Amara was an amazing trustworthy pet and house sitter. Our 2 cats, who can be timid around newcomers, were sitting at her feet within 5 minutes of her arrival. Amara updated us daily with pictures of our fur babies and stories about their antics. She kept them happy with playtimes and excursions onto our back deck. Amara kept our lawn and beautiful landscaping alive during summer weather. She also kept our bird feeders filled. She kept the house in immaculate condition and did the laundry. We highly recommend Amara and would definitely have her sit for us again.
We had a wonderful time in the cosy chalet of James and Anna. The doggies were very adorable! There was Betty, a sweet, cuddly but sometimes naughty monkey :) (sometimes she does likes to explore a bit more on hikes). Enzo, who was laidback but also very playful and always happy for a hike. And then of course, the senior Finley, always very curious to see what we were up to. Tree lovely doggies with their own personality and all well trained! The little village itself is a charming place with a cute little church and surrounded by beautiful nature (also a starting base for many hikes). When we arrived we only saw James shortly but he was very friendly, clear and helpful. They both were also very responsive for the questions we had by whatsapp. Definitely a sit we can recommend!
Aka is a gentle soul, spending time with him was a pleasure, he is always looking for cuddles and treats, he is giant baby lol The house is well connected to the city center, the neighborhood is very nice, I enjoyed exploring different areas with Aka on our daily walks. The cherry on top is that JD and his partner are very cool, super easygoing (I lost the key, they completely understood the situation and solved it immediately) and I loved their house (the tv is a projector on the wall, such a great idea!!! And I loved all the manga pictures everywhere). Definitely this family is super recomendable!
Thanks again guys!! We had a great time taking care of Manu & Otto. They're the cutest and we (still) miss them. Manu is one of the weirdest creatures you'll ever meet, in a good way tho, haha he's amazingly funny. Otto is a bit more sophisticated, shy at the beginning but fulllll of cuddles when he gets used to you. George and Georgies wonderful and comfortable apartment /palace is located in a very convenient and quiet neighbourhood close to the city-center. You'll love it! Thanks for letting us use your bike, we appreciate it a lot, thanks for the trust and opening your doors to us. We hope we'll meet again! Hugs from Spain!
Unfortunately I cannot leave a favourable review. The location was stunning and peaceful however the house had an overwhelming horrible musty smell in all rooms, the guest room being the worst. The smell could not be escaped. The house was very cold. The manual stated heating would be on twice a day; it was not. I was not allowed to turn the heating on as it was controlled via an app by the homeowners. They agreed one evening to turn it on for 2 hours yet after 45 minutes it was turned off. 4 days later I requested the heating be turned on and was completely ignored. I was forced to go and buy an electric heater to keep myself warm. The carpets and furniture were all stained. Again sorry to say but the house was just not welcoming. The dog and cat were friendly and a pleasure to look after. It was just a real shame about the smell and the lack of consideration from the owners. I would not recommend this house sit.
Everything was great! We really enjoyed this sitting: awesome and well behaved dogs, very welcoming and king host Karine and spacious house! We fell in love with Storm and Sky, they are the sweetest and we will be happy to come back!
Alison and her lovely family were extremely welcoming and helpful. She left detailed instructions about the care of Ben the Dog, Toffee the Cat, and Magma the Fish and kept in contact before, during, and after the sit. Ben will steal your heart with his expressive eyes and incredibly human personality! Toffee loves chin scratches and brushing, yet he is very much his own man. The home is inviting, well-organized, and perfectly equipped with every modern convenience and beautiful decor. The neighborhood is serene and easy for walking the pets. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been using Barking Mad for a few years for Frank my Vizsla. He absolutely loves Pauline and his hosts. He’s always excited when they come to pick him up and he happily goes off on his holiday. She’s taken great care and attention in getting to know our two golden retrievers, noting every detail about their routine and their different characters. Barking Mad are excellent - our little dog loves going to the hosts, they keep us updated throughout our holiday with photos and texts letting us know how she is doing and ensuring we don't worry about her while we are away. It has taken us 3 years to feel comfortable with leaving Dexter with someone outside of the family. Having decided we wanted a holiday abroad this year, we took the plunge with Julie and Malcolm and we’re so, so glad we did. After two separate overnight stays before we went away, we knew that Dexter would be in very capable hands and would be very happy. It is clear that Julie and Malcolm love dogs and Dexter was made to feel like one of their own. While we were on holiday, Julie sent us regular texts, photos, videos and reports, which was fantastic as it gave us such peace of mind. We could also see how much Dexter was enjoying his holiday - playing with his new friends, eating delicious treats, having lots of cuddles and relaxing on the garden day bed! We will always use Julie and Malcolm to board Dexter in future, for as long as they will have him, because we can see how much love and care is lavished on him. In return, he also loves Julie, Malcolm and the dogs and, if they are in the park at the same time as us now, he will run from the other side of the field to see them! All in all, we don’t think we could find anywhere better to board Dexter. It is such a relief to know he has somewhere to stay where he is so well looked after and where he is so happy. Thank you to Julie, Malcolm and all the dogs for welcoming Dexter into your home and making him one of the family when he comes to stay!
