Super friendly and accommodating staff who genuinely care about our fur babies. I feel comfortable leaving them here when we need to be away. I also love the “camper cams” that give me extra peace of mind and a dose of cuteness.

I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.

My newfie Georgie has been going to camp since she was 6 months old. She really looks forward to seeing her doggy and human friends once or twice a week. Everyone who works there is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to be a dog!

Staff is awesome. Very accommodating and flexible. They couldn’t be more caring and loving. They always let me know how much she ate and her overall behavior. My pup pulls me towards the door as soon as we get out of the car. Camp Bow Wow is my go to for boarding and daycare.

Been coming here for years, the staff are absolutely lovely, they care so much about all of the dogs, and know them all by name. My dogs love this place, it is their doggy heaven! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place. My dog, Yako, really enjoyed himself for his "interview"/first visit and stay at a doggie day camp facility. He especially like Matt, who was totally gentle with him and really made him (and all the other dogs) feel comfortable and safe. It is a big, clean doggie day care/boarding facility and they keep the dogs entertained all day long. When I brought Yako home, he drank some water and went to sleep. Perfect. I am very comfortable leaving my dog for boarding and it is easy to get to from Manhattan or the Bronx. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Rockland County, NY. A++

I had a last minute change in travel plans and Camp Bow wow was amazingly supportive and very welcoming to me and my pup Mango! I felt safe being able to log in and see him at play having the best time with his friends. Staff took excellent care of him and I’m so grateful for you all!! Highly recommend! This was his first time away from home and from me and we were both very nervous but camp bow wow made this experience so seem less and for that I am blessed. I can never saw enough about how truly wonderful Paw Pals is! From the dog walking service, to the daycare, to the overnight home stays and the boarding, we have done it all and each time has been wonderful. They truly treat your pet like their own. Our dog is now 10 and has always been a nervous type. The team at Paw Pals is always so patient and kind and loving with him. I always love getting the reports with how sweet he was with them too! Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. We are going on a few vacations over the summer and plan on sending him here with complete trust that he will be happy and on vacation, too! Thank you Paw Pals!!

The Paw Pals team has been excellent taking care of my pup as I transition back to working in the office! From the dog walking team to the day care and boarding team not only do they keep me updated but they keep my dog very happy. The team also is very accommodating when my schedule changes. Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

To say Paw Pals is an amazing day care/boarding facility would be an understatement. I have trusted Brittanie and her team with my fur baby since 2021. The Paw Pals team have loved on and cared for my baby as if he is truly apart of their family. I have always been exceptionally pleased and grateful for their care, attention to detail with enrichment activities and the health & welfare of my fur baby, and frequent updates/communication to include pictures. Our dog is a "challenging" dog....highly anxious and sometimes downright nasty! We were concerned when we had to board her due to an illness in our family, but Paw Pals did an outstanding job of taking care of her. The facility is new and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and all lovers of the dogs. We will use Paw Pals again when we have the need, and we are very grateful for the service they supplied, especially the daily "report card" emails.

My two dogs totally enjoy their time spent at Paw Pals. They love coming and can’t get inside fast enough to play with staff and friends. Staff is super friendly and always make me feel as though my guys are welcome there. It’s the best doggy day care I have ever used.

We recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy boarding place for our pup. Mike and staff at Dog Rock are absolutely phenomenal. At our prior boarding place, our dog would come home fairly dirty and have a few behaviors that were atypical. Here, she came home SO happy and just had such positive happy energy. The staff threw her a birthday party during her stay as well, which was the cutest thing ever. We got daily pictures. They were very good about updates and I truly trust them with everything. Highly recommend 11/10.

Great place. Dogs are well cared for and they love coming here for day care and overnight boarding. One of my dogs does not like playing with other dogs. Instead he stays in his room and staff come and play with him throughout the day. My other dog loves playing with other dogs and enjoys playtime and visits with his brother. Great place, very clean. Would definitely recommend

This place is honestly amazing! The first place I have EVER felt comfortable leaving my pup over night. He is always happy going in and coming out I can genuinely tell he loves it there and feels comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Our six year old labradoodle continues to board and go to day care there and now our 10 month labradoodle has joined his brother with them...have done a great job to date!

