This was such a wonderful sit! Christine and Willie are so warm and welcoming. We felt relaxed and at home. They made sure that everything was organized and ready for us, and their communication was great. Joni and Rue are truly among the best cats in the universe. You can tell that they’re well-loved. They’re very affectionate, and love to play and be brushed. Joni loves to go outside for a daily walk; she is completely patient when I put on her harness. She doesn’t startle when dogs go by or when she hears fireworks (we were there over the 4th of July). The vacuum doesn’t faze her a bit. She loves to snuggle and sleep with you at night. Rue is a bit more skittish and afraid of loud noises, but she has plenty of safe spaces to hide. She is a purr machine, and loves to snuggle as well. The apartment was lovely and super clean. The neighborhood is awesome, but I won’t go into detail because they are moving soon and will be in a different town. If you have the opportunity to sit for them and take care of these marvelous cats, you will be very happy.
Winston is such a beautiful soul! He is the most gentle, loving dog and I would sit for him any time! The house is absolutely PERFECT!! It’s so homey and clean, and Sevenoaks is just a short walk away which is such a beautiful quiet small town with great cafes. Perfect for every sitter! I loved my stay so much. Thank you Melinda 🙏🏼
Tofu and Joey are incredibly sweet, loving animals that were a pleasure to spend the week with! Both are very cuddly with adorable personalities. Lydia was very hospitable, easy to communicate with, and flexible with scheduling! The house is very centrally located to outdoor activities in the area. We really enjoyed our time there; thank you!
We loved pet sitting Dobby for Fiona & Paul! Dobby is a loveably cuddly pup and is very easy to take care of, basically needing only his walks, food, and lots of belly rubs! Fiona & Paul were wonderful hosts we really enjoyed getting to know them. They have a lovely home in a great location in the center of Canterbuy. We highly reccommend this sit and hope to sit for sweet Dobby again soon!

Hounds Town is one of the best places to bring your dog for boarding or day care. They treated my boy Hobi (brown/white Beagle) like family while I was away for a week. Hobi looked so happy with the other dogs, and I know he was given lots of love while my family and I were away. There was an outbreak of Kennel Cough when he was there, but he was already vaccinated and caught a minor case of it. Overall, I love Hounds Town and I will definitely come again when I need to board Hobi or bring him to day care!
Our dog is considered one of the family so leaving him in a safe and trustworthy environment is of the utmost importance when go on vacation. Our dog (StanLee) is always excited to go to Hounds Town Garden City and the tell-tale sign he has a great time is he is exhausted when we pick him up. One nice personal touch that we get from Hounds Town Garden City is at they post pictures on their private Facebook page. We look forward to see him playing with his new canine friends. We typically see him playing and having a great time while burning some energy. However, we do see him up to some mischief with his hound friends (see the pictures below). We thoroughly enjoy the service we receive at Hounds Town Garden City and highly recommend them.
Great place that treats our four legged friends wonderful. They share photos of the dogs interacting with each other which lessens any stress about leaving them. I highly recommend them for day care or boarding.
Colleen, Lauren and the entire staff at Hounds Town do everything possible to make your dog feel at home, which allows families to have piece of mind when they're away. The facility is bright, clean and nicely decorated. They separate the dogs during playtime by size and take so many great pics of them together. When you're part of their FB group, you can see the photos of your fur baby having fun, which always brings a smile to your face. You have the option for an exit bath or spa treatment, which is great after a stay with lots of play. When our pup turned 2, we couldn't believe Hounds Town put up a sign, balloons, gave him a birthday crown and took pictures. How special!! The staff loves dogs and it's evident the minute you walk in the door and they see your fur baby. They are responsive, answer all of your questions and make you feel at ease. Many people in our town go to Hounds Town because of their incredible reputation. I highly recommended booking a stay or day care for your furry family friend! You can even schedule a 15 minute meet and greet prior to.
Staff are very welcoming to you and your dog. You know he is in safe hands and will be looked after. Sincere and kind o your dogs needs and to the owner. They have a excellent knowledge of a dog's behavior, which helps so much. Bailey loves going to play and knows he is safe, I know this too. They are exceptional! Best Ever!
Our baby beagles love going to hounds town twice a week! We love that they rotate the doggies so they have someone new to play with every so often. They get to go outside to get fresh air and sunshine. They are very tolerant of me calling on lunch to ask about my babies. Lastly we LOVE that they post pictures of the pups everyday so we know that they have a great time.
The employees here are truly amazing! They treat your dog as if they are their own and it means so much! My dog is pretty attached to me, but when he gets to daycare, he runs in and doesn’t look back! Because of Houndstown, he is great in social environments with other dogs! Colleen, Sarah, Lauryn and Erin (as well as all the staff) are so good to my boy. There’s no greater comfort than knowing he is good while his momma works! Mr. Cooper loves hanging out with all his friends. I can’t thank the staff at HT enough for providing such a special place for my guy!
This was the best doggy day care ever!! My 10 month old puppy Lilo had the time of her life and was exhausted! Workers were so kind and caring about the dogs! She was there for 9 hours and got a little report card when I came to pick her up.
I had to leave my dog with hounds town garden city for an extended time frame. The staff took such good care of my dog for the many weeks he was there. He came back to me beautiful and happy, Barney loves the staff at HTGC. The boarding and day care are great. The people that work there are kind and attentive. I will continue to bring my dog to them. I trust them with him very much. I did not have to worry at all about my dog while he was there, I knew he was in good hands! Best place .
I don’t have enough great things to say about HTGC and the staff there! Our American Bulldog, Scott has been attending Hounds Town for the last few months for daycare and boarding and has truly found a safe and loving place to spend his time. Scott entered Hounds Town a SUPER anxious and shy pup and has flourished into a confident, happy, and social dog. No words can describe how sweet, supportive, and PATIENT the staff have been to our sweet Scott. They go above and beyond to accommodate all of his needs no matter how big or small the request. Not only did they provide him with a safe space, they provided him with SO much love as well! All the staff has been responsive and fantastic with communication as well whenever we are away!!
Michelle and her mother are fantastic dog sitters! They take such great care of Simba, always making sure he’s well-loved and happy. I found Michelle and her mom after my dogs daycare closed down. I can’t express how incredible they are!!! I have crazy schedule and they are always extra accommodating. My dogs love going there. Whether is for few hours, full days or for extended periods they ensure my babies are taken care of. You see the love they have for my babies. I definitely recommend them to anyone. If I need to drop them at 6am they are available. If I am running late they are available. Going on vacation they are available!!! They are super dog lovers!!
Had a horrible experience with these people. Left my dogs there for 3 days they called me 6am the first morning to come get the dogs because he was barking and they couldn’t sleep. The person I met was not the person who watched the dogs. My dog doesn’t bark so there was something wrong and making him uncomfortable. Either way the person who contacted me in the morning telling me I had to come get them was extremely rude and nasty. Don’t ever trust these people with your dogs. There are plenty of responsible dog sitters out there. Stay away from these people.

