I only have good things to say about wags and scruffs my dog use to be scared of frenchies and not the greatest at social skills. Since going he has completely come out his shell with people and dogs he’s a completely different dog. Thank you to all the team I would highly recommend this doggy day care.

Our French Bulldog Monty has been coming here nearly every week since we got him at 14 weeks old. He loves waiting for Richard to pick him up and gets so excited when the van pulls up. He always comes back happy, tired and content. All the staff are lovely, and we receive pictures and videos of how Monty is doing. We’re so happy Monty will be staying there while we’re on holiday, as we know he will be loved and well looked after. It will be a holiday for Monty too. I cannot recommend Wags & Scuffs enough.

Poppy has been going to stay and play every Thursday since the start of the year and it is the best thing we have done, as a rescue we were naturally nervous about how she would be around the other dogs and being away from us, but she honestly loves it and gets so excited when she sees all the staff there 💖 she stayed for 2 weeks in April and we had no concerns, Vanessa and Richard sent us lots of pictures and videos and she looked like she was having the best time! Looking back at how she was when she started to now, she is like a completely different dog! Thank you Vanessa, Richard, gabby and the rest of the wags and scruffs family 🙂

Millie has been going to Wags and Scruffs for play sessions for a few weeks now. She is 6 years old but due to her background before we got her, she has separation anxiety and hates being parted from us. Vanessa and the team understood this and instead of saying they couldn’t take her, a plan was put in place to slowly introduce Millie to the fold. Within a few days Millie became a different dog, running around and joining in with the other doggies! When it’s time to come home she comes out excited wagging her tail like mad after the fab afternoon she’s just had! We get sent regular videos and updates so we can see what she’s been up to. When it’s time for occasional full day care and eventually the odd home boarding, we know Millie will be in excellent expert hands 🤗

Chalky has been going to Wags and Scruffs play and stay dates since March, he was a very nervous and sometimes reactive boy, it wasn’t great taking him for a walk. Since attending he is much more confident and it is an absolute pleasure to walk. Thank you for everything you’ve done for him and the little bit of magic you’ve sprinkled on him ❤️

Betty goes to stay and play once a week & has a fabulous time! She always comes back bouncing with energy then sleeps all afternoon. Owners and staff are so nice and you can tell they really care for the dogs.

I can't not thank you enough. Richard, Vanessa, and the team. Our flight coming home was cancelled, and the team accommodated Lily for an extra two nights without any hesitation. Lily had a great week. Lily's social life improves, she communicates better, she is happy, and we are a very happy customer. I recommend Wags and Scraffs for the best care for your dog and for the peace of mind when you are away. I am glad I found you. I am looking forward to Lily's weekly attendance. Absolutely fantastic place. My dog has been coming since she was 12 weeks old and is now 4 years old. All dogs are loved and cared for as if they were their own. I highly recommend Wags and Scruffs.

Cannot recommend Wags & Scruffs highly enough. My dog absolutely loves it and the play sessions she has been attending have been invaluable. She's really happy, confident and social with other dogs she meets now and she gets so excited when we're on our way there! Hoping to use the other services they offer soon.

Our Nelly has been going to daycare for a few months now and absolutely loves it there. She has lots of fun with the other dogs and there’s always a theme going on. The photos and videos are lovely to see. She also boarded there for a few days and was so looked after by the lovely staff. Highly recommended.

We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)

Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.

We had a fantastic time using the dog boarding service with Nicola. It was clear from speaking to her that she has great experience and knowledge about looking after dogs. As a first time customer our concerns and queries were put at ease with Nicola's professionalism and the continuous updates about our dog (including photos and videos). We also got updates on his eating, walks, playing and general well-being. We will certainly use the same great service in the future.

I cannot praise My Best Friend Chigwell enough - 5 stars doesn’t cover it! Nicola has been amazing with our dog and she looks forward to going everyday! I get photos from Nicola and updates on her day and is always able to help if I have a dog-related issues. Great prices for what you and your pup get! Cannot recommend enough!

Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.

I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!

Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.

Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. We have used day services as well as overnight and Nicola always provides lovely video and photos of all the fun our puppy is having. You will find a second home using Nicola’s services. I highly recommend Nicola.

Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! They’ve also been amazing support as I cannot walk Hugo at the moment. Nicola is so knowledgable on all aspects of dog care and is also on hand to offer the best advice ! Thank you so much! Xxx

My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. Every time she arrives at my door my dog goes mental with excitement. I feel totally relaxed and calm knowing my doggy is in great hands. It's perfect for him to socialise too with other dogs and he always come home tired and happy. John provided exceptional care for Charlie during the week-long stay. He consistently provided updates and went above and beyond to ensure Charlie was comfortable and well-treated. Tina, my 1 year old Beagle, has been staying at John’s for daycare one day a week, and stays for boarding overnight when I am away. Tina simply loves staying at John’s - she is sooo happy every time I drop her off. John truly cares about doggies, he always sends me photos and videos everyday to keep me posted on my baby. It feels like I am a mom dropping my kid at school - I am the one being worried while actually Tina is having a blast with her friends. My puppy Tina has been learning from other dogs and blooming thanks to John. Recommend John 100% to look after your dog!!

A massive thank you to John for looking after my mums dog Nacho- so that we could have Christmas away. Top notch service and regular updates with plenty of pictures to alleviate any of my mums worries. Happy to send Nacho to Johns on our next adventure ♥️

October 22- John looked after our dog Polly for 4 days, she had never mixed much with other dogs beforehand so we really appreciated the photos of her looking well in the company of the other dogs. John was very reassuring with us when we first took Polly to meet him. I would highly recommend his services and will be using him again October 23- Second time we’ve left our Border terrier Polly with John, this time for 10 days, always reassured by the photos of her mixing with the other dogs. Johns calm, friendly manner puts us at ease. Polly always seems happy after she’s staying with John. Have already recommended John and will be using him again. Thank you, Tara

Left our two young dogs cockerpoos with John and it was the first time they had been away from us. John was really great with them and sent photo's and videos when we asked. They wasn't the only dogs that John was looking after at the time and it was great to see our dogs mixing with the others. Big garden for the dogs and secure. Was really nervous to leave them, but they enjoyed their stay and would definitely leave them with John again if we needed a dog sitter. Would definitely recommend John. We have been leaving our puppy Kiwi with John once a week for daycare for the past six months. Kiwi is always eager to go and greets John when we drop him off for daycare, which is always a good sign! John keeps us updated with photos and videos of Kiwi playing nicely with the other dogs. Kiwi is always tired in the evening after spending the day at daycare because he gets to play so much with the other dogs. I'd definitely recommend this daycare for any dog owners.

John had our dog Pepper for his first away from home stay. John has a lovely environment for the dogs and he doesn’t have too many at a time 4/5 I think. It’s like a holiday for the dogs Pepper loved it and John really cares about what he offers. Pepper can’t wait to go back and we already have him booked in for a weekend and for a fortnight. John sends videos to owners to put minds at ease to show the dogs happy and playing. Well done excellent service.

Excellent care of our 3 year year old Labrador retriever. John is careful not to have too many big dogs at one time and the extra socializing was excellent for our dog. Used him 3 times now and our dog is happy to return to him each time.

John has looked after our boys Buzz and Ozzy on numerous occassions and have received nothing but the best care. John always provides us with updates for Buzz and Ozzy letting us know they have settled in and sends us over photos of them daily if they are with him for longer than one night. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our boys as we know they are well loved and looked after when with John! Xx

We left our Staffy Ruby with John on the 15th of October until the 17th, I love that John was keen to meet her before we left her and that we had to show her vaccinations were all upto date, this showed us how responsible and professional he was. We received daily updates from him which also put our minds at ease. Ruby was playing and living her best life in her short stay. I will have no hesitation in leaving our little girl with him again and she will have her 2nd stay with John when we go away over the Christmas period.

Kelly has been walking my dog for well over a year now and I feel so lucky to have found her and her lovely team. Kelly was personally recommended to me and has always gone above and beyond. I recently broke my arm and needed urgent extra help with my dog - Kelly stepped up immediately which meant I could concentrate on recovering without having to worry about my boy (who absolutely adores Kelly and Claire).

Having moved to a new area I was fortunate enough to get Kelly and Anthony's details from my local vets. I have two cats, both10 years old and was worried about who could look after them while we sent on a twk week family holiday. Kelly and Anthony were just great. They reassured my fears and soon befriended Rocket and Ruby even though Ruby was no push over. I loved getting pictures and a text whilst away showing them both happy and well. Everything was spotless when we returned and both cats were perfectly relaxed and happy. The bread and fresh milk were so appreciated and even more so the beautiful welcome home roses. I would highly recommend Kelly and Anthony, real animal lovers and really nice people. They are already booked again for later this year.

