Petsitting for Harley was such a pleasure! He’s keenly intelligent and very well-trained well-behaved German Shepherd, a true joy to be around. Harley impressed us with his well-mannered behavior both inside and outside — on lead and off. Kaeli has done an exceptional job training him. He’s trained to signal via a bell tied to the door when he needs to go out, he’s patient waiting for food and treats, he knows his commands, walks well on lead as well as has excellent recall off lead. We loved taking him to the open space nearby and the beach to play fetch and frisbee with him. We loved his playfulness in trying to retrieve coconuts and sticks to bring home from our walks around the neighborhood! Harley's breed requires a lot of mental stimulation so we engaged him in activities that tapped into his intelligence and working instincts. Hiding toys and treats around the apartment provided him with little jobs to do which was fun for all of us :) After a day or so he warmed up to us, showing affection and enjoying cuddles, couch time and hanging out near us while we worked. It was also so nice to get to know Kaeli as we met in person before she left to get acquainted — she provided us with a thorough Welcome Packet and was always responsive to our inquiries about Harley's routine and the apartment. (Thank you, Kaeli!!!) Phu Quoc, Vietnam is also an amazing place to visit. The location of her apartment was perfect — walking distance to the beach and literally steps from the vibrant food scene and night market. We highly recommend this sit and hope to have the opportunity to petsit Harley again in the future!

Susan was helpful and communication was easy over the phone and whatsapp Tonic, is a gorgerous cat, she loved being close to us and receiving strokes and cuddles The flat is very comfortable and great for discovering the beautiful town of Girona and the local area was full of shops, supermarkets and other attractions Overall, our experience was fantastic
Meredith was such an incredibly kind, generous and helpful host during my housesit for her spunky cat, Luna! Any question or concern I had Meredith responded very quickly and made sure I felt right at home! Meredith even returned the favor by providing photos and videos from her vacation adventures which was a nice surprise to have! Luna is an older cat, but she is full of energy and personality! The first few days of the sit, she was shy and kept more to herself. However, by the end of the sit, we were best pals and she was hanging out with me on the coach, or sitting next to me during meal time! Meredith was very good at informing me on Luna’s quirks! Luna is very curious and is a paper fiend! She likes to nibble on toilet paper, which made it important to keep bathroom doors closed! Overall, Meredith’s place was conveniently located to multiple shopping centers, and a Bus stop is right outside the door, which was nice to have to get to the charming Charlottesville downtown area. I’d be more than happy to sit for Meredith and Ms.Luna again :)
It was a pleasure to spend time with Hope and Shakes in Heather’s beautiful apartment. The place has a super nice vibe and is very cozy! I had a great time with these most adorable kitties and would recommend this sit to any cat lovers. The place is super close to a train stop in a lovely area of BK. It was an absolute pleasure looking after Chutney and Cuillin. It was our first Housesit and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fiona and Mark were lovely and very relaxed. We had our first evening together with them so they could show us the ropes, the walks and the treats regime!! Their home is warm, comfortable and lovely. The grounds are beautiful and it is located in a really picturesque part of Dorset. We couldn’t rate our experience more highly.

Jamie is wonderful! She took such great care of our little guy while we were away for a few days! I was green in the area of pet sitting because I usually take the pets everywhere with me lol. But Jamie exceeded my expectations by far! We also communicated daily while I was away, and she even sent me daily pics of my little guy. It was because of Jamie that I could relax while away! My entire family thanks her for that.

Jaime was great with my dog! It was my first time hiring a dog walker but she exceeded the expectation! I received a photo after the walks and he looked so happy. I even noticed his appetite increased which is a great sign that jaime provided much needed exercise.

