I took my husband Mike on this 10 day sit and we enjoyed being in the bustling Morningside area of Edinburgh, within 2 miles of the city Centre. Sarah and Nigel were very welcoming to their superb 2 story apartment located in a desirable area of Edinburgh. They provided precise and clear instructions on the care of their home and Nouse, the affectionate and characterful male cat who required careful administration of the strong medication which was essential to him. During the stay Sarah was very supportive on Whatsapp when Nouse’s health worsened, and her excellent, cats only, Vet was able to get Nouse back to the condition we first met him in. Unfortunately Nightingale the dog was too ill to be looked after by a sitter and was being cared for elsewhere.
It was such a joy to care for Willie! He is such a sweet cat, super fluffy and full of love. Beth and Ed are gracious hosts and have a nice and cozy home. They gave some wonderful recommendations for local places to explore. We would be happy to sit for Willie anytime!
It was such a pleasure to look after sweet Floyd ! He is such an easygoing and loving cat, he curled up on our lap the second we walked in. Tabby and Don are amazing hosts, and their place is beautiful. The area is easily accessible with lots of shops and great walks around. We can’t wait to be back!
Jocelyn and Terence are a lovely couple. The communication with them was perfect throughout. Their dog Georgie is absolutely adorable and we had a marvelous time together. We felt very touched when Jocelyn and Terence expressed their appreciation for our sit when they returned.
Michael was fantastic in providing all the necessary details and instructions before his departure. He ensured that we had all the information we needed about Pippa's routine. Pippa was a bit shy in the beginning, but once she felt comfortable, she started to come to us. She really loves her Dreamies treats. The flat is very comfortable, and the location is amazing with everything you could need very close by. We highly recommend Michael and Pippa to any future house-pet sitters. They are a wonderful duo, and We would be more than happy to sit for them again. Thank you, Michael, for the opportunity to take care of Pippa. It was truly a pleasure!
