If your looking for a different kind of sit -this sit is for you! Karen & family were were warm and welcoming me into their home, they put me at ease right away. Commuications were always answered in a timely manner. The chores are easy to manage and instructions are clear and straightforward. The animals each have their own personalities and is was great fun getting to know them. There are not many house sits that require you to grab turkeys whilst they are almost asleep and put them to bed at night. Or, try to direct a goat that has a different plan than yourself. This is just two of the characters you will find here. I could go on but its best if the sitter discovers them on their own. All the best to Karen, her family & all the animals.
Tiffin and Luna are real characters and we fitted in with their routines quite happily. The location of the house is amazing with the choice of beautiful lake and woodland walks straight from the back door or a couple of minutes to be on the beach, or into the metropolis of Wells, is second to none! Lottie left clear instructions via video clips from which I made relevant notes and we had no problems with doing things this way. We had a lovely week- thank you!
