This is definitely a 5 star housesit which I cannot recommend enough. Lisa is the most adorable dog I know, was always on my side wherever I go and loves cuddles showing her appreciation with her wagging tail :) Lovely character and needs a lot of love, which I gladly gave to her. She just wants to do it all good, no pulling of the leash at all and listened very good to directions. The walks on the beach with her are sooo relaxing with a beautiful view on the sea, which made me took a lot of pics of her :) Tasca (what a beautiful name) is very independent, sleeps at her place and shows up when she wants to eat. She does not come by herself for cuddles, but if you go to her she loves to be cuddled every time. Nancy is a very friendly host and a tru-ly pet lover! She warm welcomed me with a delicious dinner and we had some great and relaxed talks together before she left. Very smooth communication and instructions before and during my stay so everything was clear and went smooth. The house is a gorgeous beach front house, litteraly a few steps from the sea with every single morning stunning sunrises. Is it from the bedroom or from the terrace, I loved it every single time. The place is very quiet, only some people walking by, but for sure a not (yet) discovered pearl on the Mediterranean Sea. I enjoyed it so much to stay in such a beautiful and comfortable house. Thanks for your trust and the opportunity Nancy, I miss the pets already and we’ll keep in touch for sure!

Alexia & Markus are very welcoming hosts and allowed me to have a great time in their beautiful home. Mojo is a really cute older dog and as soon as he trusts you (and you give him food) he's like a little adorable shadow. Before the sit they were easy to communicate with and when I arrived they explained me everything I needed to know about the house and Mojo. The neighborhood is very nice. Around the house is beautiful nature and you walk around 25min to the next supermarket. I bet in summer time it's even morgen beautiful there. I'd love to sit Mojo again soon.
Lee and Amy are generous and kind, and their animals, Luna and Tommy P very sweet. The housesit was an opportunity to spend time in their beautiful home surrounded by nature, while enjoying time with the animals. It was a refreshing visit, we hope to return and highly recommend to others.
Justin and Jen were the best hosts for our first UK housesitting experience. Every single detail of the sit exceeded our expectations! Great communicators, great house, great location, and great people. Now for the dogs Jackson & Bentley - these two were so hard to say goodbye to and I highly recommend looking after them to anyone. We have used BHV for over 15 years. They are the kindest, best people in the business! They are so flexible and accommodating. BHV is the best! Our dogs (Oakley and Margo) have been going for almost a year and they still get so excited to see their friends that they run through the front door and don’t look back for a second. We love BHV! My baby girl Charlie recently stayed at this location and had a great time. The staff is kind and loving, and they always post pics on their social media page so you can check on your fur baby while you’re away. I also really love that their hours are accommodating for any schedule. Charlie has always enjoyed the social hours and she loves the staff too! I highly recommend this place (we have used other locations as well) they always go above and beyond!
We love Barking Hound Village!! They are so nice and loving to our Lab, Bailey. She is exhausted and sleeps so well after a full day of "school". We attend just a few times a month but look forward to a day with dog friends!!! A+
Cannot say enough great things about this place and the amazing people that work there!! My pup Margo, goes to daycare twice a week with her friend Oakley and they have the BEST time! The owners and staff care so much about their clients and the pups! They have been super responsive and are great about posting photos and videos of the pups while they are at daycare. Margo is pretty shy in new environments and around new people and they immediately picked up on that and knew how to handle her and make her feel comfortable. They really take the time to get to know each pup which is just amazing!! Overall, 10/10 and would highly recommend!
Our dog loves going here for daycare now whenever the cleaning lady comes to the house but unfortunately they are often booked way far out, and we can't get her in when we want. In addition to that, there is a 48 hr cancellation policy which is frustrating when last minute schedule changes come up.
My girl Winnie has never been to daycare before Barking Hound Village, and they made her so comfortable and confident in her environment, she had the time of her life (based on the pictures they posted later that day)! We will definitely be back!
