Had four weeks in Derek and Shirley’s comfortable cottage with two labradors - regal Mollie and adorable Bella. We were welcomed in with a lovely meal, and were responsible for the house and dogs from the following morning. Brilliant experience. The village has all the amenities: local shop, pub, etc. Larger shops are a reasonably short drive away. There are several options for local walks with Bella and Mollie. They are a pleasure to be with. Bella is inquisitive and playful, always ready for a game [and/or milk bone] while Mollie is more sedate. Mollie is a fan of The Chase. She watches with a very intelligent demeanour. The cottage is in a quiet location. Very comfortable with WiFi, Netflix, Sky. All-in-all, it was a very rewarding sit with Mollie and Bella. Thanks to Derek and Shirley for trusting us with everything. If you get the opportunity for this sit, grab it fast!
Callie and Christian are very well behaved dogs. They are both very loving and caring. They love their walks and swims and eat pretty well. We had an amazing time . Callie will give you endless cuddles and Christian will keep an eye on you and follow you at all times. It’s adorable 🥰 Liz and Corey were very kind and accommodating . They picked me up and dropped me off from the airport, they got some groceries and let me use their car. The house is very cozy and warm. I felt at home whilst working and getting cuddles from the dogs I highly recommend them!
We had the most wonderful time looking after little Twiglet! She is the most adorable cat - so affectionate, playful and SO much character. The house is lovely in a peaceful, quiet street with easy access to central London via train. Eilidh and Keiran were also lovely hosts who were communicative, friendly, and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. We would absolutely sit for Twiglet again - we miss her already!
We had a fantastic stay in Mike and Laurie’s home. Luna and Gracie were so loving, playful and well behaved, we were sad to say goodbye! They loved their adventures but were equally happy snuggling up. They had such sweet personalities. Their home is beautiful and the view is out of this world! I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.
We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!

We hired Cynthia to be the “wedding buddy” for our dog Max during our wedding. We wanted Max to be involved in our wedding ceremony and also to be walked around during cocktail hour for guests to say hi. Cynthia was excellent with Max and super knowledgeable about dogs. We had an initial FaceTime consultation with her, and then brought Max up to Napa for a meet-and-greet with her before our wedding day. Max has a lot of energy and can pull on leash when excited, but Cynthia was able to handle him with no problems. We boarded Max at a facility up in Napa and had our boarder meet with Cynthia at our venue to hand Max off, and then pick Max up from Cynthia when he was finished at our wedding. It was a bit complicated, but it all went perfectly smoothly and it was such a relief to not have to worry about our sweet pup during our wedding. I highly recommend Cynthia at PetzRFamily2!
Cynthia is a true gem. We were searching for a pet sitter who would look after our precious ragdoll cat during our wedding weekend in Napa. Cynthia put us at ease from the very beginning, offering to FaceTime with us prior to booking and providing glowing references. She was prompt, professional and an absolute sweetheart throughout the experience. She looked after our kitty as though she were a member of her own family, accompanying her to the ceremony (yes, our cat was part of the wedding!) and staying with her in our hotel suite during our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. It was so important to us that our baby be well taken care of during our special weekend, and Cynthia was such a blessing. She even sent us photos and updates throughout the night! I would highly highly recommend Cynthia for any of your pet sitting needs.

We loved Ruff ! My Spinone, Zeppe went several times a week for daycare and he would start making happy noises miles away knowing that he was going to hang with friends. He went thru those doors and never looked back at me. (sigh) He came home tired and happy every day. Everyone so nice, all so clean, a great facility. HIGHLY recommend.

