Margo and Charles are very warm, thoughtful, caring, and genuine people and their dogs are absolutely lovely - we are really going to miss them. Talk about all 3 with friends and family like they are our furry kids. To be in Doha during the world cup was a wonderful adventure and we enjoyed every day. Especially the invitation to enjoy one game was a present from Margo and Charles that we will never forget. Words don't convey how wonderful both are. From the very beginning, when they confirmed our sit without any question, the communication was great. Margo prepared a cute, one-of-a-kind, but very organized welcome guide. Both picked us up and also dropped us at the airport when we went back to Germany. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again. Lucky us to have had a dream sit at Carolines. Two cats, who loved the company and of course food and lots of sleep, giving us the opportunity to explore. A great spot, very close to the trendy Portobello Road and Notting Hill market. Plus the city and parks aren't that far away either. Made to feel very welcome on arrival, spent an extra night so I got the ins and out of the home and cats. Communicated enough without being over the top. All in all, a fabulous sit with the New Year thrown in...lucky us. Thanks Caroline, hope that your first THS experience will encourage you to use again and again.
Lucinda and Robert's family of dogs and cats are a pleasure to get to know. They are so much fun and taking care of these three great personalities is easy due to the large grounds and proximity of the Donadea Forest. I love their company! And their owners are pretty great too!
Carol and Rob live on a beautiful 32-acre small holding, just outside the town of Edgewood, New Mexico. The house itself is huge. Fully equipped with everything a house sitter could desire. Being South African’s as Carol and Rob are, we felt like we were back home, at a safari lodge. Carol invited us to stay a few nights before they left so she could show us how to look after the horses and familiarise us with their daily activities. We were fortunate enough to stay in the yurt for these nights which was an experience all on its own. Carol also went out of her way to fetch us from the airport when we arrived, did a quick shop along the way and treated us to delicious dinner every evening – we really appreciated it. The town of Edgewood is about a 15-minute drive from the small holding and is situated on the historic Route 66. Exploring Route 66 is a must if you are fortunate enough to secure this sit. Carol lent us her car during our stay which enabled us to not only explore the historic Route 66 but also visit the numerous attractions in and around Albuquerque and this allowed Zara to explore the area with us. Laddie and Gambler are the two most adorable, gentle, beautiful horses. Laddie especially likes to “cuddle” you. You will need to set some time aside daily to feed and clean up for the boys which they do appreciate. P.S. Take carrots with you for lunchtime treats. Zara is the cutest Border Collie who enjoys her “humans” company. She will ensure you are up timeously each morning to feed her brothers…….and of course her. She will wait patiently in the stables while you feed the boys before going on her walk and breakfast/dinner. Zara also loves going on excursions into the mountains. We were so fortunate to have some cooler days to explore with her, as the summer months are hot. We took her to a puppy park just outside Albuquerque. This was her first visit to this park and she did a great job. She did so many zoomies with her new friends. Zara does not enjoy loud noises so we kept her inside when there was thunder and lightning around. Carol and Rob were also very generous during our stay and we really wanted for nothing. We had a lot of fun on this sit and learned a lot about horses and looking after them. We also got to drive the four-wheel Mule around the small holding which made getting around much quicker and easier. Rob has a well-equipped workshop which is great for any ad-hoc maintenance that may be needed. A final thank you to Carol and Rob for everything you guys did for us to make our stay so memorable and “lekker”. Ons het die beste tyd ooit gehad. Can't recommend this house sit enough - Christine was extremely kind, welcoming, and made sure I feel 'at home' for the two weeks I've stayed in Mersch. Upon arrival I was given all the instructions on how to take care of the pets and the house, though neither of these required much effort as the maid would take care of the duties when she was there (most of the days throughout working hours). This meant that I mainly just experienced all of the benefits of being with the pets - and just enjoying the reading time with them lying next to me, cuddling them, or spoiling them with snacks. Heaven :) I was charmed by a welcome guide that was placed on a table in my room which summarised all the info that I needed to know throughout the stay. This guide helped to focus my conversations with Christine on daily photo updates on Theo's growing up progress which was super intense throughout these two weeks. Christine was always very responsive when we exchanged messages and made sure I have everything I needed to make the most of my time in Luxembourg.
We had an amazing time housesitting in Arroyo Seco! Christie's place is beautiful and had the best cat (Archie) we ever met. He is super chill, loving, and a lot of fun. Christie is so inviting, trusting, and made us feel extremely comfortable housesitting and caring for her plants. We are so grateful to you for letting us stay!

