It was lovely tooking after Gandalf. He's a sweet and cheery kitty, and when not out exploring the neighborhood, he is often sprawled out in the hallway to keep an eye on things :D The house location is fantastic if you don't have a car. Shops, cafes, and the train station are walkable in 5 mins or so, and Ashtead Common is very handy. No issues with communication between Francesca and I; it was a delight to meet her and the family.
Sophie and Kurt were very welcoming and friendly to sit for, the flat was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. Their pets Atlas and Albus were adorable. Atlas loved a cuddle and was very affectionate. They were a pleasure to be with and very easy to care for. I would definitely do a sit here again.
Katie and Tony are very friendly, made us really welcome. Even baked a loaf for us. The house is lovely, immaculate and the garden was a delight with tomatoes etc to pick lots of sunny seating areas. Alfie, Tuppence, Domino, Oscar were easy to look after and Harriet The chicken was so entertaining. Runcorn was great for and for us as cyclists lots of places to visit. Had a great day in Liverpool by train. This was a really enjoyable sit and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you
Danilo and Camila were super helpful and welcoming during my stay in their lovely apartment. Lupita is an absolute gem of a doggo - very placid and keen to be out and about. She’s very chilled out at home and just wants to be stroked and be near you (but not on top of you). She’s the perfect cafe dog and travels wonderfully well on the subway. Just note - hard stairs and lifts are ok but escalators are a bit too dangerous for her. The konditori close to Camila and Danilo’s place is absolutely lovely too. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay - I would definitely look after Lupita again.
I truly enjoyed this sit! I met Tammy and Ruth, both were very nice and quite thorough in their requests and instructions, the way it should be. The two pups were just the sweetest ever and made looking after them very easy. The house was quite comfortable: I had my own bedroom and bath. Overall, just an enjoyable experience. I’d be back in a heartbeat!