This boarding facility is amazing! It is so close to where I live, and it has convenient hours of operation. My dog has never been boarded, so I was nervous about leaving him for 5 days. The staff was very friendly and reassuring that my dog would be OK. Everything went smoothly, and I did not worry about him the entire time I was away from home. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I have been using Scott and his team since May and they have always been reliable. They haven’t missed a walk nor have they been late - always on time! I use them about 4-5 times a week while at work and they are very trustworthy and loving if your pup. And the journal entries every day are a plus!

We could not imagine trusting another dog walking service with our sweet Vizsla, Copper. Scott and Richard go above and beyond with Copper's 40-minute walks. Just last month, we sent our dog to a board & train program, and Scott and Richard took time to understand his new commands to ensure alignment with behavior expectations on their visits. Copper is always happy and excited to spend time with them, and I love reading about their day with "Terrific Copper!"

Dog Bone is such a great company! Not only do they “do” what they say they are going to, but they also take such loving care of our pups. I love that I get pics of my dogs 3x a day when I travel as well as updates about how they are doing & I can track them on walks live. Additionally, the owner, Scott, genuinely cares and has cultivated a wonderful staff who also care. They know our dogs personalities & give them so much affection. Also, when my dog was sick, Scott not only cleaned it up, but also contacted me personally to tell me what was going on. I will trust no one else with my pups!!
We can't say enough good things about the Dog Bone team! We adopted two quirky rescue pups during the pandemic and were very nervous about finding a care team who understood our dogs' need for consistent faces, slow introductions, and distance from other pups. Scott stopped by to take care of our two dogs while we were gone for the weekend. He is very professional and came by before our trip to meet the pups and learn their schedules. One of our dogs has epilepsy and the other had a hot spot, Scott knew how to deal with both. He sent us pictures and report cards after each visit, which we loved because we miss our dogs so much when we’re away! It’s obvious that Scott is passionate about he does and loves dogs. Next time we’ll consider boarding our dogs at Scott’s place. I highly recommend hiring Scott to take care of your dogs!
I cannot recommend this business enough. They are the most caring, loving dog sitters I have ever had! They send the best updates - little paragraphs about what my dogs did during the 20m visit. They send multiple pictures too! So easy to book through the app and each sitter is AMAZING. I see them playing the yard, petting and giving love to my pups. VERY reasonably priced and worth every single penny. Hire Dog Bone!!!

Before & After Below I recently took my Golden to Dallas Pet Den and had an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, they completely botched the haircut after asking for a light trim. The front part of my dog’s chest was cut unevenly, making it look horrible. Despite my instructions, they failed to deliver a decent grooming job. Additionally, I requested a nail trim, but when I picked up my dog, his nails were still long and untrimmed. To make matters worse, they charged me for the nail trim that they never performed, until I came back and asked for it. Management was really nice and did provide me a refund. I was planning on not posting this, but I saw a comment below where another customer complained of the same thing happening to his golden. Additionally I cant stand looking at my Golden look like a chihuahua. Overall, the “GROOMING” service was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend Dallas Pet Den to anyone looking for quality grooming for their pets.

Ya’ll are so wrong for this! Any groomer should know that you don’t shave off a Pomeranians top coat. My husband handled taking my dog to the groomer and someone called him to approve a 7 since she was “so matted”. He had no idea that meant you were going to shave her bald. Really hoping this horrible grooming experience doesn’t cause permanent damage to her coat. Looks like I should have read other reviews below about staying away if you have a double coated dog. If I were ya’ll I would have been mortified to send someone’s dog out of my shop looking this way. Just awful!!
Today, I had my dog who is about 10 years old groomed there, and I have to say what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. From speaking with them on the phone before my appointment, to the consultation with the groomer before, to the groom they gave me dog. They were timely, professional, and my groomer Aubrey was very skilled. I will only take my dog here from now on, they are the best!
They did such an amazing job grooming our little toy poodle! Everyone is so sweet and the groomer, Amber, does such detailed work. Thank you guys!
They were able to accommodate boarding my 2 yorkies last minute. They took health records which made me feel like they protect the health of the dogs in their care. I took a quick tour of the place. It was clean and smelled fine. The area for my dogs was not a cage/crate but a floor to ceiling room. The open play pens for the big dogs appeared crowded but the one for the small dogs had plenty of room. The people at the front desk were friendly and caring at check in and check out. My dogs were returned to me happy and they appear healthy.
