We have two West Highland Terriers. The elder of the two has been staying at Hooves, Paws and More during our various holidays for thirteen of his sixteen years and has loved every minute of it! Kathy is a very experienced and caring proprietor. We book a slot for our dogs with Kathy before ever booking a holiday. Being part of the family is so much better than kennels any day - and there is plenty of room for the dogs to run around in and enjoy! We can only give Kathy the highest possible recommendation.

I have always sent my dogs to Kathy. My twelve year old beagle loves going there and I know that she will be looked after like one of the family. Highly, highly recomend Hooves paws and more.

All dogs are treated as one of the family and have a fabulous time! You can see how excited they are when they arrive and Kathy is brilliant with them.

Lucie and her family 4 legged and 2 legged are lovely. Our 6 month old pup had a wonderful first day at doggy daycare. I loved the email notifications of the walks along with tons of pictures of what they were getting up to. He didn't want to leave. Once home he slept like a log and we had our first dream experience with him making noises and his little legs going. It's such a relief knowing he is happy whilst I am at work. Wonderful great secure facility and garden for them to play in. Thank you Lucie and Co

Lucie was wonderful when she looked after our dog. Friendly and caring, our dog loved the long walks.

We regularly use Whistley for our crazy springer spaniel and he always loves it. They keep him entertained with tennis balls and a paddling pool and he’s always happy to return

I bring my dog here regularly for longer trips away, and he always looks happy and healthy when collecting him. They have spacious, heated kennels. Lots of walks daily. The owners are lovely. Very friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. Would definitely recommend it!

Any dog with a slight breed reputation will be judged before they’ve even met your dog. I was told there was availability then 10 seconds later once the lady had found about the breed she changed her mind and provided some lame excuse. Disappointed as someone who lives locally I now have to look elsewhere, for someone who has spent so much time and money as well dedicated to ensuring my dogs are well trained and obedient to still have prejudice against them. For a place that supposedly loves dogs well, if you’ve got a cockpoo you’re in luck anything bigger don’t bother.

I would highly recommend Jo and Little Paws. Whenever we go on holiday, we leave our rabbits with Jo. She cares deeply about all the animals at her boarding and she looks after them as if they were her own. We had an older bunny who needed extra care and Jo was always happy to go the extra mile. Thank you Jo for taking such great care of our rabbits!

Our little guinea pigs love their holidays with Jo as much as much as we love being able to travel and know they are looked after. Thank you!

Fiona has done a wonderful job having our 2 year old spaniel stay at her home and farm. Whether for day or 10 day stay he loves the outdoor life and other dogs. We leave him knowing he is a happy chap and get lots of photos and updates - perfect home from home

Fiona has been taking care of my dog Mable for over 2 years now….I have gone on holiday over a month before and our dog has had a blast EVERYTIME with her running around the property, its like our dog is on holiday as well…Fiona constantly takes her on walks and even send us videos and pictures when we are missing our Mable…Highly recommend for anyone looking for a daycare.

Our spaniel had a brilliant time at Fiona’s, she was well exercised, loved and cared for. She didn’t want to come home! Highly recommend.

You know it must be good when your dogs don’t notice you have come to pick them up! Fiona is a natural with animals and has such a wonderful space to offer.
