Just had a lovely one night sit here. Tracey’s family welcomed us into their beautiful home which is in close proximity to Hampton Court Palace. The surrounding area is just bustling with quaint shops ,eateries and lots of parks and the river banks for great walks. Tracey gave an informative handover which included everything we needed with regards to the care of the home and more importantly Max their 16 years young dog. Oh my what a charcater. Another doggie that has melted our hearts. Thank you Tracey and family for the lovely stay and giving us an opportunity to spend time with the wonderful Max. The sweetest dogs in the whole world!! Really low maintenance - all they wanted was to sit on or near us and it was lovely. The house is amazing and in a fab location. Great areas nearby to take the dogs for a walk too. Would definitely sit again!!
Judi is very kind and helped us know what to do and kept good communications with us before we got there and after she and her family had left for their holiday. Riley is delightful! He is a loving and affectionate and well-groomed cocker spaniel who was keen to be with us as much as possible. He loved playing in the back garden and got so excited when it was walking time! He ate well and loved his treats. The dedicated room and bathroom for our use as well as access to the kitchen and dining / lounge area made the stay most comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to house sit for Judi [and Riley] again if the opportunity arose.
Coleman and Ranger were awesome pups! Well behaved, fun and sweet. The house was perfect and as described. My son LOVED the play area outside and the views from the hot tub were amazing. Doggie Joggie loves kitties to! I can't tell you what that means to me. I have kitties with different care needs and it's really fantastic how the Doggie Joggie "Team" cares for my very precious kitty friends. They are with them for many days of a week, they pamper and play with them so much, offer very reasonable rates, stay in Great touch with me and send me some of the most terrific pictures (I'm framing many as they're so fun, they capture such adorable moments). And, my kitties, which include ferrell kitties, have warmed up so quickly to each of the Team members, it's just really Great! All of the Team is very responsible, dependable, very servicing, I feel like I have a "family" watching after us. I've had other pet care assistance, some did an ok service, but they are not a match for the Excellent care and Service from the Doggie Joggie Team! They answered all of our questions and concerns, followed up with an intake form, confirmed estimates in writing and coordinated our initial visits. We found Doggie Joggie from an ad hanging in our local pet store last year. We have been using them every week since then and couldn't be more happy with the service. Every single one of the runners is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you and your dog. Our 2 year old pit mix is quite a handful on runs and gets very excited seeing other dogs but Sam took the time to work with him on leash training and really went above and beyond our expectations. They have been there for us on a moments notice when we had to leave town and they always send an email update and picture after each run. Dante is always exhausted at the end of his runs and comes back with a big smile on his face :) Thank you Doggie Joggie for taking such good care of our sweet baby!
Doggie Joggie is great! We could not have been more happy with our experience. We had an elderly dog that we would leave alone all day until we got home from work. As he got older, we realized that he was less able to deal with being alone that long. Doggie Joggie was able to walk him on private walks, twice a day, at his pace. The difference in his attitude when we got home was obvious. The photos they sent for each walk was further proof that our old pooch was a happy dog. Although we lost our little old man, Doggie Joggie made his last days much more enjoyable and gave us the peace of mind that he was taken care of. These guys are great! I have a very busy life, and I don't always have time to give my very energetic dog all the exercise she needs. Not only do they run my pup out of energy, I get to take comfort in the fact that I know she is safe and well cared-for in their experienced and loving hands. Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about how much we loved Doggie Joggie. I know I'm probably somewhat biased, since one of the owners is a close friend, but the level of attention, service, and care given to us and our pups was simply unmatched. We had to go out of town over thanksgiving, and the last time we went, we left our 2yo boxer at a daycare center. We were shocked when he came back about 10 lbs lighter with cuts and scrapes all over him. Mind you, boxers are rough and tumble anyway, but we could tell how stressful even a leash less facility was for our boy. Now, we have 2 boxers! A 7 month old female and the 2 yo male. I reached out to Ali about a few overnight stays, to keep the dogs as relaxed as possible. I'm so glad I did! Annie stayed at our house while we were gone, and we absolutely loved her. More importantly, I've never seen our boxers take so well to someone so quickly. Our dogs are probably the friendliest dogs on the planet, but most people describe them as "too much." They're all slobbery kisses and jumpy excitement. Annie's calm energy really helped our pups stay relaxed, and she was great with reinforcing the training we've already implemented. She sent us regular updates, photos, and texts while we were gone, so I never felt like I didn't know what the dogs were up to. We came home to 2 happy, bouncy, wiggly boxers who didn't even seem to notice we were gone. I wish I could give more stars to Doggie Joggie! They are simply the best!