We love taking our 12 year old (today) golden retriever, Rosie, to Dallas Pet Den! And, she loves going! They do a great job grooming her and caring for (spoiling) her in the manner in which she is accustomed. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and friendliness and the quality of their service.
Besides me, the most important is that my dog, Sophia loves this daycare!! It feels like she is part of a family there and starts to whine before we even pull up to hurry and get there. She gets so excited to hurry and get out of the car to go play and everyone. That alone tells me how much she loves it. With my new baby, Stella Jane who is 5 months old, i knew she was in great hands for her 1st grooming appointment / meet and greet for play time. They even sent me pictures to put me ease to know she is having a blast for her first introduction to playtime. I enjoy going up there myself to drop and pickup my fur babies to just chit chat a bit with everyone. It is a great doggie daycare and grooming, all the way around. I highly recommend this place :)
Love Dallas pet den! Always so easy to work with and I’ve seen an awesome improvement in my dogs socialization! Shes really blossomed into a fun pup since coming here!
My mini goldendoodle, Shiloh, has been coming to BHV Lake Highlands for almost 2 years and we always have a pleasant experience. The team really treats Shiloh like family, and Shiloh is always excited to go to daycare. When I send an email to check in during Shiloh’s longer boarding stays, I always get a timely response with an update on how Shiloh has been doing and cute photos. 10/10 recommend - I think this is a very fun, clean and safe environment for your fur baby’s daycare/boarding needs.
First visit here and two hours into a day stay, I get a phone call stating “your dog was playing rough with another dog and ripped his claw off”. First, my dog is large but gentle. Second, when animals are in the custody of the provider, it is their responsibility to ensure their safety. Now I’m at the urgent clinic getting the remaining part of his claw removed and treated. Day visit=$500 vet bill. No apology from anyone at the facility. Don’t trust your animal with them here.
I am so glad we came to this place! They have been wonderful with my Giant Schnauzer rescue and she loves to go to “school”! I also have to say how grateful I am when I had a family emergency, called and booked my girl for boarding overnight. The staff was so helpful and put my mind at ease so I didn’t have to worry about my puppy while I was taking care of my daughter! Ty BHV!
I came here after visiting one other establishment. I am so glad I did. I was given a tour and, to be honest, even I wouldn’t mind staying here. They go out to play every hour and a half for 30 minutes. Then they go in their individual spaces to relax and calm down. I love this. I feel safe leaving my dog here and that’s hard for me to do. I feel safe bringing my dog here and I know he enjoys his time! Facilities are clean and organized and staff seems to genuinely love our dogs. Dogs are organized in big and little rooms!
We LOVE barking hound village! Our puppy is shy and fearful so we have been trying to find somewhere to socialize her where the employees will help her ease in and feel comfortable, and barking hound has been that place for us! I couldn’t more strongly recommend this daycare… although I wish I could keep it a secret because, as you can see with the reviews, everyone loves this place and it can be hard to get a reservation unless you book in advance! The high reviews are well deserved.
Barking Hound Village does a wonderful job of making both my dogs feel special and loved. We don’t go everyday, but when we do they get excited when we pull up and can’t get out of the car fast enough! When at daycare, they are busy playing throughout the day with nice rest times in their private quarters. Just the right balance to help them socialize and just get their energy out. When boarding, we can send complicated instructions for food or medication and know it is done right. We love the posts on FB so that we can see them having fun. BHV is truly the best spa-like experience for any fur baby!
My dog came home from his stay at BHV-Lake Highlands as happy and healthy as when I dropped him off there. The facility is clean, and the staff both professional and caring about each dogs’ well-being. As long as my dog is welcome there, he will have a 2nd home at BHV whenever I travel.
BH Lake Highlands staff is amazing!! We love taking our sweet boy Rufus there for “vacation”! Haha. Special shout out to Madi and even Monica commented on his photos while out of town. We feel so comfortable with him there. They even said to please call to check in! Love that!
