Jeannine and Bill were SUPERB sitters for our two dogs, Hank and Finn. Not only are they true animal lovers who clearly doted on the boys but they were incredibly kind and thoughtful folks who were easy going, great to communicate with, and left our home probably cleaner than we left it for them! All of this and they were kind and graceful when there was a misunderstanding between a neighbor who didn’t know we had a pet sitter. They took our inquiries in stride and were very communicative and quickly put our worries at ease. I can’t thank Jeannine and Bill enough for making our time away more enjoyable by their stay at our home. I would love to have them back ANYTIME! Thank you again, Jeannine and Bill!
Candace was great with communication prior to the sit and letting me know she'd be late to the house on day 1 to daily updates about my cat and wishing she'd come out of hiding for petting, which eventually came (with pics). Upon my return, I found the house was just as I'd left it and linens and towels were cleaned. I would definitely ask Candace to sit, again.
Cindi and Michael were good communicators and they left the house looking great! They were also very flexible when our plans changed and we got to bring our pups on our trip with us. I appreciate that these two were able to watch the house for us while we were gone!
Sitting for Jasper was a joy! And Julie is a wonderful host!! Jasper was so easy to care for. He had 2 meals per day and the occasional treat. Most days, Jasper curled up in the bedroom in his special corner until he was ready for some attention. Then he would stretch out on the hallway rug for a belly scratch or some gentle grooming. Late afternoons, when it was reading time, Jasper snuggled with me (he is so very affectionate--unusually so). When it was playtime, Julie had many fun toys to amuse us both. Julie has a beautiful home which can be seen in her photos. The apartment building is well-manned by an excellent staff. And it is situated between 2 metro stations. Right nearby are many fine restaurants, walking trails, a libraries and, well, DC!! This was a purr-fectly fabulous sit!
Marcia's home was so comfy and in a great location. Lily was a sweet cat who I enjoyed spending time with and especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and admiring Marcias lovely garden. She left good notes and I would sit for her again anytime.

I've met the owner for Fetch and have chatted with Anthony a few times. He is always patient and accommodating. He seems to really care for his furry clients. I have worked with one dog walker so far and she is also super sweet and kind and helpful. I feel comfortable having Fetch enter my home while at work to walk my dog.
Very happy with Fetch! We used the boarding service for 5 days. Process was easy and convenient. We received daily communication and pics. And they took great care of our Coco. I highly recommended them. I’m looking forward to using their service again!

I was very pleased with the Fetch dog walking service I used while we were out of town. Kathy was totally reliable and really bonded with my dog, as he did with her. I received notes about their walks, maps of where they walked, and pictures along the way. According to the people he stayed with, he came back happy and tired- perfect! I loved everything about Fetch South Miami! I got two phone calls to collect information about both of my cats, and one was even from the manager himself. Once one of their workers signed up to take care of my cats, she and Anthony and the manager came over a few weeks before I left for an initial meeting with my kitties and to gain any information Vada (my pet sitter) would need for the time I was gone. She took notes throughout and got acquainted with my little ones. While I was away, I was provided with journal entries of everything that happened during the visit as well as pictures which I loved! Overall awesome experience and will be using Fetch (and Vada!) again. :)
This is the only grooming place I will trust with my Pomeranian. The staff is sweet and loving with Luna and always surpass my expectations.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Scottie Paws for over 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. We do grooming and boarding and the service is always great! Love the staff! When boarding, they send us pictures and keep us posted on how our dog baby is doing during their stay. I LOVE that they are a green facility and don’t use any harsh chemicals which is huge. They also do dental cleanings which have tremendously helped our dog’s teeth health! So grateful for this business and thankful for all they do for our little fur babies!

I called in today to get prices and information. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was put on a speaker phone all the time while the owner was telling the person what to say. Owner was very rude the way how she talked. Will not be going to a place with such arrogant customer service skills.