Dog Rock Resorts is a 2nd Home for my Buddy. Each week, I see my Buddy growing and maturing & learning to feel comfortable outside of our home. This is a exceptional dog-care center. Mike, the manager, runs the center with compassion, care and integrity and these values are shown in each staff member. I can't not say enough about how much we appreciate DRR --- Heartfelt Thanks!

For most people, their pets are a party of the family. Finding a place to leave your pet for the day, or board for an extended time, is not an easy decision. It is sometimes made harder when there are other considerations. We have a fairly timid dog that has high energy when playing with other dogs. Although he is still a puppy, he is 60 lbs. In addition to that, he is not neutered yet at 1 year, which means he is not allowed to play with the other dogs. When he was a bit younger, we kept him with a woman that boards in her house, but he proved to be too much for her and the other dogs there. After that we spent a bit of time looking for other facilities to use while we were away on a trip. Mike and the staff at Dog Rock were very understanding of our situation and accomodated a number of visits, emails and phone calls to help make us, including our dog, feel comfortable. Of all the boarding facilities in the area, Dog Rock has the highest amount of one on one time for a dog mostly confined to an enclosure. In addition to that, Dog Rock has has the biggest enclosures. You may so, “So what? My dog won’t be in an enclosure all day”. Well, it is so much more than that. While we were away, we got many email and text updates from the team letting us know how our pup was doing. They made us feel very comfortable about our decision. They are a top notch facilities with a very caring staff. Not to mention, the facility is beautiful and clean.

Dog Rock Resorts is like no other doggie day care/boarding place that I have been to.... and we have been to a few in the area. I was excited watching the place being built and seeing the design and detail difference from all the others. When you walk in it seems like a very well thought out upscale hotel. My dog Rusty is a great dog that does has some health issues with his hind legs. I have to say that the staff gave him such special care and kindness which made me so very relieved. They even sent some photos which indicated how happy he was. As an extra added bonus it is conveniently located right across from his vet. I could not recommend Dog Rock Resort more!!

Dog Rock takes doggie care to a whole new level. I just scoped it out yesterday to see if I could trust them with my shih tzu, and I was completely wowed. This is true puppy luxury. The boarding "suites", and they really are "suites", are awesome, and the amount of human interaction the staff provides for the dogs is better than any other option I have ever seen. They even send you texts with pictures and videos of your dog throughout the stay. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

We received regular photo and video updates, and they were in touch with us regularly from the beginning. Honey had a lot of fun with them and their dogs, and he was returned to us happy and healthy! They were fantastic and we will definitely use them again.

This was my first time leaving my dog at Gracelane. The experience was flawless. The office staff was very polite and professional. The establishment is clean. They offer a video component to view your pet while you are away. I didn't feel a need to get it, because the moment I walked into this establishment I knew my pet was in good hands.

The only kennel I would entrust my beloved dog with!! He can be fearful, yet he never returns from a stay at Gracelane stressed out! The staff are all courteous and helpful.

I tried their dog grooming services. By the time she left she made friends with the staff and owner Chris, and her coat looked beautiful! The grounds are lovely and they have a little dog park which my dog didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend them and if my dog could talk so would she!

We have been consistently happy using Gracelane Kennels. They are extremely reliable, which means a lot when someone is caring for your pets. Our dogs have been and are always cared for as per our instructions, without injury, and with good common sense by the employees. It’s worry-free pet care, and we are so grateful for Gracelane.

After my first time boarding, all I can say is WOW. After countless attempts to take a peaceful vacation without any worries for my fur baby, Gracelane (my now holy grail) came to the rescue.My family and I have spent so much money on trainers, at home rehabilitation camps and other facilities to provide care and security of our aggressive Akita & Shepard mix. On top of the fact that many facilities will and have turned her away, ( therefore vacations cancelled ) Gracelane welcomed her with open arms. To there clean and well kept facilities, to the loving, well mannered and well informed front desk ladies.I couldn’t have ask for more. But then, my baby came home CLEAN, happy and a completely different dog. Her barking and aggressive tendencies diminished and she now is super playful. I just want to thank all the beautiful ladies who took care of my girl and Chris and Jeff for their hospitality and kindness during the busy 4th of July week who made an accommodation for my Ellie (despite her aggressive tendencies). You guys are the best and Ellie misses Marina ( the groomer) very very much. Thanks to her I can now brush my dog after years of not letting anyone else bathe or brush her. She looks so cute and smells amazing to this day (also added the cutest little pink bandanna!) I have and still will recommend Gracelane everywhere I go. Thank you for such a peaceful experience and Ellie will definitely be returning 😊

I looked at a lot of places for my boys before finding Grace Lane. I was appalled at what was out there. Stinky, small places where big dogs like mine are kept in a crate all day. The staff here are lovely, kind to my pups and the spaces are super clean and organized (check out the kitchen!). They are constantly cleaning, hosing down and keeping the areas safe. The boys are together and have both an inside and outside area. They take a nice walk twice a day and they happily hop in the car when I say "Let's go to Grace Lane!"

