I really loved the updates I received on my dog, Milo while he was boarded for the week! Autum sent me updates with photos & cute videos! I didn’t have to worry & I was really happy to see how comfy Milo was and how much fun he was having! A big backyard and specialized treats & trainings. She even asked me any ingredient allergies & his dietary needs!! Bayside Walkers was super easy to sign up with AND board!! We have been taking our labradoodle here for over a month now and have been extremely satisfied with how it is going. Always goes above and beyond for my dog! Anytime I need her, she’s always available. I’ve noticed which a huge difference in my dog’s overall behavior since I’ve started taking him to Autum’s! He’s able to get his energy out all day and socialize with other dogs. I couldn’t do it without her!

Cheryl is the best! She allowed me to travel, worry free, when leaving my 12 year old, diabetic dog for the first time since her diagnosis. And it was for 6 days! Cheryl was very meticulous and even came over a couple of times to learn my routine before we went out of town. She was able to administer all of her medication, weigh her food, and most importantly, check her blood sugar and give her the insulin shots without any issues! Leaving my lab is stressful because I’m never sure what’s going to happen with her blood sugar while I’m gone, but Cheryl was all over it! Not only is she amazing with my dog and guinea pig, but I completely trust her in my home and she did an amazing job taking care of all of it while we were gone. She sent the most hysterical pictures and videos and you can tell how much she truly loves her (your!) babies!

When our dog developed health conditions that made it too stressful for her to be boarded, we were thrilled to find Cheryl and her pet sitting service. From the first meet and greet, through all of her visits, we felt reassured and confident that all of our pets were well-cared for and well-loved. Cheryl sent us photos and videos of each and every visit she made to our house while we were away - and it was obvious how much she cared for our animals, and how much they adore her. Cheryl’s visits not only allowed our dog to stay comfortable and calm in our own home, but she was able to also give our diabetic cat insulin. We returned from our trip to happy, healthy, and peaceful pets - we couldn’t ask for anything more!

Cheryl is amazing with our dogs! It is so nice to know that they are completely taken care of when we can’t be here. She updates us after every visit with pictures (she has a magical power of getting the best pictures of our three rowdy dogs!) and a quick run down of everything that happened. Cheryl has been taking care of Mochi for over a year now and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. She reports any changes to me and makes sure my baby is loved and gets some attention when I’m away. Cheryl also helps me care for my feral babies by putting their food out during her visits. I appreciate her care for my baby while I’m away. We’ve had several dog sitters since moving to this area, and have been disappointed in every single one of the. We stumbled upon Wags & Whiskers about a year ago, and nobody has ever loved on our pups and taken care of them like we do, as Cheryl does. All of our pups have pretty bad separation anxiety, but when they know Ms Cheryl is coming, we are chopped liver! She’s amazing at what she does!

Cheryl is amazing! Our family was supposed fly in from NY to watch our dogs while we were away but they were unable to due to hurricane Ian. Cheryl came through last minute to help us out. We had a meet and greet a couple months ago because we are planning to use her during the holidays. She sends constant updates with pictures which really helped calm my nerves. My boys absolutely loved her (and her dad). I now feel 100% comfortable leaving my dogs again with her. I found our forever pet sitter. I can't recommend this place enough. I was able to get my reactive dog, Freya, in at the last second for a weekend stay. She'd never been boarded anywhere before and I was very nervous, but the owner is amazing. He understood her temperament immediately, knew how to handle her anxiety/reactivity and was very communicative about how she was doing, her interactions with other dogs, etc. I brought her back for doggy day care and he even managed to find other dogs that she could get along with and took the time to make sure she had opportunities to socialize and relax. I'll definitely be bringing Freya back.

This pet resort is 100% recommended. The staff is friendly and professional. The cost is reasonable, and the facility is clean and well maintained. You can trust the care of your pet to this resort. Will most definitely use them again.

Our Buffalo stayed here for 10 days, communication with this facility was great. They assured us he would be well taken care of. And when we brought him home he had no signs of anxiety, and was very well taken care of. We are very pleased with his stay there.

Baxter loves it here. So many friends and lots of room to roam. Snack tike, lunch tike and recess are his favorites. Going to go somewhere soon and Bax will want to go here again. Last time he told me about Tina who.took him on a filed trip to see a ferris wheel. I love his stories. But now.

