Michelle was fabulous. She obviously loved my dogs, even one that's a little challenging LOL. I felt very confident that she would take good care of my dogs, especially since one had just gone on meds. She communicated with me, sending pics and describing activities with my dogs. She left my home in Immaculate condition, even removing the sheets where she slept. I would love to have Michelle come back anytime.
Fenny came to the rescue, right before our trip, and came with great recommendations as well. We did a FaceTime walk-through of my house in advance, she asked great questions, and we communicated via text in lead up to our departure. She arrived the afternoon that we left, right when she said she would and confirmed all went well. She was in touch with me while away and sent some photos of dog walks. She visited just as we were near completion on a house remodel and was understanding of not everything being put back in its place. We came home to three happy pets, securely indoors, and a tidy home. I'd recommend Fenny to anyone.
Michal and Pete are awesome sitters! They were constantly on top of all aspects in taking care of our home and pets. We began with a meeting before the sit to introduce their dog, Bean, to our dog and make sure everything was good between them. They got along very well! We walked them through a daily routine and showed them all the important aspects of our home. They were very attentive to the details we provided and the guide that we left. While sitting, they provided us with daily updates and pictures of the fun they were all having. Notably, there was a lot of cuddling, and that our dog Finn really brought out a great side of their dog Bean that they hadn't seen in a long time. Our dog got to go on some fun walks too! Our home was watched and maintained very well while we were away. There were multiple snowstorms and Pete was right on it, shoveling the driveway and sidewalks. We received multiple packages, which were immediately brought inside. Pete even did some extra handiwork for us, which we paid him for. We were very appreciative of that! We came home to a very clean home. The bed linens were washed and put back on the bed. All dishes were clean and put away. We did have a moment where we caught an earlier flight home and it disrupted their departure time, but we worked it out, giving as much head's up time as possible. All in all, Michal and Pete are awesome, and we'd have them back anytime! I know they really enjoyed our sit too.
