Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.
We enjoyed our time pet and house sitting for Susan in her newish, clean and comfortable home in the woods that’s close to amenities and trails. Ellie the dog is a smart GSP who enjoys walks and hikes and lots of loving attention. The perfect sitter for Ellie will be confident and experienced (with working dogs) and prioritize daily walks/hikes. She is a great companion. Thanks for trusting us with your home and Ellie! We had a most wonderful time in Rimou! Gerry and Luci are simply the most lovely people. So kind and caring, and thoughtful and informative about their village, their unique home, the beautiful surrounding property, their ADORABLE pups, Mistok and Pearl and, regarding area attractions restaurants etc - they were SO helpful in pointing us in the right directions. Their home is just incredible!! Such creative talent they have being able to restore this beautiful old watermill. It's architecture and design - can't say enough regarding how impressed we were. We enjoyed our stay immensely and already miss their sweet dogs ... Mistok and Pearl warmed right up to us, no issues at all and cuddling them by the warm fire in the evenings was heaven on earth for us. Thank you Gerry and Luci. It was an honor to stay in your home. Beautiful Olive had an injury just a couple of days before my arrival, so Nick’s plans changed a bit at the last minute. I can't thank him enough for still making me feel as comfortable as possible. I ended up spending most of my time with Kiri, who is probably the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. Olive is also super docile, and both pets love hanging around humans. The house is in a great location, very residential, but with public transportation just around the corner. Nick and Emma are extremely kind and welcoming, couldn’t recommend this sit more!
WOW!! Beautiful week in possibly the most stunning area of the Sunshine Coast hinterland ,with darling Ryker and Tandee, ( Schnauzers) our darling furry companions.This is one of those dream housesits in a stunning property hosted by Geoff and Ann who welcomed us with the warmth and kindness that is so typical of rural Australian people. We shared a devine meal upon my arrival before they departed the next day. Their home is simply gorgeous,set in extensive manicured gardens in the town of Flaxton. The surrounding towns are fantastic and all within a few kilometres. Excellent restaurants and lovely walks or hikes nearby if your that way inclined. We barely left the property because just sitting in their garden was so relaxing and enjoyable, listening to the bird calls and absorbing the peace and quiet of country life. The stars of this housesit are without a doubt our doggy hosts,Ryker & Tandee. Being typical Schnauzers they are a joy to spend time with. We took walks but not too far as they are both getting on in age. There is a doggy friendly cafe very close by with fantastic food so this makes a lovely outing for the pups and a nice lunch or coffee spot for us.They just seemed happy to be close to us either relaxing in the sun or snuggled up watching a movie. This is a very special housesit for extremely warm hosts and 2 unforgettable fur companions in a stunning area of Australia so if you ever have the good fortune to be chosen as their sitter grab it with both hands……..you will definitely love it and will leave having had a very memorable and unbeatable human and doggy experience. Wonderful place, owners, and animals. You won’t go wrong taking on this sit. The family is lovely, easygoing and kind. We didn’t get to connect on our first leg since I had to accommodate my other exceptionally demanding sit that overlapped. Katie’s amazing house allowed me to enjoy the wonders of nature - Canadian geese, turtles, and more. I had under my care really sweet hens, mischievous bunny and cute Guinea pig. My new fav!

I decided to leave my dog after I read all these good reviews but unfortunately I can’t confirm them. This is a picture I received when I was far from Istanbul for work. My dog was tied inside the salon. I often need to travel and I would have been happy to leave him in a good place where someone could take care of him, but seeing this was very sad…
My dogs love staying with Ozlem. She’s really experienced and capable with the dogs. She speaks English and keeps in good communication sending videos and pictures. She also genuinely loves animals and it comes across in her care of them. I would recommend her facility to anyone who needs to board their animals. It’s large and clean and she treats my dogs like a part of her family. I am attaching a photo of my dogs having a slumber party with hers.
Özlem and her family and employees take such good care of the animals. Our little dog is always very happy to go back and has a great time whenever he is there. We feel very safe leaving him with her and the other lovely pets there. I highly recommend the Petchalet!
They where amazing they took very good care of my germen I was scared because he’s a big dog and it’s hard to take care of him but they where amazing he came back as healthy as I left him might be better also they send you videos of your dog when you ask they answer fast it’s was an amazing experience and from know on I know where do I keep my baby when I am out of the country thanks so much for taking care of Ceaser ❤️❤️