My husband and I are very happy we found Naye’s Pet Hotel to take care of Rocky, our dog. We were going on a long trip, and the person we usually takes care of him cancelled on us the same day, just a few hours before we were leaving. We panicked and thought we had to cancel the trip, since we don’t feel comfortable leaving the dog anywhere where we don’t know, but decided to search online and that’s when we found Naye’s Pet Hotel, and I am glad we did. I called and spoke to Nayelin explaining to her what happened and she was very understanding and asked me a few questions about the dog, she then checked for availability for those days and told to bring the dog. We were received by her husband and we realized they love what they do; Rocky was very friendly with him and we knew he was going to be taken care of the way we wanted. We could enjoy our vacation days knowing he would be treated like one of their own. We loved seeing the photos and videos of our pet playing and enjoying throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely bring Rocky back in the future.
Naye was amazing!! She took care of my 2 little Poms and I have never had such great service. I paid a little more for the separate VIP room for them and it was so worth it, they had so many toys, a video access camera where I spoke to my babies, and several beds! She also attentive to them all day and night which I really appreciated! I will 100% leave my babies here again any day!

Naye is amazing! One of my dogs is very anxious and has never done well in boarding but since we started taking her to Naye she will gladly get out of the car and is excited to be there. Naye is very loving with all the fur babies and truly gets to know their individual personalities. If I could describe Nayelin Pet Hotel with only one word, it would be excellence. When it comes to service, I always have high expectations and Nayelin exceeded mine. I was referred to Miguel and Loving Paws by a fellow Goldendoodle owner and his precious doodle who told me Miguel was the absolute best! I spoke with Miguel about grooming my puppy and his first concern was how important it is to give her a positive grooming experience. My puppy took to Miguel right away. It was obvious that he's an animal lover and a kind and gentle person. My puppy came out of the van happy and looking absolutely gorgeous! We also have a Collie that was groomed for years by another groomer and would always put his head down and didn't want to get into the groomer's van. When he met Miguel he was all happy and excited. We had Miguel groom him and he went right along with Miguel and came out of the van excited and looked very handsome. I've had dogs groomed at home for many many years and have never experienced the professionalism, service and caring that Miguel and his team give. He's a keeper!

Miguel and Eduardo are the absolute best!! We take our golden-doodle, Bentley, to them for grooming and boarding. To say Bentley loves them is an understatement!! This is a testament to their love, care, and attention they provide to him. Grooming a golden-doodle is not easy, and Bentley always looks adorable and so happy after his grooming!!
Loving paws was recommended to me by a friend and they seriously do not disappoint! They’ve been grooming my dog for over a year now. I’m very particular with groomers as I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences. However, loving paws provides excellent service. My dog is on a schedule, and when he’s due for grooming, loving paws always schedules him accordingly. They arrive timely, work efficiently and my dog always looks great! Nora took wonderful care of my two Frenchie fur babies! I was having dog mom guilt for having to send then to a sitter for the weekend but Nora reassured me making me feel more at ease. Beauregard has been a loyal member of the Pet Squire pack for years. He rides on Cesar’s doggy bus, he helps keep calm and order among the pups, and he even celebrated his 5th birthday at the facility. I work long crazy hours and can rest assured that my boy is in the best care. It's not easy to feel safe and sound leaving your pups to stay with anyone, but pet squire makes it so easy to do so. Our two dogs absolutely adore them! The staff at pet squire also seems to love our dogs, Monty and Stormy. They always come back super happy, whenever we need to do grooming they always do a great job, and the pups smell great after too! Would recommend them every time, thank you staff for always treating the puppies so well.
Pet Squire has been amazing to work with. My dog moved down to Florida with me from PA and they were very patient with her gaining back her confidence while she is adjusting/acclimating to the move. They set her up with the most perfect trainer and send picture and video updates throughout day care and training sessions. The staff is very responsive and welcoming. Pet squire is second home for my dog! My dog is very sweet and enjoys being around people so I am always anxious to leave him... However, the pet squire staff is so loving with him and take such good care of his wellbeing that I feel he is safe and happy with them. Also the prices are reasonable and the team provide great service as far as scheduling which is important to me that I have a tight agenda. This place is awesome! The dogs get to free roam all day, not locked up like typical boarding facilities. They are very clean and organized. When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a pound. They definitely ensure your baby is comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to accommodate your babies needs. The staff is also very friendly!
Our mini schnauzer stayed with Pet Squire for 3 days. Marisel took great care of our pup, including her special dietary needs. We opted for the private suite (pup is older, and a little antisocial) and she loved it! We loved getting all the updates through WhatsApp and the attention to detail. Our pup came back happy and healthy (different than our experience with other pet hotels). Would definitely recommend!