Michelle has taken care of my dog Max for over a year now. He adores Michelle and her whole family. She always updates me regularly when he's in her home and he comes home happy. Michelle has taken care of both my dogs Pepper and Stacy for over two weeks and I cannot feel more happy with her services. She has informed me daily on their progress and how they are doing and honestly this is the first time that they were left home alone so I was very skeptical but in her care I never had to worry about anything! Our pup Monty had a great time with Michelle! She was very sweet with our girl from the beginning and made us feel totally at ease. Monty surely has no critiques except to probably stay longer. I would have loved some more picture updates as it was our first time really leaving her but Michelle was so flexible and communicated a lot over text which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for her next stay!
My husband and I dropped our dogs off with Michelle for a weekend. She was very polite, responsible and professional. She kept us updated on their walks and playtime’s and sent us pictures! We cannot recommend K9 Resorts enough! We have searched high and low looking for a place that was safe and fun for our pup! He has been there for daycare and boarding. Both incredible experiences. I appreciate that they consistently upload pics of the dogs on their Facebook to keep you in the know while they’re staying there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pup is well taken care of! The establishment is SO CLEAN and comfortable for the pups as well. I would say it’s definitely worth the price you pay. You will not be disappointed!
I am so happy and grateful to have K9 Resorts services. They are amazing. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience and kindness they show to our beloved pet. I am confident and assured that my pet, who has anxiety issues, gets the attention and care she needs either for overnight or longer stays. My first experience boarding my pups was a little rough but I took a chance in bringing my pups back for a last minute boarding. I was very pleased they were able to accommodate especially having to check 5 frenchies. I love that the provide dos punts for additional pups which makes a difference in price. My pups came back happy and well taken care of. Smelling fresh as can be. I was happy all went well with no injuries or trips to the vet this time around. The employees are all very pleasant and friendly. You can tell they love what they do. The facility is always well maintained and clean. Nice job !! 😊
Our two dogs had such an amazing experience here! Every interaction from booking through their evaluation day was courteous and care-filled. Receiving a detailed report card and adorable pictures throughout the stay was a touch we’ve never experienced having done daycare at many facilities before. The staff really seemed to know and be able to speak about our pups in particular which made us feel even better about our choice. 110% recommend if you’re in the area! Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made was to start bringing my dog Jake to K9 Resorts. It gives me peace of mind that I can drop him off in the morning knowing he will be well taken care of. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and devoted. You can really tell they love dogs as well as their job. They all know how quirky Jake is and greet him with enthusiasm everyday. The best part is that Jake comes home happy and tuckered out from playing all day with his friends. K9 Resorts goes above and beyond to take care of and create cute themed days for the dogs to enjoy. We just boarded our two dogs for a weekend, and they were so happy and well taken care of. I had a bad experience at another daycare, but my dogs came home from K9 Resorts with smiling faces and wagging tails. Would highly recommend them to any pet parents out there! Lucille was great! This was my first time using her. She took care of my german shepherd Raven for two nights and was very caring. She provided medication for Raven because she had a heart condition. She kept us posted by sending us photos daily. I would definitely use her next time. Jimmy
Pawsitive Pet Care took care of my dog Scooby fed him, walked him and kept him for boarding over a weekend with no issues. Lucille was a pleasure to be in contact with and kept in communication with daily texts and photos each day of Scoobys activities. Highly recommend Fran to watch your little fur babies. I would get pictures and updates daily how my two dogs were. So much better knowing they’re snuggled up with her and her family than having them sit in a crate at the vets office.

