Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Otis loves Phil and when I was taking Otis for a walk, I got dragged over to Phil by an excited Otis. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Alex and Phil took great care of our cat Jamie while we were in Devon for the week. We were impressed right from the initial meeting where Alex was extremely thorough and Jamie seemed comfortable around her straight away. They went above and beyond, even cleaning up the remains of a mouse and putting our bin out for us, and we absolutely loved the daily report card on our return. Many thanks to Alex and Phil for looking after our two cats Millie and Scoots for a week. Both cats are quite timid, especially Scoots, and have never been looked after by anyone outside of family who they know. It made a huge difference and was very reassuring to know that they were looked after in their own home. The daily log of their activities was interesting to read as it showed Phil had a real understanding of their true characters. We would highly recommend this service.
Great service from lovely people. I met with Alex before we went away and immediately trusted her to look after our cat. Our cat is very shy but was happy and content when we came back and coming home to a daily report card we knew she'd be cared for well. They also kept my chilli plants alive so very grateful for that! Would definitely recommend.

Our 2.5 year old cockapoo Dusty has been walked (and loved) by the Petpals Basingstoke team for about 18 months ago and I can't recommend them highly enough. The care and love for the pets they look after is so very clear and Dusty gets stupidly excited just hearing the van turn up outside. Even though we've worked from home fully over the last year we've kept the walks as they are great socialisation and good for her happiness! So great to know that they can relied on, supporting at really short notice without any complaint and always making the dog number 1. Absolutely recommend to all!
So happy to have found Petpals Basingstoke. We have just came back from an 8days holiday and needed a reliable pet sitter to look after our two 20-months old kitties. The thought of leaving the cats by themselves was pretty nerve racking and cattery wasn't an option for us but Alex was fab. Came back to 2 happy kitties, as if we had never left. Highly recommended.
We left our 2 kittens with Alex for the whole weekend - 2 visits daily. They were both on medications so it wasn't an easy decision. Alex came to meet the kittens few days before and was keen to know their characters and habits. We also received text messages on Sat to confirm that they both eaten their medicines and they are doing fine. Over all - very pleasant and professional service.
Amazing service with great care. In our time with hilltop we had our little toy poodle Sunny ☀️🐕 have a training boarding experience and in his 2 weeks he gained lots of useful skills such as toilet training and commands along with confidence to interact with others. Sunny cannot wait to go back and see all of his new friends!!! A true happy camper
From the first moment we met Steph and the gang, we knew Hilltop would be a home from home setting for our boy and over the past year, we have used the day care facility and overnight boarding several times. We now have two Chihuahuas who love going on their little holidays at Hilltop, and we know they are treated like part of the family when they are there.

I absolutely love Hill Top! We're a regular to doggy day care and my pup is shaking and crying with excitement as soon as I turn down the road! I send my dog to Hilltop several days each week and he loves it! Lots of activities for him to do, a group walk during the day and a garden to run around with his dog mates too. Steph is fab with him and does a great job of making sure that he enjoys his time there as well as putting footage of his day on instagram so I can see what he has been up to for the day.
Hilltop provide excellent home boarding for us when we go on holiday. Highly recommended.