Our Bullmastiff has been enjoying the company of Kelly and Anthony for the past couple of months. He really enjoys his walks and always comeback home very happy. We are extremely pleased with their services, we would definitely recommend to anyone that needs some assistance with their pets. Also great to receive pictures and/or videos of our lovely dog during his walks.

If you are looking for somebody to look after your pets I highly recommend Anthony and Kelly! They looked after my lizard whilst I was away and took great care of her. They even sent her back with a box of new food and a clean tank. Thank you both.

I truly recommend Kelly and Anthony to walk your dog. They walked our Korean Jindo for 3 weeks and they gave detailed updates of how he was and adorable pictures everyday; it felt like we were there with him!

Kelly looked after my mischievous mischief of rats for me. One of them is on long term meds and she made sure they took them every day. Would definitely reccrecom to anyone that has pet rats or any other pets as they will be well looked after

They walked our dog for us and were always reliable and often took Harry for longer than the hour he was due. They also dried him off when it was raining which was nice. Would certainly recommend.

Quality Pet Care have just looked after our Husky/GSD Dexter for 10 days while we were on holiday. They have been looking after my Mum’s dogs for the last few years and came highly recommended. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish, and were able to see updates and pictures while we were away which was so reassuring. Better yet, he came back to us very happy and looked like he’d had a lovely holiday himself! Thank you so much to the staff at QPC for looking after our very vocal and clingy boy. I doubt we’ll use anyone else now!

I have used Quality Pet Care on two occasions now and both times my Doberman has come back so happy and his usual playful self. I was quite nervous about his first stay as he can be quite timid with new people but Brett assured me he settled in really quickly, and I got photo updates to put my mind at ease while I was away. Will continue to use Quality Pet Care for all our holidays away, would recommend them to anyone, and a much nicer alternative to kennels.

My 2 dogs have been away 3 times to Quality Pet Care. They can't wait to go. I have pictures during their stay, and am happier for them to go into a home rather than kennels. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

*RECOMMEND* Our 10 month old Cockapoo stayed with Tony at Quality Pet Care 9th - 12th May 2019 in Gravesend. We wanted to place our Bailey in a home environment then a kennel, whilst we was away for the first time without our dog Bailey. I must admit it took some getting use to the Quality Pet Care policy. Within their policy of protection we could never meet the carer, have any direct contact with the carer or have any details of the carer other than knowing; carer's name, picture of him outside his house, what town he lives in, his age, and that he was retired. We had to place full trust in Brett and his choice of carer for our dog Bailey. How I am understood, it's to protect their business, carers, insurances and customers. Meanwhile whilst we was away, carer Tony updated Brett daily with pictures of Bailey to send to us (pictures attached is some of the picture sent). It really made us relax and feel rest assured Bailey is ok. Tony even took Bailey for a day out in Knole Park in Sevenoaks. We knew Bailey had 1-1 care. We knew Tony was able to keep Bailey comfortable whilst away with keeping up with his puppy training and routines. When Bailey returned back to us through Brett transporting to and from the carers house. We knew when seeing Bailey he was absolutely fine!! There was no behavior change in him at all!! He was / still a very happy dog! With that response and care whilst we was away, we would use Quality Pet Care again!!

Boo has been with Quality Pet Care 3 times now and has always come back happy, clean, tidy and healthy. She always goes off with Brett fine with no hesitancy. Before we had Boo she wouldn’t even see any human males and now is very relaxed with Brett. This service is wonderful if you have a nervous/sensitive dog way better than Kennels.

We have been using Quality pet care for almost 10 years now and have always been extremely happy with the care our outflow receives. Our dog always seems so excited to see Brett when he is picked up and settles back with us with ease after his time away. We will always use Quality pet care for peace of mind that our dog is well cared for and would highly recommend them.

Our 3 terriers 🥰 Molly the Westie, Bear Bear the Wouzer and Monty Sod the Scottish Terrier. They have been holidaying with Btett/Quality Pet Care for the last 4 years. I can't recommend Brett enough. We get updated photos and information regularly while away, and on their return. We can relax, knowing our pups are in safe hands and loving live ❤️

I have used QPC 3 times now and have a booking for a 4th in the summer. Brilliant service, they came around to our house, met our pets and discussed their routines, likes and dislikes in detail. Both my dogs have loved their stays. Added benefit is the dogs get collected and dropped back to you! Would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and well-priced dog sitting service!