The place is immaculate and does not have any of the kennel smell. It is easy to see that everyone that works there loves pets . My 7 month old pup was all excited about being there when I dropped him off. I thoroughly trust the care that he received during his stay . Thank you Gracelane

We bought our dog here for the first time in September, 2024. The facility looks new and is veryclean. Gracelane was very communicative by text and helpful when their were issues with my credit card. Upon pickup, my dog went running straight to the girls at the front deskfor treats - he was very comfortable there. Their prices are also competitive and we will definitely use Gracelane again.

Amazing Doggy Daycare! I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog receives at tails ! Charlie and JOSE are incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly loves animals. Honestly, I can not thank Tails enough for being the best doggy daycare in the world! I’ve been being my dog here since he was 3 months old and they are truly the most caring, loving, and wonderful people. My dog starts crying and scratching to get out of the car door once we turn the corner because he is so excited to run up the stairs. It’s so easy to tell how happy he is and I feel confident they go above and beyond to make all of the dogs safe and happy all day long! They constantly post on Instagram so you can see your dogs running around playing and happy all day! I have three other close friends that use Tails and they are equally as happy. This place is a God send!!!!!! Several months ago, I took on my father's 10-year-old Labradoodle full-time, as our father is in the stages of dementia and could no longer care for her. I grew up with dogs and knew the responsibility would involve many adjustments. I was completely overwhelmed with this new responsibility while trying to manage my personal life, my freelance business as a makeup artist, and our five cats. I knew this day would come, and I spent two years acclimating our cats to his dog. I never once wanted to re-home his dog as she has been a part of our family since she was six months old. However, with my unpredictable freelance schedule, I needed a reliable doggie daycare. I had her at another place, but they spent more time on their phones than engaging the dogs. I asked for suggestions in a local FB group, and hands down, Tails R Waggin was repeatedly suggested. The entire staff is fantastic and genuinely loves and cares for your dog. They engage them, send you photos and videos occasionally, and constantly post on their FB and Instagram accounts! Every single review I read is 100000000% accurate! I highly recommend them!! Charlie, the owner, is the most fantastic human as well!!!!

My dog LOVES tails! When I drop him off he doesn’t even look behind, instead he races to the entrance. He comes home tired and happy from playing with all the dogs. Charlie is fantastic! He takes an interest in the dogs, takes time to know their personalities and is interactive with the dogs. I have been taking my Ollie here for 5 years and I know he is well taken care by Charlie and his team! Highly recommend Charlie and his team at Tails!

I am so happy to have found Tails R Waggin. My puppy was so shy and afraid around other dogs. Now she runs right in and plays with the other dogs all day and comes home exhausted. I have said many times that I cannot believe the difference from when she started until now. Charlie, Jose and Heather are the best. They really care about the dogs and the people. You feel that from the moment you speak with them and meet them.

The service and and staff were really nice and understanding. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the grooming . I went in this morning to have my dog groomed and specifically asked for a sanitary cut in which the groomer did but most of the cut just turned out uneven and it looks like the groomer didn’t even try to blend out the hair, just cut it and left it. I saw the good reviews that papaws had and I convinced myself that my dog haircut wouldn’t turn out so bad but to say the least I was upset and disappointed on how his haircut turned out.

