Jill was very nice and as far as we know, took good care of our cats. However, she had a guest over after we kindly asked that no guests come into our home unless previously discussed. There also was an item broken that we discovered days after we were back home, that Jill failed to mention to us until we asked her about it. Overall it just felt like communication was lacking and left us wondering what else happened that we're unaware of.
This sweet little family and home were perfect 🤩 The kitties were so sweet as they warmed up to me and trusted me more and more each day. They each had their quirks and were so entertaining 😆 my favorite video I captured was the two kittens cuddling and grooming each other on the bean bag chair!!! The nature (deer, hawks, owls, woodchucks, etc) was awesome and I ended up finding many feathers in the backyard! Becki’s communication and hospitality made me feel confident and welcome in their space. Highly recommend this sit!!!
Overall great experience. Loved the family, the pets and the house. I greatly appreciate hosts who take the time to provide clear instructions and show the routine which made the stay stress free. Jolene was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. And also checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. The dogs are the kindest and most loving. Miss them a lot! The only thing to is that you have to be a confident dog walker because they can be quite strong, but it worked for us. I would highly recommend this host
Where do I even start. Tina and Stewart are truly two of the most hospitable, kind and generous people I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome and taken care of. And then the boys, Sam and Cooper. I’m welling up just thinking about them. They are incredibly well behaved, sweet and characterful pups. Super easy to care for and so enjoyable to be around. They have stolen my heart! Tina and Stews home is clean, tidy and very comfortable. Homely sums it up! I spent a lot of time in the garden, enjoying the sunshine and the roses! I had everything I needed and more. They have been so thoughtful in ensuring that sitters are comfortable and equipped. I could go on and on but essentially this was a wonderful, wonderful sit and I would be back in a heart beat. Please hug the boys for me when you get there!!! 💝 Thank you Tina & Stew x
It was such a pleasure being able to pet sit for Miska and Mimi who are just the sweetest! Georgina and Liam were so great & welcoming people. They gave me so many great suggestions on the local area. The house sit was so close to the tram station it was easy to explore the wider area, also Georgina was generous enough to offer her bike for me to borrow. Overall I had a great time In Strasbourg & especially with Miska+Mimi!
Pet sitting for Tessa and Nigel was a pleasure. They were very welcoming, generous and open-minded. I felt at ease with them, it was nice and interesting to spend an evening with them and hear about their global stories. The house is pleasant and comfortable, You don't realise you are in town, it is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of beautiful nature walks at the doorstep, I really enjoyed the area and exploring more of National Trust places. Waffle the cockapoo made each walk an adventure and a celebration. She literally leaps for joy, her happiness is contagious, she makes everyone laugh and is so entertaining and sweet. I couldn't stop taking photos and videos of her! She is till young and very excitable but she does chill out too and responds very well to commands when off the lead. She made my walks were special , such a bundle of joy and love in amazing natural beauty!
We absolutely loved our time with Hayden and Morgan! Both ladies getting up there in age, so they're more like giant house cats than labs, but they are well-behaved and easy to look after. Tierney and Andy were fantastic hosts, who provided all the information we needed for a smooth sit. And their home is comfortable, spacious, and modern. We would recommend this sit to anyone, except we don't want them to hire anyone but us!