Our three terriers have been looked after in some ones home from home for the past two years with Quality Pet Care. Spoilt as our three are, we could not bare the thought of them being put in kennels. We know that the person Bret chose to look after our three; will allow them up on the sofa and bed, and give them lots of attention and cuddles, being looked after by someone who is knowledgeable about dogs and their needs; no comparison to being left alone with no human contact in kennels. Our three are only 3 years old and full of energy and mischief! and are used to lots of love and attention. When Bret collected them, they went off with him quite happily; tails wagging and didn't look back, which, as an owner is just what you want. We get updates and photos to show how they are, and we have piece of mind knowing that if there was an emergency and they needed vet care that Bret has his trusted vet nearby. As a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending Bret and Quality Care to look after your dog/dogs. Meaning you can enjoy your break away, safe knowing they will be well looked after. What can I say about Sleepy Burrows apart from they are life savers! My little rabbit Ronnie was a nightmare with trying to attack my other rabbit Elsa through thier gates. I was afraid he would never bond with her and I would have to give her up or seperate them permanently. After just 5 days with Jemma they are the best of friends and I couldn't be happier. I was worried about leaving them with someone else but Jemma kept me informed with pictures and reassured me all throughout. I couldn't recommend Sleepy Burrows enough - Thank you!

Used sleepy burrows service when i went on a long holiday last year. Jemma took care of them so well and also ensured the needs were met. Also having a bunny with dental issue Jemma made sure the bunny's treatment was done properly and in timely manner. Would definitely recommend them. 👌 …

Truly 5 star service, had our two guinea pigs stay for a few days & communication was quick, and our girls were groomed and treated with as much care as possible. Can’t recommend enough, if you ever need a boarding service, this is the place, def our go to now.

I could not recommend Sleepy Burrows enough! We boarded our lovely pair of female guinea pigs for two weeks and they were in best hands possible! 10/10 for quality of care and lots of updates! We are more than pleased, so much so we agreed our summer holiday boarding straight away.

Jemma took excellent care of our two Teddy Guinea Pigs. Jemma immediately put us at ease with her professionalism and warmth. We had updates via social media worthy of a photoshoot and the Teddies were returned to us in impeccable health and happiness with a health check completed. They even smelt great. We would highly recommend Sleepy Burrows.

Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!

Incredibly happy to have found Gemma and her services at sleepy burrows! Gemma looked after our two house bunnies this week, she is a lovely friendly lady, trustworthy and incredibly professional. I felt at ease leaving them in her care, and would absolutely recommend her services to everyone.

Absolutely brilliant small pet boarding! My bunnies see it as a second home, I know they are always going to have the best time when they are in Jemmas hands. Not only is she a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse, but she genuinely cares about all her boarders individual needs, not to mention all of the knowledge she has about her boarders species requirements. I have total peace of mind when my bunnies are at Sleepy Burrows.

Fantastic service run by lovely Jemma who took wonderful care of my bunny Mouse. When a new lockdown meant I couldn't come home for an extra few weeks Jemma reassured me and extended Mouse's stay with no problems. It was complete peace of mind to know what capable and comforting hands he was in! He always had his favourite food and Jemma kept him stimulated with forage and toys. When I finally made it back to the UK only to discover my van's engine had given up in the cold, Jemma even took time out of her sunday to bring Mouse home for a very reasonable fee. He came back healthy, happy and even with a free package of calming (& home made I think!) forage to help him settle back into his surroundings. I couldn't recommend Sleepy Burrows enough, and Mouse (along with his new partner) will most definitely be coming back when I next need to travel. Thank you from us both!

Jemma expertly looked after our 2 guinea pigs for a week. Our children loved the photo's Jemma posted during the holiday & the piggy pampering package transformed our 2 rather scruffy pigs! Highly recommend :)

Already like a second home for our dog) When we left Stormy for the first time, we were very worried about how it would be and whether she would be able to cope with the separation from us, but as soon as we came to visit Shirley, everything immediately became clear, the dog will like it here) Before leaving our dog, Shirley invited us to visit so that our dog would have time to get used to the new place, that we would make sure everything was okay and meet her super cute dog Ruby. Shirley sent us pictures of our dog and wrote all the news about our Stormi! We have visited Shirley's 4 times now and know for sure that we will come many, many more times! Thank you Shirley for becoming a second home for our Stoma and a helper for me)

Shirley and her team (Tracy, Daisy and Angela) are absolutely wonderful people and very professional. We have a boy Chow Chow named Patience and he was with Shirley’s care since he was young. There were times that we have last minute requests due to difficulty in our work schedules but Shirley is very approachable and will go out of her way to ensure that Patience is well looked after. We do appreciate it Shirley. Always puts our mind at ease by sending photos and updates throughout the day. We would recommend Shirley and her team to everyone.