We’ve used Jamie now twice with our big boy Archie! Jamie is absolutely amazing and has treated our needy boy pristinely! Our first experience with Jamie found us in a pinch and needing a dog sitter for an unplanned trip. Jamie helped us calm down and made time to make sure we and Archie were comfortable with her. Jamie stayed at our house with our dog Ollie for an extended stay to care for our dog while we were away and she was absolutely fantastic. Ollie is a senior dog, and he needs twice daily shots of insulin for diabetes, and Jamie managed his care beautifully. Jamie was extremely caring , making sure to keep Ollie well socialized during our absence. She was available in real time to update us, and extremely diligent about ensuring that Ollie was always a happy dog. She was also extremely respectful of our home, which she also took great care of while we were away. We really felt like Jamie treated our dog, and us , like we were her family, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
I was looking for someone who would stay overnights with Cleo when I have to travel for work. I'm new in town so I had a lot of anxiety about finding someone trustworthy and skilled, but Jaime put all my worries to rest. She is very easy to work with, pays careful attention to all instructions and sends multiple updates during the day. Cleo took to Jaime right away and did very well while I was away. She didn't show any sign of stress, which was my top priority. Everything worked out perfectly. I'm lucky to have found Jaime.
Montclair Pet Girl is simply wonderful. They are my immediate go-to when I travel, as they take excellent care of my two kitties, giving them love and cuddles, feeding them, making sure they have plenty of water, cleaning out their litter, and sending me wonderful texts and videos. I trust them completely. They are also very reasonably priced, they respond to any texts or questions right away, and they make it super easy to book their services. They will also come to you before your trip for a meet and greet with you and your pets. I can't recommend them more highly!

We contacted MPG for help with our Frenchie about a year and a half ago and are so happy to have found them!! Allie takes such good care of our little man. She goes above and beyond to make sure he’s safe in inclement weather, gives him enrichment toys before leaving, and even does buddy walks with his fur friends from the building next door! We truly appreciate the professionalism, reliability and care that we’ve seen from everyone at Montclair Pet Girl. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Great place for your dog. Has to be under 40lbs. The staff is great. They have a small outdoor space so the dogs can get to spend some time outside. Highly recommend
Let me start by saying that safety is the number one priority at Four Paws, which I really appreciate. They check vet records and meet/greet each dog to be sure that their disposition is ok for the community. My dog is a recent adoptee and was very unsure about this type of setting. They worked with me to gradually grow her comfort there and help her succeed. Each visit was an utter game changer in her disposition- she grew more confident in her own skin/fur and was more relaxed and easy at home. Shout out to Gail (earth angel and the nicest human ever) and Vanessa (trusted captain) for dealing with my calls every 30 mins to be sure she ok 😂. Starla has now made friends and is so much more easy going. I wish I had had a place like this for my senior dogs who are still anxious in other settings. Thanks Four Paws ❤️. I highly recommend.

My dog loves coming here. The staff is very pleasant to work with. They recognize your dog right away. Its for smaller dogs only which I appreciate because my dog is a wuss and scared of bigger dogs. Its a large room with a few bed cots for the dogs to lay on. The staff is always there to monitor and play with them. I believe they have a few water bowls around but no treats or food are offered out of safety which again, I appreciate. I always see balls and toys around for the dogs to play with. Staff is always interacting with the dogs and I've never seen upset dogs or dogs that seemed uncomfortable. I would recommend them if you need a place to drop your pup off for a few hours.
Our baby Blitzen is a Standard Schnauzer and was welcome to Four Paws for the past year. We felt very comfortable bringing him here while he was a puppy and would like to say thank you. He's a large teenager now and simply to big for the puppy crowd. We very much recommend this place!
They have taken great care of my small schnauzer Bailey for years now! He always comes home well exercised & tired from an exciting day. Very accommodating & all of the staff are very sweet. Bailey lights up when he see Tyler! I trust them & will continue to use them when we’re busy. Highly recommended!
Sadly, last week we were informed our dog was no longer welcome at Four Paws. He had been going daily for 16 months and loved every morning when we got ready to leave the house. He never had an issue with any of the other dogs and the staff consistently said he played well with everyone and was a pleasure. We were given 3 days notice to find a new place and no warning there were any problems. The staff were great and our dog well looked after but it never occurred to us that we could be terminated at short notice.