My job has me travel alot. I recently moved from AZ to NV and I didn't have a pet-sitter for my tortoises. I needed to go to Ca for training and Terrell was very respectful when I first messaged him asking if he would watch after my pets for the day until I got out of work since I couldn't check into my hotel until later in the day, and ai didn't want to leave them in the car while I was at work. They pet-sit for dogs, do require proof of vaccines, and would appreciate at least a couple of days notice so they can rearrange their room for the other pets being boarded. The business is run from their home, and they allow the other dogs being boarded to roam with each other, so they aren't caged up in a kennel all day. The day I stopped by they were watching over a newborn puppy along with about 5 other adult dogs. In the past they have watched after birds, but he mainly specializes in dog care. However he will watch over mostly all pets with enough notice. Keep in mind this is a personal, and private pet care service not your typical big franchise or well known business therefore, it is not going to involve any paperwork, and you do pay by cash. In order to know the cost all you do is contact him via his website by researching the name of the business and the option to message him comes up. When I asked for a quote he was pretty responsive, I messaged him around 6:00pm as I was leaving that next day, he got back to me around 8:00pm. If I remember correctly you could also pick up your pet at 11pm as that is the time they close their doors for the business, but you may notice that they do get antsy if you tell them a time, and aren't there minutes before, so you may hear from them via text when time gets closer to the expected pickup time. Otherwise, they seem to care after the pets kindly and are open to following instructions on feedings, pet care, or medications if needed. Best of all they surprised me with a couple of images of my pets while I was at work, as you can see my male tortoise dirtied up his water soon after they gave it to him.
We are really thankful for TJ service. After a last minute call he accepted both our dogs and was patient enough for both. He updates us everyday, highly recommended.
I took my two dogs to Tj's All Per Care for three weeks stay. Terrel went way beyond what he was asked for. He took a good care of my dogs, he kept me informed with daily messages of the dog's activities, he fed the dogs as he was asked. I'm very happy with Terrel's service and honesty. I would definitely trust my dogs to Terrel again
Great place! this was my dogs first time with a boarder and he definitely benefited from it. I was out of town on a work trip for 3 weeks and I didn’t want my dog to be in a kennel majority of the day so this was a perfect fit for us along with becoming more social with dogs. He went to the park everyday and TJ also sent me at least 2 pictures everyday and answered any question I asked on my pup. After I picked up my pup he has been sleeping wherever he can, definitely not the last time we’ll be using his services.
TJ runs his service like a business. We were especially impressed with his professionalism, foresight, and experience. While watching our dogs we encountered an unforeseen travel situation that he was able to accommodate with no issues. The entire time we felt completely comfortable and safe with him watching over our dogs. He provided daily photos and updates on how they were doing. We would definitely go back to TJ and recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, communicative, and professional sitter.
Terrell did an amazing job with my 7 month Doberman. We were in a last minute bind and Terrell was able to take him the day of AND keep my dog for 4 days. Terrell really does know how to handle all of the different personalities which is very important when you have a large dog with a lot of energy and separation anxiety. I noticed that when I picked my dog up that he was calm and leaning against Terrell as we were talking. We were very Appreciative of Terrell's flexibility and Happy with the state of our dog upon our return. We will be returning with no doubt!!!
TJ went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were moving from Japan to Fairfield. He has the most flexible hours for drop off and pick up and is reachable by phone at almost all hours. My dog has never been happier when boarded...probably because she is not locked in a concrete run/cage, instead, she is hanging out in a comfortable home! My dog was due her monthly preventative medication and TJ ensured she received. He takes all his boarding dogs to the local dog park and keeps them actively engaged with other dogs, toys, treats, and human interaction. TJ sent us daily photos/updates and it's clear he loves our dog almost as much as we do. I will be using his service again and again. In fact I'm hoping he will do some doggy daycare too!
TJ is Awesome! Knows how to handle and treat dogs, I have a old German Shepard and a old Jackussel mix. Both dogs came back happy and healthy. TJ takes them to the park, plays with them and let's the do what they want. He is very professional, polite, super responsive to calls and texts and sends pictures to you 2 time a day of your pet. I will recommend TJ to everyone!

