House of the Woofers is the most pawsome place in the universe. I have been going there since I was a pup and it is always great fun. My mom says it’s the only daycare that she trusts. I really like climbing on the playset, seeing my friends and getting belly rubs. I don’t like leaving playtime to get my nails cut but my mom says it’s for my health and I do always feel better after a pedicure. My mom really likes watching their Instagram stories and seeing pictures of me with my friends. Sometimes if my mom is working late, they’ll even drive me home in the pet taxi. I’m really excited to show off my costume at the Halloween party in a few weeks. If your a dog thinking about daycare, this is the spot. Other than the couch, this is paws down, my favorite place! 🐾

We left our dog here for 2 weeks and did not have one worry. Matteo loves being there more than anything, as long as they have the blue ball that he loves! We would recommend House of Woofers to everyone!

I recently took my dog to the House of Woofers for a bath, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience . I brought Baba for the first time to do a meet & greet with other dogs for when we need daycare services. The staff were kind and professional- you can tell that they love the dogs. They asked excellent questions about Baba and introduced each dog he met with info about its personality, carefully noting how they interacted. Dao asked many questions about what I wanted done for Baba- very specificly because she wanted to make sure she understood exactly what to do. She groomed Baba perfectly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the results before we left. She also noted specific things that I should know - like a small irritation he had and explained exactly which services were performed. I was very impressed- a lot of people had recommended this place and they were right!

House of the Woofers is the easiest choice we've made in regards to our puppy. The owner of the business is incredibly knowledgeable about all things dog. He also knows the dogs that he cares for - their personalities, their health issues - as if the dogs were his own. From our first experience "meeting" the other puppies, to our continued daycare and boarding at Woofers, everything has been easy and reasonably priced. Most importantly, I also know that our pup is safe and well-cared for. She LOVES going to Woofers. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for doggy daycare, boarding, or grooming.

I can’t be anymore happy with House Of Woofers!!!! We rescued our Dog Daisy 4 1/2 years ago - she was 8 and now she is 12 1/2- we were never able to go anywhere always needed our kids to come back home to take care of her she never trusted or was friendly with new people!!! But then we met Alan - after talking on the phone and explaining our situation he made a visit to the house to see Daisy!!! After trying to come into the house to meet her she was not having it - so we did the meet outside went for a walk with her / along the way we switched the leash to have Alan handle her and she immediately trusted and loved him!!! He was able to handle her , feed her , play and even enter the home!!! Truly amazed we were how Daisy took to him and his gentle nature!!! Alan also had 2 of his workers come also to meet Daisy and proceeded same way to meet her outside - go for a walk switch the leash and the rest is history !! We can’t thank Hector and Dennis enough for taking care of Our sweet girl!!!! It’s not easy to come into a home where a dog is sooo protective but they all made it happen and we’ve gone from not being able to really go anywhere for long periods of time to being able to enjoy a few nights away knowing that Daisy was in great hands!!! Updates for each walk and time spent are recorded on the App along with pictures and videos so we can see how she is doing and if any concerns come up Alan will call us just to be sure all is great!!!! We are truly grateful to Alan and his crew for making dog parenting a bit easier!!!!

Have used multiple times for my German shepherd and they've been super accommodating. I feel confident boarding her here as she's always so excited when we bring her in.

They always accommodate us from a regular visit to an emergency. All of the staff is extremely friendly. We love the fact that they are open 24hrs/365.

Derek has been caring for our dogs for over five years. He provides outstanding service, is reliable, and cares for our fur baby like he was his own. I wish there were more than five stars to give!

Derek is the best! I’ve never trusted anyone besides family to walk my giant Great Dane and was hesitant in beginning. Derek and Moose had an instant connection that put my stress at ease! Now Moose gets excited every time Derek comes over and I have peace of mind having someone so reliable. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough amazing things about Derek and his crew at Beach Buds! When we send our dog there I am confident that he is safe, and having so much fun! He loves playing with all the dogs, and napping with them as well. Derek and his crew ensure that all dogs that come in get along well with all the dogs, which makes us feel so good to send our dog there. They offer a variety of packages to fit your needs and Pick up and drop off options which i use often! They also sell yummy treats, toys and gear! He also offers dog walking services which I know are awesome as well. Definitely worth checking out for your pup!!