My dog has a lot of anxiety but he loves going to Four Paws Stay and Play. What a great place with a wonderful staff. Highly recommend ❤️
Four Paws is doggie daycare for dogs weighing 25 pounds and under. They have an effective screening procedure to make sure dogs are well socialized and not aggressive before allowing them to stay at Four Paws. The staff is excellent. The facility is large and clean. There is a small outdoor yard for the dogs.
We absolutely love Four Paws. The staff are incredible. Even though we moved, we make the longer drive to bring our dog. We feel like our dog has a safe and loving place to go.
The folks at Pups@Play are some of the best, most caring, dog loving people I’ve ever met. Our golden retriever Ellie has the best time every day she goes, and pulls me to get inside the door each time I drop her off. The staff is so caring, and do so much to make it comfortable for the dogs and their parents. We love Pups@Play, and Ellie does too!
Best one stop shop in the area! I initially inquired to bring my pup Ace for grooming, and Nicole was kind enough to set up our profile and get us on the schedule for the next day! I was greeted by the general manager Don, who was such a great help in introducing me to the facility and sharing all the info I needed. Our groomer Ebonie was amazing! She was very detailed and Ace came out so happy and handsome. Rebecca and Michelle helped us at checkout and answered all my questions about other services they provide. Overall an excellent place to bring my little guy. So happy. Thank you!
We have been taking our dog, Masha, to pups at play since we got her 4 years ago. She's always excited to go and the staff at Pups is so sweet with her! They really care about the dogs, and the convenience is great (right by the Walnut train station) - easy for pick up or drop off if we're coming or going to the city.
Booked a stay for late August back on July 25. Our first time using Pups @ Play. Today—August 7, 2 weeks after the booking was made—We receive an email that Pups @ Play is unfortunately booked up through Labor Day and no new reservations can be accommodated. So I say to myself, "Well, dang! Great that they're busy, and I'm sure glad I booked my stay on July 25!" Turns out, they meant me! It took them TWO WEEKS to tell me they were booked up, the whole time I'd thought I had a reservation booked. How could a pet boarding business be that ignorant of their book that they didn't realize until 2 weeks later they were overbooked? What an awful first impression. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise, but now I'm in a tight spot because I have to try and find boarding for my pup two weeks out from our trip. Thanks for nothing, Pups @ Play. The search for a reliable pet boarding service in North Jersey continues.
I rarely write reviews, but when I do I highlight value for all customers to be aware of. Very simply said - the team does a great job. My little crackhead comes home safe and tired out… at least for the days “appointments” are available. It’s disappointing they’re “fully booked” every day past 10am. Tricky for the folks that work later in the day. It’d be ideal to expand the facility or hire more staff. Can’t restrict business - that’s the point of having one.
We have been going to Pups at Play for years and it’s been okay. This review is a result of the most incredible experience I had last night with Michelle and Howard. This is for them!! Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. They are the BEST and it’s employees like them that will keep us coming back to Pups at Play. MICHELLE AND HOWARD FOR THE WIN!!
This place is a heaven for fur babies. Most reliable so far in my experience. I had to travel for 10 days and I had never left my 14 months golden retriever so I was super nervous. But when I found Pups@play montclair, all my worries were put to rest. Masti (my dog) had the best time here and the team send photos and videos every single day which I was always eagerly waiting for to see how he was doing. Masti had the best time of play and it also made him more calmer after he came home because now he is more comfortable with other dogs. Pups@play not only took a great care of him but also gave him peanut butter kong which is Masti's absolute favorite. Best part about this place is, your fur baby is not caged all day along but instead they are having a constant play time and the team is 100% monitoring them. If you are looking for dog summer camp/ slumber party style, this is your place. I highly recommend this place and Masti has definitely found his boarding slumber party place if ever I have to travel.