TJ did a wonderful job taking care of my older labrador! I was in need of last-minute pet care for a day trip for work, and was SO grateful that TJ was able to keep my sweet old dog entertained while I was away. (He even sent me a nice picture of all the fun they had at the dog park!) My dog is pretty energetic and extraverted for an old dog, and he came home super happy and exhausted -- I think dogs that like to run and play with other dogs will have a wonderful time with TJ.
My young pup had to stay for 6 weeks while I recovered from emergency gall bladder surgery. My son had to find a place quickly as he couldn't take our puppy as he doesn't have any yard space and is renting with others in the city. Paul, the gentleman we dealt with, takes care of all the dogs. He is wonderful. Our dig had a great time. We've been back and she loved it!!
We were traveling through the area and brought our pup here for daycare recently while we checked out non-dog-friendly stuff in Calistoga. Paul was wonderful to deal with while scheduling in advance on the phone and also in-person when we arrived and picked up. Calm and easy going. Our dog is a lot to handle - very high energy and gets all the other dogs riled up. But he had everything under control with supervision and without issues. This place is similarly priced to other dog daycare/boarding places in Napa. But what I like is that they don't nickel and dime you for every little service - like play time, for example. Our dog doesn't need to watch Netflix or have Memory Foam pillows....she's a dog and just needs supervision and play time with other dogs! This place did exactly that. Didn't shove her in a cage all day and didn't charge us unexpected extra fees like some corporate operations we've been to in the past. We don't live here, but I'd certainly recommend this place for all your wine tasting/hot springs dipping/etc. outings where dogs aren't allowed. And I'll bring my dog back here when we're in the area again. Thank you for taking good care of her!
While the service at the time was good, I paid in advance and , due to health issues, I am unable to continue taking my dog to day care and am out of money I paid in advance. My request for reimbursement was met with a not our policy. No room for negotiations. My advice is to read the policy as it seems it states there that there would be no reimbursement. Happy to take my money for services yet to be provided without a verbal reminder of written policy. I am on SSD and finances are extremely tight. More fool me, I guess

I made an appointment day before and when arrived a few minutes early waited a full 10 minutes and no one came to the front desk and I rang the bell they had and knocked on the window the doors were open and the lights were on but no one came to help me and the floor was so gross. Do not recommend.

It is a very dirty place, i have yet to c any supervision while the dogs are outside, i would not go there with my animals.

I had been searching for a pet sitter for several years that I could trust with my 13 year old dog when a family member recommended I try Fluffy Boss . I can’t say enough wonderful things about how well Josey took such loving care of our dog Zoie. Since Zoie is an elderly dog she has some special needs which Josey immediately tended to. Stacy is ABSOLUTELY the most caring, thoughtful and thorough pet sitter that we have had! We have had overnights with many steps that our pups need (dog mom imposed I guess!) and Stacy never said anything was too much. Rather, Stacy understands that dogs are our kids - and they deserve the best care and love. She has a ton of affection and patience even for our “problem child” and loves all animals no matter their personalities. In a world where it’s so difficult to find pet sitters that really go the extra mile and not have to worry about anything - Stacy is a god send! They hit it off immediately, and it was such a relief to know he was in good care during an extended vacation of ours. Stacy is the best, and our senior dogs (17 and 15 year olds) absolutely love her! I don’t think I trust anyone with our fur babies as much as I trust her! She’s also very flexible and charges more reasonably compared to other services out there.
Can’t say enough about how great Stacy is with my two senior fur babies! She visits with them while I work, and also takes excellent care of them when I go out of town. Stacy sends plenty of updates and pictures, which is very important to me, since my pups both have health issues. She clearly loves pets and I feel like I couldn’t leave mine in better hands. I could take about how amazing Stacy K is ALL day. My husband and I have 3 dogs, and have always struggled to find good a good sitter for them in the past. When we met Stacy almost 2 years ago, our dogs have never received better care, and we have never felt so stress free while leaving town because we know that our babies are in the best hands. The dogs are always well cared for and the dogs play a lot all day long with each other. My dog loves going there because he gets to play with all the other dogs. When I leave my dog there and go out of town, I feel totally confident that he will be taking care of and fed and loved on!
