Where do I begin? Rose and Mark were a dream to have taking care of our home and boys! Their beautiful spirits were evident in every text and picture sent to us while we were away. They live a life of blessing, and it shines from them so beautifully! Rose sent texts and pics of the boys every day which was so thoughtful and warmed my heart as we missed them so much. We came home to an immaculate home, complete with fresh linens and very happy pups! It was evident they were well cared for. We also needed to extend our trip by a couple days, and they graciously encouraged us to do so, staying in our home longer than they expected. I would recommend Rose and Mark for any sitting, and hope they come back to our home again!
Fritzie was the best house sitter we could have ever had!!! Our puppies were so sad when she left, and they had the best time together. Our house was cleaner than how we left it, and my plants definitely looked better than how I left them. She really went above and beyond in caring for our pets and house! We even got some puppy pics during our travel which made it all so much easier on us. Our neighbors loved her too! We’ll definitely be using Fritzie as our go-to sitter whenever we can!
From the moment Catherine stepped out of the car I knew Willow was going to be in the best hands! It was a quick stay but Catherine took time to come to the house early and learn the ropes and get comfortable with Willow beforehand which we so appreciated. She was great with updates during the stay, and despite Willow barking in the middle of the night, I think she still managed to enjoy snuggling with her throughout the weekend. House was immaculate when we came home, which always just a wonderful bonus to knowing our pup is in the best hands!

The pets are absolutely sweet! Penny is probably the sweetest and gentlest and most affectionate cat we’ve ever encountered and Huck is worthy of a movie or as a cartoon character! Both are very easy and pleasant to take care of, both are very affectionate, and both love their human lap time!

Watching the Sunset from the couch or desk in in direct line of sight of Russian Hill and St Peter and Paul’s Church, the site of DiMaggio’s and Marylin Mionroe’s wedding photos. Peak to the right and you see the Golden Gate! This place is living history and all observed from an apartment lined with SF History books, probably the best collection we’ve ever witnessed.

And of course It was so fun to experience the real writer’s world in our own city. It truly felt like we’d traveled thousands of miles and through several decades and cultural movements and yet were were only a few miles form home…..

We had a great time sitting for Sara and Jason and looking after their cat Alfie. Their unit is lovely and in a brilliant location just a few minutes from the beach and within easy reach of the CBD by public transport. Always my favorite place they take care of my boys and have been for three years now .I drive way out of my way because the number one according to the slantenal was not for me and was closer to me . These folks always treat my dogs so good . Cameras and report cards everyday I love it. Thanks to all the staff at Happy paws the pics are my boys passed out after there day at Happy paws.

Took excellent care of our 8 month old golden, Bucky and our cat Smoky. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly when we called to check on them as we had never boarded our pets before. Took extra time to spend with Bucky since he is intact and was unable to play in daycare with other dogs. Gave us photos of Bucky and Smoky from their vacation when they were picked up. Will definitely recommend and use again.
The staff was so sweet and understanding. They took amazing care of my cat overnight. This was my first time ever boarding any pet but was an amazing experience. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to coax my nervous kitty out to the cat tree. I would gladly leave my cat in their care again. Cats are in good hands here!

Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!
I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!
Dogtopia has been the best thing for my dog Clancy. All of the employees treat her so well as if she was their own dog. It's really nice knowing that my dog is in a safe place where she'll have fun and I know that the workers truly care about her. Every time we pull into the parking lot Clancy gets all excited and runs to the door. We love Dogtopia!
Where do I start with this magical doggie daycare. Dogtopia and it's fabulous staff has been welcoming to my Gatsby and our family since day 1. Gatsby has been the happiest boy since starting day care and we are so thankful. We LOVE the weekly themes, the constant pictures, check-ins, and how you can sense that everyone here not only loves your pup but loves what they do. We are so thankful for you all!❤️
My pup, Minnie, is loved at Dogtopia. She has a great time playing and howling with the staff and her many canine friends. The best feature is the doggy cam because it allows me to see her having fun. I am confident to leave her in their care.
I’m not sure who loves this place more. Me or my dog, Buck. He is so excited when we pull into the parking lot and races to the door. All the canine coaches are friendly and caring. I like that I can check the webcam and see what’s going on. I often see the coaches petting Buck or the other dogs. The facility is very clean and there is room for the dogs to run around and play. I like the fun activities they have and the pictures they take. When I pick Buck up at the end of the day he still wants to stay and play but once we get home he is tired. Sighs it was a good day.
My boy Archer loves his friends at Dogtopia❤️ He is a puppy fully of energy but always sleeps so good after he comes home from daycare !!
I found 9 injuries on my dog. An aggressive dog had consistently singled out my dog, and to counteract this they crated my dog for half the day, every day she was there, without informing me. I was never informed of any fights or injuries until multiples days/weeks after they happened, and only because I asked about that happening specifically. I noticed behavioral changes and I wanted to make sure my dog wasn’t learning bad behaviors. I had to go in person, on my lunch hour, to get any kind of response from the general manager. The aggressive dog still attends daycare, 5 days a week, and occasionally boards weekends, so be careful if you think your dog should go here. (I was told I could come Saturdays, since the AGRESSIVE DOG doesn’t typically come that day.) My dog is not the same dog she was a few months ago. I don’t know the extent of what happened to my dog while under Dogtopia’s care, but I will never trust them with my dog again.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