Very first time at the day care. People are very nice/accommodating. Our dog Chocolate seemed to enjoy the experience. Will keep you posted.. I wanted to update. My dog Chocolate is in love with Pups@Play staff and clients. He has been at day care and boarding and is so happy every time he attends a program at your facility. There is something magical about this place. Lucky us, that we found such a beautiful, loving environment for Chocolate. Thank you! Where are we at with Pups and Play? Chocolate loves every minute of his time with human and dog friends. We have a quiet home and Chocolate loves dogs. The second we tell him he is on his way to doggie day care, he is right at the door. Chocolate is the greatest dog that ever existed, keeping in mind, we are his caretakers. Chocolate feels that when he is at this facility, he is the best. He feels loved, and can run and jump and is watched over by a group with a twinkle in their eyes when they look at the dogs in their care. Have a wonderful holiday and Chocolate looks forward to many fun times with you all.
Ziggy barks and jumps with excitement just hearing the words “Pups at Play”. I know he has fun, plays hard and is well looked after. The staff knows him well and genuinely cares about him! We love P@P! EDITED DECEMBER 2023 Going from 5 stars to 1 star! Pups has gone downhill ever since Destination Pet took over the place. They have gotten rid of their loving and caring staff, amend policies that made for puppy parent convenience and overall just is no longer the warm friendly place it used to be. Sadly, we will not be returning to Pups in Montclair anymore.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m already an anxious dog owner as it is. I had to board my 2 small dogs for 6 days. The woman at the front desk supposedly wrote in my file my one and only simple request and they still didn’t do it. I was fuming!!!! Not to mention they want to charge for every tiny thing like an Instagram photo???? Wow. Do not ever board your dogs here . To the manager, or owner, I will be more than glad to explain my entire experience with you in private if it comes down to it.
Anybody who owns a pet knows how hard it can be finding a place or reliable person to leave your beloved pet with when it comes down to going away on vacation . I struggled for a long time to find the perfect place for my Dog Rocco until I came across Jenny in Home away from home pet services in my searches through the internet. I contacted Jenny via phone call we spoke and quickly arranged a meet and greet and right away she gave me a comforting vibe and I knew Rocco would be in safe hands . I received picture updates while on vacation of Rocco and other dogs on walks and I just knew he was having a fun time as well. I’m so glad I came across Jenny . I couldn’t be more happy and I will definitely be using her services again when I go on vacation as well as her day care services as he seemed to have a lot of fun being exposed to different dogs . Being a first time fur mom can be quite scary, having to leave your pup "my baby" with a total stranger can be just as uneasy.... However after my very first encounter with Jenny via phone conversation, she gave me such reassurance that not only I will be great at this, but my "Parker" will be in the best of hands!! Jenny's personality, her professionalism, and how she loves all the pups, not only speaks volumes of her overall well-being and great characteristics, but she's the epitome of "Selflessness and Genuine Love" I was a little nervous about Parker being away while we we're on a mini vacation, but the photos that Jenny sent us, showed us how happy Parks were. I can't thank Jenny enough for how she loves on Parker, the continued support and assistance she offers me while I'm still navigating this new journey, and how readily and accessible she is to me. If your looking for your pup to be in a loving environment, receiving nothing but the best of care, and come back home a happy camper...Look no further, JENNY IS IT!!! Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had to leave my pup with her for a long weekend and I felt so comfortable, and my dog was SO happy! Her place is like a cozy little dog sanctuary so I definitely felt like I was leaving him somewhere he'd feel comfortable and at home. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day which I loved, and always kept me in the loop. She even cooks her own organic food and treats, and sent us home with a sample to try out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for all of your pet needs, would care and love your dog like her own!