I am so glad I chose Almost Home Pet Resort to care for my dog while I traveled out of state. The kennel sits on a spacious lot away from the road, and they have a variety of accommodations for pets. The owner, Kevin, is great. I believe his passion truly is for animals, as he provided my emotionally and physically needy dog with one-of-a-kind care, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach most kennels use. Every time I have boarded my dog with another kennel, he has caught kennel cough (despite having the vaccine), rubbed his nose raw, and lost weight from anxiety. When I arrived to take him home, I was relieved to see he hadn't lost weight or rubbed his nose raw; and he didn't have kennel cough! Thanks to Almost Home Pet Resort, I was able to have some peace of mind and enjoy the holiday. We will definitely be repeat customers!

This is the best place around. The owner is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. He and his staff took great care of our dogs. Also this place is huge so they will almost always have availability, they were able to accommodate us for thanksgiving with one day notice. This place is under new management as of about 2 months ago so definitely disregard earlier reviews. I massively recommend boarding your pets here.

Place is spotless and remarkably order free for a place that houses pets! Friendly, caring staff make you feel very comfortable about leaving your beloved pet there. Also have services available such as grooming and bathing while they're there. My dog came back well fed (unusual for him) calm and tired from all the fun he had in the outdoor play yard!

I have been going here for 15 years. They have taken care of three of my dogs, and the experience has always been excellent. They know the dogs, and take excellent care of them. The staff has always been professional and friendly. I have taken my dogs to other places that are nearby for overnight stays, and found that no one does a better job with my dogs than Almost Home. We are comfortable with leaving our fur baby with them. They seem to be very caring to the animals. Our dog looks well cared for when we pick her up. The only thing they don't have are web cams..it would be nice to be able to go online and check on our girl..

Jasmine's first visit was this weekend and she loved it. She doesn't typically have other dogs to play with and this place is amazing. It is very quaint, clean and the kennels are a great size. Melissa, the owner, is very friendly and personable. She gave me a peace of mind and I felt very comfortable. We were anxious about leaving our Jasmine at first. I love the fact you can see pictures of your pet while you are away. The kennels are located on her property. There are only 14 kennels which is even better. I will continue to use Poochie's Pet Hotel. I highly recommend. Thank you again, Melissa. See you in March.

My husband and I used Poochie's Pet Hotel for the first time this past week for our 2 boxers. We were extremely pleased at how clean the facility was. , Melissa who is the owner is very accommodating and a joy to deal with. Tara was very kind and is a definite dog person. We felt our pets were very well taken care of and highly recommend Poochie's. They were by far the best boarders we have used.

My experience with this company & owner are nothing but great!! The place looks amazing & it is so great that you can check up with your animal during their stay! They even have a cat hotel here. The location is amazing because she has it on her own property. that makes me feel so much more comfortable! I 100% trust Melissa with my babies and I love that she is not just running this business for an income, but that she truly has a passion for animals!! This is a great place to take your pets! I took my dog here for daycare for the first time today and he had a great time. Melissa is clearly someone who cares a lot about animals. The facilities are quaint and clean, and I loved that Melissa posted pictures of the pups throughout they day. If you want a someone that will take care of your pets in the same way family would, this is the place!

Awesome experience!!!! Hands down best pet hotel in the state! I have been using pet boarding for years and poochies is by far second to none! First class service and care from day one! I typically have issues with my dogs (sickness, throwing up and depression) after picking them up, but not here!!!!! I couldn't have asked for more when it comes to price,care and service! The first thing that I do when researching a place is read reviews and all of the reviews had good things to say. Sometimes you may be skeptical and think that the reviews are fake but, in this case they're real. The place and owner are great. The facility is clean and you can tell that the owner really cares about animals. My two dogs stayed in the suite room and we were able to see them on our phone through an app. They were well taken care of and we will definitely take them back!

Nice people. My wife walked in to check the place out, and was welcomed immediately. She was given an impromptu tour of the facility and got a very good feeling about the place. Our puppy spent the next weekend there and seemed to have a great time there. We'll use them as gain the next time we go out of town.

