Umah K-ing is the best place for your dog, especially if it’s a naughty or traumatised Bali dog. I rescued my Bali dog Madu from the street. And she was absolutely traumatised by some man. So she was very scared and aggressive towards all men. Which was a big issue for me because she even tried to bite my husband 😅 long story short - we put her to Eka’s place for a rehabilitation and in one month with amazing Umah K-ing staff help she managed to heal her trauma and now she actually love my husband more than me 🤣 she is a completely different dog now. We picked her up today and she didn’t even want to leave kind staff of Umah K-ing. She really enjoyed staying with them. I cannot describe how grateful I’m to Pak Eka and his boys. My beautiful rescue is free of trauma now and we can start a new beautiful chapter together. I honestly highly recommend Umah K-ing. I also need to say that I tried another boarding in the area before Umah K-ing and unfortunately they were not able to handle my dog, so few days after they contacted me and asked to pick up my dog. Pak Eka is one of the most professional dog trainer in Bali and he has a big passion working with dogs. I highly recommend him 🙏🏽 I attach the video of my dog with the boys of Umah K-ing so you can see the beautiful transformation of my Madu. Before she wanted to kill every man around her. Nice place for dog to play around especially for medium to big size dog who love to run around. The owner, Eka has good knowledge at dog behaviour. He knows how to handle and train dog. Each daily, weekly and monthly dog stay has fair price

Put there our dog yesterday for couple of hours and will not put him there again. We saw a lot of positive reviews so we were quiet disappointed by how the staff behaved. Didn't care, they weren't even outside, we had to open the door alone, then they seemed quiet lost with what they are doing. on the other hand I like that its separation fence for the size of dogs so you will not have in the same area your small puppy together with big doberman. Still I would be happy to see the staff actually giving the dogs water(bc I didn't see) and also taking care of them much more.

My “go to” dog boarding. 1 of my dogs that has a major issue with humans is so comfortable with the staff here. They are reliable & truly care for dogs. I have no worries while I’m away. They also organize a sterilization for strays with BPC. It shows they care general well-being of dogs and not just business.

Eka is super professional trainer. I totally recommend him, super friendly and easy going- and very passionate about his work. Couldn’t be more happier with my choice of training my Golden Retriever. 100% recommended

I haven't use their service. But i have only interviewed the staff there, and visited the place and it is quite convincing. So dogs will be separated from the dog level of social, interaction body size, and such. they have soil and tiled houses for dogs and they will take care of your dog daily and you can also provide them with your dog's favorite food and staffs also can contact vet if needed. Price is affordable if i remember it right.

The best dog hotel in Bali!♥️ I’ve been using their services for other a year now. My dog is very happy here and I receive regular updates (photos/videos) which gives me peace of mind. The owners Kevin and Debora are the kindest people you could meet! They are truly animal lovers and they always treat my dog as if was theirs. So much gratitude!

Kevin and Dwi clearly take their responsibilities seriously and very obviously love animals. A few points I appreciated include the huge and secure yard, strict daily routine, hands on approach to socialising the dogs, food quality, exercise regime and daily photos and messages. I wouldn't leave my canine family with anyone else when I have to travel for long periods of time.

We've been entrusting our two beloved dogs to the care of Tropical Pet Inn for nearly seven years now, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. From the moment Kevin comes to pick them up (great service!!) for a stay, they howl with happiness. TPI is a huge space, cage free so the dogs can run around and play all day. They also have a pool and training centre. Kevin and Deb are so lovely, trustworthy, and always go above and beyond to ensure our dogs are happy and comfortable. We love the regular video updates, seeing our dogs having a blast. We wouldn't send our dogs anywhere else. Thank you Kevin and Deb for always looking after our babies like they're your own! 🙏🏼

Tropical Pet Inn is fantastic. My beautiful baby girl Winnie goes there often and she just loves it. She gets so excited to go and plays all day long with the other dogs. I highly recommend Kevin and his team they are so kind and caring. They always keep you informed how your dog is going by sending photos and videos daily.

Look no further, dog parents! We've been taking our 4 dogs to Deb and Kev for over 4 years now and trust them fully! Our dogs come home with plenty of exercise, enough socializing with others dogs and many times cleaner than they are at home with me.. hah. The plot of land is huge and spacious with a few playground obstacles to keep them entertained. The longest I've boarded my little ones were 2 months. They offer a pick up and drop off service on availability if you're close to their area. Overall, highly recommend this small business.

