This was a two month sit, and everything went very well. Aurora’s lovely condo is in a great, very walkable neighborhood full of good restaurants, pretty parks, and gorgeous homes. The 4 level condo is very comfortable. She has a fantastic bed and a well equipped kitchen. She is very friendly, easy to deal with, and communicative. Wilbur is a sweetheart, but he needs a strong and alert walking companion. We will miss Wilbur, and hope to visit again.
It was an enormous joy to take care of Beau and Bella and it was with immense sadness that I said goodbye to them on the day of my departure after spending 25 unforgettable days in their company day and night. Bella and Beau are two adorable, sweet, gentle, gorgeous, affectionate little creatures who love human companionship and physical contact. I couldn't have asked for better. We shared so many wonderful moments and now I miss them so much. I miss Bella's bright eyes and her intense gaze, Beau's tender expression and his goodness. I miss their wagging tails and their cheerfulness, our walks, their affection, their sweetness, sharing a bed and an armchair with them. I miss everything about them. I would be delighted to be able to hug and cuddle them again. Louise is a terrific host, attentive, caring and generous. I have had the pleasure of spending time in her company and I am very happy about that. Louise, Beau and Bella are deeply bonded. It was great to witness their strong bond. Because of this, contact with Louise has been daily. Communication was excellent. Louise, on the day of my arrival, welcomed me warmly and prepared a delicious dinner. She had flowers in my room, bathroom and living room. Throughout the sit, Louise spoiled me with other surprises and very welcome gifts. Thank you Louise from the bottom of my heart, you are a wonderful person. The cottage, situated in the centre of Marlow, is very beautiful. Louise has furnished every single room with care, comfort and taste. In addition it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The same applies to the garden. Marlow is a beautiful little town and well worth a visit. I miss Beau, Bella and Louise. Needless to say, I fully recommend this sit.
I had a very relaxing and recharging time over the Summer Solstice at Greta's comfortable home with her lovely cats. Greta made me feel very welcome and showed me all I needed to know. The garden is exceptionally beautiful and I enjoyed sitting out in the evenings watching the sun set on a couple of occasions, before I watered it. Glastonbury is a short drive away and there are local food shops in Somerton. I would unreservedly recommend this house sit, and hope to sit there again.
Excellent house/pet sit. I received a warm welcome into their beautiful home, which was most relaxing, the house, garden & location were wonderful. As for Lizzy she is so sweet and adorable, pleasure to have around. Loved her walks. The detailed instructions & welcome guide were super easy to follow. I felt safe, secure and comfortable. Recommend this sit - its locations is in a village setting, which has much to offer during sit, close to Chester & Wrexham. Anyone would be would lucky to sit for Michelle & John who are two of the nicest people you could meet.