We pay full service for our dog, and they never honor their service. Not just this time but several times before. I asked them to shave my dog and lower her hair because it was getting too long. It was in their full-service policy that she could get a haircut, but they never gave my dog a haircut. They always cut corners and find excuses; it doesn't matter if you pay for a full service or request a full service. The management is handled very poorly. Note that we have been using their place for more than five years. I can't give them zero stars, so one star is the lowest I can give, and they lost our service. Please don't let your dog be groomed by them.
Countryside is the best took my German sheperd to them before he passed they are great. My son takes his dog to them they got his hips in great shape now he can run again. I boarded my little guy there for a week wasn't sure how he'd do since we've never been apart more than 6 hrs a day for last 10 year's went to pick him up sure he missed me but think he had such a good time he didn't want to leave lol
Osaka loves to go to Muddy Paws. They understand that he is a Senior Citizen and needs his naps. It's comforting to know that Dr. Hofler is there if he is needs medical attention. Joe and his staff are doing a super job!!! We have no worries when we leave our little boy for travel. We highly recommend this wonderful camp for dogs.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Hands down the most horrifically MANAGED grooming place EVER!!! We will never take our dog and our cats back ever again and also never to CountrySide Vet either. Believe me when I say… TAKE YOUR PETS ELSEWHERE. Horrible experiences all around!
Veterinary services, Boarding, Grooming, Day Camp all on one property! You can't beat Muddy Paws for all your pet needs. The entire staff is wonderful. The premises are immaculately kept. I don't know how they do it. My dog loves his twice weekly Camp experience. It's a wonderful socialization tool. I know when Snickers is there, all his needs will be taken care of. Check it out! I feel really good about leaving Honey there while I am out of town. The people there all seem really to enjoy the furry friends and Honey has a ball. According to Joe she is a goof ball there and really happy for the people and dog attention. Laurel
I started bringing Triscuit to Muddy Paws a few months ago so she could play with other dogs, after her dog friend Hershey passed away. Timid and nervous at first, she quickly learned that this was a safe and fun place. She is getting braver every day and absolutely loves it at Muddy Paws!! As a professional animal trainer of over 20 years, Iam impressed with Joe and his easy going demeanor. I don't leave Triscuit with just anyone...she is my faithful friend. So unprofessional. Called to ask about their services and had to deal with 10 MINUTES of "surveys" asking me about my insurance and if I'm 65+ and it wasn't even done! Phenomenal experiences every time we go. Our dog loves this place so much, he plays and swims and even had a dog bestie! The staff and Lori and Don and honestly everyone we interacted with is friendly and you can tell how much they prioritize and love working with all of the dogs. Don even helped us with some training on one of our long stays and we got a couple pictures too. It is so reassuring to know our fur baby is in such great care when he can’t be with us and also having so much fun. I could not be happier nor could I recommend or rate highly enough! They are by far the ONLY choice for us when we have to go out of town as they loved our pup like he was their own. Thank you so much!
This place is amazing. I cannot overstate how great it is. I work from home 40-50 hours a week. And I have a 5 month old very excitable puppy. Having her go to Two Paws Up twice a week has changed her life and mine. Every single person who works there is great, and I really appreciate them. They really care about the dogs well being in a way that I deeply appreciate. For people looking into dog obedience training, Donnie is great. He's very good at it, and takes the time to explain why to do / not do certain things. I don't do reviews for places very often, but I want everyone to know how much I love this place! And so does my dog!
Two Paws Up is a fantastic facility for anyone looking for daytime, overnight or extended stay options for their dog. The property is divided into different yards and play areas, including a pool. Each animal is treated on an individual basis. Excellent care and supervision is provided by trained staff. Top level customer service at every point in the process. Our 4-yr-old 100-pound German Shepard mix (a rescue) just returned from a 7-day stay (his longest). He came home happy, healthy and clean (free bath w/ extended stay). I have a golden retriever. We used to go to another place in valley center, but they closed down. And to be honest, I love this place way more!! Someone is always on site, the dogs are not crated but have areas they can sleep and lounge. If you stay more than 5 days, they give you a $20 credit on a dog wash that covers a basic wash. You can also add other grooming services, which is awesome. My dog always comes back clean, happy and tired! My only critiques/what would make it perfect: an up to date IG page for daily pix of the dogs and/or doggie cams...so when I am out of state and missing my dig I can peek in and see all the fun she is having.
Our 2 border collies love spending time at Two Paws Up. They have a great time interacting with the other dogs & staff. Freedom to run and play in a safe supervised place makes me happy for them. They come home tired.
