So glad this was my first sit! Keisha, Cami, Paco, and Fiona were the best hosts anyone could ask for. Apply now if you're at all curious!!! Keisha is so organized left very clear and visual feeding instructions which helped immensely. Very easy to chat with and was so accommodating letting me drop off my things early, which turned into the start of my stay about 2 hours earlier than we agreed! Thank you again!! As for her apartment, she states "an airbnb like" experience, she's selling herself short. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and her apartment BY FAR topped them all. The apartment was spotless! The decor is everything (I still need to know who designed her spot!) Plenty of towels available, no lack of any essentials, plenty space in the fridge, that island, the screened in balcony :heart-eyes:! I was so happy, I didn't want to leave. The weather was also great to go for a swim in the pool and there's even a gym if you wanted to check it out! The location as excellent. I didn't have a car so I took Lyft and while at times it was spotty, it was doable if you don't mind waiting a bit or being strategic with your timing! Everyone I spoke with told me that this was one of the best places to be in Jacksonville, very safe, nearby a very nice shopping area, and pretty easy to get to anywhere else. It was about a $40 Lyft ride to the airport! Lastly, and most importantly, the kitties, Cami, Paco, Fiona (Cam Cam, Pac-man and Fifi as I called them) were an absolute dream to watch. Cam Cam ended up being my shadow, wherever I went in the apartment she would be nearby (if she wasn't snoozing on the balcony). On the first day, she was sitting next to me on the chair in by the island! Then everyday since, she slept with me either right by my head or by my legs and was a purring machine. She was always down for pets and a good chin rubbing. She was the most level headed of the of the three, but still played and got feisty when the time called for it! Pac-man was the one that greeted me at the door and was always around for a good petting session and to alert me with meow and his big bright eyes that it was time to eat haha He is so snuggly! He curled up with me like a little baby in my arms, I was so smitten haha Pac-man definitely uses his stature to get his way with the girls, but the girls def stand up to him as well! FiFi was the one that interacted with me the least, but she still got her hang out and snuggle time in. She is especially vocal when its play time. If ever you want to summon Fiona, pick up one of her favorite toys and she will be there eyes locked on her target! On the day before I left, Fifi assumed the lap warming position for a good half and hour and kneaded biscuits for a good long time. In short, I highly recommend this sit especially if you're looking to have your heart warmed by kitties and relax in a gorgeous environment. I will be back whenever Keisha will have me!

First time ever boarding a cat. Everyone I dealt with at Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch was very cheerful and forthcoming with information. They were very accommodating to get my 16 year old Tommy Boi cat in on short notice, going so far as to rearrange some areas for him to be able to stay all 4 days. Would definitely use again.
Our girl had a great experience today, as usual. She had a bath and pedicure. The staff at Sleepy Hollow are always so kind to us and our dog loves them. They really went the extra mile today and had special holiday bandanas and a spot set up for taking a Christmas picture! I recommend them highly, not only are they great, but supporting small business is important if you can.
Sleepy Hollow is the best!! I have a dog that suffers from anxiety, so he can be difficult to handle sometimes- they always take the best care of him and when I pick him up he is always happy, healthy, and worn out lol! I can really tell they love what they do and care about every pet that comes into their facility. I appreciate the end of the day report cards they send out to let me know how my boy is doing. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I was very pleased with Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch. We have a very anxious and fearful (and therefore sometimes aggressive) bulldog. Sleepy Hollow talked with me before Charlie stayed with them, explaining at length how they could accommodate her needs. While she was there, they sent report cards every day to say how she was doing, and we were able to call and check on her as well. The person who answered the phone when I called to check on her went and got the person who was caring for Charlie so I could hear how she was actually doing, instead of just giving me a "canned answer." I felt that her report was honest and not just what she knew I'd want to hear, which was much appreciated. They were able to keep Charlie separated from the other dogs at all times (per my request) and I felt that Charlie was safe there. If we need a kennel again, we would definitely use Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch.
Our usual kennel was booked for a portion of my vacation, so I had to look for a Plan B. I found Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch. It is an older kennel, so no cameras to monitor your pet, but they took good care of my two dogs. The staff are very friendly. It’s nice they send you a daily report to give you an idea of how your pup is doing from day to day.