The Staff is Amazing they interact with the dogs, Ally picks up at times and brings home my dog. She’s a sweetheart then there’s Lilly she’s loves the dogs and they love her. Then there’s Scott, him and Lilly work together one in the morning in in the afternoon. In my book they are 3 A+ Staff

Great doggy daycare if you live in the area (even if you don’t and need a beach day!) you can always count on beach buds! The owner Derek is very reliable and you can trust that your dog or puppy will be in great hands! Need pick up or drop off in the area? No problem, Derek will try to accommodate you. They will also feed your dog, if needed. My dog loves it at beach buds and comes home happy and exhausted. Clean facility with a great staff, it’s the best place to bring your pooch when you are busy at work or need of a little R&R! 5 stars!

My dog loves beach buds! Derek and his team help me out so much. I am able to go to work for extended hours knowing my dog is safe and well taken care of. I usually don't get out of work until after they are closed so Derek brings my dog home for me so that I don't have to worry. He was even able to help us with our engagement photos so we could have our dog in a few of the pictures. A very valuable business in long beach

They took amazing care of my dog. Lots of one on one attention and updates to my cell during the day. They even groomed him! Stefanie was super sweet and went above and beyond! This was my dog’s first time being left with someone else and he seemed to do great with them. Happy at pick up :) It was super easy to book online just two business days in advance as well which I needed for a last minute trip. Easy to email vaccination records as well.

I can only say/write the best things about Beach Buds Doggy Daycare. Our dog, June, a 1 yo Duck Toller was a 2-3 times a week visitor for over a year (we are now living in Hawaii). She would become very excited when I asked her if she wanted to go to daycare and see Derek. Derek and his staff are friendly, professional, trustworthy and care deeply about the dogs. They offer so many services. I used pick up which was great when I had to go to work very early. I also used dog walking and knew that my dog and home would be safe. I only wish that I could find a dog daycare as special as Beach Buds in Hawaii! We already miss everyone there :-(

My dog Penny started going to Beach Buds right around the time they opened the daycare and we LOVE it! I have peace of mind all day that she's well taken care of and safe and she has the best time playing with all her little friends. Derek and the staff are all wonderful and I know Penny loves them because she jumps out of my arms most mornings because she can't wait to get inside. I highly recommend beach buds to everyone!

Beach Buds is awesome and reliable. I've been using them a few days a week for the past couple years I can can always count on them to take good care of my pup. Sometimes my work schedule causes me to cancel/reschedule walks, and they have always been very accommodating and only ask for 24 hours notice (at the latest). Alyson and Derek are the best and I get notes on every single walk in the their easy to use portal to know how my dog did that day. Highly recommend.

My dogs have been long time boarders starting from 2019. I am a helicopter mommy with my two babies. They are well cared for and happy when I drop them and when I pick them up from their stay. I live over an hour away and will not leave them with anyone else.

PW animal daycare is wonderful. Because of mine and my partners work schedules we would bring our puppy to her three times a week. He was always so happy to go! Every time we would drive by the facility he would get so excited thinking he was going there. Everyone that works there is incredible! Selma herself is the best! No matter what time or how short notice, she always managed to become available to us. We have left Oakley over night with her multiple times and she cared for him like he was her own. She even cooked him stew one night! We got into a car accident once, while Oakley was at the center. Without us even having to ask she offered to drive him to my families home so that we could focus on the accident. Even though we moved too far to use her services weekly I will still always go to her for boarding and special occasions. She’s the only one I trust.