My dog Oli has been home boarded a few times a year for the last ten years. I have to say Julie had been exceptional in her care for him. We received many photos and reports of his holidays for the two weeks we were away. She really is a very caring and loving person and went the extra mile looking after him. I really would not leave him with any one else just wish she had been doing this a few years ago as we have had some bad experiences in the past . He has come home clean and exhausted from all his lovely walks and playtime with Julie’s dogs can’t thank her enough. I know from now on I won’t worry about him while I’m on holiday he will be having a great time
I had never put Rocco into boarding before and I was quite apprehensive about how he would be. I met Julie in her home with Malcolm and their own dogs, a meet and greet, Julie did it with great care and attention to not overwhelm Rocco. It was agreed then on Rocco's reaction to do a two night trial to see how this would go. This was free of charge. Julie updated me with an emailed report, what's app messages and pictures, fantastic. Rocco had great fun and it was set for him to stay for 12 nights. Would I recommend Julie, 100%, would I use her services again, 100% She sent lovely videos and pictures throughout his stay. He truly had a fab holiday himself. So well looked after and cared for I don't think he wanted to leave.
I’m so happy that my friend recommended Parsley and Pals to us! Julie and Malcolm took such good care of our dog Albie and I could tell they genuinely loved him. On my first visit, it was evident that Julie has put so much hard work, love and care into Parsley and Pals, and she absolutely adores her dogs as does Malcolm. I didn’t hesitate in booking Albie in with them for a holiday and I felt at ease whilst I was away as I knew he was treated like a king. Julie sends regular updates which is lovely. I was so pleased to have found Julie with her Parsley and Pals boarding! We have a 5 year old cocker spaniel Sam, who boarded this week, and he had an amazing time!! Sam was treated liked royalty with healthy snacks, lots of playing, cuddles and space if he needed it. It was really reassuring to know Sam was in safe hands while we had a lovely holiday, and so did he! Julie kept me up to date with his activities and sent photos and videos, which were lovely to see. We are definately booking again next year! 100% recommend this service for your precious doggies. I have one happy, tired boy.
I cannot recommend Parsley and Pals more highly. Julie is truly committed to the dogs in her care giving them a home from home experience. My dog, Winston, had a wonderful time and has a group of new friends in the resident dogs. Julie is meticulous about her daily reports and kept me updated with pictures of Winstons adventures which was very reassuring. I will certainly be booking Winston in for visits and holidays in the future.
Wow! What a great experience we, and our two dogs had with their stay. Photos sent through and a great and thorough report of each day. Walks and lots of cuddles were had. Our dog Spud has gone to stay with Julie a few times and we couldn't be happier! Our baby boy has the best time and is very well looked after. It is clear how much they care the their own dogs as well as guests! It's such a piece of mind knowing he is comfortable, safe and happy. Spud will be returning in the future for sure!

We are so fortunate to have discovered Julie and Malcolm, such lovely genuine people who literally care for our dog Stanley as if he is their own dog. Stanley is so comfortable in their company and he has also made some new dog pals with the resident dogs. Highly knowledgeable and professional in how they look after Stanley and it is great for us knowing we can leave Stanley in their care fully confident that he will have a great time. We particularly love the updates ( emails and videos ) that Julie sends which gives us a great insight into what Stanley is doing and he has grown in confidence whilst with Julie and Malcolm. We would highly recommend Julie and Malcolm.