We've been taking our dog to Oh My Dog for over a year, and we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. The staff genuinely love the dogs, and you can see how happy the pups are, getting to play all day. The hotel is very reasonably priced, and they even offer baths, which is a great bonus! They provide quality food and toys, both of which we've purchased for our dog and are very satisfied with. The convenience of their pickup service is a lifesaver. We're so grateful for Oh My Dog and the excellent care they give our fur baby. Highly recommend!

Super happy with the service and facility at Oh My Dog! My baby, Nalu, loves this place - all the dogs are monitored during play time and they send you photos and videos! They have a variety of food toppers if your dog is anxious and doesnt want to eat. All the staff are friendly and take such good care of the dogs. My go to dog hotel for sure!

This is my second time of using OMD! services. The owners and staff are very welcoming and patients. They wait until our dog comfortable with the environment and make us feel safe and comfortable letting our dog stay there. They have separate rooms for the dog to play indoors and one outdoor mini park. They could groom your dog which include in the package. Once when they stay, my dog have upset stomach. I couldn't go there but with their help, I'm able to make quick arrangemwnts with vet to deliver my dog a medicine and they help to ensure that the poop back to normal.

We are very grateful for taking an amazing care of our two dogs for a week while we were traveling abroad. The staff followed all our requests. They sent us daily updates with videos and comments about our dogs behavior. When we came back our dogs were totally fine: no scratches, no wild behavior (as it was after other very famous dog kennels), no upset stomach or any food problems. This facility is very trustworthy, the staff is super responsible, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dog hotel. I can compare it with 3 other very popular dog hotels. This one is absolutely the best!!!

The best dog hotel in Bali! 💕 Our dogs come here often for daycare and have been here also for almost 2 months here while we've been away. The team is incredible, you can see they love animals a lot, our boys fell in love with Tyas, she is a sweetheart, she even made a birthday cake for them 🥹 One of our dogs doesn't like people but he loves Tyas and everyone in the Oh my dog. They also have grooming service and a small shop in there. Thank you! Definitely recommend 💕

I was so nervous to leave my puppy at Oh My Dog because he was so frightened at first, but the staff were so amazing!! They would keep him with them all the time and I would get lovely daily updates about how he is getting on which was great 🥹 The only issue I had was that I had to take my pup out a week early, I was told I would be able to contact them for a refund but they haven’t gotten back to me for a long time. if it wasn’t for this issue I would definitely give Oh My Dog and the team 5 star ⭐️

I bring my golden retriever here for almost a year. He is here in daycare once or twice a week and this is also my trusted place to leave my dog when I travel. I can recommend this dog hotel and daycare, because the staff is incredible. They are super friendly and really love dogs, you can see it every time, and they speak English very well. We left our puppy Onix at Oh My Dog Hotel for a 10-day stay after a good daycare experience. The staff seemed friendly and sent us daily video updates, but the video quality made it hard to see his real condition When we picked him up, we were shocked! Onix had a severe rash, a high fever, a lung infection, and several wounds. He was barely moving and in terrible shape. Prior to boarding, he was completely healthy, which our vet confirmed. Now, he needs long-term and expensive treatment to recover from the severe issues he developed at this hotel What’s truly unacceptable is that the STAFF FAILED TO INFORM US (Basically that’s my only and main complain) of his deteriorating condition, despite the fact that it was painfully obvious when we picked him up. They either didn’t care enough to notice or chose not to tell us While they may appear friendly, their negligence has caused serious harm to our dog, and I cannot recommend this place Be warned that your pet’s health may be at risk here

My experience with the pet hotel couldn't have been better. They took care of my dog for a month and a half. Every day they sent me updates on my dog with videos and photos. They followed all my instructions and pampered my dog so much . I can only be grateful. They made her feel protected and pampered at all times. The hotel staff even slept with her, so she would feel more comfortable. The owner of the hotel is very attentive to everything and is very affectionate. The place is cool even when it's hot. Without a doubt I will leave my dog with them again for my next trip.

Even though there’s no AC, it is still cool bcs of the large trees which create a calm and safe atmosphere for my husky dog. Spacious area, dog friendly staff.

Ppl complain that staff steal small breed dog or unresponsibly let it ran away. Be very careful with the hotel, they don't understand how precious dogs are for their owners!

Going there with my dog since opened and only had good experiences, staff and facilities are super nice!

They lost a small dog because of their negligence! And are refusing to show the dog’s owner the CCTV footage. I would trust the safety of my dog elsewhere.