My puppy started with Port Washington Day Care 3 months ago. She was was 7 months old, very attached to me and I was a nervous mama sending her off. Before sending Aisling, I spoke with Selma for 30 minutes, asking questions and making sure this was the right fit for Aisling ... and for ME!!! She assured me that my little girl would be well taken care of .... and that has been proven! The center opens early, so I drop Aisling off before work and they drive her home! She gets home, eats her dinner, and goes to bed for the night. The next morning, she jumps in the car and waits eagerly at the door of the center. I couldn’t ask for anything more!! Selma and Dalila post pictures all day of the puppies in the center, the training sessions, the puppies riding in the car, playing at the dog park and out walking! I have told Selma and Dalila over and over how lucky I am to have found them because they love my little girl just as much as I do. Thank you!!!

Amazing staff, very accommodating and reasonable pricing. Clean facility. The staff are passionate and reliable. I couldn't ask for a better facility. My dog boards with them and uses the daycare facility. I have a peace of mind when I live my dog there.

Sent our puppy there for a week. He lost 8lbs and came home with his ribs sticking out. Owner tried to blame dog! Stay away!

We can’t say enough good things about The Willow Pet Hotel in Deer Park, NY! They’ve taken care of our four Australian Budgerigars on multiple occasions, even during some of our more extensive trips, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we drop off our little feathered friends, we know they’re in the best hands. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring our budgies are well-fed, comfortable, and happy throughout their stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and that gives us immense peace of mind when we’re away. The facilities are top-notch, and the team’s dedication to providing a clean and safe environment is evident. Our budgies always come back to us healthy and chirping away, which speaks volumes about the care they receive. We’re beyond happy with the service and will definitely keep coming back to The Willow Pet Hotel. Thank you for treating our budgies like family!

There is a huge trump merch stand with a massive trunk flag flying on the flagpole set up in front of this building. I guess this is what this business represents or is willing to let slide as to not have any issues with the property owner who is allowing this to slide. Eirher way don't support this place. It's 1000ft from a high school with all races of kids and they allow tht kind of stuff to slide. Pathetic

We have been taking our basset hound mix Hattie here for daycare once or twice a week for nine years. We have also boarded her there several times. They are great with the dogs and she is always excited to be there. Would highly recommend for boarding, day care and grooming.

Christina is the absolute best i go to her for grooming and I highly recommend. She’s sweet and patient and spooky loves her!

I bring my cat here 4 times a year to have her nails done. Very professional and friendly place!!!

We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!) Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so don't get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly! I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.

Love the place and the people that took care of my dog! They were very kind and played with her. The only thing I don't appreciate is that my dog came home sick with kennel cough even though she was vaccinated. I understand it's hard but maybe a good scrub down with disinfectant would work.

Luv the Staff here, took great care of my lil Leo on two different hotel stays 5 days each...play w him, feed him his special food n gav his meds...very clean place..I felt safe leaving my lil guy here after a preview tour, I booked right away...our first time away from each other...he even got a bath before I picked him up...so soft n fluffy...Thank yu All@Willow Pet Hotel🐕❤🐶

My husband and I travel a lot & we were thinking we would have to stop when our 2 year old dog went blind & became afraid of other dogs. We had to take him out of his previous daycare/boarding because of this. Then we found out that Willow pet hotel offered private play away from other dogs. Despite being blind, when we pull up to WPH & he realizes where he is he goes absolutely crazy until he gets inside & greets the staff with jumps and tail wags. He doesn’t even look back when he leaves us. We are able to go away knowing our dog loves where he stays and we can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for this!

Owners Lauren and Jimmy create a warm, safe, and super fun environment for our fur babies! Their amazing staff are always super attentive, kind, and loving to the pups (and to us humans)! Hands down, bringing our once anxious rescue puppy, Ruby to Hounds Town Island Park was the best decision we made since adopting her 2.5 years ago! Thanks to all of the excellent care!!!!!!