The people that work there really care about the doggies, and they're super friendly. My dog has separation anxiety, but I think she likes it there. It's also clean. My baby comes home clean - no dirty fur or feet.

Amazing staff - so kind and caring. My pup would stare out the window in the mornings waiting for them to open so she could go in and play with her friends (BFF’s and humans). If she couldn’t make it in due to illness they would call and check in on her. And while watching her on the dog cam made me (and my office mates) smile throughout the day, nothing was better than getting a random goofy photo texted over. A huge bonus is Spatopia - she was good with baths and nail trims, neither of which she remotely tolerates at home. Kalani absolutely loves her Dogtopia family and we miss going there.
My dog Rudy loves coming here!! I get to see what’s he doing on the webcam during the day, so I always know he is being well taken care of. The staff is wonderful, very caring. Rudy even got a report card his first week, he did great💕
I’ve been taking my incredibly anxious pup here for daycare and boarding and cannot recommend them enough! They are incredibly attentive, send photos during boarding to let me know how much fun he’s having, and incredibly responsive. They will even do a check-in call sometimes to see how he’s doing after boarding. Highly recommend!
My fur baby loves Dogtopia ! He goes there sometimes just for a play day and I’ve also boarded him for up to 11 days at a time. The staff are caring and genuinely loved dogs and they even sing him his morning song when he stays overnight to keep things consistent in his life, I can’t say enough nice things about Dogtopia Miramar . Send me photos and videos of him regularly and I can also watch him anytime I want on the WebCams
Everyone was kind and Courteous. My dog clearly liked everyone. He can sometimes shake when I first pick him up from his last place but here he just was very excited to see each employee as we were preparing to pay and leave. Made me feel really good! He also was groomed while there and clearly felt handsome ☺️
Staff are very friendly and obviously love their jobs! App is very convenient to book services (day care, boarding and grooming) and they offer webcams so you can check in on your pup. :O) All the dogs I observed looked like they were having a blast!
Our shiba inu Ivy has been going to Dogtopia Miramar for a year now and she absolutely loves it. I know she loved it because she never looked back and never wants to come home. We love watching her on the webcam and seeing how happy she is and the staff are always so sweet to her. Even when I boarded her there for the first time I was so nervous but she never had any problems always looked happy. Ivy will continue going to Dogtopia weekly it’s some of the best money we’ve spent on her since we got her. It keeps me and her happy. So grateful for everyone there.

Roseanne looked in on my cat every day for over a week to ensure he was safe, had his meds, and was doing well after an operation. She sent updates each day whilst I was overseas so I could not only read about how he was, but also see a picture of him. I felt very safe in entrusting her with my pet and my house in my absence.
George was excellent with our dog Sebastian. We received videos and photos every day, and knew our dog was in good hands. While we were away, we would have normally been worried about our dog, as he is old and has a heart condition. However, we were confident with Waggy Tails Pet Care, and knew that our pet was receiving the best treatment while we were away.
Roxanne really cares about the dogs she watches. Our dog gets so excited as we approach Roxanne’s home, so we know she enjoys her visits. She is very accommodating with last minute requests, which we seem to have frequently. Our dog loves playing with her dog as well.