My dogs stayed at petchalet when I went on vacations and recently, a foster I rescued from a shelter who was sick was nursed back to health by her before going to his forever home. The place is also very clean and comfortable. %100 recommended.
Özlem's place is spacious and welcoming for all dog types. The first time I picked my dog up from a short-term stay she did not want to leave. Your pet will feel loved, tended to, and have fun with the rest of the pet guests, and for sure the human staff. Easy to communicate with, affordable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I have known Ozlem for about 3 years. I have always found her honest and straightforward to deal with. She took care of two cats for me until I could arrange a home for them. The Petchalet, which she runs, mainly offers a temporary home for cats and dogs while their owners are away. There are also a number of resident cats and dogs that she has personally helped over many years. Ozlem is a woman who has dedicated most of her life to looking after animals and I can recommend this place.

We met with the recommendation of our friend and entrusted our toy poodle son to our care for a long time. When we received him, he was very happy and since we informed him in advance that we would buy him, he was washed and cleaned and delivered to us as if he were happy. Without having a chance to wonder, we watched our son with constantly uploaded videos. They are definitely true animal lovers, not money, and we will definitely see each other again. 😊
My two cats stayed here for about four months, they were very happy and socialized. They take care of your little kittens as if they were in their own home, not as if they were in a shelter or hostel, and if there is a problem (I mean problem, it does not mean there is a problem there, but the animal can get into heat, if it is not neutered or similar situations) they inform you immediately. If I had to leave my cats somewhere again, I would do so without hesitation and without looking back, they are also very good people, I would like to thank them again from here 😊
A very different place that touched my soul. Gözde and Burak are rare true animal lovers and everything they do is for the sake of animals. They save lives and at the same time they live a very beautiful love story. The two of them leave their careers, move in with Zekeriyako, and create a paradise by running around day and night. When I hear the word pet hotel, I think of cages and loveless environments and it is dead for many people, but @bestfriendskopekvekedioteli has officially created a dog holiday place. There is no cage and love is limitless. Does every friend who comes to kindergarten and boarding have a smile on their face? They are all happy with each other. While our favorite old pawed friends are massaging, Burak is enjoying the pool with the young people. It can't be such an environment, in short, I went crazy with happiness and I don't advertise anyone, but I felt the need to advertise this place. My heart feels happy every time I stop by and last week they saved a baby from paralysis, I was going to announce it but they didn't want me to. They said this baby will stay in Best Friends and I burst into tears. The world is the most beautiful place and if I go anywhere on holiday, my babies will go here without looking back. Even if I don't go, maybe my friends will let me have some fun. There is a pet taxi service, free of charge in the morning and evening, from Nisantasi, I think between 10 am and 7 pm, other than that, the gas fee is 40-50 TL and the prices for the hostel are very reasonable. 💜😍💜 @bestfriendskopekvekedioteli

For basic obedience and pee training, I left my two Podle dogs, Zeyna and Zorba, to Liberta dog school for 10 days of training. After 10 days of training, the difference in the training my dogs received was very obvious shortly after they came home. In addition, the trainer friends arranged a 1-week program for my dogs after they returned home and took care of them meticulously. They are really sensitive. Even though I was overwhelmed with my questions and calls, they explained everything with great patience. During my children's stay at school, I constantly received information through photos and videos, and received video calls. My friends explained everything I needed to know in a wonderful and beautiful way, without tiring me out or speaking in a salesman's voice. Afterwards, I entrusted my son Gırgır to them, I did this out of fear, but I am glad I chose liberta. When I returned, Gırgır welcomed me in a very pleasant and docile manner. Best dog daycare/pet hotel I have been to. Not only they are super pro but they genuinely care for the dogs. They have spacious open crates for small dogs who are usually kept together with some other friends so they don't feel alone and have company through out the day to play with. As for the big dogs, they have the garden where they can play and also keep them free roaming in the house in the cold days, according to their needs. You also have the option to have your dog taken on walks and to the park with the whole pack, which is l very helpful with dogs who need to learn to socialize. I trust them with my dog as I would trust them with my own child. They are more than a daycare, they are literally family.