Minnie and Cocoa are well taken care off. They get lots of love and attewhile at Golden Tails. They get are walked frequently. We get daily updates on the dogs’ activities, behaviors, and feedings. We also get daily pictures. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Golden Tails Boarding! We give them 4 paws up.
Lola and Toby are my 2 very spoiled babies. Toby is super difficult when it’s time to eat but this was not a problem for Katherine, Betty, Cristina and Lauren, who were very patient and loving and they even fed him with their hands to get him to eat. My babies also had their medications on time and were taken out to walk and play. They were both so happy when I got home. They not only took very good care of my babies but they also took the trash out and I got home to clean bowls and wee wee pads. This is not the first time I use Golden Tails service and every time I hire them they excede my expectations. I highly recommend Golden Tails.
I do not usually place reviews but, this young lady and her pet sitting service needs to be shared. Leaving my fur baby with anyone other than family was stressful and I found myself avoiding travel if she could not come along. A good friend with same anxiety shared the wonderful experience with Kathy. Still very hesitant, I scheduled one short weekend stay. Kathy did not only responded very professionally and detailed she completed an interview and come over to meet us all. She was so at ease and comfortable and our pup loved her! Kathy was absolutely amazing with my dogs! She actually took care of my three dogs and looked out for our tortoise. My whole family went on a trip and Kathy was with my fur babies for 3 nights 4 days. She went everyday, took the dogs for a walk and fed the tortoise as well. She really loves animals -- and my pets definitely loved her back. She always sent me photos and videos of each of my pets and even updated me on their eating and going potty. Staying in contact with her was easy, fast and she is very affordable and gives you a high*** quality service! I know I will absolutely book her again for my pets when I go traveling again! Thank you Kathy for everything! You really are amazing!!
Golden Tails is quite literally the best dog care service I have ever used and had the pleasure of leaving my babies with. We have two big boxers and a small Maltese with quite the personalities, but Golden tails knows exactly how to care for each one perfectly. They always communicate the best they can, arrive on time and give incredibly detailed messages of their visits. I know I can trust them to always care for my babies!
What a relief it was to find Golden Tails to take care of our 1 year old Labradoodle and Cockapoo. Kathy and her family treated them so special like If they were their own. They followed all of our routine and they sent pictures daily. It was a great treat to see them have so much fun. Till next time.
Kathy really eased my nerves about leaving our two cats while she stayed four overnights with them. We had not left on vacation for at least a year and a half due to COVID, so they were used to us being home a lot. Both our girls warmed up to Kathy right away. The daily photos/videos and updates are professional and fantastic. Every routine and suggestion was followed perfectly. Kathy is truly an animal whisperer and a people person too. We highly recommend Golden Tails!
We are so fortunate to have come across Katherine! She is absolutely amazing. I searched high and low to find someone I can trust with my eyes closed to take care of our precious husky and she has exceeded all our expectations. I can count on her to not only take very good care of my dog, but also provide her with lots of love and attention. My dog, Khaleesi, adores her and is so excited every time we have her stay with Katherine for dog sitting. Katherine is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and professional. She makes sure to update us on how our dog is doing while we are out of town. It's very reassuring to have that peace of mind and I can't recommend her enough!