These people are the best. My furbabies are my family and I would never leave them with people who didn't treasure them as we do. Lori, Donnie and staff are outstanding. Janean is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and seems to be able to make them feel very comfortable. My 2 Chihuahuas have stayed with her 2 times over the last couple of months. 1 is very skittish and the other has tremendous separation anxiety. Both so very well there and I am so grateful!
We have used both the daycare and in-home visits at Hounds to Horses. Lucy and Jasper always get the best of care. Lucy thinks Bill is her "other Dad" and sometimes seems to prefer staying with him than coming home! That tells me that she's getting the love and attention she needs while we are away. We've been using H to H for over 8 years and I would recommend it to anyone who wants kindhearted people to take care of their fur babies. Thanks Janean and Bill!
I've experienced the great environment and personal care that they give all of their animals. The only concern you should have about boarding your animals at Hounds To Horses is that your pet may never want to go back home with you! I highly recommend Hounds To Horses!

His calm, confident and methodical approach to bond with our less than social dog was nothing less than jaw dropping. Mike frequently updates us when caring for our dog which provides reassurance that our pet is well cared for. He provides full-service pet care to include walking, training, and pet visits. His flexibility to work with our plans has been outstanding. Mike’s pet care services are professional and top notch. Highly recommend!
We're very picky about whom we trust to care for our cat when we're out of town. Four on the Floor Pet Care came highly recommended from our previous pet sitter, who moved out of state. We can't say good enough things about Mike and Mandi. They are so thoughtful, professional, and caring. Our cat doesn't warm up to people easily, but he had no problems becoming friends with them right from the start. It's a huge relief to know we can call on Mike and Mandi to look after our cat when we're out of town, and the way they cared for Buddy allows us to not worry when we're away - we know he'll be in good hands with them. We highly recommend Four on the Floor Pet Care to anyone who is looking for someone to care for their pet(s)!
Mike and Mandi cared for our two cats recently while we were out of town. They came buy for drop-in visits twice a day. One of our cats is diabetic and requires insulin injections and they were able to administer the insulin with no issues. They sent photos with every visit and the cats were well cared for. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them again.
Mike and Mindy have been caring for my two Siamese cats for over a year now since my other pet care person moved onto another position. I’ve been very pleased and they take photos of my babies Each day that they care for them And text them to me After they visit them, so I know that they’re well taken care of. It’s a nice added touch that they Take that extra time in taking photos and sending them to me. It’s also nice that they can water my plants as well and other things I need to ask them such as Bringing in packages if they’re delivered when I’m not there. They’re very conscientious and I would highly recommend them. I’m glad that my former Pet care person recommended them to me. 🙏 Donna
I love my animals so much (two pups and a bird) so when I needed to find someone to come walk my girls, I was super skeptical and nervous. I also wanted someone who can maintain my work with my German shepherd, she can be reactive while on leash. When I met with mandy and mike, both put my anxiety at rest with their confidence and general care for my girls wellbeing. I walked and showed them how each works on their leash and how they place and return to their crates. They both have been so considerate with my particular needs and so flexible with my ever changing schedule. I been using them for now a couple years as a consistent walker and or pet sitter and they have yet to let me down. I recommend them to anyone who is near by.
We started out having Mike walk our two dogs. They are a little wild on walks and he took it upon himself to work with them some on his own accord. He sends a picture each day that is cool when I'm away. He has also house and and walked the dogs. His pricing is very reasonable compared to other service providers. I'm not one to give reviews but Mike is super and deserving. Meet him and you will see his causal but strong love of animal come through immediately. Can't say enough about him...use him, you won't be disappointed.

This was the first time our puppy, Warlock, had ever been to boarding. He stayed from a Friday night until Sunday night while we enjoyed our weekend in San Diego. He is quite shy at first around people. The staff was very caring and attentive to him. Great communication by staff prior to and during Warlock's stay. Loved the report card and photos that were shared with us.
Chex had a great first day! We love the report card and how they separate dogs based not just on size but energy level too. Facility was clean and staff were great! Looking forward to bringing him again soon.
We wanted to get our 5 months old puppy ready to be board in the event that we need to leave her if we go on any short trip. When I went to their website I was very impressed. I filled out all the documentation that they needed and decided to go down there just to see what it looked like and felt like. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. The free orientation day went very well. Since my husband works all kinds of hours if I am out of town it is nice to know that they are available 24/7. It is nice to have the flexibility of knowing that are beautiful baby will be taken care of very well when we need them. The place seemed very clean and everyone is very nice. That was our experience at the Escondido location. The prices seem to be very good so we would highly recommend this business for your dogs needs.