Shirley was amazing. From the moment I left my maltipoo with her I felt at ease. On holiday we got daily updates and pictures from her. My little dog looked so happy and settled. Would definitely ask Shirley again to look after her.

We recently brought a puppy and we needed to have someone reliable, friendly and professional who would take care of our new little baby while we were away. We found Shirley and we could not have been happier with the care she provided for our Mario. My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!) When our original dog boarder had to close her small business during covid, we didn't think we'd be able to find another who would look after our fur baby as if she was her own . Then we found Shirley, who immediately put our minds at rest. She was so friendly and Luna, who can be quite nervous of people, took to her straight away. She showed us all her insurance and registered boarder documents . While Luna is staying with her, she is very good at keeping us updated and providing photos . We'd highly recommend Shirley 🤗

Shirley has been great and set my precious siberian husky with a great dog walker named David. David is so loving to Diesel, really puts Diesel through his paces and leaves me lovely notes regarding the walk they had. Shirley is always available via phone and is always accommodating to last min changes. A great service and people who really do care about the dogs they walk and look after. Such a great service. Shirley and Tracy are always amazing. The care and attention that is given to my cats is fabulous. They make a fuss of the cats, water my plants and gave me as many updates as I would like! So please to have found Lisa and Elite Walks. Started off doing puppy training classes which were brilliant, great advice and training tips. Bobby has also been out on a walk with Lisa today and another dog, he had such a great time, will defo be booking again! Lisa also makes homemade doggie treats aswell, can’t wait for my Xmas treat box

Bought some lovely home made treats for xmas. My 3 dogs are usually super fuss pots with food. All 3 of my dogs couldnt wait to tuck into their box of treats. The cupcakes smell lovely as do the biscuits. And such a generous portion too! Thank you Lisa

Our 5 month old pup needed to socialise more and get used to all the sights, smells and sounds of the outdoors! Lisa is absolutely brilliant with him and uses training in with the walks to keep his brain going and keeps him entertained. She also reassured us as new owners and gave us some handy tips. He can't wait for his next walk!

We didn't want to put our dog, in kennels when we went on holiday so a member of the family came to house sit and we arranged for “Lisa @ elite walks” to walk our dog. From the moment Lisa met our dog we knew she'd be great with her. If you're looking for someone who loves dogs and knows how to work with them, Lisa the one!

Lisa dog sat my 3 greyhounds and I would highly recommend her. She listened to the instructions I gave her and immediately built up a lovely rapport with my dogs. My 2 boys are very nervous but by the time I came home both were approaching Lisa for cuddles and her fabulous homemade treats. Lisa is trustworthy and she put my mind at ease straight away.

It takes a while for our dog to trust people but within one or two walks he easily grew to love Lisa…and her homemade treats. She really is a dog person and I felt comfortable from the beginning to hand over our boy to her.

OMG Lisa is a true pet whisperer. She is absolutely fantastic. We have a 12 week old Siberian Husky that was growling and barking when we were telling him to stay off the sofa. Lisa gave us a full consultation and she gave us great advice and really showed us how to understand the mind of a Husky puppy. She had him under control within the first 15 minutes of being here. I cannot recommend Elite Walks enough. Absolutely professional and friendly service. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Just finished a puppy course with Lisa and I couldn’t recommend her and her classes enough. My little puppy was glued to my side and over time came out of his shell playing and listening. Lisa is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help in classes and out. Looking cleared to bringing my older dog to a class.

Lisa recently looked after our cockapoo whilst we were on a family holiday. Lisa was brilliant, coming over for meet and greets several times before the holiday. This was great - Lise could read our dog's anxious character, and so was calm around her, meaning she got on well with her instantly setting our minds at rest. When we were away Lisa sent pictures and videos most days, keeping us up to date, making sure our dog had enrichment - both physically and mentally - with the activities they were doing together. Lise even undertook some training with our dog, helping to desensitise her fear of her harness, which have been game changing! Needless to say, we come home to a happy, relaxed dog and could not recommend Lisa and Elite Walks enough.

Poppy absolutely loves going for walks with Elite walks. Lisa is always doing 1:1 training with her and has taught her some new tricks. She is much better walking on the lead since she has been walking with Lisa. Lisa is dependable and always lets me know how poppy has got on, on her walks - giving me feedback and sending photos and videos.

