Jen was a great house sitter for our cat Bella. She wasn’t able to stay the whole sit but I was able to find another sitter for the remainder of our stay. She had a very important job interview that she had been waiting for. We are still on travel.
Albina sat for Lucy on her own, and she did a fabulous job. She bailed me out when another sitter canceled at the last minute. I was skeptical because she didn’t have a lot of reviews, and Lucy is disabled. But Albina insisted on meeting me—she’s a Ukrainian journalist! Who is newly in the US. She’s still learning English but we managed through Google Translate. Not only did she take great care of Lucy, spending so much time with her, but she also took great care of my apartment and coordinated showing for a real-estate agent to show and rent my apartment. (I’m moving.) Albina was clean, responsible and caring, and I’d gladly have her back anytime.
Cecilia and Brad stayed with our older dog for two months. They were a delightful couple and excellent caregivers both for our sweet boy, Casey, who has hip issues that cause him to have limited mobility, and of our new home. We considered many applicants and were so glad that we found such a conscientious, caring and interesting couple to whom we could entrust our precious old guy. He felt very comfortable with them. They even took him to the vet and to get his nails trimmed for us. I HIGHLY recommend Brad and Cecilia, particularly if you have older pets. They communicated well and followed our instructions. Casey is 13, so I could not have felt as comfortable to leave him for so long with anyone else. I feel as if we have made new friends and hope to see them again soon.
Ridiculous. This sit was ridiculous from the start. Amy and Brad’s home is over-the-top gorgeous. Out of an architectural digest with a kitchen that blew us away. Just ridiculously perfect. Then they leave us a Generous gift card to a local market and fresh flowers. 🤯 Awe …. Allie and Gus were just perfect hosts. So patient, thoughtful and kind. We just loved them with their welcoming us. Letting us love on them, I can’t describe it, they made us feel happy This was just a ridiculously perfect sit with ridiculously perfect dogs and ridiculously awesome kind homeowners. G