BHV Lake Highlands is the best of the best when it comes to knowing your pups are safe & happy whether it’s daycare or a long weekend boarding! Their staff is friendly and attentive, they make an effort to know each pup’s personality & needs. They have gone out of their way to help my rescue pup transition to daycare life and given her lots of extra love & attention. Best feeling to have peace of mind knowing your pups are having a blast while you’re at work or on vacation! Can’t recommend them enough - clean facility, thoughtful/awesome staff, and lots of happy pups!
My pup absolutely loves it here she knows when we turn on medical district she is going to see her friends. I have used daycare, boarding, grooming, and training here. Every service offered is extraordinary. I can sleep peacefully when I do board her here knowing she is being treated with love and care. Every employee is super friendly and you can tell they love animals. Highly recommend this place!
We love Paw Lofts!! Finding staff we trusted and a facility that felt safe was really important to us, and it’s clear that Paw Lofts prioritizes that too. You can tell that the staff all genuinely care about the dogs and take the time to get to know the dogs and their owners— it always makes me smile when they are just excited to see our dog as she is to see them! We’ve done a few day-and-train sessions with Debbie too and she’s been wonderful. Not to mention our dog LOVES coming here and comes home so tired and happy lol.
When we adopted our dog we were very worried about daycare and how he would do with people and other dogs. Paw Lofts offered day long training, daycare, and boarding and we’re so great with him! He started as a terrified, barking mess and today he is extremely well behaved, socialized, loves going in, and confident. I credit their amazing training staff for his success and wouldn’t leave him with anyone else. We absolutely love Paw Lofts and can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Paw Lofts over the past decade. I've trusted Paw Lofts with all my dogs over the past 10 years, including my current dog, Handsome, a 4-year-old pit bull. I’ve probably boarded my dogs with them around 500 times. They are flexible and accommodating, and each stay has been fantastic. Recently, Paw Lofts demonstrated their exceptional care when Handsome fell ill with a mysterious condition that turned out to be a mass in his nose. We were out of town when his symptoms appeared, but the staff at Paw Lofts were attentive enough to notice Handsome showing respiratory symptoms and promptly informed me, requesting permission to take him to the ER while keeping me updated throughout the process. Later, when his symptoms persisted, they arranged for him to see a highly regarded vet who finally diagnosed him. Without Paw Lofts' attentive staff, we might not have caught the issue in time. Despite being out of town during this ordeal, we knew Handsome was in capable hands, allowing us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Paw Lofts have treated my dog as if he were their own, which means the world to me. They are a compassionate and dedicated team that treats pets with the utmost care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very nice staff! It was the first time leaving my Mr. Miles since I got him. They we're very thorough of getting all medical records before I got there to check in. Upon check in they took notes about his feeding. Although they furnish a bed I brought his toys and his bed and they were happy to take it in for him. He had also a training session while he was there during his stay. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommended Paw Lofts! After doing lots research and trying different daycares Paw Lofts has been such a blessing to us and hands down the best choice. They are kennel free and offer boarding and spa services! Super conveniently located for anyone who works in the medical district! Your dog will always come back clean, all items are tagged for boarding and their communication is excellent. My puppy is so truly loved there and it warms my heart! As a healthcare employee who works long hours I know my dog is safe and happy, they work with my schedule and have great hours compared to other places! HIGHLY RECOMMEND paw lofts!!
Love paw lofts! My dog goes to day care weekly and they do all his grooming. They take such good care of my pup since he was old enough to go. Training for puppies highly recommend! They also do seasonal themed photo shoots.
My daughter brings her dog here often. Both for daycare and boarding. She is extremely pleased. Her dog, who can be difficult at times, absolutely loves it! He runs in and is sad to leave! I’m so glad Paw Lofts is in Dallas!
I highly recommend BHV/Lake Highlands! Incredibly friendly staff that provides wonderful care for our dog. The first interview was very thorough and they took time to get to know our shy rescue lab mix, greatly appreciated! Our dog has totally blossomed and her personality has opened up over the last 6 months at BHV because of the excellent care and attention she receives at daycare. We’ve used the overnight boarding option for a 3 day trip and our dog enjoyed, plus I knew she was in good hands. The facility is incredibly nice and clean. I appreciate the extra TLC all the staff provides and it shows when our dog is excited at drop off. Love the daily posts on FB & Instagram to see our happy dog playing. This is the best daycare / boarding!! The team here is so sweet and truly cares about each and every dog. I love how safe and clean they keep the environment so that every dog stay healthy and has fun. They greet my dog by name when she walks in. The entire experience feels so personal and I have no doubts my pup is in good hands!