I came to pick up my puppy after a 4 day stay at the ranch. After I paid, I was handed my dog and told he had a gash under his eye because he was attacked by another dog. I asked what happened and was told that my dog mounted another dog who didn’t like it and then bit my dog. I was told that I needed to socialize my dog better. So another dog bites my dog and I need to socialize MY dog better? My dog came to the ranch a week prior for a meet and greet, which he passed without issue. My dog has been to other doggy daycares without incident. To tell me that it’s my 10 lb Bichon mix puppy’s fault he got bit is frankly, outrageous. I then asked if he was seen by a vet. “No, but we’ve been cleaning out the wound.” I asked when this happened - it was on Tuesday. So I wasn’t notified AND my dog received no veterinary care for 2 whole days. That is unacceptable, uncaring, and negligent. I then spent the next 3 hours at a vet’s office getting my puppy the care he needed. I won’t be coming back here.
Great time dropping off two dogs here for day camp. They enjoyed the property and staff. Nice property with lots of shade and big play areas. When we arrived, we were greeted relatively quickly but also saw signs directing us to office where staff also was. Noticed staff outside with dogs during playtime during drop off which was nice to see the dogs supervised during play time. Horse barn converted into nice large rooms for dogs during nap time and overnight boarding. Will be a returning customer.
My first choice for boarding whenever needed. We have a Labrador Retriever who loves to play with other dogs and water. Dog Dude Ranch is an amazing choice for him. The idea of him not spending hours in a cage while we are enjoying a holiday is very appealing to us. Everyone at the ranch is also super nice and helpful. We were very pleased with our Dog Dude Ranch experience from start to finish. Our dogs, Whiskey and Ginger had a blast! They came home happy and tired from all the play time. We really appreciated the text updates and pictures that Andrew sent us while they were there. Highly recommend!
I love the Dog Dude Ranch and so does our Lola. They take excellent care of her. I’m glad to know that she has a place where she can get attention and play with other dogs using up energy instead of staying at home by herself. All of the staff is wonderful. Great place. Highly recommend.
I just got home from a long trip, and I could say I almost don't recognize my dogs after a week at the Dog Dude Ranch. I could swear they look younger. They are both little old guys who are not so active anymore. And after a week at the ranch they are both happy, running, and playing!This was more than a "resort" for both. Their coat is shiny and their eyes are bright. This is the healthiest they have looked in months, especially my little diabetic guy. This week at the ranch did wonders for him. His blood sugar numbers are the best for the first time after being diagnosed last year. I couldn't be happier with the way they look and feel after their little "summer camp" this week and am extremely grateful to everyone at the ranch❤️❤️❤️

My dog Tank had a wonderful time for doggy daycare. I also received pics while he was there. Dog Dude Ranch is very clean and the property is kept up beautifully. I was greeted immediately and their employee Axel was super kind with Tank. He gets a little anxious when I leave him, but Axel was very kind with him. Not every place can handle big dogs like Tank, but Dog Dude Ranch did a great job. I look forward to leaving him more days for doggy daycare.
Absolutely the best boarding facility in Miami-Dade. They go above and beyond for you and your pets. Amazing company. They helped me so much during hurricane Milton after I evacuated. They waited for me after hours to board my 2 dogs, after a long delay on the road due to the increased traffic. I can’t thank them enough for the support in they gave me in that difficult and uncertain time. They’re the best.
They are the BEST!! I was late for my drop off because of traffic and Andrew stayed late for me which I greatly appreciate 🫶 Aurora loved her time there and they kept me updated with pics throughout the week. Will be recommending to everyone …
These people are most kindest loving people and will treat your dog with love! They took care of my three dogs while I was facing a hard situation and looking for a new place to live, and finally when I got my apartment, my three dogs were perfectly taken care of. The front staff is kind and the people that work there. Nelly was so gracious and helpful and always kept me updated on my fur babies. If you are looking for a place to lodge your dogs for a vacation, or any situation, don’t look any further because this is the place where your dogs will be treated right and with care. You guys are amazing and thank you for the support and beautiful experience.
I was hesitant to go on a vacation abroad as I had never left my bay with anyone. Let me tell you that the level of service is outstanding at Canine Country Club. I have left my baby with them twice and I can tell she loves it there. The staff is amazing they show great care for the animals. The facility is spotless. They don't know it yet but Minnie will be staying with them again in March for out next vacation. Love you guys, Thank you for all you do!
Our dog spent 3 days here to get an US rabies vaccination after flying in from Brazil. The staff are great. It’s a very busy time with all the new CDC regulations but they made the experience as pleasant as could have been possible. We are thankful. Absolutely horrible experience. I would go as far as saying what has occurred is dog abuse. For one, this is the second time we get the same response regarding our dogs and how they are doing. “It’s raining, so we currently aren’t able to take the dogs out.” We gave a bag with treats and toys, and left it in a specific order. The bag came back exactly how it was dropped off, untouched. Upon arriving home, one of our dogs went straight to poop three times in a row. He has NEVER done this, even when staying home all day. Also, he peed three times as well. Another one of our dogs came back limping, and extremely depressed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
We are sooo thankful for Ceci and her staff! Canine country club was taking care of our sweet baby boy when he needed to be quarantined for 2 days. Ceci and her staff took such a good care of our puppy and accommodates us when we were facing great hardships. Highly recommend their facility! Thank you Ceci!!!
I have no bad things to say about canine country club. I’ve taken my dog multiple times and he always returns in great conditions and very loved. The workers are very attentive and loving and will go out of their way to make sure your dog has the best experience possible. I recommend this place to everyone!!
Unfortunately Petlimo was not very responsive when concerns came up like certain document requirements but they were responsive when it came to payments. There was a time when all my calls were going to voicemail and their message said they would respond within 48hrs but they didn't respond for almost a week. This isn't optimal with such a dynamic situation as shipping a pet internationally.
In regards to taking care of my dog, they were very good. Friendly environment and well kept. In regards to communication with the company needs improvement.
Very pleased with their quarantine services, price were clear, handled our let with care and love but more importantly fast and very professional service. Very recommended!