I left my young puppy with Jackie whilst on holiday. He had the best time and was really well looked after. I got regular updates with photos and videos, helping me to relax and enjoy my holiday. We have just used this amazing boarding kennel for our dog. First time in a kennel too, the owner was extremely accommodating and friendly, we had daily updates , and my dog had the time of his life from the photos! So much exercise and play, with a beautifully big kennel and sofa ! We will definitely use again, thoroughly recommend.
Boarding my senior chocolate Labrador for 2 weeks , extremely good facilities in a beautiful setting . Jackie was amazing with him and kept us updated with photos and videos , even made his 13 birthday very special with a party hat and cake .. He had the most amazing time and I would definitely recommend these boarding kennels and I will be using them in the future.
Sadie stayed at Highlands for 10 days and had a great time. She was welcomed by Jackie and her family and was looked after and loved like she was at home. Highlands is spotless and the perfect place to for any doggy holiday.

Mazzie has been fantastic with our dogs and always responds quickly to enquiries for scheduling walks. We have no concerns that our girls are happy to see her and it is great to know they are getting walkies when we are not around. Mazzie also is always happy to sort out feeding if needed and anything else we might ask. Great service and so pleased we found Poppy and Pals. Thoroughly recommended.
Mazzie was a fabulous lady to look after my timid and shy Beaker. She really got to know her and her growl really well and definitely understood Beaker and her weird ways. Poppy and pals is a fantastic pet care service and I will highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Where do I even start! The Poppy and Pals team are wonderful, very reliable, kind and caring. They have walked our super crazy dog Odie since he was a puppy and that is no easy task. The team have also recently welcomed our latest addition to the family Molly for walks whilst we are at work. Mazzie is really great and I really can’t recommend the team enough.
We have used Poppy and Pals for the last 18 months have found them to be brilliant. They have treated our dog Babs with so much love and care, it’s been reassuring to know she was so well looked after on her walks while we were working. Would I recommend – yes, 100% We placed Bucky in the care of Michelle at The Best Not Very Exotic Dog Hotel for a little over 2 weeks whilst we went away, unfortunately, he did manage to escape from her facility but this was NOT the fault of Michelle, this was not due to a lack of care and I want to say as Bucky’s owner that Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that he returned safely. Accidents happen, and both Michelle and us as owners have learnt very valuable lessons. There has been a lot of negative remarks towards Michelle and her business, nobody except my wife and I has any right to leave or say anything negative at all and anybody that does so without knowing the full story is just being vindictive and nasty. Michelle put her own safety at risk to ensure the safe return of Bucky, she left her property unsecured night and day so that he could make it home. Bucky returned on his own to her property after a few days safe and well. I would definitely consider using Michelle again the next time we went away, the care and love she shows towards the animals in her care is second to none. On top of that, she was gracious enough to not only apologise to me directly but was able to admit the failings that unfortunately led to Bucky being able to escape. Thank you Michelle for everything you did, I know that without your determination and self-sacrifice there is no way we would have got Bucky back and anybody that criticises you our your business without knowing everything that happened is both misguided and ignorant
We have used the 'Doggy Hotel' since it was started, we have always been very happy with it. Michele takes care of our dog to a high level and is more than capable of dealing with any dog related situation. Our dog is always pleased to go to the 'Doggy Hotel' and comes away happy and well exercised.
Don't think Chester will want to come home!

I highly recommend Beaux Aires boarding kennels to everyone who’s looking for somewhere for their pet to go to while in holiday. Our Cockapoo dog Rover Martin loved it there! He was so happy and well treated which put my mind at ease while on holiday. From the moment I made the call to the moment we step foot in there everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful! They got a good team going there... I would personally like to thank Molly, Belinda, Craig & his mother who runs the place. They’re all so really genuinely caring and nice people. We would definitely be using Beaux Aires boarding kennels again in the future. Really appreciate everything. Rover says “whoof whoof” thank you for having me 😊🐾
Left our 5 month old puppy for a night as a try out and she had such a brilliant time. Beaux Aires really looked after her like she was their own. Super happy and wouldn't go anywhere else. Update she is nearly two and adores it here. Their care is wonderful.