The facility is beautiful and the staff gives such a warm greeting to Carmen AS SOON as she hits the door. The staff is top notch and watching them interact with Carmen helps me learn better ways to center everything around positive reinforcement, love, and reasonable expectations.
BHV was a great first-time boarding experience for our almost 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. He thoroughly enjoyed his trial day and then stayed for 6 days the following week while we were out of town. He was in great spirits when we got back and I could tell he was in a comfortable environment. Plus, all of the photos posted on Facebook were so nice to see while we were gone. Will definitely continue to use BHV for boarding and daycare!
**this review is for you if you put your animal FIRST & are looking for the best of the best!!** I will never take my dog anywhere else!! i work in dallas and my golden retriever has been going to daycare here for a little over two years now. i started searching for daycares because i felt that it wasn't fair for my dog to sit at home and only get a few walks/play times each day because i had to be at work. i wanted her to be around other dogs and get some energy out! i landed on BHV, and i'll never take cali mae anywhere else. we go to the cedar springs location. BHV is superior to other doggy daycare/boarding places for many reasons - 1. they allow you to tour the whole facility before signing up - there is a spacious OUTDOOR and INDOOR play area to accommodate for bad weather or just the TX heat! the outdoor area is turf, so it's never muddy/gross, the pups always play in a sanitized area. very important! 2. they DONT put your dog in a cage/kennel, they each have their own good-size white fenced area inside with a bed (same one we have at home) 3. you can bring any toys, treats, and/or medications and they'll give them to your pet throughout the day which makes them feel right at home (i have a backpack with her toys and blanket that they'll lay over her bed) 4. they have the BEST staff in all of DFW (my golden retriever gets SO excited to see every one of them and has to say goodbye to each of them when we leave!) 5. they offer plenty of "play groups" throughout the day where they pair your dog with other dogs of the same size and temperament (if your pup is really hyper and you're worried they'll annoy the calmer/older dogs, you don't need to worry because they won't even be put in the same group! or vise versa) 6. they have activities for the pups! they play with bubbles, they have baby pools they'll bring out when it's nice outside and there's little jungle gym areas for dogs to play! 7. they post photos and videos all day long on their instagram and instagram stories so you can see your pup throughout the day! some might say "well why can't they have a video camera where you can logon and see your pup 24/7!?" but i personally think the photos and quick videos are better because 1. you won't constantly feel the need to check up on them while they're there, which takes away from working or getting other things done and 2. you can screenshot all the cute photos they take which they probably wouldn't take if they had a camera rolling constantly! 8. they do fun things for picture opportunities for your pup around different holidays! they had the grinch come to daycare last year and you could have your pup's photo taken with him (it was one of their staff members dressed up, so they would take the mask off to show the pups who they were - they're always putting your baby first!!) they also take birthday pictures on their bday! 9. THEY LOVE YOUR BABY AND TREAT THEM THE WAY YOU WOULD!!! i can't stress enough how much these people love animals! i don't let my golden retriever stay with anyone other than me, but i feel 100% fine leaving cali mae with them every single time! i trust them with my baby girl which is so rare for me. i've never written a review for anything in my life, but i had to jump on here and give this place 5 stars!! now i have to put a "negative" so you all know i'm being genuine. the ONLY thing that might not work for some people is their hours. i know other daycares/boarding places have 24 hour drop-off/pick-up availabilities, but BHV is different. the hours work for most people, but i have flight attendant and nurse friends who work odd hours and it's harder for them to work around BHV's hours. but you should still look into their options! so i said it before, and i'll say it again, I LOVE BHV!! there's a reason they're #1 in Dallas!! loving your babies and taking care of them means taking them to barking hound village!
