved and know their rules. Once you get close to them, you’ll love them! ❤️ Ms. Melanie is an amazing person! 😊 She thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the schedule the dogs have. Everything was really straightforward, there really was no confusion with duties. For the location, it is a remote location, with great views. The hikes feel amazing and you do see some really beautiful areas. Do be prepared to walk a lot, though you won’t feel it while busy with the dogs or enjoying the scenery.
I had an excellent time at Elizabeth's home with kitties Pudding and Pumpkin. Elizabeth did everything to ensure I was comfortable and even collected me from the train station, which was handy. The kitties are very sweet. As described, they take a bit of time to trust new people, but settled down with me within a few days. They're very easy to look after. I did a bit of weeding and a mow which was easy enough. Hastings is a lovely town and her location is handy for open spaces as well as the Old Town. Highly recommend this sit, and I'd be happy to sit there again too.
Rachel and her whole family were very, very kind. When we had problems with our rental car they even picked us up from the ferry and brought us back there when we left. They have a lovely home and the cats and nugget are just the cutest. We felt very welcomed and at home🥰
I had a lovely few days at Anna’s place looking after Alfie and Leela, both super sweet easy cats. Alfie is friendly and playful, likes to be around you and keep you company at night! Always up for head strokes. Leela was a little more reserved and preferred her own space but both are very chilled. Anna was great to communicate with, she made me feel very welcome and gave me all the info I needed. Her place is so central for all the shopping and sights of London and has some great cafes and restaurants within 2-10 mins walk. Would defo recommend this sit!