Melissa has a passion for animals unlike anyone I know. I have the pleasure of being able to call Melissa my friend for 15 plus years. I have entrusted her to watch our beagle while she was in the process of planning Poochie's Pet Hotel. She treated Millie as if see were her very own pet! When we took Millie home after being in her care, we honestly felt that she actually missed being there! I have been taking my Sheltie here for one year; he has special needs as he isn’t comfortable w other dogs. This was my first time using Professional Pets Florida. Every detail, from the initial communications with Lauri to the meet and greet to the overnight pet sitting and daily visits, was exceptional! Lauri went above and beyond with communication regarding my trip status and needs. They sincerely and wholeheartedly cared about my super senior cats like they were their own, even helping to coordinate the best care plan/visits while we would be away so that their routines were not disturbed. Justine managed the medication schedule and feeding schedule involving multiple diets with ease. She was very communicative and sent detailed visit recaps and fun photos throughout her stay. She also clarified and asked questions if needed---SO crucial for super seniors with medication and diet needs. We returned home to a very relaxed and happy fur family! There is no doubt they loved Justine :) And we are looking forward to her and other Professional Pets Florida pet sitters sitting for us again soon. This company EASILY earned a five-star review!

Lauren S from Professional Pets is amazing with our elderly dogs. She sends us photos and updates from every visit. Others from Professional Pets have come to let our dogs out too and all were great. Unexpectedly we had to go out of town overnight. Lauren S was able to sleep over at our house and take care of our pups. It was a huge relief she and Professional Pets were able to do this. We knew our dogs were in great hands and would be well taken care of. We love Professional Pets and highly recommend them.

We love using Professional Pets! We have two dogs and a cat. We typically utilize their services when going out of town for a weekend, their 30 minute drop in is ideal for us! This last weekend Trisha stopped in for us and played with our pups for almost the entire time. Everyone who has dropped in has been great though! I always have peace of mind when we hire them AND they always share the cutest pics of our girls.

We have been using Professional Pets Florida for about 3 years now. We have a senior dog and four cats, and two of our pets have fairly serious special needs. Knowing everybody has veterinary experience gives us the comfort we need. We love that there is a staff, so if something comes up with the scheduled person, someone else can cover. This last trip out of town, Kaity did overnights for us. It was our first experience with Katie and just as with everybody at PPF, she was amazing, detail oriented and so caring with our little zoo. Her updates were great and she handled all the special needs with grace and care. I cannot recommend PPF enough.

Bridgette is the best! She is reliable, personable, professional and caring. She allowed our pup Lily be a part of our wedding day and drove her home after the ceremony. Lily was so calm and comfortable with Bridgette from the start. Bridgette’s calm presence helped Lily walk confidently down the aisle as our flower pup. We used their service in August as we had to go out of town for my 50th HS reunion. Bridgette and Anthony left us updates with every visit, and spoiled my 4 Scottish Terriers like they were their own babies. I highly recommend them, and will for sure use them next time we head out of town!!

Bridgette was an absolute angel. Fast response time, clear communication, playtime, walks, and multiple videos and pictures daily! I never had to ask. My 11yr old shih tzu, Mungo, originally was supposed to be boarded at her house for 2 weeks. 2 days before I was supposed to be back ,I became hospitalized for an entire week. Bridgette never batted an eye and told me to not even worry, and just concentrate on getting better. I know Mungo had a blast with her and her family. I was very lucky to have found her. 10/10!!!

I was in need of a long term pet nanny I came across Paws to Plants. After interviewing several other services I chose Paws to Plants. I am a Sphynx cat breeder and have over 20 cats. Not the usual cat sitting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bridgette. She did everything I asked plus extra . After the first few days of several weeks of sitting I had zero worries about my beloved cats . She sent pictures and updates . She was very reliable . Loved on my babies and reported anything she felt I needed to know I just love her level of care and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Bridgette is just amazing. This company is the not the others. I have two small dogs and she watched them for our wedding, we also used her wedding service and she brought them to the wedding to be in photos. One of our dogs is a very shy and a scared dog, yet when he was with her he was confident and didn’t show any sign of being uncomfortable. When I dropped them off they immediately fell in love with her and her home. Then when I picked them up they were so excited to show me around and didn’t even want to leave. That never happens when I leave them anywhere else. I felt comfortable and calm knowing they were having the best time ever, and she sent daily updated pictures and videos. If you are in need of any pet care or wedding day pet care, she is who to call!