Binky loved her day at waggy Tails pet care. It is obvious that Roseanne loves dogs. She makes them comfortable and at ease and they seem very happy. She even got Binky trained in basic obedience training which was amazing. The best part is that she only takes a few dogs so they get individual care. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and using as my regular sitter!
Highly recommend Waggy Tails! I’ve been taking my pup to Roseanne for almost 3 years and never had a problem. Price is reasonable, and my dog is very fond of Roseanne. My dog is anxious and doesn’t warm up easily but Roseanne is really good at caring for pets so my dog warmed up quickly. She also sends pictures to keep me updated on how my pup is doing, without me asking. I will continue going to Roseanne for doggy day cares for years to come!

First time here and it was a pleasant experience for my dog Kiki. She was here for 4th of July weekend and she enjoyed her time here. I got the solo dog sleepover and she enjoyed it all. Loved and taken cared by the staff, I was sent a report card every day along with lovely pictures to know how she was doing and and her progress. Excellent coming here. Love it. And 24 hr care too.
24 Hour dog daycare, was the best, It was my puppy first time there and he had such a blast playing with all the dogs, we got a report card during his visit and lots of photos, along with a very detailed description of how his day was going! When we got our Maltese back, he was smelling so good. He was calm and relaxed. We believe that he was pampered and spoiled well during the 6 hours of TLC. The daycare is so convenient for us since we could drop off and pick up our pet at anytime. I don’t see another daycare who could be so flexible like that. We will definitely come back! 100%. We went to have a thanksgiving dinner with my family and then went to the outlet for some shopping. It was so worry free. Thank you 24 hour dog daycare for all the care you gave to our precious one.
This was our first time at 24 hour dog day care. They are accommodating and flexible with their hours and our doggie seemed happy with her time there. We loved her “report card” and the great pictures they sent us with her new friends.
I've only used them 2 times so far but their prices are fair and I really like how easy it is to schedule a daycare session online, and convenient drop off and pickup times, any time of the day. I often have to travel up the 15 freeway for trips to Riverside County, so I can swing by as late as needed with no issues. Like others have said, the smell of ammonia from dog urine as soon as I opened the front door almost made me gag. It was so strong it took my breath away. Have they gone nose blind or something? I asked the girl behind the desk why it smelled so strong like ammonia, and she said it always smells like that and alot of clients think it smells good. I was perplexed by this answer, and so I asked another girl who came out to front desk area, and she said they have strict cleaning protocols and they clean multiple times a day. This is the first time I've ever used a doggy daycare or boarding facility, so I wondered if they all smell like this? My dog came from the shelter, and the shelter didnt even smell this bad, so that's saying something about how strong the urine smell is here. I didn't have time to find another alternative, so I had to leave her and hit the road. When I picked her up that evening, she smelled fresh like she had a bath. I even went back inside and asked them if she had a bath but they said no. Very odd. A week later I had to drop her off again because I would be picking her up late, but this time the urine smell was even worse. I called to check in 3 times during her stay, and each time I got the voicemail - I left a message and I didnt receive a call back for several hours - pretty unacceptable. When I picked her up, she had that same fresh scent, but with the lingering odor of ammonia in her coat. When we got home I couldn't take it, and I had to give her a towel bath. Another thing that I found strange about this place is they don't allow you to tour it and they don't allow a live video feed. What are they hiding? I asked why no cameras and they said that they allow all breeds. Do they not want someone freaking out because they see a pitbull on camera? That sounds like a ridiculous answer. Why don't you just say it's to cover your butt from liability issues - at least that's honest. Combine that with the pungent urine ammonia smell, the fact you cant tour the facility or see the conditions in which your dog is staying while they are not with you, and its just too many red flags for me. I'm going to try some other day care places. I'm kind bummed because otherwise I really like the convenience of the hours and everything else about the place. I don't know if there's decomposing urine trapped in the walls or under the flooring, but they really need to find the source, cut it out and remove it, and then waterproof it so urine cant soak through and get trapped to decompose like this again. It can't be healthy for the respiratory system of the people that work there, let alone for the dogs! RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE: I checked my phone logs and it jogged my memory - I did receive a response to my voicemail, therefore I updated my review and clarified a few things. 1, 2 or even 3 hour delay in a return call is ok - taking that many hours tells me you were over booked or under staffed. According to reviews, the smell issue has been going on for several years, and you give the same answer to everyone who comments on it - I guess you're in no hurry to solve it. I have since used another doggy daycare, and can confirm this smell is not normal. Remote access live feeds with multiple high resolution cameras cost about $5000 max and shouldn't raise your costs if you host it on your own server. For transparency, you should consider one and it would negate the need for facility tours. A recorded virtual tour is pointless because the things people want to see are not shown, such as how truly clean it is, how many dogs are there on any given day, staff-per-dog ratio, etc. This would be solved with a live feed camera.