There aren't enough words to describe the truly loving care our dogs have received from Lorna at We Love Pets - kind, caring, competent, compassionate. Lorna has helped us out with dog walks - she takes them on amazing walks - day care and also holiday boarding where they have a really wonderful time and we can go on holiday knowing that they will be totally loved and cared for. Lorna has cared for our dogs at all stages of their lives including our elderly dog suffering from dementia and our young dogs when they were puppies. Lorna is amazing and our dogs absolutely ADORE her! Can't recommend Lorna, Jo and their team enough.
Monty has had daily walks with the Farnham We Love Pets team since he was 16 weeks old (he’s now nearly 2). He loves his walks and it’s lovely to receive pictures and video footage to see what he has been up to whilst I’m at work. They are reliable and accommodating and it’s nice to know he is well looked after. Monty is happy and that’s good enough for me.
We love pets began walking my dog 18 months ago, when she was 8 months old, she was a very lively German shepherd, not the easiest of clients to take on. I feel they have handled her very well, and helped with the socialization. I like the way they use the commands I use, and will be firm with her when necessary.there have been two walkers over the 18 month period, and she really loves both of them. So yes I would recommend them.
I looked around lots of dog walking services, all of which left me with concerns, but as soon as I talked to We Love Pets and met Debby, I knew I had found a business and people who ran their business properly, had all the right training, didn't walk dogs in huge packs and generally understood dogs and their owners. Hugo loves going out with Debby and does things for her that he won't even do for us (like jump into the car) and the pictures she takes on their walks are lovely. I could not recommend this company enough! they are so reliable and always do their best by their customers and of course their little furry friends! Helen took care of of my two cats while I was on holiday (before the lockdown) and the care given was second to none! It's fantastic that you receive photos and updates after each visit, we so looked forward to seeing how our kitties were getting on each day! Our cats were taken care of in the comfort of their own home so no stress for them! What a great experience we've had with We Love Pets! Our cocker spaniel races out of the door with barely a glance back for his parents when Louise comes to take him out for a walk, which is testament to how much he enjoys the time! We booked our 8 month old puppy in to Lorna's care whilst we went on holiday for ten days. We just couldn't bring ourselves to book her into kennels, especially as she was a lockdown pup. From the moment I met Lorna we were welcomed into her home and I knew she would be amazing. Rosie got to socialise with her pets, including a dog loving cat, and other dogs on day trips. Lorna went above and beyond with regular WhatsApp photos and updates of her adventures. Lorna and her husband cared for our dog like she was one of the family. I traveled a fair way to Andover but it was well worth the drive and the money. Rosie looks forward to the next visit!
We have been using We Love Pets since since November 2018. Our dog loves the We Love Pets. We have met various people from We Love Pets, walkers and boarders and they have all been lovely and our dog throughly enjoys the time she has spent with all of them. Jo & Lorna are very helpful with coordinating schedules and meeting your needs (our dog went through a period where she couldn't walk and they were very flexible with arranging dog visits and short walks). We would definitely recommend the group to any one looking for a walker, pet visit, and/or boarder in the area.
Had Jo come out to look after our 2 guinea pigs on two separate occasions now, and wouldn't trust anyone else with our boys. We Love Pets Basingstoke delivers an exceptional standard of care, with regular updates on how their doing which really put me at ease. I can go away knowing that my pets are well cared for without worrying. Would recommend this company for anyone with small animals.
This company are incredible. Prices are more than acceptable and their standard is impeccable. Ella, our cat sitter, visited twice a day while we were away and sent pictures from every visit. She feeds them, makes sure their water bowls are full and litters are empty, but also gives them lots of love and attention which we are so grateful for. I would advise over a cattery a thousand times over. They’re warm and comfortable in their own home but still given a good fuss.
Really good service from we love pets, they’ve been walking my pup regularly for just over a month now. I was really concerned about going back to work and knowing that little Charlie would be looked after but it’s been such a good reliable service, would recommend to a friend!

She is very timid and runs and hides whenever I have visitors (she's a rescue) but Perri was great with her and within days had her cuddling up on the sofa and playing with her toys! Me and my partner had never used a dog walker before; being first time dog parents we were so anxious to leave our fur-baby with someone that wasn’t family. Our lovely doggie absolutely adores Perri and Beverley and they clearly adore him too, we couldn’t ask for two better people. They’re both very passionate about what they do and this reflects hugely. We get photos every time they visit him and a lovely descriptive message telling us what he’s been up to. My border collie girl Tala and I highly recommend We Love Pets Newbury. My girl is really anxious and has very specific handling needs which are always met, above and beyond. Her walker is so attentive to her needs, he's really earnt her trust and I am completely confident leaving her in his care. The team are so reliable, professional and adaptable even when walks are needed last minute. I've now used two branches of We Love Pets after moving area and I cannot fault the service.

Can't recommend 'we love pets Newbury ' enough. When we moved into the area we wanted to find a trustworthy & quality service for our new puppy, and were so happy when we found that. We were extremely lucky to be given Kate as our dog walker / sitter. She dedicates every minute solely to your dog & couldn't be any sweeter. The connection was there instantly & we immediately felt happy in her company & Nyla loved her. It makes a huge difference knowing your dog is in safe hands & having quality play time. There is no need to look any further for your local, reliable dog walker, we Love Pets Newbury are highly recommended! Julie has always been very accommodating of the needs of our two dogs and last minute changes are never too much trouble. Having previously used a number of different dog walking companies in the area the communication and administration for We Love Pets is by far the best! We were lucky to be assigned Tracey as our regular dog walker and she is great with the dogs, sending pictures and updates after each walk and always communicating with us on the odd occasion she is running behind schedule. It is such a comfort knowing that they are being taken care of so well when we are away at work. The dogs love her and get so excited when they see her which is really reassuring to know that they are having a great time on their walks.