If you care about your dog at all, do not trust their place and their employees’ incompetence. We took our dog here for only the second time for day care and they gave her to the wrong family - which they didn’t even realize until my husband came to pick up our dog 90 min later. They also kept my husband in the dark for 30 min and told him nothing. Apparently they take the dogs’ collars off for “safety” to play so your dog is there with no identification, and this is nowhere in their disclosures. Also, they clearly don’t ask for ID to give your dog back bc they allegedly sent her home with a random dog walker who didn’t know what dog they were picking up. Owner was more concerned with her reputation than that my dog was sent to the wrong house and was missing from their control for over 2.5 hours. I will be pursuing the matter with corporate. UPDATE: The owner of Houndstown Island Park continues to gaslight us in their response below instead of apologizing, again. Also, their response is untruthful as my dog was unaccounted for over 2 hours until we tried to pick her up and she wasn't there. Then staff had to check cameras to find her.

Hounds town is great. My dog , Arthur , always has a great time and is well taken care of. We send Arthur to hounds town for just a day of fun and for boarding when away on vacations. I trust them and always know my dog is in good hands.

Desi loves Hounds Town. Spends many a vacay there while his mom is away. He runs to the door the minute he realizes where we are. Best place for pups! Highly recommend!!! Edited July 2024. Two years later and Desi still loves going to Hounds Town. They are the best!

TERRIBLE experience!! This place is just a MEATPACKING. Left my dog for 6 days. everything is a mystery in this place they don’t show you the installation at all. I trusted them and left my dog there. For 4 days I was calling to check on my dog and they refused to give me any detail of how he was doing or even send a single phone. For a sec I thought my dog was dead. The staff was rude the whole time for no reason like they were picking on me. never again!

I’ve been sending my dog here for the past four years. Each overnight stay and each daytime stay have been great. The crew at Island Park are great and always so accommodating. They have helped me out in emergency situations. I’ve already scheduled a weeklong stay for my pup when we go on vacation. I would recommend Houndstown Island Park to everyone with a cherished pup!

We leave our lovable dog, Mate, at Hounds Town IP every time we are out of town. They always take very good care of him and he is always in good hands when he is with the Island Park crew! Pictures are posted almost every time that we leave on vacation and it’s wonderful to get photo updates every time we are away from him! Highly recommend them!!!

A wonderful place for your dog. Daycare... Overnight... Vacation... They are great for all. They match up your dog with others for playgroups & not just by size but by personality... My girl is more on the bigger side but prefers groups with smaller dogs. The people of Hounds Town recognized this without me telling them. You see the dogs coming in for the day happy to be there & leaving with smiles on their faces. This is the kind of place where you can relax knowing your precious pup is being well taken care of...

Thank you so much for the job done on Teddy! ❤️ Teddy is a one year old Alaskan malamute. I absolutely love the trim she was given. It was her very first time going to the groomers. We always maintain her nicely at home the best that we can, so she didn’t need much done. She got a full grooming done, but specifically got a trim for the main areas: the ears, butt, paws, and legs. Being such a dog mom, I was worried about her first time at the groomers, but I was told she did amazing! She looks and smells great too, thanks to the Love My Dawg team! I love the little bandana that was put on her too. Thank you for taking care of her and making sure she looks good. The lighting in the photos probably doesn’t do it much justice, but it’s a job well done. I forgot to mention how fluffy and soft she’s feeling.

Absolutely thrilled with the service at Love My Dawg! My dog, Honey, just got her haircut from Danielle, and she looks fantastic! Danielle did an amazing job—Honey's cut is stylish and perfectly suits her. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Honey came home happy and looking great. My fur baby always comes out looking like a million bucks! He smells good and is soft as velvet. I am absolutely in love with this place! They are the best in class!

I have used Love My Dog for grooming several times now & Big Sheba always leaves looking like the Queen she is. All staff encountered are friendly yet professional, & all groomers excellent.

We have used Luv My Dawg for grooming and boarding services for over eight years. In fact, we purchased one of our dogs from them 8 years ago. In May, my wife made a reservation to board our two dogs for a week in August. Earlier today, my wife called to confirm and was told they did not have the reservation. The gentleman my wife spoke with then proceeded to say how we had made several complaints over the past few years. I’m not sure how that was relevant to the inquiry. He said he would call back to see if he could still board the dogs but has not done so. Needless to say, it obvious they are not concerned about keeping us as clients so we will look elsewhere. I know the ownership of this establishment has changed over the years. Unfortunately, not for the better.

