Pamela watched my two kitties while I was out of town and went above and beyond! She was very communicative, checked in frequently, and let me place better than found it (cleaned, made the bed, swiffered, took out trash, emptied litter box - the list goes on!) Could not recommend Pamela enough and look forward to staying in touch for future sits!
Helen and Ted's two little girl-dogs are delightful. They sleep quite a lot (and why not, at their age?) but still love their daily walks around the lake. There's a dog flap into the garden, so both the girls are able to go in and out whenever they want. The house is modern, with all the necessary 21st century accessories, and the sitters have a comfortable bedroom and their own (spacious) bathroom. The gardens (both front and back) are full of lovely flowers, as well as fresh veggies which we enjoyed every day. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the station and a good link into the city centre. Right by the station is the Westfield shopping centre with every shop you might possibly need, but even closer than that is a small strip mall with a few shops and a cafe. Helen and Ted themselves are kind and generous. They cooked us a delicious meal the night before their departure, and invited us to stay at their house after they returned from their holiday. We have no reservations in recommending this assignment to other sitters
We had a thoroughly enjoyable house sit. The animals were very well behaved and no trouble at all. We were made to feel very welcome and have no hesitation in recommending any future pet/house sitting.
Pet-sitting for Adelle and Pat was a delight from beginning to end. Their cosy house is in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and comfortable. Sunny and Harry are two awesome furry friends, always playing with each other and following you everywhere in the house! Not much privacy but loads of fun!! Sunny is the cutest, cuddly, and always happy. She likes to lay on the couch as much as to go for outdoor (short) adventures or bring you one of her many toys. Harry is very cuddly too; he can be pet, groomed, carried, touched without fear of being attacked. He loves to chill and play with toys too. I highly recommend staying with these two adorable pets and meeting Adelle and Pat, who made me feel at home since the first second!
It was such a blast taking care of Odin and Loki. Though, the first day they seemed quite shy, after all we experienced them to be super playful, running around, trying to catch each other or even animals on the telly. We already miss their cuteness and clumsy behaviour. We could have spend hours watching the sea from any of the dozen windows at Victoria's beautiful house. Since Odin and Loki can be easily left alone for some hours we could do a lot of walks around the picturesque promenade at the breathtaking seaside of St. Leonards and Hastings. Victoria and her family welcomed us with open arms, Victoria even picked us up at the train station. It felt easily like a home to us, thank you so much!
Sitting for Zoe was an absolute pleasure. She is kind and organized, her lovely home is in a tranquil country setting, and her pets are entertaining and fairly low maintenance. My husband and I enjoyed our our stay, and we hope our schedules align to sit for Zoe again.
I had the most wonderful time with sweet Miss Carmela. She is so lovable. We had so much fun swimming. She knows not to get into the pool until you say so, but she loves to get in and swim with you. She also loves her walks. Inicknamed her Sniffy McSnifferson because I’ve never known a dog to sniff so much on walks without marking any territory. 😂🤷🏼♀️ She has a great little routine. She knows exactly when her feeding times are and will definitely let you know if you’re one minute late-LOL. She also has the cutest way of communicating. Their house is lovely and in a gated community close to shopping and restaurants. I absolutely loved this pet sit and I’m already looking forward to doing more. 😊