I cannot say enough good things about Barking Hound Village Dallas. I have been taking my basset hound there since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it. I love that I can get updates on my basset especially even we are away and he is boarding. I do not ever feel like my basset is not safe. The customer service is outstanding! They have always responded quickly to any and all my questions or concerns (and believe me, I have had many especially when I first started using their services). I love their rest (1 hour) and play (30 min) method and it has allowed my basset to be calm and rested when picking him up after a long day.
After thorough research, tours, and strong recommendations of fellow pet owners, I have been sending my sweet pug to daycare at BHV since she was a pup. The staff is highly professional, very knowledgeable and has become like family over the past 7 years. They LOVE what they do and LOVE dogs! The facilities at both locations are clean and well maintained. I love that the dogs aren’t kept in crates, more like a little picket fence homes inside. They give the dogs ample time to play and rest throughout the day, all while being carefully monitored. I have never once felt guilty for sending her to daycare or there to board for weeks at a time! She can hardly wait to get out of the car when I drop her off. There is absolutely no question that Barking Hound Village is the best doggy daycare and boarding facility in Dallas. PERIOD!
We absolutely love BHV Dallas! Our dog, June, was shy at first but they spent time working with her to make her comfortable at daycare. We've also boarded her there which was such a good experience, too. And their baths are always very thorough! Such friendly people who truly love dogs.

My dogs love it here, always so excited to play with their friends. The staff is awesome, greet my dogs by name and you can tell how much they care. It’s a huge relief knowing they are well cared for and we always love seeing the picture updates on Facebook!
By far, the best doggy daycare around. My pup has been coming to Abbie’s on Maple since January or February of 2022 and he absolutely loves their staff and they love him as well. I can always count on them when I need to drop him off with no issues at all. Thanks to the entire staff for loving on my dog and treating him as if he’s their own. Absolutely a wonderful daycare (and boarding) for your dog. I loved seeing all the pictures of my little guy throughout the day and could tell they truly loved him. When I lost him unexpectedly to cancer the staff were so kind and compassionate. Once I'm ready to take the leap and get another doggo they will definitely be my #1 choice for both daycare and boarding.
Abbie's is an absolute gem! Finding the perfect place for my two dogs to stay while I'm away has always been a top priority. First and foremost, I must commend the incredible staff at Abbie's. They are not only friendly and welcoming, but also genuinely passionate about what they do. Their dedication to the well-being and happiness of every dog in their care is truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dogs' needs and ensure they felt safe and loved during their stay. In addition, the prices are not only reasonable here but downright unbeatable for the level of service provided. But the most telling sign of Abbie's is how my dogs react whenever we pull up to the building. Their tails start wagging uncontrollably, and they always try to jump out of the car in excitement. It's clear that they love it so much. I wholeheartedly recommend Abbie's to anyone in need of top-notch care for their beloved pets. They are great!
My pup Kira and I absolutely adore Abbie's daycare. The staff at Abbie's is extremely friendly and I always feel at ease when I leave Kira with them. I started taking Kira to Abbie's because she was a little too anxious to stay on her own at home, and socializing with other dogs has allowed her to build a lot of confidence and control her energy levels. Another great perk is that Abbie's is cheaper than any other daycare options I've seen in the area. They also post a lot of photos throughout the day so I can always check their social media to see how she's is doing. The staff clearly love their dog clients. Definitely recommend!!!
We started taking our dog here when he was just a puppy. We’ve taken our dog to both the Belmont and Maple location for day care and overnight boarding. We’ve seen multiple staff members come and go, and many who have been with our dog for eight years now. The one consistent thing that I’ve noticed over these eight years is that every staff member genuinely loves and cares for the dogs. We’ve tried other places, and it’s clear that they don’t hire pet lovers. Knowing that the staff cares for your animal is all you can ask for as an owner.
Truly a wonderful place to take my pup! My dog has been going here for about a year and it is his favorite place. We started taking him here when our previous daycare increased prices and it really has been a great decision. The staff is wonderful and feels like they really are excited to see my dog in the mornings. I like that the facility is large and LOVE that they take photos of my pup throughout the day. Truly nothing bad to say about this place! It has been a wonderful experience!