I have been using Home Away From Home Pet Services since I relocated to New Jersey 3 years ago and I couldn't have found a better sitter for my cocker spaniel Max. Not only is Jenny professional she exuberates love and compassion for the animals in her care. Jeny's home was just what I was looking for. I have an older dog that gets very anxious so it was important for me that I found something that was as close to a home as possible. Finding someone to trust your baby with can be a nerve wracking experience. So much can potentially go wrong. And has a few times for me with others. But I knew I’d finally found the right person when I found Jenny. She’s a pro 100%. I knew she was someone I could leave the keys to my home with (literally and figuratively). She’s a great communicator. She’s thorough. She’s thoughtful. She takes initiative. She’s experienced. She’s fair and She’s kind. I will use Jenny for as long as I have a dog in my life and as long as she’s willing to care for them. I could not recommend her enough. Finding the right person for this particular job is priceless.
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Jenny!! She has taken care of my pets for me for the last 3 years with such care and compassion. My dogs know the second we turn onto her street and start freaking out because they are so excited to see her. They hate leaving!! I have a hectic unknown schedule because I am in the airline industry and she always seems to make it work to care for my dogs last minute. She is responsive, reliable, and her prices are very reasonable!! (As if there is really a price too high to know your fur babies are being loved on every second you can’t lol) She also is an amazing photographer and takes the best photos of your babies for you while you’re away. 10/10 recommend Jenny’s services to anyone in the NJ area. Patty has been my one and only dog sitter for the past three years. My wife and I travel often and Patty is always available and happy to have my dog stay at her place. Our dog has grown to be so fond of Patty that she isn't upset when we travel anymore. In fact, she's happy when we drop her off at Patty's and she runs inside, tail wagging, every time. Patty is a very sweet woman, easy to communicate with and is everything you want in a dog sitter. She gives us peace of mind whenever we're away, knowing that our beloved pup is well looked after. Highly recommend!
Petty is a great dog/cat walker, I've known alot about her in the past few years she has been of great service. She does her best to strive to make sure you all her honorable guest, are safe and comfortable. She's giving everyone a boarding few trials to see if your pet will settle in her home. For some dogs, Patty's Pet Palace is like a heaven on earth for irrespective of the breed n size.
Patricia took care of my 4 yr old indoor cat while I was away on holiday and it was truly the most wonderful experience. She’s so kind and attentive. She sent frequent updates (w/ pics + vids) on my kitty’s behavior and overall well-being. She even got him little toys to play with when he’s alone! It’s so heartwarming to know she is around to take care of him if I ever have to take a trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of sitter in the Clifton area.
We have been using Patty’s services for the last 5 years. She has taken car of our two cats on multiple occasions. We were able to take an extended 17 day vacation because we had Patty to come in and take car of them. We got back and they were happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Patty.
We have used What About The Pets for my dog Rocky for daily walks for many years. Christina and her whole team are so great! We first started in 2020, continued through the pandemic and moved in 2021 outside of their service area so had to stop with our daily walks. In 2023, we moved back into their service area (yay!!). Rocky is now a senior dog with cancer and the walkers are so gentle with him, sharing fun photos every day and detailed reports of their walks. It's hard to find someone to trust with your fur baby and I have been so thankful to have them! Pic attached of Rocky in his halloween outfit they dressed him up in :)

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with What About the Pets! Christina and her team have been watching my cat for the last four years. Whether it’s just a weekend or for 10-14 day vacations, they take lots of time to not only complete basic care tasks, but also spend extra time playing with her and giving her love and attention. I really appreciate the email reports, complete with pictures, after each visit. Knowing that Christina and her team, especially Libby, are watching my fur baby gives me so much peace of mind when I’m out of town.

Christina and her team are amazing! We have been working with them for almost a year now, since my pregnancy and delivery of our son. They take such great care of our dog and are SUPER reliable. There have been countless times that we’ve needed a last minute walk for our dog Kruger and they were quick to confirm and fit it into their busy schedule. All the walkers we’ve had are so friendly with our dog and he loves it. We highly recommend working with Christina and her amazing team!