The staff at Sleepy Hollow were great! Even when I arrived late for drop off (it was an oversite on my part and I wouldn't recommend taking advantage of the generosity they showed me) they showed great flexibility and welcomed my kitties into their boarding facility. During the stay, I got daily updates on my kitties. I would highly recommend them for your pet boarding needs.
Everyone was very nice and helpful when I arrived. Emily did an amazing job on my cat! Her toenails were trimmed to a safe length, the hair around her face was trimmed nicely, and she said Floof did well with her. Not to mention, Floof was returned to me with a very fashionable necklace. Will definitely be returning there when she needs groomed near the end of the year :) thanks so much!
Always a great experience all around! I have used Sleepy Hollow since I moved to Indianapolis years and years ago, and have never been disappointed by their caring staff, more than fair pricing, and consistent progress reporting on my pet while away from home. Maddy absolutely loves it here! ❤️ We love this place so much that, despite moving to Michigan, I continue to bring her here for longer stays. We were passing through Indy with our dog and needed a place to leave her while we arttended a sporting event. We chose Sleepy Hollow Ranch because of their high rating and we were so pleased with our experience. Theresa was so kind to accept Champ as a last minute boarder. Once we arrived, she found time to squeeze in a bath for our girl and when we picked her up she was clean, happy and even had an adorable handkerchief tied around her neck! We never board our dog and we were nervous about leaving her, even for a few hours. Theresa and her staff went above and beyond and gave Champ a fabulous “spa day”! I would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow Dog Ranch!
I’ve had a great experience with overnight boarding and grooming here for my Wheaten Terrier, Benny, while I’ve been temporarily living in Indy for a travel contract. The groomer Misty is so kind and does a wonderful job. She did the best looking short length hair cut on my dog than he’s ever had. If we weren’t moving again soon I’d use Misty forever!
Great place for grooming and boarding services . They are always courteous and gentle with Sugar, my dog. The call with reminders, which is helpful if you need to update shot records. They keep the reception area clean. I have been to some that smelled like a kennel throughout. I added pics of sugar after her grooming. She is very relaxed and diva-ish afterwards.
A quick and easy nail trim. They did wonderfully with my anxious dog! We will definitely be back!
I can’t emphasize enough: DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE. YOUR PETS ARE NOT SAFE. They will repeatedly make mistakes, gas-light you, and then ultimately tell you that your business is no longer welcome there. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and downright rude. I am not even going to dignify this with the details, but trust me it is not a good place and your pets are not safe in their care.
My dog Apollo is pretty anxious since he’s an aussie but I’m anxious just because that me and our groomer was so knowledgeable about his breed, it immediately made me feel comfortable! This was my first visit and I do not love trying new groomers but she said apollo warmed up to her by the end and he look SO good! I’ll be back in 6 weeks for sure! Thank you so much!!
Had to pick up a client's fur baby to take him to an appointment and the staff there was awesome! So nice and respectful, the place was clean and you could tell the fur babies was happy! Highly recommend!

I have taken my dogs several times to this establishment. They have gotten good care. My dog was there recently and ended up with a horrible infection in his leg. He was fine when he went 4 days later he can't walk. Once I got him his leg was 3 x's it's normal size. I took him to the vet and got him antibiotics. I called the establishment and was not satisfied with our conversation. After having to take him again to the vet, I called and left a message explaining the cost I was incurring. No return call. My dog was so sick. I really thought I would have to put him down. ZERO response from the food dog spa. Very disappointed ! This happened on THEIR watch! I will not go back.

We picked up our sweet Great Dane after a 2 night stay and he absolutely traumatized. We had sent him there with our now deceased Saint Bernard 4 years ago and they both came back with Kennel cough. We tried to get a dog sitter due to a death in the family and just couldn’t make it happen. Bottom of the line, if boarding is your only option- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with your Furbaby.
We love the care our German Shorthair pointer receives for dog daycare & boarding. It’s nice knowing when you drop your dog off that you don’t worry about the care they receive and know they’ll come home happy.
Lumen’s favorite day of the week is Wednesday when we bring her to Camp Bow Wow. She loves it there, and the staff are always friendly and kind. It’s nice to check in on her with the cameras throughout the day. Highly recommend to bring your fur babies here for daycare!
My pup always comes back from Camp Bow Wow, clean with his nail trimmed and beyond exhausted. He has the best time with the staff and the other dogs, which allows me to have a good time while I’m away.
Inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Very small space for a LOT of large dogs to be “warehoused” all day with no room to run inside or outside and absolutely have zero space when they just want to sit back and do not feel like interacting with other dogs. If your dog is not perfect (non aggressive behavior) they will separate him/her throughout the day with little text messages about what they’re doing to be separated from other dogs. It’s actually ridiculous. Also, the cameras work about 50% of the time and are typically time stamped with the wrong time of day. No one EVER answers the phone either. We went to PetSuites after leaving here. What a huge difference in the quality and the knowledge of the staff, the spaciousness of the facility indoor and out, and the overall improvement of my dogs happiness during 3 days a week of daycare interaction with other canines. My dog is my kid, so when I suggest paying the few $$ extra and driving the 2 miles down the road to go somewhere else, it’s bc I think you’ll be happier with the overall outcome.
THIS IS THE BEST! Taylor is amazing she is truly the best! I urgently needed my two dogs groomed and she got them in, in less than 12 hours! She always goes above and beyond. She is gentle with my giant that has ACL tear, she is compassionate and patient with my heavy anxiety dog, we could not be happier with her work our boys always come home looking gorgeous! They love going to daycare and to see Taylor, they are always happy and wagging tails, do not look anywhere else! This is the best!!! The front desk is always kind and helpful and Taylor should get a huge raise cause she is truly the bestest and we love her so much!
Upon arriving at Camp Bow Wow, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff member. After the normal vetting process that includes shot records and group orientation, I was able to watch our pups interaction with the pack through their live streams online. This helps with any anxiety that people might feel boarding their dogs for the first time. Now even though this isn't the first time for our pup staying at a boarding facility, pack dynamics can change in an instant with the introduction of a new canine. CBW's staff go to great lengths to ensure that new guests are thoroughly vetted before introducing them into the common area. I also observed that the staff pays close attention to any aggressive behavior exhibited by another dog, and intervenes gently to prevent escalation. The staff was also prompt at getting urine and or feces cleaned up to prevent it from being tracked by other dogs. It also looks as though all their guests get plenty of "yard" time and exercise, and at getting the extra attention sometimes needed by certain breeds. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow as a safe and healthy place to board your fur babies.

Have been taking my dog for years and he loves the place more and more as time passes. The employees here really make him feel loved. Now he will literally bark in excitement whenever we pull up to the door. Everyone who works here genuinely seems to love animals, and they could not be more friendly on a personal level either. I've been late picking up my dog multiple occasions (don't recommend; rude of me) but they are always their same, friendly selves. Weren't impatient when they easily could have been. Camp Bow Wow seems to have fair pricing. Offering plenty of services outside of just daycare. They have nice add-ons to daycare also; enrichment days (individual time), bring a 2nd pup for free on Tuesdays, Fridays for grooming, etc.
My dog loves it. I no longer feel guilty about leaving my dog when I leave for work. I'm more productive, my dog is fulfilled, we can chill out together in the evenings instead of endless hours of playing fetch. Our walks are more relaxed because she has already exercised (all day long, lol), she has four-legged friends. It's the best situation! The Webcams are hilarious to watch and have shown me sides of my dog's personality that I wouldn't normally get to witness. I love CBW and so does my dog! She wags from the tips of her ears to the tip of her tail when we pull up to the building. The best decision I've ever made for any pet I've ever owned was bringing her to Camp Bow Wow. She is literally a happy camper 🥰🐕!