I love how the staff treats all three of my dogs as if they were their own. I can tell they truly watch them and pay attention because they accurately describe their personalities when we pick them up. This is one of the few places my dogs are not scared to enter at all and they always come back happy and ready to nap! My fiancé and I genuinely appreciate everyone here for going above and beyond for our babies. We travel so much and its always hard to leave them but knowing they get to be at Abbie’s makes it so much easier.
I leave my dog for daycare there when I need to go to the office and I had to leave him for a longer time and use their boarding service. He always has a blast and is super happy to come to meet his friends. Also he is exhausted when I pick him up after a day, which means he was kept busy and stimulated! The staff is amazing, takes great care of him and other dogs and you can email them to get news of your pup. They publish pictures everyday on their Facebook page so you can see how your pup is doing for the day. We can clearly see they love what they do. They are one of the cheapest in the area (if not the cheapest). Five stars is not even enough, I would add more if possible 😂. I strongly recommend.
My pup and I love Abbie's Daycare! I've used daycare and boarding services for the last 2 years and I'm so grateful for the peace of mind I have when leaving her in their care. The staff treats the dogs like their own and give them plenty of love. I really appreciate that they get to play and hang out all day, not in cages at all.
Absolutely no. This facility is not equipped to handle large dogs and is actually afraid of them. We recently moved here and tried Abbies (we move every year or so for my husbands job so my dogs are very familiar with boarding/daycare and have been to probably 10 different facilities.) My two dogs had their trial and we received great feedback, when we boarded them for the weekend we watched them through photos and videos on FB all weekend long seemingly having a wonderful time playing with their friends, so imagine my surprise when I picked them up and was told they had major issues this weekend and the manager would be in touch. The manager called my husband and told him that our great dane mix 'injured several dogs' and was no longer allowed back. He was shocked, we have never experienced that sort of behavior or had any report of that before. When asked what happened, we were told that when they were released into the facility the first morning, our dog was frightened by the large number of dogs running over to him and he 'attacked'. He attacked?? They clarified there was no blood drawn and he quickly adapted and was able to play with the other dogs for the remainder of his 4-day stay but he is not allowed back. They said he is too big for them. If you have ever been around a great dane, you know how submissive they are. Management threw a submissive, scared, giant baby of a dog into a large pack and irresponsibly used the words 'attack' and 'injured several dogs' when he simply made it clear that he felt threatened in that situation and wanted a little space for a moment. We were informed that no dog was injured or blood was drawn but he was simply too big for them to manage. If you simply cannot manage large dogs, stick to small dogs only. And if you were TRULY concerned about the safety of your other guests, why would you continue allowing the 'aggressive' dog to play for the remainder of his 4 day stay? Here are 2 out of 17 photos/videos of my 'aggressive' dog that Abbies posted on Facebook all weekend long. He's the brindle, 'aggressively' hanging out and playing with the pug.
Nicholas is awesome! After reading many reviews I decided to contact and we were able to schedule a meet and greet before I went out of town which assured me my dog would be in good hands. While I was away Nicholas updated me many times through out each day with pictures and all. This meant a lot to me, he took great care of my dog and I could tell she had a good time. I will definitely be booking another stay next time I plan on going out of town
Nick walked my pup over the thanksgiving holiday, and he did a phenomenal job working around my schedule to meet my pup and her sitter while I was away. I felt confident with leaving my puppy during the day to be walked with Nick. He took her on mini adventures around our neighborhood and sent so many pictures. She even got to explore places nearby that we’d never ventured to before! I was updated when Nick was on his way or running behind schedule, which I appreciated. Nick took great care of my pup on walks and ensuring she was left with one of her snacks before he left. I knew my dog was having an amazing time from the multiple pictures I got each day! I plan to continue to use Nick for walks and when in need of a check-in or sitting while I am away. My mind was at ease the entire time that my dog was safe and having a blast with Nick!
Nicholas was amazing with our 2 year old cane corso rottie mix Bjorn ❤️ We messaged a few days ahead and they were very responsive and happy to help. Bjorn is a very anxious dog, and struggles from separation anxiety, so we were looking for someone who could watch him at our place where he knows hes safe. Nicholas came by to meet him and took the time to learn how he is with people and other dogs, what his food schedule is like, his training commands, and everything I could think of to take the best care of him while my partner and I were gone for 8 hours. He sent updates with pictures to let us know how he was doing, and was respectful of our space. Overall, an amazing experience, and a huge relief that we could find someone who would give him the love and attention he needs. They are really nice and genuine people that love dogs, and we'll absolutely be calling them again if we ever need someone to watch our anxious boy!
