Shannon recently housesat for us for two weeks in October while we were out of the country. Shannon followed all of our instructions and took the time to come to the house to meet us and our dog prior to the sit. We have a 9 year old Swedish Lappie who demands a lot of human attention and interaction. He needs brushing & detangling of his long fur coat; he expects a minimum of 2 good walks a day and has a special diet. Upon our return home, we found a very happy and well groomed dog and a well maintained house, koi pond and garden. Shannon is responsible, pleasant, detailed oriented and resourceful. She is quick to respond to text or email communications. She put us at ease knowing things were being looked after while we were away. She also made it easy for us by dropping us off and picking us up at the airport. We recommend Shannon for your house/pet-sitter needs.

Kelly and Christopher were excellent sitters for Oscar and our home. There communication was great, I got photos every day and it was nice to see how comfortable my kitty was. You will be in good hands with them. They laundered the linens and remade the bed they slept, in essence, went the extra mile!
We only had a short stay with Stevie (2 nights) but it was very enjoyable. Richard is an excellent host! He took the time to get to know us and tell us about Stevie and his routine. After showing us around we went for a walk with Stevie to his favorite neighborhood spot before Richard left for his weekend away. It was nice that we knew the route for Stevie when we walked him later that day. When Stevie doesn’t want to walk he’s happy to burn some energy playing in the backyard with his toys. A game of fetch/keep away makes him very happy. He’s a great sleeper and loves to hang out on the back deck or sleep the afternoon away in the living room. Our room was clean and comfortable and Richard was very thoughtful and provided closet/hanger space for our stay. It’s a great neighborhood with lots to see and do and Richard provided us with some recommended spots to see during our stay. Thanks for having us Richard and Stevie!
I loved this house sit A LOT! Joy is truly a joy to look after—she’s a totally sweet and uncomplicated dog. The apartment is spacious, with a superb terrace perfect for chilling, and the surroundings are great for nice walks. Having Rene’s car made it easy to explore many interesting nearby locations. Communication with Rene was fun and easy. Although we didn’t meet in person, Rene ensured I could find everything easily by sending pictures and leaving post-its around the house. Overall, it was an excellent experience! Totally recommend.
We have had a wonderful month looking after Bailey (Bails) and Bayleigh (Baz). They are the sweetest, gentlest and best-behaved doggos. They so loved their walks and spending afternoons on the patio with us while we read or watered plants. They had us laughing while we played some games we made up … “hide-and-seek” and “my ball”. Bails and Baz are well-behaved, trusting and quiet dogs who will return your affection ten-fold. At night, it was delightful having them close. Matt’s and Steffi’s house is great - super comfy and easy, with a large covered patio out back that stays cool and breezy on the hottest days - and Steffi and Matt made us feel so welcome and had everything beautifully organised before they left, plus great communication while they were away. Thank you Steffi and Matt for your generosity and for a month we will never forget. To say we fell in love with your gorgeous doggos would be an understatement!