I cannot recommend the Dog Patch enough! What an amazing place. My dog Pepper is 5 months old and started going about 3 weeks ago, 2 times a week and she was SO shy. I had to literally pick her up to go in the door. Now she’s happy as soon as we pull in and she walks right in the door wagging her tail ready to go play with all of her friends. All the staff we’ve encountered are so nice. They do themed activities during the week with them which is really fun to see, they post the pictures on their Facebook page. Pepper had her first grooming experience there today and she looked exactly how I pictured she would after! I notice a difference in her behavior when we’re out and about too. She’s not nearly as shy of people or dogs as she used to be. Love the dog patch!

Let me start out by saying I have 4 dogs of all sizes and age ranges. There is Peanut the beagle who is 14, Belle the timid lab mix who is 7, Hank the Staffy who is 3 and Cash the Great Dane who is 1 1/2. I NEVER thought I would find somewhere that would take my crazy pack because of breed and size restrictions but boy am I glad I found The Dog Patch. My little ol’ lady goes to daycare twice a week and wakes up with a spring in her step on those days! My timid lab, Belle, is scared of her own shadow but boy the smile I see on her face in the pictures they post! Kay, the owner, is so amazing and truly understand that my dogs are my kids and I love that! Karen and Mallory are so awesome and I just couldn’t imagine a better home away from home for my babies!!

The best groomer! My pups take the shuttle there and back which is an amazing perk! Our pups leave smelling amazing, with the best hair cuts they have ever gotten! Not to mention how much fun they have playing with other pups before / after their appointments! Super friendly and accommodating staff. And it is very affordable, We love this place!

I can’t share enough good things about the dog patch! I started taking my dog Max there after it was recommended by a trainer for him to spend some time away from me and socializing with other dogs. I have seen his confidence build since he has started attending, and I can tell that he loves it a lot. I love the picture opportunities they do for the Holidays! You don’t have to pay extra, just sign up for that day. Max didn’t attend for a year due to personal reasons, but when I brought him back the staff told me they “couldn’t believe that it was him” and they told my boyfriend to never keep him from them that long again. It was so nice to know they loved my dog so much and that the same staff was there a year later. They also take pictures everyday that I look froward too. I’ve never had an issue and they keep the health of the dogs top priority. They have also let me cancel last minute (my car wouldn’t start so I couldn’t get there) and they were very understanding.

My boy loves the dog patch. He’s been going for over a year now. They always do special days all weeks so the dogs are always entertained with something new and often on special days they’ll even get to bring a toy home or something special. He’s also had to stay overnight a few times and never had any issues. He’s very used to staying there and always has a blast playing.

My dog, Margot, loves The Dog Patch. She goes to daycare for half a day a week. She literally pulls me to the door. When it’s time to go home she just lays on the floor. I have to pick up to get to the car. I boarded her for a weekend (my first time boarding a dog). Kay told me she had a hard time settling the first night. Kay snuggled her and made a nest with her blanket. She was fine after that. It’s great having people who love Margot as much as I do.

I LOVE LOVE this doggy daycare! I have 2 bully breeds & first they accept them! Which is Florida is amazing! Second the owner runs such a beautiful well staffed business & I really love how kind she is! To have a consistent staff in this day & age shows a great owner! It’s amazing to know my dogs are safe, and having fun! I send mine for half a day a few times a week for socialization & exercise! I also LOVE Molly!! I sometimes forget to check if I was confirmed, and she’s always so polite!! I also LOVE Miguel the groomer!! I’ve never been one to pay for grooming, but he does a incredibly noticeably better job than I do so I now get mine groomed regularly by him!! I highly recommend this buisness! I love the entire staff too! I haven’t yet had a bad experience!! They have an amazing work ethic, and their standards are very high! My dogs are my fur babies so it’s so nice to have a place like the dog patch to take them! They come home sleepy & sooo happy! Thank you Team Dog patch!!

My dog had been attending their doggy daycare for the last few weeks. He seems to really love the place. The staff are friendly and know my dog really well.