My dogs LOVE this place. My pups feel comfortable around their staff. I've had several of my pets kennel here over the last 6 years and my youngest 2 pups started here about 4 and 2 years ago. I trust this team because my pups trust this team. I've kenneled with them for longer stays and shorter stays and some very graciously on short notice (still gracious). Our boy Kublai went to playschool here for a few years and LOVED it. We were a bit anxious at first because he wasn’t super social and preferred snuggles and snacks to romping around, but he would drag us to the doors in the morning because he was so excited to go! I truly think he learned to relax more and “be a dog” during his adventures there. The staff knew him by name when he walked in - it was clear that they really loved and cared for him while he was there. We really enjoyed the holiday photos that got sent home and they are even more special now that he has crossed the rainbow bridge. A huge THANK YOU to the staff at FPK for all of the love, care, and snuggles that you gave him over the years. You guys rock ❤️
Staff are always nice and attentive. The place seems very well ran and organized. Also seems really safe for animals. My only suggestion to get to the 5 stars is to have a camera or monitor to see and / or talk to the dog while they are in the kennel. I have seen a few places with that technology and I think it is cool. I have also seen a few places where you can dispense a treat to them wirelessly. It would be a nice add-on, but I know it is not necessary for everyone, so maybe try it out in a few stalls first. Once she gets accepted into the playschool for free play, I will give an update as well. I want to reiterate that you can really feel how much the staff cares about the dogs here and how well kept the place is. Despite all of that, I do feel like Lulu was a little mad I took her there for the day. You be the judge if you think I am right about lulus thoughts in the picture give a thumbs up on this post.
This is the second time I'm boarding my dogs here, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I'm gone. I'm allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning. 🩷
My German Shepard (Valkyrie) loves it there. The staff is 1st rate! Friendly & consistent team from drop-off to pickup. Especially when it comes to communication and verifying special instructions are up to date. They've called with updates when something arises & have bailed me out with last-minute scheduling due to my line of work. I drop off food & supplements for Val. They make sure to ask about any diet changes. Or if you dont have a picky eater like my girl, they can supply food or toppers. Fair rates with a variety of different room sizes, additional options for one on one time, and grooming. They also work with a transport service that makes things extremely convenient. I used to juggle a few different kennels & Valkyrie hands down responds the best with Five Points. She would get anxiety going to other kennels & act out. Which are now problems of the past. Five Points has taken great care of our Riley when we've not been able to take him on vacations with us. The staff is friendly, welcomes Riley by name even though he's not there all that often. We can enjoy our vacation knowing that Riley is safe with people who care about him & take good care of him. Staff even goes the extra mile by sending us photos and updates.
By far the best nail clipping any of our dogs have ever had at any vet, kennel or groomer. Truly AMAZING. Also, I just picked up our dog Indy after a week's stay at FPK. She was barely excited to go home, which tells me she enjoyed herself — even with the nail clipping (which is a MASSIVELY HUGE ordeal at home). THANK YOU, FPK!
We just boarded our Boston Terrier for the first time at FPK for 6-nights which is the longest time we've been away from each other. Normally when we have boarded him he comes home totally red eyed & exhausted however, this time he didn't!! Jack was clear eyed & playful happy to see & be active with us again. We have always enjoyed the other kennel we've used but FPK set up is a little different. I think Jack was more relaxed and must have loved his room. I did tour the place prior to making a reservation, and sent him for a 1-day stay to get familiarized with the people and new surroundings. FPK has a beautiful facility and it's not a noisy as most kennels I've seen. Their staff is remarkable and extremely helpful answering all our question & concerns. We will definitely use them again if needed, and I'm sure Jack will guide us into the building!!
We bring our dog here during the week for play school and during trips when we're out of town for boarding. The staff is fantastic with the owners and pets alike. They know our dog by name and greet him when we show up to drop him off. They are great at communicating with us with how our dog is doing and if there are any concerns we should keep an eye on. We have had great experiences with Five Points Kennels.
Good value and easy drop off and pickup. This was our first time ever boarding, and we used the puppy dorm for our 5-month old. The staff was very friendly and it was a simple process!
I highly recommend Greenwood Pet Suites. I was really anxious to leave our dogs while my family and i were on vacation. My two dogs stayed for 11 days. We got the luxury suite for them and i was able to check the web cams anytime and see my dogs. Several times when i check my dog’s room was being cleaned or they were being fed and getting hugs. I thought they were very well taken care of and they really enjoyed going out for the large play groups. Its such a relief to have somewhere that i trust to take care of my pets because they are so important to me!
I had an great experience at PetSuites in Greenwood! They did a fantastic job with my dog, Daisy. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to Daisy's needs. She came back happy, well-groomed, and full of energy. I could tell she was in great hands. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Pet Suites to other pet owners!