I'll cut right to the chase before the longer review. We all love our dogs. We're protective of them. When we can't be the ones to care for them, we need someone who we can trust. That's not easy! Trust is definitely earned when it comes to the lives of our pups. This place is 100% my go to, trusted dog day care in San Diego. Fair pricing, great package options, and most importantly, Coral LOVES going here. She always walks out exhausted but happy and gets excited to walk back in for her next stay. I recently moved to San Diego and have to travel for work occasionally and needed a dog day care/sitter. I was fortunate to find 24 Hour Dog Daycare! Coral is a 1.5 year old pup with ALL the energy and loves socialization from humans and other dogs. She has such a good time here and gets really excited to walk into the building (a good sign that she genuinely enjoys her time there). They have at least one person on watch at all times to ensure no puppy fights break out and ensure the pups are well taken care of. I love the Report Card feature they use in which they send you a daily update on 1) how the pup is doing, 2) how they are interacting with the other dogs and humans, 3) if they've eaten, drank, and gone potty, and 4) PICTURES! I love the pictures. You have the option to do a social stay or private stay. Coral is really well socialized and thrives in a pack so I've always opted for social where she gets to play with other pups all day. You can also leave your pup with their food or choose to use the daycare provided food at a small cost per meal. I love how tired Coral always comes home. She obviously loves it and I love it for her. For as long as I am in San Diego, this is the only place Coral is going!
The staff is awesome. I take my golden doodle Bella To the doggy day care off Miramar road. Bella is not much of a people dog, Fact she could pretty much do without most people but she loves dogs. The staff has been so patient with her that she has warmed up to each and every one of them. When I drop her off in the morning she jumps out of the truck walks in greets them and can't wait to go back and play. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone whether it's for the day or their overnight doggy slumber parties. They take great care of your pooch as if it was their own.
Aubry looks after my dog and cat whenever I am out of town or out of the house for the whole day. She is very reliable and always send photo updates of them. Both of my fur babies love her! She’s the best.

We love Best Friends Forever Pet Care! We require two daily visits, plus administering medication. It's no problem for Tanya. In addition to all of the good care, she takes the time to play with our cat and give him some attention. Also, our cat is very shy around people. He warmed right up to Tanya. When she comes over, he runs right out to see her. That is the only recommendation I need.
I would like to tell you of my wonderful experience with Tanya Rambo and her Best Friends Forever Pet Care Service. When my elderly parents' dog "Albert" developed diabetes and needed insulin injections twice a day we didn't know what we were going to do. Poor eyesight and other medical conditions made it impossible to manage his care. I contacted Tanya and she agreed to help---and she has! Every day,twice a day, seven days a week she appears like clockwork to administer his medicines. She is so organized, pleasant and caring. We counted on her and she was always there for us. Best friends has been great. Tanya has been taking care of our dog since 2008 when we moved to San Diego. She takes our dog on nice long walks, makes sure he has shade and water. We have trusted in our home and with our most important family member "our dog " :). I recommend her to many friends