To put it simply. This was the first time we ever needed to board our dogs so I was nervous. I have never left my girls for too long and if we ever needed someone to take care of them there were friends and family at the ready. We got to pop down for a visit with our girls to view the space. At first our girls were nervous from hearing other dogs in the area but then they saw the field and they were happy as Larry. They investigated the kennel space and were very curious all good signs. When it came to dropping them off it was swift and painless. I on one hand was offended that my dogs didn't kick up a stink about being taken away from us. But at the same time because everything was done calmly the girls knew from our normal behaviour that there was nothing to worry about. When it came to collection. Well they were happy to see us but not at all desperate to go home. I actually would have liked them to act like they missed me more. Overall it was a very professional and pleasant experience in which I will confidently be able to leave our girls here again.
Such a great Kennel, all the staff love the dogs and they are do friendly. We have an XL Bully (Mas) and a Pug (Sid) they are always excited to go there.

Our golden retriever has been going here for 8 years, his predecessor before him. Digby loves this place as do we - the staff are amazing and he can’t get in quickly enough, always in excellent shape when we collect him. Thank you to the whole team, you do a wonderful job.
First time in kennels for our two hounds, one a bit nervy the other young and boisterous and was quite apprehensive about their week’s stay. Shouldn’t have worried for a second! The staff have seen everything and are immensely capable and kind to their canine guests. There’s a HUGE field where the dogs get to roam five times a day - they are not all let loose together so don’t worry about reactivity. We took in our own dog food to avoid upset tummies but you MUST weigh and bag up each meal you supply (dry food). If you despair about going away and have trouble or anxiety about your dog being looked after please consider Beaux Aires - I was the WORST worrier but now I’m not!

The staff here are absolutely brilliant they love and look after your pet as if it were their own. They have lovely big fields for dogs to exercise and run in. I kept in touch through out my holiday by Mandy the owner My dog was happy there. So much so that he was reluctant to get into the car when we collected him. This place is wonderful I would highly recommend it.
Wonderful service from Rebekah and Luke looking after our 2 older cats while we were away. Great communication with photo updates and so easy to book and get hold of. Was a nice touch having a meet and greet beforehand to see the cats and explain everything in person. Highly Recommend for anyone in the Medway area.
Our cavapoo Cooper was able make himself at home straightaway on his first ever doggy day care visits to Stay Pawsitive Pet Services. Daily photos reassured us that he was having a great time and was very well looked after. We will not hesitate to use again.

Stay Pawsitive Pet Services is our first choice to care for our elderly cat when we go away. He’s got quite a few health issues but Luke is brilliant with him. He (Luke, not our cat!) sends us photos and updates which means we can relax and enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind.
Luke is great with our 2yr old German Shepherd Rex. He has always been so flexible, reliable and trustworthy. It gives us great piece of mind knowing he is well cared for when he is on his walks. Rex loves going out and about off lead. Plus the added bonus of lovely photo updates when they are out having fun on their walks around our local country park. I would highly recommend both Becca and Luke. They are very professional, friendly and accommodating. A* Service.
Kent Dog Walker have been brilliant, we’ve used their crèche services and home day care and both have been outstanding. Reliable, flexible, professional and everyone clearly absolutely loves dogs. Jodie and Matt who offer doggy home care have been absolutely fantastic looking after our pup. They’ve taken such good care of her, she’s clearly been incredibly happy and thinks of their house as her second home. I’m pretty sure she actually prefers it to our home! Communication has been excellent, they are both so lovely and they are so reliable which has been a breath of fresh air. I would 100% recommend them to look after your pup.