I cannot say enough great things about Fran - the owner of Snuggles and Cuddles Doggy Staycation! I feel grateful and very fortunate to have found this gem. Fran was so easy to work with and her kindness was evident from booking to the meet and greet through to pick up. The whole process was simple and easy. My pup had recently been through a traumatic situation with the groomer/sitter he knew for over a decade and became a bit nervous around strangers. Much to my surprise, he felt at home with Fran at the meet and greet and didn't try to leave or look for me too much. When we came back to board he got excited at seeing her! I also felt at ease with her and felt a deep sense of relief in finding her. While I was away she followed up daily with FaceTime, video and pics to let me know Duncan was great and welcome him as one of her own (with my permission she made him chicken and kept him on the couch with her). Fran is now my go-to pet sitter and exhibits the highest form of professionalism, warmth and love. I would gladly pay her double her rate. HIGHLY recommended.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Fran Lopresto Daniels and Snuggles And Cuddles Doggy Staycation LLC.! Leaving your pet (which is really a family member) for a week is really hard.…but knowing he was in great company made it soo much easier! Fran sent pictures and videos every day and we knew right away that he was in great hands! He was treated as a member of their family which was comforting! Fran’s daughter was also amazing with him! At times, we questioned if he would even want to come home! Lol. Wish we could keep Fran all to ourselves, but she’s too amazing not to share with everyone!!!
Fran took care of my little dog Lola as if she were her own dog. Lola was so happy and clearly well taken care of. Fran was extremely reliable, responsive, and very flexible. We look forward to bringing our dog back to snuggles and cuddles when we travel next.