I have used We Love Pets since my cavapoo Roxy was just 9 weeks old! Roxy is nearly 3 now and Kate has been her primary dog walker the whole time. I can’t recommend Kate enough. She loves Roxy and Roxy loves her back! Kate is always on time and always sends me updates and photos of her walks. Most of all I love how Kate genuinely cares for Roxy and enjoys their time together. She is so great at her job and I totally trust her. If Kate is ever away she lets me know and We love pets will always arrange an alternative walker. They are also great at accommodating last minute changes to schedules! I’m a regular customer and have never had any need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Daisy rabbit has had the best holiday at The Hedgerow Hotel! Jamie was amazing from start to finish and provided us with lovely updates whilst we were away. A great little haven for small furry friends, highly recommended!
Our two house bunnies had a lovely time at the Hedgerow Hotel - Jamie and Phil looked after the bunnies as if they were their own, with regular updates to let us know how the buns were getting on and lots of cuddles for the buns! Jamie was very responsive and reassuring during the booking process. It was such a relief to know that our bunnies were in good hands and being well looked after whilst we were away. We will definitely be booking them in again next time we are away!

I have a little dachshund called Ruby. Typically to the breed Ruby is stubborn highly judgmental and will only take to very few humans. She likes to play with who she likes and can be reactive to other dogs if not introduced in the correct manner. Best buddies look after my girl when I cannot be there during the working week, they know and understand all her “ways” and know exactly how to interact and sooth her. After two and half years since she joined their family they have cared for her and helped to nurture her when in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have many times to friends. I know when she is there I don’t need to worry, she’s our world and we would not trust her with anyone but them xx pictures of her first few days and more recent two years down the road 🥰
The Best Buddies team are outstanding with the dogs in their care. They mix and match dogs they look after to get the best out of everyone- they don’t just lump any and all dogs together without thought. The team give you updates on your pooch as well as any tips they might feel you should know. Our dog Baxter truly thinks Best Buddies is his second home and loves the whole team. 5 stars isn’t enough for Best Buddies, we love them.
Just under a year ago I wrote this “You guys are wonderful. All the pups have such fun. And our Millie is totally crashed out. She loves her day out at ‘play school’.” At the time our girl was just 10 months old and still finding her way in the doggy world. Just over a year later she has continued to love her time with Best Buddies. She literally drags us to the door each time she visits and over time has become a confident, sociable dog who just loves everyone (hoomans and pups). The whole team spend so much time with the dogs, individually and as a group. On fair weather days there are walks and games and even on rainy days there are enrichment exercises. During longer stays when we are away our girl enjoys her time as a member of the family. Something that wouldn’t necessarily happen in the more austere environment of a traditional kennel. The care and understanding of each dog’s needs are second to none. Don’t know what we’d do without you.
Sam and family have looked after my beautiful Oscar since he was a tiny pup. They aren't just dog walkers but part of our family now. Oscar absolutely loves them all and he has an amazing doggy family he plays with every day. It has been essential to his own socialisation and we know that he is safe in their hands. Sam is also so knowledgable about dogs which, as first time dog owners, has been essential for training and maintaining a healthy dog. Sam takes lots of videos of the dogs playing and this really helps us to see what he is up to and just how much fun he is having. The dogs are all lovely and are clearly all totally devoted to Sam, Courtney and Luis. I would recommend 100% with no reservations. If you are looking for someone to love your dog as much as you do, these special people will.
My dog Bailey stays with Best Buddies twice a week. When I have to travel with work or go on holiday, Best Buddies are the only ones I trust with my special boy. When he is collected he runs out of the house without even a glance back at me. Tail wagging he runs to Sam , Courtnee and Luis ready for his day ahead. Actions speak a thousand words and his actions show me how happy he is with Best Buddies. I have complete trust that my dog’s well being is in good hands. For me finding Best Buddies and seeing the special bond Bailey has built with the family, is a great comfort to us. Thank you all for caring so much for my very needy boy.
My Jack Russell Rooney cannot get wait to get to his doggy day care with Sam, Tom and Luis at Best Buddies. This is a really lovely, caring family business. I can go to work knowing that Enya is well cared for and having fun with her dog and human friends. I feel very fortunate that I have found such wonderful people that take the time and trouble to really see the personality of the dog. They clearly love what they do and are very accommodating to the owner's needs as well. It is a vital service for those of us who work and close to the train station is an added bonus.
Very reliable and it's all about the dogs at best buddies
Albus is my first dog and I always thought before he came home that we we just pop him in a kennels and off on our holidays we would go, how wrong was I. Like some others Albus is part of family and he has free run of our home and sleeps on our bed. After visiting a kennels I knew I could never send him and I started looking for a home from home for him and luckily a friend recommended Bounding Hounds and we have never looked back. Introductions started with a walk for us to meet each other and then visits started with a little day visit where Albus was able to familiarise himself in Rich's house - he happily made himself at home. Albus had his first sleepover at 11 months old, he is now 18 months and has had stayed on a number of occasions and cant get to the door quick enough and start his holidays. Rich always gives regular updates and always replies quickly when I check in. I truly cant recommend Bounding Hounds enough I know Albus is so well looked after and loved like he is at home when he is there, he gets to play with many other dogs when he is there. if you are looking for a home from home then Bounding hounds is the place to go.
Rich really knows how to look after dogs. He has all the relevant training and a real passion. When dogs visit they are provided with a home from home experience. They truly do become part of his family. With Bounding Hounds, your dog is in safe and loving hands.
I cannot recommend Bounding Hounds enough! Our dog raleigh loves going every week, spending time with other dogs, getting all the cuddles and generally being incredibly well looked after. Richard really understands the psychology of the dogs he looks after and takes a great deal of care making sure each one is looked after as the individually need. Also being first time dog owners, his advice and suggestions are invaluable. Truly a top quality service at a very reasonable rate.
We've had our beloved Hobbs cared for by Rich twice this year and we sometimes wonder if he's disappointed to come home! He looks forward to seeing Rich and finds it hard to hide his excitement on arrival! We never have to worry as are given regular texts and photographs of his daily activity (or sleeping) so we can just crack on with our holidays and look forward to seeing Hobbs on Insta or Facebook posing for the camera. I would 100% recommend Bounding Hounds. Rich understands dogs, takes time to know their personalities and is dedicated to making their stay fun and comfortable.... Muddy puddles and all!