I am truly grateful for PetSuites because of how reliable and trustworthy they are with caring for my puppy. For daycare, she loves it. Their open hours are long, which is perfect for my later work schedule. The cameras are so nice for when I want to check in on her, and I love all of the interactions she has with so many other dogs her size and with the same amount of crazy, hyper energy. For boarding, this is the best place I’ve taken my puppy so far. I’ve taken her to maybe 5 other places, and she always smells so bad and seems like she wasn’t well taken care of. Here at PetSuites, the pawgress reports and her cleanliness always ease my anxiousness in knowing she was well taken care of. I definitely recommend :) The photo of her smiling was from a pawgress report from one of her recent boarding stays, and the treat photo was taken at home after she was given a free treat after daycare!
I was caught in a bind and needed someplace to keep my dog for a month on very short notice. I made a reservation for the same day and was able to drop her off. The process was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. I signed up to receive Pawgress reports every other day, and the results were phenomenal. The photos they include are of professional quality. My dog was very happy there for the duration of her stay, and I am very happy with their services. She came home to me clean, happy, healthy and worn out in the best way. Thank you Petsuites Greenwood!
I really enjoyed my visit at the Greenwood PetSuites. It was my first time there and I will definitely come back. I really enjoyed my experience. I actually booked my apt at another location by mistake but the team was willing to still take my puppy at their location anyway. Michelle was my groomer and she did an amazing job! She really listened to what I was asking for in his cut, took a picture of the picture I showed her and delivered really well. I loved how friendly the staff was. I took my 4 month old doodle for his first groom. He saw Michelle and she was great! My pup went right to her and she took the time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She said it would be 2-3 hours until I could pick him up, 2 hours later I got a text that he was ready. When I picked him up he was just as happy and excited with the staff and didn’t notice I was there until I said his name. From what I’ve heard from other dog parents, the pricing was very reasonable. Will be recommending PetSuites to friends and will return again!
Ted LOVES going to Petsuites for day play, boarding and grooming! He has been going for almost 2 years, and I have never been dissatisfied with his care. He can have some challenging behaviors. He’s quite headstrong and has a lot of energy, but the staff is always so patient with him. The staff is attentive when he needs to take a break during day play to avoid behavior issues. Highly recommend Petsuites for any pups!
We have used Pet Suites in Greenwood for several years for all of our fur babies. We are never disappointed. Our fur babies have so much fun that they don’t even notice that we are there to get them. When we watch them online, you can tell they are having fun playing with their friends. And at night they are sound asleep. When it’s time to take them again they are always excited to go. It’s always a great experience and a relief knowing that your fur babies are safe, well taken care of and having fun.
My pup is always excited to go to PetSuites! My husband and I researched several doggie daycare options before landing on PetSuites Greenwood. We wanted someplace with web cams so we could check on our dog, a good location, and a staff that would be kind to our little guy in our absence. We chose PetSuites and have been so pleased we use them more than we expected to. He's just so happy there!
My favorite place to drop my puppy oakley off. I drop her off before I go to work and pick her up after. The staff is so kind of understanding with my crazy schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Honestly, having a mildly anxious older dog, they take such good care of him. He's never a total wreck when we pick him up. They call us when he's not eating. He's always clean and happy after boarding and honestly we board during holidays so I have lowered expectations. They always exceed them! Love to recommend these guys!
Our dog has a lot of energy so we bring him to Barkefellers a couple times a week to play with other dogs. He loves it. He's so excited to go. The staff all seem to truly care for him like we do. Dropping off for daycare is so easy in the morning because they all know him. We're in and out in less than a minute. We've used their boarding and grooming services as well. They have always done a great job. I think the prices are fair for the services provided.
I love this place! Been taking my dog Oliver here for almost three years. The grooming is good. Daycare is so much fun, he falls asleep before we leave the parking lot. Boarding is easy, I always add the group play. The staff remember us, even though we’re not usuals. No complaints, highly recommend!
I've taken my dog a couple of time's here now, so far it has been one of the best experience with grooming, hair cuts and boarding. It can be on the higher end with bigger dog's but a good bath and a trim every month or so is worth keeping you and your pet happy. Peace in mind is something else you get, knowing your pet is in safe hand's.
We LOVE this place and so does our dog, Fenty. She gets so excited when she knows were on our way there. They treat all their animals with great care. We wouldn't take her anywhere else!

I called, and was in a bind for a place to send my pets, as the caretaker that was going to help me out, backed out at the last minute. Barkefellers took my call, and info, and were able to place my dogs with really short notice. I'm very appreciative for the care provided. The dogs were extremely happy when we picked them up, and they both were fresh and clean, since I opted for the optional spa package. I will definitely use them again to care for our pets!