Could not recommend Little Paws of Hope more!!! My 6 month old havanese Hudson began daycare and boarding when he was 4 months. I was very hesitant at first sending him to daycare but now It is definitely a second home thanks to Hope and her staff. Raising a puppy is super stressful but having Little Paws as a safe, fun place for my puppy is very reassuring. He has made so many furry friends and I am so pleased with how happy he comes home everyday and am so grateful for everyone there. Thank you to hope and her staff you guys are the best!!!! 🐶🐶❤️❤️
We used LPOH for puppy daycare for our little Yorkies, brother and sister (Max and Daisy). They were always well taken care of and seemed to enjoy their time there. They have a good outdoor setup for the pups and they have cameras in all locations so you can see your puppers. Would recommend them for daycare and boarding! They also had a great trainer we used for a few sessions.
I have been taking my 10lbs. Shorkie to LPH for years. I love that they cater to smaller dogs. Hope and her team have been amazing to work with, caring, accommodating, always available to answer texts and send pictures of our pup throughout her stay. Not to mention that I can see her on their live camera feed. So grateful to be able to go away without worrying about our girl.
Little Paws of Hope is worthy of a five-star rating if you ask me; it was recommended to me by co-workers, friends, and acquaintances. The entire staff is so kind and considerate and works to make your dog, or in my case, in which I had more than one dog, feel right at home. I dropped them off for the first time a week ago; as a parting gift, I received a photo of my sweet and loving girls in a frame incorporating the little Paws of Hope logo, which I chose to share as a part of my review, as seen below. I received a report card with photos daily and access to live footage of when they were playing in the play areas inside and outside. It was so lovely to see my dogs in a place attending to them, similar to how I would take care of them. As opposed to the alternative instead of boarding them in a kennel. I realize that a place like that, for your dogs, might be a slight expense. But if you ask me, it is so nice to drop your beloved pet off knowing that they are taken care of significantly closer to how you were taking care of them yourself. Additionally, Initially, I was a little thrown off by the name, but I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Hope.
This is a great place for your dog. Hope and her staff are professional, friendly and you can see they really love dogs. Hope is an excellent trainer and I definitely recommend her to train any dog regardless of age or personality. The place is super secure, with 3 closed doors and webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your doggie. Our little Guy always comes back happy and relaxed. This is definitely a doggie paradise!
My dog jumps out of the car excited to see his buddies the minute we arrive at LPH. Not only is this day care so fun for little pups but they also take great care on making sure play is appropriate and dog have structure. Everyone knows my dog by name and truly know his needs and making sure he has a great day. On-site grooming is a huge plus and they are wonderful!
I got Romeo when he was 2 months old in 2016. Since he was so young and I was working, so I approached Hope for daycare and training purposes. Romeo just fell in love with Hope. Even after 4 years , her voice drives him nuts that even he forgets me. That means he feels more than home when he is with Hope. Hope and her staff are very professional and friendly. She is an awesome trainer and I definitely recommend her. The best trick she taught my Romi is "Ring a bell for nature calls " . This place is super secure and has webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your paw kid. My Romeo gets so much love here that he always comes back happy and relaxed. I attaching few pics and videos from 2016 - in one of them he looks like a prince. Also attaching one pic that was clicked this month after he had a spa day at this doggie paradise.
Our kids (two doxies, a tweenie and a mini) spend a LOT of time at Hope's, sometimes just for boarding sometimes for boarding and training; and I think we have been with Hope for nearly 9 years now. We live in NYC, so we also regularly use Hope's transport pick up and return. There is literally no other place like Little Paws. From the moment they hear the driver come up the stairs, they get HYPED. They love every second that they are there, they are truly happy and comfortable, and training with Hope and her amazing crew have led to major breakthroughs with our little nervous Nellie. We are high maintenance and Hope rides our crazy tornadoes with kindness and grace. She is attentive to the needs of every dog and employs the best staff; you never have to feel scared about the care your dog will receive. Also, her facilities are IMMACULATE. There is ROOM for the pups and things to keep them mentally and physically engaged whether it is cold or hot outside. Hope and LPH are national treasures.
I have been boarding my two rescue dachshunds with Hope for several years. They have their issues and there no ones else I trust them more with than Hope. They always comeback Happy, calm and better behaved than when we dropped them off. Hope is a true professional who understands the dogs in addition to providing a safe and FUN environment for them. She and her staff are the best!!!!
Exceptional Dog Grooming /boarding Experience I recently had the pleasure of taking my furry friend to an outstanding dog groomer and boarding and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the service provided. From start to finish, it was evident that the groomer's love and care for animals were unmatched. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the groomer, who immediately made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail and genuine affection shown towards my furry companion was truly heartwarming. It was clear that the groomer took the time to understand my dog's specific needs and preferences. Throughout the grooming and boarding process, I was kept informed and involved. The groomer Jamie / owner hope patiently listened to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that my dog's grooming experience was tailored to perfection. Not only did my dog come out looking absolutely fabulous, but I could also sense the genuine happiness radiating from them ( whole staff) It was evident that they had been treated with the utmost care and respect. Long Island Pet Service in my opinion is great. Gilberto is the most responsible person I have had the pleasure of meeting. His concern for the pets he deals with is over the limit. He is respectful and very responsible. I have had him stay at my home to care for my dogs, cat and birds and it’s been a great experience. My dogs love him. I will always recommend him to anyone.

This was our first experience with Long Island Pet Service, and we’re thoroughly impressed. While we were away on a 5-day trip, Gilbert came by twice a day to feed, check on, play with, and clean up after our cats. He did an outstanding job. Gilbert was incredibly professional and took great care to ensure our cats were comfortable at home while keeping us updated on how they were doing. He sent plenty of photos during each visit, and it was clear our cats were happy with him. Normally, we’re a bit anxious leaving our cats behind, but this time we felt completely at ease knowing they were in capable hands. Long Island Pet Service is reliable and trustworthy—I highly recommend them.
Gil and the team at Long Island Pet Services are fantastic! Prices are fair, great communication from all of the pet sitters, and the app makes it very easy to schedule and text back & forth with the team. My dogs and cats were well taken care of and I will definitely use Long Island Pet Services again in the future. Thank you!

Gilberto runs an excellent business. The App is easy to use. If you need assistance, Gilberto is available. The LI pet service team is VERY reliable. I can’t stress that enough. My dog,Rocky loves all of the team members. . I am grateful to have access to this business. It was extremely helpful during my recovery from surgery. I will continue to use LI pet services. I am very confident that my pooch is in good hands.

This was our first time with Long Island Pet Service & we are so pleased! We went on a 5-day trip & Gilbert made 2 trips a day to feed, check on, play with & clean up after our cats. Gilbert was absolutely wonderful with them. He was very professional, & did a great job ensuring both our cats’ comfort at home & keeping us in the loop on how our cats were doing. He made sure to send us tons of pictures every visit & our cats clearly loved him too. We are usually nervous being away from our cats, but this time we were completely at ease & knew they were in good hands. LI Pet Service is very trustworthy & I would definitely recommend their services!