Kellie came for home visits to our two cats while we were on holiday. She is professional and lovely to deal with. She clearly loves animals and we had total peace of mind leaving them in her care. She sent lots of pictures and videos and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend the service.
Absolutely amazing. We have indoor cats, chicken, rabbits, mice and fish. Kelly knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgeable, professionally and friendly. Was such a relief to find someone local with her experience and training. Will happily get Kelly's help again in the future and would be 100% happy to recommend to friend and family. Honestly can't rate Kelly highly enough.
Brilliant service. Remained flexible with our booking due to COVID restrictions with travel. Lots of pics and communication during the boarding period. Everything anyone would want from a boarding service. Will definitely be using again!

This is the first time we have used Paws At Home. They were recommended to us. I was so happy with the care that my cats received. One loves a lot of attention and the other is very reserved and only likes a little. Hilary understood and accommodated both their needs. Hilary and her team are clearly cat lovers and look after them so well. The report sent at the end detailing what happened each day is a really great idea. Will definitely use them again and would recommend their services.
This is our first time not having friends or family looking after our fur babies and we'll definitely use Paws at Home again. Not only are they incredibly professional but the cats were very well looked after and the bin was even emptied for us!! I would have no hesitation recommending Hilary and co for anyone who has cats who would prefer to stay in their own home while you are away.

We were nervous about leaving our rescue cat for the first time in many years after a bad experience at a cattery, however, he was very chilled when we returned and not stressed at all. I usually only write reviews when I am very satisfied with a service. Last year I used the services of a hotel for cats, which I don't even want to remember. It was a terrible experience. This year we decided that our boy Max should stay in his house and have someone come to take care of him. I googled and found this wonderful team,, Paws at home limited". I read reviews and contacted them. It was the best choice, we will definitely be doing it again. Geoff looked after Max for 11 days. Days happy and peaceful for us and for Max who received a lot of love and attention in our absence. I have no words to thank this team. Paws at Home are absolutely wonderful. I absolutely trust them with my home and my cats, and you can tell how much they care and love what they do. I have used them numerous times and will continue to do so every time we go away - they are amazing. Whenever they come to collect/drop off keys you can see the bond between them and my cats (including one who is usually skittish!) as they are instantly right in their face wanting cuddles. Knowing my cats are not only looked after but cuddled and loved while we’re away gives me such peace of mind, and the updates they send are much appreciated. Thank you guys for all you do!

Hilary was very professional and very diligent with all the paperwork and information needed to make sure that her visits were smooth. Hilary was friendly and showed vast knowledge when it comes to cats, she was very caring and thoughtful with Stitchy's joint issues. Stitch was content when we got home!