Maple goes 2 x a week and we love the staff here. We also use the grooming, boarding and training services and have been very pleased with those as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding, grooming, training, or just daycare! Our beagle is so loved there and always comes home tuckered!
My husband and I requested a tour of this location as we were looking for a new place to take our girls. Without hesitation we were taken around and they answered all the questions we were anticipating to ask. My biggest concern was daycare sizes and how they were divided up. To my pleasant surprise, they divide up the groups, tiny, small, medium, and large with the small instance that a smaller dog prefers to hang with the larger dogs. We have two female Frenchies who are 22-25 lbs so knowing they would be with their size range put me at ease. The very next day we brought them in for their temperament evaluation and they passed, as I suspected they would. They're very social, play well with others, and no strangers to going to day care. The facility is clean, the operation is organized, and the day care is very generous with 3 free days of play to start, that's more than the other day care facilities around. We plan on taking the girls back this week and making this a regular routine for them moving forward. In the future we plan on trying the hotel too. I love the option that they have cameras in the suites so you can check in while you're away. Here's a picture from the aftermath of going to Barkefellers...LOL wiped out!
We LOVE taking our puppy to Barkefellers for day care! They’re always doing little photo shoots and post plenty to Instagram so we can see how much fun Jovi is having with the other dogs during the day. Jovi walks in the door so excited, and comes home tuckered out from a long day of group play. Open late, affordable pricing, and a friendly staff makes us confident that our pup is in good hands.
The only place I'll board Fawn! They take such great care of her! And she always comes home with her nails trimmed, soft, and smelling fresh after her grooming!
Had to board our two dogs for a 9 day stay due to us being out of town. Suffice it to say Priority boarding took the best care of our dogs. They kept them well fed, followed specific instructions regarding medicine, and gave us constant updates with great pictures! Prices are very reasonable as well. With its close proximity to the airport and wide complex, it’s a very convenience location. Cannot recommend these people enough!
Can I give them 10 stars? Priority is so clean. It smells good and the staff is kind, helpful and loving to my standard poodles. We use them for daycare three times a week. We have not used their boarding facility, but they are very, very convenient to the airport. And their rates are what I would consider low at $27 a day for full day daycare. They treat my dogs like the king and queen of the daycare and my dogs get so excited when they hear the words “go see your friends”! They are socialized calmly not aggressively. Playtime is lively and safe. They allow quiet time if they want it. The poodles are flat pooped out when they come home. Behaviors at home have decreased significantly. Giving the poodles adequate stimulation at home was challenging for us. Priority is just what they need! As a Pet parent, I have 100% confidence in the safety, Daycare conditions, supervision and attention provided by Priority Boarding & Daycare. I’m BEYOND satisfied with my choice to use them.
They always take great care of my dog! They are always organized, kind, and caring with him. I’ve never had any issues. Plus, I always get such wonderful pictures of him and they send report cards every other day during his boarding. It’s great to always know he’s happy and healthy. It’s also nice that they can give vaccines! Wonderful place!
Our girl is a rescue and been through a lot before we got her. The staff there and Dr B have been so wonderful to us. All day doggy daycare will overstimulate our girl, so we do daytime dog boarding. She does get to play with other dogs but in smaller inurements and chills in one of the suites in between. It’s helped our girl…along with the wonderful trainer there (Taylr) and the turn around our Cookie Monster has made is amazing to see how far she has come. We Love Priority!
Excellent, you can tell everyone genuinely cares about each and every fur baby. They are so kind, communicative, and I love that this it's veterinarian owned. Everything is so personalized and organized, it's wonderful! They offer a lot of perks other places don't. I love that they clean consistently and there is no dog odor. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place, I won't leave my baby any place else - I had peace of mind my whole trip. Thanks guys!
It calms me down to know that they take such good care of my son. It is satisfying to receive reports and photos of him. Priority Board has great photographers. I can't take such good photos at the right time. I recommend it. I will leave my baby there for my next vacation.