Tom is wonderful! My dog Samson, who is not friendly with men, goes to Tom's once a week for daycare and anytime he needs to be boarded. Samson is much more comfortable after spending time with Tom and his fur crew! Tom is flexible and reasonable priced. He will also give you tips to improve your pet's behavior.
Tom takes wonderful care of our 2 yo Akita mix who is filled with tons of energy! He sends photos and videos and has a site where you can see all of the photos and not just your dog. He is very organized and quite reasonably priced.
My pup Betty and I love Oviedo Pet Resort! From the first visit, I have felt very comfortable leaving my girl. In addition to daycare 2-3 times a week, I have used their overnight boarding service which I would also highly recommend. I never have to worry when I drop her off and know she is going to have a blast and get all the love and attention!

My cat Rocky loved his stay, and didn’t want to leave. The condos are literally all windows, seventh kitty heaven! FYI, Make sure to have cash on-hand for their tip jar. I have used Oviedo Pet Resort multiple times for my Frenchie, Bruno. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Natalie is very caring and welcoming each time we come in. I highly recommend for doggy day care and the facility is always clean and organized. A+++
I bring my pittie pup here a few times a week for daycare, and she's always super excited to spend time here. The staff are always very excited to see her and very polite to me and my wife. I love that they always put pics of the dogs at play on their FB page, almost every if not every day. Even if I only see my girl in 2 or 3 of them, it's awesome to see she's having a great time there. EDIT: I had to add to this. I guess we're spoiled, as we moved so close to this place so it was the first place we looked at. I remember a conversation with another customer in the waiting area, her saying "Other kennels are clean and sterile looking, like a doctor's office. This place is clean, but feels more like someone's home" and it couldn't be more accurate. Every time I walk in, whether for daycare or boarding, it feels like I'm dropping her off at a good friend's house to watch her, instead of a daycare. We've been regulars here for several months now, upgrading to the monthly package. My dog is finally to the stage in puppyhood/adulthood that she's exhausted when she gets home (thankfully). Her temperament, social ability, and overall happiness have improved, and I honestly have to give most credit to this place. All of the staff remind me of how great a dog she is, on a regular basis, and I couldn't be happier with their service and care of our girl. They have themed events and celebrate birthdays and gotcha-days for rescues, it's really a phenomenal place to trust your dog with. 5 stars really isn't enough...
We’ve been taking my ten month Goldendoodle here for several weeks now. He goes 2-3 times a week for daycare and loves it! He comes back exhausted (which we love!) but not overwhelmed - which is huge for my anxious boy. He loves being with other dogs but tends to get overwhelmed as well (rescue boy with his own baggage). Oviedo Pet Resort gives him the best of both worlds. Oh, and he loves the pool! I’m lucky at this point if I even get a second thought when I drop him off. 😂 Thank you for caring so well for my boy!
We are new to the doggie day care scene, so this is our first experience. So far we are very happy. Our pup goes to day care two times a week and she LOVES it. When she comes home after her day she is "dog tired",lol. The staff are also very kind. One staff member even encouraged me to seek out dog sunscreen for my fair skinned girl so she wouldn't burn, I never would have thought of it. So far we are all very happy with the group. I also like that they have different activities and add ons. My girl like the extra ball throwing and frozen beef pops. They even had a doggie disco party!!
Oviedo Pet Resort is the best! Our dogs love staying there and we don't worry about them at all because we know they are in good hands. One of our pups can be a little difficult but they love her anyway. The staff works very hard to make sure each and every pet is happy and comfortable. We're very thankful for the care that they show our pets.
We were nervous about leaving our 7 month old English Cream Golden Retriever when we went on vacation. The staff at Oviedo Pet Resort made us feel like he would be in good hands and have a good time while we’re gone. They asked us to bring him in for a half day trial, which was a good idea, both for our puppy and for us. I know he will love swimming and making new friends— both humans and doggies. ❤️