This past April we adopted our baby after not having a dog in the house for years. We went to the groomer who we used to take our last dog to years ago (in Bellmore) but after two visits I wasn't happy with their work. I found this place and I'm so happy I switched groomers! Our dog has short hair so I cannot comment on their grooming or clipping but she does have very dry skin so we like to get her a professional oatmeal bath every 1-2months. They did a great job cleaning her ears and making her smell nice. But they did an AMAZING job on her nails. They got them as short as possible without it hurting our furry baby and they filed them so they weren't sharp on the edges. This was the main reason why I decided to switch groomers, because I didn't like how the other groomer haphazardly did her nails. The people there are super nice and seem to really car about your dog. And while our dog was nervous going in, she came out all smiles. They even gave her a Fourth of July themed bandana!! Definitely satisfied. I'm taking my baby here from now on!

Found Love My Dawg Resort and Spa doing a search on Instagram! I wanted to find a dog groomer that wasn't afraid or didn't have the patience or commitment to groom my two long hair yorkies. Most groomers will give them the "puppy cut" just because it's faster and easier to maintain. I was tired of being envious of all the long haired yorkies I'd see on Instagram, so I finally decided to search via hashtags and came upon Love My Dwag's account. It was love at first scroll. I made an appointment and haven't stopped going to them since! The amount of LOVE they give my babies makes the experience for them all the better! The groomers there are probably the most highly trained, experienced, and certified on the south shore! They are all incredibly talented artist and professionals. I never ever leave disappointed. Chrissy is AMAZING! Beyond what I said above, Chrissy is always pushing her talents to the next level and never stops learning! I feel ridiculously and blessed to have found her, and for the amount of love and attention she gives to my two fur babies. She really does treat them as if they were her own kin. Everyone at Love My Dawg is a pleasure to interact with. They all do love their jobs, and when you love your job, it really does show and makes the whole experience that much better. The south shore is super lucky and fortunate to have a business like Love My Dawg in our community!

This place used to be good but now they overbooked the appointment, and they don't know how to manage. They used to take 1.5 hr to wash my dogs and now this poor dogs sit there for 4 hrs, and you have to keep calling and asking if they are done. One of my husky have anxiety he doesn't like to be locked up for 4 hrs, so I informed them can you finish both of them at the same time so he won't sit there crying. They do this job without any care and it's very annoying. I made appointment for my dogs today and confirmed last Wednesday they were like we are booked. Can you bring then Thursday. This is very unprofessional, and I would rather take my business somewhere who actually care about the dogs and take care of them the way they deserve. I will give 0 start if I can. That's how annoyed I am.

We’ve been using love my dog for a couple years.. My two black labs always come home very clean and happy. The staff are always friendly and make you feel that your fur kids are in good hands.

I highly recommend quail run kennel for training your dog! The instructors are like dog whisperers, and we have learned so much with each class! Before these classes, my dog used to jump around like a kangaroo, was tugging on the leash, and hard to control when walking. After just a few classes, Benny can walk with a loose leash, and no longer lunges or pulls towards other dogs or people. The results are amazing, people have even asked if our dog is a service dog in public! Also, the instructors have a great sense of humor, and are incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be signing up for off leash training next!

I have boarded my dogs here multiple times and always a good experience. Both dogs can be difficult at times, but they understand their needs and are accommodating. Owners and all staff are always pleasant, helpful, and caring. Easy drop off and pick up. Dogs are always tired and “happy” when I pick them up. Thank you, Quail Run!

What can I say other then this place is excellent. They really do a great job with training and boarding. They have been in the business since the 70s so that has to say something. My pup gets excited knowing he's going there.