Our Staffie Harley has stayed at Bed and Biscuits at least 4 times and has always loves every minute. When we drop him off he is always excited and goes willingly with the staff without hesitation or a glance back to see where mum and dad are. We are happy in the knowledge that he will receive a high quality of care from the excellent staff and know we do not need to worry whilst he is in their expert and caring hands. Would highly recommend Bed and Biscuits.

Coco has been boarding at Bed & Biscuits for many years now - to ensure we’re able to get her in we book well in advance - to be recommended as it’s a popular boarding kennels. The team there are amazing and Coco always enjoys her stays there. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

Bed & Biscuits provided an excellent service for my cat. She had a wonderful suite with an outdoor view and was cared for impeccably by the staff, who WhatsApp pictures across twice per week. The facility is modern and clean and they are clearly a professional operation. I'm glad that I was able to bring my cat tree with me for my cat to climb and sit on but I felt sorry for some of the cats whose owners did not bring many personal items for their cats (so take the hint and bring loads of stuff to personalise the space for your cat).

I used to happily bring my cat to this cattery for many years but I needed to find a replacement cattery while they were moving locations from Billet Ln to Noahs Hill. Having to use other catteries in between, made me realised how great this place is. The new location is even better , with even bigger spaces and platforms for cats to explore. Moreover the cats benefit of a great view over a green countryside and a lake . The place is very clean, it never smells. There is always a tray in front of every pen, ready to replace the inside one as soon as it is needed. My cat is never stressed going there or coming back home. The cattery provides special beds individually warmed. Last but not least the staff is friendly , helpful, supportive and shows real love and care for the cats.

I’ve been using Bed and Biscuits for years and they are absolutely stellar. I have 4 sphynx cats and they always go the extra step to ensure they have additional heaters and blankets. The enclosures are a great size with an even better view. The staff are all amazing and you can tell they really care about the animals in their care which is very reassuring when leaving your pets. Can’t recommend enough

First time leaving our boy Ralphie in kennels and to say I was anxious is an understatement. He had an amazing time, the lovely people took great care of him and sent us some gorgeous pics (which is no easy task with him 🤣) he was happy and healthy when we picked him up, not showing any signs of distress at all and even seemed reluctant to leave. I cannot thank you all enough for looking after our baby so well. We will definitely be using your services again!

We’ve been using Bed and Biscuits for a good few years now, around 15 or so. The last time being just last week. We know Jasper will be looked after and cared for well. We have no issues leaving him there at all. Even when he’s had to have medication, we know it will be given when needed. Jasper always comes out happy to see us 😊 We never hesitate to recommend Bed and Biscuits.

We took Jet for his first stay last week and he had such a great time. I was anxious about leaving him, but the staff were all so welcoming and reassuring I felt very comfortable. The team sent me photos each day showing g what Jet had been upto and he looked so happy. When I picked him up he even went to go back I to his kennel rather than jump in the car ! Been using bed and biscuits since 2018, whether it’s a two week stay or a one night sleep over Cali loves it, Cali has some health issues and needs special attention when it comes to feeding times, the staff here are wonderful with her and they make sure that she is well taken care of, when I get her bag out of the cupboard she knows exactly where she is going and cannot wait to get there. I have been using Bed & Biscuits for years now - it never gets any easier leaving my darling Siamese when we go abroad but Grace and the team are so warm and understanding that I always leave feeling reassured that she is in the best hands and will be completely fine. Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

Sophie was referred to me by my current cat sitter (who was unavailable for a last minute request). Sophie helped us at the very last minute to visit our house once a day and fed our 4 hungry cats, clean their tray and make sure they are all ok while we were abroad. She is trustworthy, professional, dependable and always sends pictures and little updates once she has been and she even tries to coax them to play, she has since looked after our cats again at last minute and we are so happy to have met her and so grateful for her help with our 4 cats.

I could not recommend Paws Up Pet Care enough. Sophie provides a reliable, friendly and fun walking service for our two dogs. Her punctuality and great communication means i never have to worry. I don’t know what we’d do without Sophie now, she is a very welcome new friend in our dogs’ lives (and ours!).

I was so lucky to find Sophie right at the last moment when my cattery let me down. Sophie is absolutely amazing with Dougal. He was a nervous puppy walking but Sophie 100% brought him out of his shell and he’s now confident walking with me and with other dogs when out with Sophie.
