Cecily and West were amazing and had great communication throughout the sit. They were very flexible and responsive throughout the stay. I stayed there caring for Betty and Otis for almost two weeks they are such loving and well behaved pups it was very easy to care for them :). The place was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is very safe, clean and accesible to the BART with the scooter West and Cecily provided.

Absolutely loved our time in Spain at Nick and Amanda's slice of paradise. We really enjoyed being with all the animals, looking after the wonderful house and being in the mountains! The local village was so gorgeous and the people in Spain in general are wonderful. Thank you so much and we would love to keep in contact.

This was my first house sit for someone other than a friend/family member, Madeline and Rush made it a wonderful experience. They along with their dogs and cat were very welcoming into their lovely home and they clearly explained all the responsibilities that I would have when they were gone away. They are two chilled pet owners which definitely put me at ease. Their dogs are full of energy and very entertaining. They love pats, scratches and lots of attention, but then they are great to chill out when things calm down - just remember not to mention b.a.l.l or w.a.l.k when they are in the room :)

It was a pleasure to look after Fritz for Vicky while she went away. Fritz is a loving dachshund who likes to stay by your side and keep you company. As Vicky mentions, he does have anxiety and so he does require a little bit of extra care. This sit would suit someone who is happy to have Fritz around and to take him with them when they are out (which is easy in a beautiful place like Bondi beach). Fritz enjoyed his walks and joining me at the cafe. He can sometimes get protective when people come up to him and might bark at times, but for the most part he is a sweet, affectionate dog to those he feels safe around. Vicky was efficient with her communications with me and left me all I needed to know for the sit.

This was a fabulous sit, John and Sue were very welcoming. We met with them before the sit and had a wonderful lunch with them and met Dougal.

Even though as a young dog he was anxious at first, his confidence grew with us and he was such a joy to be with.

He is such a loving and playful dog who loves his cuddles tummy tickles treats and play time. He gets on well with other dogs and just wants to say hello to everyone he meets.
We are definitely going to miss him.

East Chinnock has such an amazing and welcoming community. We were invited to several seasonal events by neighbours. Also, there's a pop up pub in the village hall once a month which was great fun.

There are  many other people walking their dogs that we saw on a daily basis which was nice and there are  lots of lovely walks right from the door step too. Even the beach at Bridport is a pleasantly short drive away.

Sue and John's house is also very comfortable, with all mod cons, a log burner, great shower and a comfy bed we wanted for nothing.

We highly recommend this sit and we would happily return to sit for the lovely Dougal again.

What a great sit this was! Beautiful home, kind hosts and easy to love felines.
Don't let the number of cats dissuade you! Poopie, Gus and Super (indoor cats) are very easygoing and enjoy lounging on the lanai all day. Gus likes to carry around old reading glasses, hilarious! Super pretends to be shy, but we overcame that quickly. And Poopie, despite being the smallest and oldest, is clearly in charge. Hershey and Morris (feral outside cats) greeted me at mealtimes. Let me chat with them but kept a cautious distance from me.

The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable. I arrived the night prior to the sit and stayed in the guest room w/attached bathroom that has a door out to pool area. The neighborhood was great for my morning walks, enjoyed the mature landscaped yards and majestic trees. My favorite part of the home was the covered lanai, spent most of my waking hours there. I could hop in the pool to cool down, sit in the shade under the ceiling fans and no bugs since it's screened in. The view of the water was peaceful too. The cats were content basking in the warmth while I read and many belly rub and brushing breaks.

Jen and Scott were gracious hosts. Made me feel welcomed from the first email, meeting prior to sit and having the guest room ready a day early when I flew in. The welcome gift was thoughtful and thoroughly enjoyed:) Instructions for feeding and medications were simple to follow. Kind, easy going couple that truly want you to make yourself comfortable and enjoy their home. Highly recommend! And hope to sit again for them!!