Emily loves being taken care of by Bark’s club. They are loving, caring, compassionate and can’t love our dog more. Emily was exhausted after playing, walking and being fed by them. We will hire hem again and again!
I recommend this company’s service with my eyes closed. They are careful caregivers that truly care for pets and make sure they deliver the best service possible. My dogs have both been a client for about a year and they have never dissapointed. They are my go to for dog boarding and walking. My dogs already know when they are coming and get excited to see them. They also make sure to provide feedback on how my pets are doing everytime and have all the delicacy needed to handle my grumpy old rescued chihuahua that is usually aggressive and not very easy with handlers. They know how to deal with him and after a year of services he already loves them so that shows professionalism! I recommend them hands down!
Laura and Brandy are my lifeline in Miami. They go above and beyond for my French Bulldog, Eugene, and myself. They are amazing with animals in every way and I trust them completely. I have left Eugene for both long and short stays, as well as having him walked multiple times a week. You always know your pet is being completely cared for when you leave them with Laura and Brandy. As someone who has used pretty much all of their services, I can not recommend them more.
As a frequent traveler, finding caring, reliable, and professional dog care for my dachshund mix has always been a challenge. Laura and Brandy have been a godsend, providing prompt, compassionate care. While many claim that they have a special connection with all dogs, these two have demonstrated it with their action. I would strongly recommend them and their team for anyone looking for special care of their fur children.
The first time that I left my boys Nicholas and Simon was for my trip to NYC. I was very nervous because we've never been apart from each other for more than one day. Brandy and Laura made the decision very easy to me because you can tell they really love dogs and will give them the treatment you expect for your fury babies while you are away. I HIGHLY recommend Bark's Club services if you want to have the peace of mind that you dogs are going to be save and spoiled lol. If I could give 10 stars I would definitely do it!!!! Bark’s Club has the best dog sitters around! After trying several different companies to watch our dogs (and cats) while on vacation, we finally scored when we found Bark’s Club. They are our go-to when we are leaving town and need someone to care for our pets in our own home. Laura and Brandy are true animal lovers and are extremely caring, honest, and thorough when it comes to watching your pets. We know our “kids” are safe and happy while in the care of Bark’s Club and we are able to enjoy our time away from home without a worry.
If there was a thousand star option, that’s what I would rate Bark’s Club. I lived in an apartment with tree dogs and worked from home. To say it was miserable for my babies would be an understatement as I found too many times to be too busy to take them on long walks or to take them to the park and it was most difficult to leave and have nowhere i could trust for not only their safety but their happiness too when i was away on business that i just tried to never leave until i found Bark’s Club. Not only was Laura and Brandy available many times in an urgent plea for help to run up and get my babies to take them potty and for a walk for me but also fantastic to take them to the dog park, take them to the groomer and most importantly keep them for me while i needed to be away. Barks Club was even available to make arrangements to pick them up and bring them home for me!! Every time my dogs saw Laura and Brandy they were so excited and wanted to leave me and go with them!! I have a pug with separation anxiety and he is perfectly fine and happy with Bark’s Club. I honestly do not have words enough to express my loyalty and gratitude for the absolute best care anyone could ask for for their beloved dogs besides to tell you that i have moved for business reasons now after a year with Bark’s Club and when i go on business trips i arrange them to leave out of the Miami airport which is now 4 hours away so i can give my babies to Bark’s Club for safe keeping and piece of mind while I’m gone. There just isn’t any better than that!

I was at the right place at the right time when I met them (Trails and Tails Dog Park), needing their type of services just 2 weeks later, where they happily accepted, it's been nothing but excellent service, excellent personalities, excellent communication throughout, excellent ladies all around! 4 times so far this year, needing their expert attention and services for my boy, Oliver, and zero inconveniences!