Maria is truly the BEST! From the first time I spoke with her on the phone through every interaction she has had with our dog, it is evident that caring for animals is her passion. She is quite thoughtful in her approach to caring for pets, and has so much love and compassion for all of her furry friends. Maria and her family cared for our dog while we were away for 9 days, and she sent several photo and video updates daily, so we knew he was in great hands. Maria is amazing!!! She is very responsive and make you feel at ease that your fur baby is in good hand. She keep you updated with pictures and videos through out the day. She is very professional and reliable, she asked for my puppy daily schedule and routine so that she can follow that same schedule. Definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for pet daycare. Maria did a wonderful job taking care of our pets while my wife and I were away for 5 days. She was constantly in communication with us, very flexible and followed our pet care instructions to the tee! It was great to receive photos so often, that helped put our minds at ease. Maria is amazing with our pit bull mix! It is wonderful to have so much trust in a Dogwalker. They really are the Furry Best! Our dog, Daffy, absolutely loves Adrian which is obviously the most important thing when considering a pet care service. However, the advantages are endless: photos every time he goes out which never fail to make us smile (I've shared some here that Adrian has taken for us). Rapid responses and amazing short timeframe flexibility for when we're in the in the city but want to make sure Daffy is walked and taken care of. The extra effort to provide Daffy with variety, not just to the same place or the same route every day. Adrian really knows Daffy as an individual dog and for us the knowledge that we have a reliable, confident and caring individual to help with Daffy is priceless.
I’ve been on the search for a reliable dog walking company and this is it! They’re the best for my fur-babies. I’ve tried other dog walking services but doesn’t compare to the furry best pet care. Marisa and Drayton are amazing and go above and beyond for our dogs. We had an incident where one of our dogs needed a last minute bath and they were able to squeeze us in. Once I got home my pup was nicely groomed and smelled so good! I can totally trust them with our dogs and know they’ll be in the absolute best care. I’m so happy a service like this is available in my building!
The Furry Best is an awesome service! Drayton is super responsive and flexible with last minute walks. He is great with dogs and knows how to pair your dog with others so they get some much needed play time. All walks are tracked and you receive lots of pictures and feedback when the walk is finished. I had the best experience with Furry Best pet care this past weekend! They took incredible care of our cat Charlotte while we were away on vacation. Their in-house boarding services are very helpful and convenient as they will visit your pet and take of them in the comfort of their home. They took such incredible detailed care of our girl - making sure to feed, play and spend time with her (our cat is a more social cat who demands a lot more attention/time/play). It was so great having Marisa + Drayton care so much for her and enjoy time with her. The updates and messages from the online portal are amazing because you receive photos as well as reports on how your pet is doing.HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and caring people to watch after your furbabies. Five stars! :)
The furry best pet care is amazing! We got our puppy at 8 weeks, and with both of us working full time we needed someone to feed and play with him during the day. From the start they have accommodated our puppy’s needs by combining services and providing excellent care. We love getting the walk summaries, and our pup absolutely loves the team… They’ve also helped with training our puppy. Not only do they work one-on-one with him, but guided us on how to continue and progress the training. We learned so much from the first session alone! I don’t know what we would do without the Furry Best team! Highly recommended for anyone with a pup needing extra company or training.

Honestly the best dog walking service out there! Adrien is SO GREAT with our dog Mica... every time she sees him (even when we see him out and about with other dogs) she gets so excited! It’s like she’s got a new best friend. It’s so rare to find someone who will care for your dog like it’s there own but best furry pet care really goes that extra mile. I often have to schedule last minute walks and never has there been an issue with availability or communication. I know Mica is always safe and cared for in their hands. Also, the rates are more than fair for the exceptional service and care your pet receives. I’ve also found that Mica’s walks and play time with other pups have made her more socialized and well behaved around other animals and that’s all thanks to Best Furry Pet Care and Adrien. You’d be crazy not to try them out!
