We really enjoyed caring for Molly and Queenie in Cathy's lovely home. We had some terrible storms during our stay but Cathy had left good instructions for how to best support the dogs during the storms and we felt very comfortable asking for further advice as needed. Communication with Cathy was responsive and clear. Cathy's home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great being close to Glenelg with cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We got quite attached to the gorgeous and cuddly cavoodle sisters and were sad to say goodbye.
Had the bestest time with Fruin in his beautiful home. We clicked right away, but I think Fruin will love anyone who is up for giving him pats! ;) We enjoyed walks lovely hill walks and Fruin is a keen swimmer! Even got to join in the regular dog walking group. Fruin loves a good snuggle and will happily flop on your lap. Shirley is incredibly kind and accommodating. Communication was fabulous and she makes you feel right at home in her home. Would happily return to hang out with Fruin again in a heartbeat!
Alex and Ono are just a delight! Betti is absolutely lovely and was super accomodating for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend sitting for her at all. We loved the house and location, but mostly the kitty boys.
Jack and Lindsay were such lovely kind hosts. We really enjoyed meeting them. Their home is really welcoming and quite close to any shopping and services that you may need. The back garden is a really lovely space to sit and relax and enjoy the sunshine. Fennel and Tarallini are such sweet cats. Fennel was happy for a few cuddles but liked to spend a little more time outside so was more absent. Tarallini was shy at first but by the end of the stay she was sleeping on the bed with us. Fennel does have a penchant for early morning wake up calls so it helps if you’re an early riser! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
We had a very nice sit at Angela and Derek's home! Mylo is THE SWEETEST dog. It took him a couple of days to trust us completely when we took him for walks, but he was always sweet, well behaved, playful and protective of Charlie and the house. Once he was feeling safe with us, we had some very nice walks in the area and he is just altogether a great puppy. Little Charlie does need a little extra attention and frequent bathroom breaks, but he sleeps a lot and for us it wasn't that much or an issue as our intention from the beginning was to spend a lot of time at home. The house is beautiful, spacious, bright and comfortable, equipped with anything you might need. Derek and Angela were super friendly and available for any questions or issues, we were in touch during the whole time we stayed.
Pranee and LeAndre were wonderful pet parents to work with! They are so loving and caring to Mr. Kane - all of his information was very cut and dry! Wonderful neighborhood for exercise and dog-walking - Kane enjoys walking- multiple times a day! He is very playful and quite a scamp! He literally wants to be wherever you are and so he will follow you; it was as if he was the host of the house. :D Kane can pull a bit when walking, specifically if he sees another dog in his sight line - so most of the time, I walked him when no one else was out and about. His personality is fantastic - so genuinely sweet! Great sit overall - would definitely recommend!