I cannot say enough great things about 24-hour dog daycare! My dog, Wednesday, absolutely *loves* it here. The moment we pull into the parking lot, she starts wagging her tail with excitement, ready to spend her day with the wonderful staff and other dogs. The team is so attentive, and I know Wednesday is always in great hands. What really stands out is the level of care and attention they give to each dog. Whether it's playtime, nap time, or just some one-on-one love, they truly treat every dog as if they were their own. I love that it's 24 hours, giving me peace of mind that Wednesday is cared for, even during late-night shifts or unexpected work hours. It's her absolute favorite place, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommend to any dog parent looking for a trustworthy, caring, and fun environment for their pup. Five stars!
I rarely write reviews on here, but I wanted to give credit where it was due and compliment the excellent service we’ve received at 24HDD time and time again. For the past two months, our senior German Shepherd Remy has attended daycare here several times and boarded here for a weekend. He always has a great time hanging out with the staff and his doggy friends. The online portal is great and so easy to use. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we have questions or need to book a last-minute appointment. Just tonight, they updated Remy’s vaccine records and emailed me to let me know almost immediately after I uploaded the file. Something as simple as a quick response makes all the difference. This place is awesome. We were in Escondido from out of town and our senior goldendoodle who suffers from severe arthritis stayed in a private boarding suite while we attended a wedding. They were so kind to her and took her out poty a couple times and also let her play a bit in the play room. They handled her gently and kindly. We hated to leave her at her age, but upon seeing the facility and talking with them, they put our minds at ease. When we picked her up, they provided us a "report card". It was very nice of them that they took that extra step. We highly recommend this facility.
My Sally pup had the BEST time here at 24 hour dog daycare. The staff was so sweet and caring and took their time to make sure she was acclimated before introducing her to the other pups. She made so many friends and had the time of her life playing. All the pictures they sent with her report card put a huge smile on my face while I was at work. We will definitely be coming back !

My Hans just spent his first 24 hours at this facility and we're so impressed. Everything was easy and smooth. Our pup isn't a social dog with other dogs and they had so many safeguards in place. It was a completely stress free drop off and pick up experience. I love that he came home tired, but totally happy and without that stressed out dog smell! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
Wow! What a great experience. Was nervous bringing Lola to her first Doggie Day Care, and the staff seemed to genuinely care for the dogs as their own. They wrote up the sweetest report card and then sent these AMAZING pictures at no cost. These are high quality and professional pictures, and was such a nice surprise. We will for sure be coming back.
We’ve been using Dogs on the Run in 2020 and now again for over a year after moving back to the area, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our pets receive. Melissa is fantastic with Dino, our dog, taking him on daily walks and capturing great pictures along the way. She always goes the extra mile to make sure he’s happy and well-exercised. Lora from Dogs on the Run was absolutely fabulous! We went on a family ski trip for a little over a week and Lora watched over our pup. We have a 2 year old lab and love her so much. Lora treated her like family and took such good care of her. Every day she sent me photos and updates which was a nice bonus. I've attached a few of the photos she sent over while we were gone-it made me so happy to get these updates;) We will definitely be using her services again when we travel or anytime we need someone to watch over our pup. This is my first time using a pet sitter as my pup always travels with me, but when I could not take her on a recent trip, I turned to Dog on the Run. I cannot say more good things about DOTR. Athena watched my sweet dog for 4 days and was nothing short of amazing. My dog is nervous/hyper and Athena worked with her and gave me so many updates as I was Away. I felt So comfortable knowing Cali was in such great hands and under such sweet care. 10/10 would use DOTR again and Cali can’t wait to see Athena again. She was AMAZING

Based on our discussion, they connected me to Shae. Shae is the best pet sitter I have worked with. Shae was always punctual. My dog, Chewy, instantly bonded with her. Shae followed all my instructions perfectly. Chewy can be leash reactive and hence walking him can be challenging, But Shae was very patient and careful with him. At the end of each session, she would send a detailed report along with pictures, which I very much appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with and I will be requesting her services on a regular basis. After every pet sitting gig, 'Dogs on the run' always followed up with me to get my feedback and ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend DOTR and Shae for your pet sitting needs.
DOTR is an OUTSTANDING DOG-SITTING RESOURCE, & they have sitters throughout a broad section of the country. We used them while traveling for a family event in Berkeley, CA. The sitter, JANA was a sweetheart, was punctual, & professional, & even advised us when she reached our hotel. As I requested, she kept us updated on our puppy's status throughout the time she took care of her throughout the 2 days we were there, walking her, playing with her favorite fetch balls, etc, She sent us numerous adorable photos for my phone, & thorough updates, further making me feel confident that our puppy was in excellent hands. I couldn't have been more pleased, & STRONGLY RECOMMEND "DOTR" for reliable, professional dog-sitting services.