We looked for a long time to find suitable accommodation for our two Spanish rescues for the times that we go away. Most places we visited were the typical kennels that were outside, offering the dogs a large metal “cell”, with limited daily exercise. We instantly knew this was not for us. We wanted somewhere that was home from home - we also knew that a stranger in our house would not work. After much searching, we came across the KDW doggie hotel. We were instantly blown away. We loved that the dogs would be outside all day and then go to their rooms later. We loved that they would be outside, have human company 24/7 and we loved that if they did not want to go to their rooms alone, they could hang out and sleep in the “common room”. On the occasions that we have left our pups at the hotel, we have gone away, in complete confidence that our pups are being well loved and looked after and having their own holiday! From our initial meet and greet with Jay, he put us and the pups at complete ease - he has been amazing and sends us updates on the pups which is so reassuring when we are away! I could not recommend this place more highly!!!!!!🙂
Charlie was absolutely brilliant with our nervous dog. It was the first time he’s been left with someone he didn’t know already while we went away but Charlie was so flexible with booking him in for some walks and practise stays beforehand so he recognised her first. During our trip I had so many updates and pictures so we always knew he was happy, loved and well looked after. I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else now. Thankyou so much for allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday- and for giving Chase a holiday too, with some social experiences built in! It’s definitely been good for him!
Kent Dog Walker has been a real find! Recommended by a friend's dad. My dog Jack just loves Chloe and she clearly loves him too. He is always so excited when he knows she's coming, so I can't give him too much notice!
We have been using KDW for 3 years now & our dog Bruce absolutely loves his time with them! We use a mix of services that range from walks with Emma (who is so good with him, he always has lots of fun, we receive great pics & updates). If I'm away for longer during the day then he will go to the field with Jay & Co and has a blast running around with his friends. We also use KDW for boarding if we go on holiday, it's a fantastic home from home experience for Bruce and gives me complete peace of mind! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
We use Kent Dog Walkers on & off lead service. Our dog absolutely loves the team & so do we. The online system is so easy to use & book in. The whole service is seamless. Every team member I’ve meet is helpful, friendly & you can tell they love dogs. They were happy to help with our dog even at short notice when we had a last minute appointment & communication is excellent. Our dog has got a new spring in her step with all the new socialising she does. Extremely happy with the service & would highly recommend!
Kent Dog Walkers have been supportive, understanding and kind to my anxious doggy, Sid. I think they need a round of applause for all their hard continuous work and dedication; they’ve never let me down and I feel completely comfortable with the girls coming into my home when I’m out, which is reassuring. Sid also loves them !
We had KDW charlie walk our 4 dogs weekly and they came back absolutely shattered which was a god send, hyper little things till charlie walked them and then we managed to get office work done without being harassed. Would highly recommend there services. We are also going on holiday soon and will have home boarding services which I know they will love.
100% recommend absolutely amazing and couldn’t ask for better. Both Charlie and Chloe came to do the meet and greet and both my dogs loved them. When house sitting I got regular updates with pictures and my doggies got 5 star treatment from Chloe. My young puppy is quite nervous but she quickly became best friends with Chloe as she really took time with her and even out on walks took it at her own pace. Thank you so much
We used Opsy Flopsy Lodge for the first time for our two Buns. They stayed for 11 nights and loved it from the photos and videos that were sent whist we were away 😊. Janine just returned from a lovely 18 night stay at Opsy Flopsy Lodge. She was so well cared for by her lovely hosts, tending to all her needs and making sure she was very well looked after. Even trying to work out why she was nesting her hay like a bird! We loved receiving the video and photo updates to see what she was getting up to. We would highly recommend Opsy Flopsy Lodge and would definitely bring Janine for another stay in the future, thank you!
I cannot fault OpsyFlopsyLodge. The care my rabbits received from start to finish was fantastic. Lorraine is very friendly and welcoming. She puts you at ease and you know that she is really going to care for your rabbits. She looks after rabbits that need indoors or outdoors accommodation. Mine loved running around her garden. Lorraine sent regular updates with short videos of our rabbits whilst they were in her care. I'm not sure my bunnies wanted to go home when I came to collect them.
I can not recommend this amazing business enough for any rabbit owners in Kent. Lorraine was phenomenal and my buns had their very own holiday while I was out of the country. I was updated often about their time at the lodge, they were taken care of so well and Lorraine was an absolute pleasure to work with. My buns came home happy, healthy and I’ll be using the lodge again in the future!
My bunny stayed for 16 nights and I was so impressed with how often Lorraine sent me updates with pictures and videos of my bunny having a lovely time! It was very reassuring. Lorraine treated Pumpkin as her own with regular exercise and treats. I didn't have to provide anything for his stay - all food and hay was provided. She has a variety of cages / hutches to suit all bunnies either indoors or outdoors and she is very knowledgeable about the welfare of the rabbits. Would definitely use again.
