They were courteous communicators (letting us know when they had arrived in the UK) and kept us up to date with updates on Gizmo while we were away. It was very reassuring seeing our cat looking so settled and comfortable which gave us the reassurance to enjoy our time away. Upon returning to the house we found it immaculate with a happy cat welcoming us back. Good communication about the house sit and details needed. Asked if they didn't know where things were which I appreciated. However, we were disappointed to come home to have to vacuum and strip bedding when we had left house clean for their arrival. The dog poop had also not been collected in a few days. Those were my only complaints. The house guide covers this information. But perhaps I wasn't clear enough on my expectations. Wish you all the best for the rest of your travels.