My 1 year old Doberman has been causing me so much worry and concern with her aggressiveness toward strangers. I called Quail and spoke with Patty on the phone. With how worried I was she offered to have us come in for an evaluation with Don. There was an opening the next day...we went! After meeting with Don and Speedy (another trainer on site) I went from feeling like my dog was "Cujo" to understanding more as to why she exhibits the behaviors she does and ways to help manage her. While the process may at first seem overwhelming I left the office with hope that we can work through this and provide a more structured and happy life for our canine. Literally, my dog was laying at Don's feet at the end of the evaluation. Quail run has an awesome team that will tell you how it is, no sugar coating the problems; Don knows his stuff and what works, works. He cares about the animals and wants to genuinely help people and their dogs.

Don and the team at Quail Run Kennel... Are truly a first class operation! If you're looking to train your dog whether young or old this is the place to do it hands down! As Don says dogs are easy to train people not so much! I highly recommend to get in touch with them if you want your dog to be obedient and committed to your every direction!

We use quail run for boarding. Don is a saint with our fear aggressive pup! I never have to worry about how our pup is doing or how he’s behaving. Forever grateful for quail run! I can’t recommend them enough!

We love this kennel!!! The staff is so caring and compassionate. We have take our 3 year old English Bulldog there since she was 6 months old to be boarded. English Bulldogs are very sensitive to heat, cold and our has allergies. The staff has always kept a watchful eye on our dog, Violet. When we bring her there she gets so excited because they get so excited to see her. We would never leave her with anyone else! Their prices are very reasonable too. You can tell they love what they do. We also took her there for dog training classes. Don is the best dog trainer around. We had some food aggression issues and Don took time for his day to help us. Truly amazing people!!!

Noelle was amazing! We called her last minute on Christmas Eve and she was so kind to take my dog in since she had space and welcomed us into her home. My dog had the best time and we have definitely found our go to person when we need to board my dog! We got text and picture updated throughout my dog’s stay. My dog is a larger dog and high energy and she came home super happy and exhausted! Nothing could make a pet parent happier!

Noelle was so wonderful with my rescue dog Laci. She made her feel at home by taking such great care of her for 10 days. She sent lots of amazing pictures that she sent almost every day. She was flexible with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

There’s being a dog sitter as a job and there is being a dog sitter as a passion and Noelle is the latter. Noelle’s reasons in why she started this business is heartfelt and relatable to every pet owner and she treated our shih-tzu and yorkie like her own. In the five days in being away, Noelle kept constant communication and documented their time with so many great photographs and videos. With trips to the beaches and parks, not once was I left wondering if my dogs were ok. There is no other person who can provide the amazing service and care like Noelle can. Mochi and Toto’s time with Noelle was a complete vacation for them! Thank you for giving our family a peace of mind and friendship.

Noelle is simply the best. She is the only dog sitter we use for our dog and he get so excited when he sees her. She sends videos and pictures through the day and he always looks so so happy. She’ll even bring dogs over to our house to play with Luka and it makes his day. We love Noelle!

Oliver stayed with Noelle for about a week while I was in Belize. She did an excellent job and Oliver came back even happier than when he left. He is a high energy breed and i worried about leaving him because of his energy, but noelle sent photos throughout his stay that made me feel at ease. Truly an incredible experience for him and for me as well.

Noelle was so kind and so accommodating!! I reached out to her a week before my trip! She took in my new golden doodle baby without any hesitation; assuring me he would be in great hands. This is our first puppy so the kids were a little nervous for a stranger to have it and take care of it but from the moment we all met her all of our doubts disappeared!!! We knew this was who we wanted maverick to be with when we left on our vacation ! We will definitely be returning customers! Noelle went above and beyond. I was extremely nervous as this was the first time leaving our baby. I did a lot of research and felt discouraged until I came across Noelle. From the first phone call I felt a huge sense of comfort and love for what she does. We had a great chat, followed by a meet and greet. I appreciated that Noelle wasn’t just going to take our money - it was very clear that this had to feel good and right for our pup, us and her. Our pup stayed with Noelle for 3 and a half days. While we were away Noelle kept us updated with notes and pics to let us know how she was doing♥️ We felt comfortable knowing our pup was happy, safe and having the best time. To take our pup’s experience over the top - Noelle throw a birthday party for our pup as it was her 1st birthday during her stay. This is the beginning of a long amazing relationship for all of us, our pup can’t wait to go back to see Noelle and her furry friends!!! Noelle is the most caring and compassionate woman with your dog. She is totally hands on and keeps you fully informed about your dog while you’re apart from each other. I’ll never trust anyone else with my Vizsla.