Opsy Flopsy Lodge is the ideal environment for you to leave your bunny whilst on hols or away. Lorraine took such care in looking after our boy and sent regular video updates. She personally oversees the mixture of hay roughage and her premises are beautifully presented and set up for indoor and outdoor bunnies or both. Our boy had a fabulous, roomy bespoke cage and time outside. She made sure the sun wasn't too directly above and used the awning to shield and asked how he likes his water (bowl or bottle). Such care and attention to detail. An absolute bunny heaven. I wanted to move in myself! Flexible pick times too. Thank you xxx
OpsyFlopsyLodge was definitely the best holiday stay for our little Rocket! He is a funny character and can be extremely fussy but Lorraine made him feel so at home he wasn’t even cross with us when we got back. Cannot recommend Lorraine enough. From letting me go and view before I booked him in and then the videos when we were away…just perfect! Thankyou! Rocket will definitely be staying again!
Our two bunnies had a lovely time, they spent four nights at Opsy Flopsy Lodge. It is an all inclusive package, which is great. All their needs were catered for, including time to run around outside. We even had photos and videos sent to us, while we were away. The hutches are great and made to an exceptionally high standard. They are clean, warm and very safe. Lorraine is so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. It was the first time we had left our bunnies with someone we didn't know and she made us feel really comfortable leaving our bunnies with her. They will definatetly return again next time we go away as we know they are in safe hands and they are well looked after 😊
Fantastic place for rabbit boarding highly recommend. Lorraine is fab and our rabbit Charlie Brown was very happy here for just over a weeks stay. Affordable and friendly service, regular updates on my rabbits stay with videos, messages and photos. Definitely use the this place agn next time we are away and in future. Lorraine was incredibly helpful from the word go, extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to fit us in. The space she has for outdoor rabbits like ours is great. They are given daily time running around her safe spacious garden and not kept cooped up in their hutch. That said, the hutches she has are home made, of excellent quality and a really good size for 2 rabbits. She is knowledgable and genuinely cares about taking really good care of the rabbits. Despite being a bit of a drive from home , I would 100% use Opsyflopsylodge again in future and would gladly recommended to anyone else. Can’t fault the service we were given one bit. i have used Little Bears service this week for my 2 dogs and was over whelmed how good this service is.I work long hours and having someone come and take care of my dog walking duties in the week is just great! i highly recommend Little Bears services.

I honestly recommend The Dog Lodge as excellent. After having a bad experience with another local kennels we were a bit dubious about leaving our 2 dogs anywhere again. We went to have a look around and were very impressed with what we saw and the staff are really lovely. Mila and Nelly went in on Friday and we picked them up Sunday, they were happy dogs and their coats looked and smelt amazing. Very happy and will certainly use the kennels again.
Leo our cocker spaniel has stayed at the dog lodge a few times since being open and he loved it! There are big pens for the pups to have big runs and the staff are super friendly and make everything very easy. The space is clean and the kennels are cool and spacious. Like many dog owners, our fur baby means the world to us and seeing him in a safe, secure and loving environment when you are away really gives you a peace of mind. Thank you dog lodge for being so reliable and loving Leo as much as we do! 💕
Didn't turn me away when I explained that one of my dogs (husky x gsd) has issues with anxiety and fear of new people. Were accommodating and understanding of her issues. The place has a very lovely setting and everything your dog needs. Even though i was super anxious about leaving my dogs I felt reassured and confident in the staff. Both my dogs were looked after well and I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you.
First time we have ever put our dogs into kennels and I couldn’t be happier about our choice with The Dog Lodge! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are great with huge open areas for dog walking, huge kennels with privacy rooms ant the back of them for the dog to hide if they wish and our dogs were very happy when we saw them out on their walk! Easy to book with, you just know they are in safe hands, and amazingly competitive prices for them to tailor your dogs care x thank you so much xx
Just picked my two dogs up from a trial weekend at the Dog Lodge and their faces said it all when I saw them in the field....clearly very relaxed and happy! Will 100% use again,highly recommended! Jo is lovely too and really good with animals! Thank you!