I love what these guys did with my pooch. The last groomers completely ruins the look of my dog and shaved her body and flattened her head. I explained what I was looking for and these guys, they heard me, and they transformed my little pooch into a beautiful proper girl. She didn't reak of some crazy cheap perfume, She just looked and smelled clean and beautiful. I will definitely be returning to Papaws Dog House!! I gave them 5 stars but they are a definite 10 in my book!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Marcel and his amazing team at Papaw’s. Everyone who works there is so kind and professional and the space is very clean. Our girl started going to daycare with them when she was only 4 months old and has loved every minute of it. When I drop her off she practically pulls my arm off every morning because she is so excited to go play with her friends. It’s so clear that she is well loved by the entire staff and loves them just as much back. They go above and beyond with their pickup/drop off service as well. It’s such a lifesaver whenever we leave the house or return home before/after Papaw’s opens/closes. I don’t know what we’d do without them.

Marcell and the team at Papaws are the best! I live in the city, but bring my dog whenever I need boarding or just to give him time to play. They really care about the health and wellness of dogs and are always educated on the latest new toys, treats, and products. I cannot recommend papaws enough! You will not be disappointed bringing your dog here.

The most awesome experience from initial call to the grooming service !! My dogs are definitely feisty!!!! The groomer Iggy was so Zen!! So patient !! The front desk staff was compassionate and extremely welcoming!! I cannot wait for my next appointment!!!

My experience with both the groomer, and the daycare staff has been wonderful. My standard poodle looks her best and my large German shepherd, husky mix is able to play with other dogs for the 3 to 4 hours that it takes for my Poodle to get groomed. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs here. I highly recommend them.

I brought my puppy there in January (not months ago) for a bath and my concern with the place started right when I walked in. The place smelt absolutely horrible and I understand that it is a boarding place also and it will not smell amazing. But the place should not have a horrible stench of urine right when you walk in. They asked to move up my appointment an hour earlier which was fine thinking to make more time for my sisters dogs appointment which was right after my dogs. Unfortunately, they cancelled my sisters dogs appointment without telling either myself or my sister only to find out the groomer wanted to leave early that night but didn’t make an issue and rescheduled for a simple bath for my sister dog (not what was originally scheduled). When my sister brought her dog in that following weekend, the groomer was absolutely rude to my sister and when she told me that he had a horrible attitude and was passive aggressive I agreed with her as he was not too friendly with me either when I brought my puppy in. The reason why I am posting a review now is because I don’t like writing negative reviews but someone in my apartment building just brought her dog there for the first time and told me about her bad experience so I figured I should write one anyway so the owner is aware on how the employees are running the business. I know some people who had a great experience here before they changed locations, unfortunately my sister and myself did not have a great experience and we both will not be going back.

My dog has gone to Papaws since she was a pup. She LOVES getting dropped off in the mornings and spending time with her fur friends. You can tell she has lots of fun as she always comes home and takes a nap. Sometimes on our walks we will see staff members within the town. Our pup gets crazy excited when she sees them, which shows how much she loves the staff. The owner Marcell has always been very accommodating, making sure our dog was taken care of whether that be during overnights, when she needed meals during the day, or when she needed her nails trimmed. We love Papaws!

I have been blessed to find Papaw’s Dog House. When we moved to Rockland County, I was super concerned of where my dog Lucy could go to have some fun in a safe environment. She is a big goofy puppy with A LOT of energy! From the very first time she went, she was so excited! Papaw’s is a super clean and spacious indoor environment, that provides supervised fun time for our fur babies. They have a separate, but equally spacious space for smaller dogs. Dogs get to have some fun playing around, but also get walked throughout the day. The owner Marcell is amazing and responsive, and the entire team is pretty great as well. They offer grooming and supplies too! The times I have been in a pinch in terms of pick-up or drop-off, Marcell has been kind enough to come pick up Lucy from the house, or have someone drop her back off at closing. I would HIGHLY recommend Papaw’s Dog House, and have been a happy customer for the last few years. Oooh and I even have some art work that Lucy did during Marcell’s dog’s birthday (yep doggy art work).

This review is only in regard to the doggy daycare services- Marcell, the owner, seems to be a very caring person but unfortunately some of the staff do not seem to be very present or communicative. My dog had an injury during the timeframe of her stay there, but nothing was relayed to me when I picked her up, and no one informed Marcell afterwards that I had called to discussed the injury. Marcell did eventually get back to me and was gracious in his correspondences, but I don't believe I will be leaving my dog here again. He also attempted to provide me with a refund but there were some issues with the bank/authorization but that wasn't his fault. Ultimately I can only speak to my experience, and I do not think the doggy day care service was a good fit for us; Am just grateful that my pup is doing okay and that I at least got a response back.