Kaitlin is absolutely wonderful! She truly cares about and treats every pet in her care as if they were her own. Having her has taken the stress out of leaving my bird when I go away. I couldn’t recommend a pet sitter more! If I could give her 6 stars I would!

Kaitlin is an absolute best. We have been fortunate to have met Kaitlin in 2021 leaving our Black Capped Conure with her while my husband and I took a trip. Leaving my little Chipper with an unknown person for the first time made me really anxious. Kaitlin made it so easy and comfortable by sending me pictures and updates. Her honesty and dedication to all the feather friends left me at awe. She is so informative and personal that she takes the time to send you information about food, cage and even toy recommendations. I have boarded my parrot with Kaitlyn a few times now. She came highly recommended from my avian veterinarian and I see why. Each experience is wonderful. Kaitlyn really knows her stuff and has a wonderful set-up for boarding. We get 5 star service each time. More than double that for my piece of mind knowing my parrot is well-cared for in my absence.

Not good for bunnies. I hope shes better for birds because my bunny came back without any of the services I requested.

Michelle and her mother are fantastic dog sitters! They take such great care of Simba, always making sure he’s well-loved and happy. I found Michelle and her mom after my dogs daycare closed down. I can’t express how incredible they are!!! I have crazy schedule and they are always extra accommodating. My dogs love going there. Whether is for few hours, full days or for extended periods they ensure my babies are taken care of. You see the love they have for my babies. I definitely recommend them to anyone. If I need to drop them at 6am they are available. If I am running late they are available. Going on vacation they are available!!! They are super dog lovers!!

Had a horrible experience with these people. Left my dogs there for 3 days they called me 6am the first morning to come get the dogs because he was barking and they couldn’t sleep. The person I met was not the person who watched the dogs. My dog doesn’t bark so there was something wrong and making him uncomfortable. Either way the person who contacted me in the morning telling me I had to come get them was extremely rude and nasty. Don’t ever trust these people with your dogs. There are plenty of responsible dog sitters out there. Stay away from these people.

Michelle was great, our dog loved being there. She was very accommodating with everything and our dog Jack enjoyed his stay with her and her family.

Michelle has taken care of my dog Max for over a year now. He adores Michelle and her whole family. She always updates me regularly when he's in her home and he comes home happy. She is very prompt in her responses and makes sure to message me back right away, which is very important and a major reason I feel comfortable with her as my dog sitter. Michelle and her aunt did great with my lil old angry guy !!! I appreciated them soooo much I wanted him to stay home so they came directly to me and it all went well

Michelle has taken care of both my dogs Pepper and Stacy for over two weeks and I cannot feel more happy with her services. She has informed me daily on their progress and how they are doing and honestly this is the first time that they were left home alone so I was very skeptical but in her care I never had to worry about anything! I definitely recommend her services to everyone and I will see her in a couple of weeks!

Our pup Monty had a great time with Michelle! She was very sweet with our girl from the beginning and made us feel totally at ease. Monty surely has no critiques except to probably stay longer. I would have loved some more picture updates as it was our first time really leaving her but Michelle was so flexible and communicated a lot over text which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for her next stay!

My husband and I dropped our dogs off with Michelle for a weekend. She was very polite, responsible and professional. She kept us updated on their walks and playtime’s and sent us pictures! I would highly recommend. It’s nice knowing that your pups are in good hands while your away. We will def use her services again :)