This was my first time ever boarding my cat, and Priority Boarding made the whole experience pleasant and easy for myself and my spouse. Before booking I was able to tour the whole facility + spent dedicated time reviewing the cat lodging (which is separate from the dog lodging - super smart!). Prices were great which made it easier to afford and even add extras like a play date. All of the staff were amazing before, during, and after the lodging. Communication was great, available in multiple styles (texts, emails, website/app) and I was able to enjoy my vacation without being too stressed or worried. I would definitely book here again for any future vacations.
Priority has always taken good care of my dog , Lexi who has anxiety issues. However, they promise report cards & I don’t always get them. But I will still be back there, they take good care of my girl.
We absolutely love Priority Boarding and our puppy CC does too! CC is 7 months old and I was naturally worried when we first brought her to Puppy Playdate. (Puppy Playdate is doggie daycare for puppies not yet fixed. She will be able to attend regular doggy daycare next month.) She was shy for about 1 min and now she absolutely loves going everyday. She can't contain her excitement everytime we walk in the door. She loves everyone on staff and we have found them to be patient and loving to her. She has friends she pals around with and I see them in her pictures on her report card each day. I love seeing that she is happy and having a great time. We were only taking her 3 times a week (when I would be driving past to go to work) but have recently started taking her 4 times a week. (She would go 7 days a week if it was offered on weekends.) The absolute best thing is that she is completely exhausted when she comes home. I know she has had tons of exercise to wear her out. It was actually almost alarming at first but now we know she's just got to take a nice long nap when she comes home each day. I couldn't recommend Priority Boarding highly enough. They hire kind, caring and knowledgeable staff who we often find cuddling with her when we arrive at night. Plus they maintain wonderfully clean and nice facilities and have a high standard of care at Priority. I am happy to provide my strong recommendation for Priority Boarding to anyone searching for a great place to entrust with the care of their pet.
The staff at Priority Boarding is always so friendly and patient with my Frenchie, Emmie. Emmie can be temperamental with strangers, but has done very well here. This is her 5th stay. We can go on vacation and have peace of mind that my furbaby is well taken care of. Thank you.

This is our dogs’ very favorite place in the world. They always know when it’s a daycare day and run for the car as soon as they finish breakfast so they can go play. Not only do they have a great time at daycare, they were also well trained by Jody and Hannah. We regularly get compliments on walks about how well behaved our dogs are, and it’s thanks to Downtown Doggie’s great trainers and continued work with them!
We are so happy we found Downtown Doggie. We are confident that Rudy is in good hands when he stays here. The staff knows Rudy by name and it’s reassuring how excited he is when we drop him off for daycare. Hanna is a great dog trainer and has helped Rudy immensely. I've been taking my dogs here for years and they always have such a good time. My oldest takes a lot of medicine and they do a great job making sure she gets her meds.
Hannah worked with Gina and me to help me with Gina's aggression toward other dogs. A change of collars and tips for me on how to make our walks safer was very helpful. Now I'm practicing with her suggestions! Thanks so much Hannah!
We completed the obedience 101 class, which was a wonderful experience and our pup (5 months at the time we started) improved so much to become a better member in the household. Now, he’s very well behaved and great on the leash. We take him to daycare often and Finn loves going in! It’s fun seeing him on their Instagram posts at times!
my pup loves it there, and it’s very reassuring to know that when I pull into the parking lot she is excited to see her friends - pups and caretakers alike. I have utilized their grooming, daycare and boarding services. A time when my pup was not feeling her best they were very communicative, keeping me updated on her status while I was at work. Thankful to have them close to home and the office.
This is the best boarding for my old dog I’ve ever had, I travel for work sporadically and they always have space. I hope this review doesn’t change that. Very friendly staff, and my dog Walter loves their baths.
After I moved to the Holy Cross area I was so excited to find this wonderful dog daycare a few blocks from my house. My Australian Shepherd absolutely loves going here and looks forward to it every week. They take great care of him and I know he has had a good day when he comes home completely exhausted. I appreciate that they take the time to get to know your dog, each staff member knows my little guy by name and each staff member is just as excited as my pup is when we walk in the door. I always recommend this daycare for anyone with high energy dogs like mine. I know that he is getting exercise while I am at work and he is not stuck at home all day by himself. 10/10 if you are thinking about taking your dog to daycare do it, this is the best part of my pups week!
Mazie loves to go to downtown doggie. She gets more excited as we get closer. I’ve had her groomed & nails trimmed also and Mazie always looks great.