Jenna is absolutely amazing! It's very hard for me to trust a sitter with my pup, but she has been so perfect for and able to tame my sweet yet crazed miniature dachshund, Lingweenie. She has always been quick to respond to texts, very reliable when I drop him off and pick him up, sends tons of really great pictures of him and is great with keeping me updated on his stays! She is always taking him on fun adventures and is the only one who is able to give him back tired out! I will continue using her services as long as she is around and can't recommend her enough. I cannot say enough amazing things about Nick and Jenna. I will be the first one to admit I have huge anxiety around leaving my baby with a sitter and I don’t just choose anyone. Nick and Jenna were phenomenal at following my instructions for Meatball and they were amazing at sending lots of pictures and videos. It was so reassuring seeing Meatball look genuinely happy and at ease in all of the pictures and videos. If you need a pet sitter they’re definitely the one you should go with!!
We are so incredibly grateful to Nick and Jenna for taking care of our dog for 2.5 weeks while we were gone. Jenna is an amazing sitter , she took care of Max and while I was gone I felt very good by looking all the pictures and how updated Jenna kept me . She replies quick to any questions you have , she will take max on walks very often and will spoil him so much 🥰 all the time ! She has been the only one who has being able to make max go in so many walks 😆 (he’s a sleepy /lazy dog ) She will definitely be your best option. I could not be happier with the dog walking\exercise services and their quality of service. Prestigious pets have so many daily walk option from a quick visit to an extended stay for a dog walk. It is so good to know that dogs are in good hands and get the attention they need when their parents are busy at work. They also provide running services for dogs that have greater energy levels whom need a more rigorous exercise to wear them out. This helps the behavior of our furry friends and know they are happy with their exercise. Lots of great options that fit any puppy.

Absolutely thrilled with this service! I’ve been using them for the past few months to walk my dog during the workday and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer. My dog, Charlie, is high energy border collie and I was struggling to keep him exercised while stuck in the office. But ever since I found this service it’s been smooth sailing. The walkers are always on time friendly and they send me updates with photos after each walk. Charlie is always so excited when they arrive and the walks tire him out. Scheduling through the app is also super easy!
The Prestigious Pets team showed genuine care and attention to my pets, making their overnight service incredibly reassuring. With a caregiver staying in my home, I could relax, knowing my pets were well looked after. I highly recommend Prestigious Pets for anyone needing reliable and loving pet care and will definitely use their services again.
UPDATE. Who doesn't love an update. Case in point, prestigious pets responded to my review 4 months after the fact..... They have a good pitch to get you to use their service, initial call and meet and greet. But it all goes down hill from there. Unreliable dog walking service, set times are 3 hour window, if they are running late or not there in the 3 hour window, they do not call you, reach out or notify in any way. Trying to get in touch with them, that's pointless, they don't answer the contact number that is listed on invoices. You have to send them an email and hope for the best. Each and every time it's hours later. This is a huge hassle and really not a helpful service, it's a stressful service. And even sometimes not showing up at all. They apologize and say they are shorthanded, or someone called in sick, etc.. They've got excuses for everything. Hope you liked to get your credit card processed for walks not completed, they process with future walks included. Total hassle to try and clear this up. I do not recommend this service at all. Save your self some time and live stress free by not using them.
First time using a pet sitter and I'll definitely be using this service again the next time we're in the Dallas area. We have an energetic clingy American Bully pup and Prestigious Pets took such good care of our baby. They were super friendly and understanding of all our needs. My family and I were able to vacation at ease knowing that our beloved pet was in good hands.

I would give no stars if I could. This "business" is a scam. I paid over $100 for them to take care of my pets, and they never showed up. I had to leave my trip early to get home. My dogs did not eat for 2 days because of Prestigious Pets. Stay away from this horrible company if you love your pets.