All I can say is we're very grateful for Furry Best. Natalia is more than what we could ask for as a dog walker. She comes every noon to get Sparky, then they walk around the block, and even before she leaves our house, Natalia will give Sparky a hug, belly rubs him and assures that he's loved even for a short time. We're professionals who work long hours and having Furry Best, especially Natalia, visit Sparky and potty him is what we needed. She's a huge help and we just can't thank her enough for catering Sparky. If you need a dog walker, I definitely recommend furry best! They're amazing and the communication is never in question. They will answer when you message them, Natalia always does. She updates us about their walks, leaves food for Sparky and water to make sure he's good for the day while waiting for us. The Furry Best Pet Care is truly the furry best. It's really easy to schedule an appointment and the dog walk recaps are super helpful to see where they went and if they "went". Dray and Marisa are great with the dogs and treat them like their own. Highly recommended.

We have been using ESP Pet Specialists for about 3 years and they are FANTASTIC! They come by 2x a day and feed our 2 senior cats as well as administor their medications without any issues. We love when we receive the AM & PM Pet Journals which include a few photos and text on how the kitties are doing. ESP is an excellent pet service and we highly recommend having them take care of your fur babies while you're away. They truly go above & beyond for your pets!
ESP Pet Specialists are awesome! We hired them to watch our cats while on vacation, and Evan and Anna were great. They truly care for the well-being the pets they care for. They gave us regular updates with photos and were always there when they said they were and paid attention to the notes and instructions we left for them. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy and so easy to work with.
Everyone at ESP Pet Specialists is amazing. They are professional, caring and will go above and beyond when needed. My pup loves Evan and I know he is getting the best care when I go away and have to leave him. I love getting updates and photos of my pup everyday while I’m away. I have tried various other pet care places. My dog was always withdrawn and nervous when I returned. Now he is his normal self , as if I had just been out for the afternoon, when I return. I would never leave him with anyone else again.
I have a big dog who is very strong and who I’m very particular about who I let around her. From day one Evan has been great and he’s been taking care of Remy for over a year now. I tried Rover and other apps and it was always a terrible experience. Having the flexibility as well as someone I can depend on has really allowed me to have peace of mind. Both Eva and Eva have gone the extra mile, given great care and paid extra attention to my requests and I can’t recommend them enough.

Over the last year, ESP has been there for us and Mocha consistently, several times a day, every week, walking him and also working with us as we navigated finding the right food and schedule for our Australian labradoodle puppy. We have been working with ESP Pets for years to watch our dog Tashi! They are always on time, and treat him with lots of care and attention. Tashi is a slow walker and they are patient and adjust to his speed. They are flexible when last minute changes come up and we need an extra walk and are very good about safety. We also love that they offer weekend and holiday walks, something other dog walkers didn’t offer in the area. When we moved to NJ from Brooklyn that was something I was really surprised to find- not everyone has weekend times around here. We are incredibly happy with this service and Tashi is a happy dog! The walkers do a great job with photos and descriptions of the walk, and they are really good with dogs! I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dog walker in the area. I use ESP Pet Specialist's for overnight dog boarding while I am away. Their website is excellent for requesting your reservation and they respond very quickly. They provide many photo updates while your pet is watched. The sitter, Patty, is incredible. She does an excellent job with my pup in her home and I always know he will be cared for and safe. Her whole family embraces my animal. I highly recommend ESP Pet Specialists for all your pet needs.
If you are looking for a Dog Walking Service then you don't have to look any further than ESP. They are super professional when it comes to their walkers and support. The platform they operate on is extremely user friendly making it easy to schedule and make comments on all requested services. They make it very easy to receive updates on upcoming services, emailed reports immediately after the service is completed and the ability to provide feedback directly to the walker and management. The walkers themselves are great and very responsive and respectful to feedback. They have gone above and beyond for our dogs when it comes to feedings and cleanup (for the occasional accident). From a customer service perspective, they are FIVE STARS! They have helped us on multiple occasions with last minute requests and/or emergencies. The owner (Evan) is very approachable via phone or text when needed. They are also very accommodating when is comes to weekend, holidays and or last minute cancellations. There may be a small fee for these premium requests but they are very reasonable for what you are requesting. Again, can't recommend them enough.