I can’t possibly express how much I love my pup’s sitter, Jan. She knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable with my dog staying in a new environment. Sirena is awesome! She is professional, reliable, responsible and always on top of things. She sends me an update after each walk without me needing to ask, and is very detailed and attentive to my dogs. It give both my husband and i such piece of mind knowing she is helping out with the dogs because she is great at what she does. She takes pride in doing a great job and stays up on her knowledge to give you tips about products and different things for your pets. I would easily recommend her to anyone looking for some extra care for their pets!
I would like to take this opportunity to share my positive experiences I have had with Sirena and her business, "Happy Trails and Wag'n Tails." I found Sirena through Yelp and decided to contact her based off the positive reviews I found. My first conversation with Sirena was extremely professional and efficient. I gave her a background on my two dogs (border collie mix and Rhodesian ridgeback/pitbull- both BIG and VERY high energy), and what I was looking for and asked if she would come and meet my dogs, and myself, before we agreed to start a business relationship; I have had some bad experiences with dog sitters/walkers in the past and am careful about who I leave my fur babies with. When Sirena got to my house, my dogs IMMEDIATELY liked her ... They both ran up to her and she welcomed them with open arms. She had no reservations towards either of them, and seemed completely comfortable and at ease. Her attitude towards them made me comfortable as well. After spending that time with her, we decided to start walks two days later. Sirena sent me her business contract and I gave her all the info on my dogs. Her prices were more than fair and I was excited to have found her. It has been about 5 months since I first met Sirena and I honestly couldn't be happier that I did. She is the most professional and caring dog walker I have EVER met. She is prompt and gives an email report of how my dogs were for that day. When we first started with Sirena, she would take our dogs together. About a month into her walking my pups, they had some issues and we decided it would be best to walk them separately. Sirena was very understanding of this and offered her help in anyway possible. She had tons of advice and experience to offer which I appreciated. Recently, we had some pretty bad fires by our house. When this happened, I was at work 40 minutes away and my husband was traveling and unavailable as well. I immediately called Sirena who was already heading to my house to walk the pups. I asked her if she could stay with them for a little until I could get off work and she agreed without hesitation. She ended up staying at my house for close to 2 hours to make sure I got home and that my dogs were safe. She then proceeded to stay in touch with me over the next coupe of days with updates on the fires and to make sure we were safe. She was seriously a godsend. Overall, I would highly recommend Sirena. She is the most responsible and caring person I have met in the industry to date. I feel that my dogs are 100% safe with her and know they love the time they spend with her. Shefollows all the rules I have in place for my dogs. She is very friendly and I know she truly loves the dogs and what she does.
We have used Sirena on two occasions to petsit our kittens and adult cat. Each time, she has surpassed our expectations. Sirena is extremely detail oriented and does exactly what you ask her to do. In our case, the kitten and adult cat were still living in separate areas of the house, but allowed to mingle with each other supervised. Sirena followed our directions on how we wanted them separated, and followed up and gave updates with text messages, photographs, and emails. Bottom line is, you can trust Sirena 100%. If she says she will be there, she will be there. If you ask her to do something a certain way, you can be assured it will be done that way. It is obvious that Sirena is an animal person. We as pet owners can see it, and it is apparent that the animals can feel it too. They love her!! If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and loving care for your animal, Sirena is the person to call!!

I randomly stumbled across Pets in Paradise when my high energy pit bull mix was not enjoying her other daycare as much. Pets in Paradise has been incredible! My dog is very selective in who she likes, and she absolutely adores the staff here. She gets to run around outside all day and the staff sends pictures and updates throughout the day to provide peace knowing she is enjoying herself.
I love this place!! My dogs always come back happy, fresh from a bath, and tired from having so much fun. Thank you to the incredible staff for taking such good care of my pups Bowie and Rocky!
My dog Sadie doesn't like many people and won't even go for a walk with good friends of mine who she knows well. However, she absolutely loves the staff at Pets in Paradise. In the morning, she waits at the door for their arrival and practically jumps into their arms when they come to pick her up. When she comes home in the afternoon, she is tired and happy. I have been unable to walk her, so Pets in Paradise has become a life saver for me and also for Sadie.
My dog loves this place. She comes back happy and tired. The taxi service is awesome. She jumps right in the van without saying good bye. All of the staff I have met have been so friendly. I highly recommend the doggy day care or boarding to anyone!