My puppy has a great time when she gets to go to Brandon Puppy Palace. She goes to daycare weekly and I have also used their grooming & boarding services. The staff is friendly & always greet her by name :) 1

We just brought our dog Shooter to the Puppy Palace for his first board. We can't say enough good things about our experience. This place is first rate, and our dog was so well taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Alejandro needs to learn some respect, when you call a client on a mistake that your company made, you don't get snappy with the client and demand anything. I made a grooming appointment for my dog, they needed updated records, he tells me that he needed me to send them now. I said i couldn't send them now and I would have it sent over in a little while, he then stated that he would cancel my appointment as they weren't suppose to set it with out updated records. I asked for his manager to call me back., no call... I will not be going back to the puppy palace, sorry Sammy you have been great! UPDATE*** Jennifer called me back and lied about the appointment being cancelled. I told her no Alejandro already cancelled it. she tried to tell me no the computer did it.. I told her Alendro already informed me he did it. she didn't want to listen, tried to overspeed me and then just hung up on me. MY ADVISE GO TO PET SUITES ON BLOOMINGDALE, THEY ARE MUCH MORE HELPFUL.

Amazing place! You can tell they all love animals and enjoy what they do. My pup absolutely loves going to day care and she is well worn out when she comes home! I have used the boarding as well and I never worry that my pup is lacking attention in any way. I know they are taking excellent care of her! I can't recommend this place enough!

Went to set up boarding after getting all vaccinations that the website said were required. Was then informed on site that a pit/ pit mix breed was not allowed due to insurance reasons. Website needs to clearly state this. Also if you are a facility that caters to dogs, it should be all breeds. If your insurance won't let you, get a different insurance company. Like the other facilities in the area. Pitties should not be discriminated against.

I had scheduled to board by pup here while I was going to be gone on a business trip. The reception team provided excellent customer service via phone and email - they are very prompt in their responses and very professional. A couple of weeks later I scheduled to have my pups nails trimmed. They did a fantastic job and were very courteous and professional as usual. I highly recommend Puppy Palace for boarding and grooming. A+++ service! They provide amazing service that's hard to find in other places of business.

I dropped my 9 year old and 3 year old dogs off on Friday morning. They were there until Monday at 10am. I booked a suite for them that included a web cam! Every night by 8pm there was urine on the floor and remained there until the following morning! I called multiple times and left messages no one ever returned my calls! I watched for many hours on the web cam and through the entire night my pups were never looked on. The urine was very concerning to me because my dogs are well trained and if they had been taken out this wouldn’t have occurred. I had my pups bathed before they came home and I’m grateful I did more on that later. When I picked my dogs up they couldn’t wait to leave! Upon inspection of the dog carriers and 6 toys they were covered in feces the smell was horrific. So not only were they urinating in their suite they were also having bowel movements! When I arrived one blanket and bed inside of carrier were In laundry….I took them home soaking wet…..I had to launder and bleach these items to get the smell and germs out! That’s why I said I was grateful I had them bathed or they’d smell the same way! The total cost was $470 and I feel badly for boarding them at Puppy Palace I do feel they were neglected! I have recently moved to Ruskin and I visited this place and it seemed good. I’m writing this so others don’t have the same experience we did!!!! Do your research!!! I will not return here nor do I recommend this for any dog!!! Since we have been home Molly 3 year old has had 2 urine accidents that’s total regression bc of the circumstances. Stay away if you truly love and care about your pets as I do! I’m not embarrassed to write my name Michele McLaughlin. Dates of service 9/15/23 to 9/18/23 Please love your pets!

We have been bringing our dogs here for the past 6 years. They are kind, helpful and do a great job. We just lost our golden but when we get the strength and heart to get a new pup, we will be bringing him here as well.

Pretty good facility. Little noisy and kennels are set up like the animal shelter with no solid wall between kennels. But, my dog seemed to be well taken care of with the exception of not being given his chew bone. The guy that does the bathing does a great job!!!!! It's definitely worth the $20 add-on to get a clean-smelling pooch to come home to. Prices are fair, and they give you your 7th boarding day free, which is nice.

My two English Setters were scheduled for a grooming appointment today 7/22/2023 at Uncle G’s bed and biscuit at 1821 Stephens Ln, Dover, FL. 33527. I was originally told to bring them between 8 -9 AM. Then I received a call a couple days prior to the appointment and was told to drop them off between 8:30 and 9 AM. I received a call from them at 8:30 this morning the day of their appointment and was told since they were not there at 8:30 they could not groom my fur babies today. They said I was supposed to have them there by 8:30 AM which WAS NOT the information that was told to me! I explained I was on my way and would be there in 5 minutes. I mentioned that they haven’t even started grooming any of the dogs yet today and me arriving at 8:35 wouldn’t be hurting anything or their scheduled. I was told that they have a busy schedule and a lot of dogs to groom today. So basically they over booked and this was an excuse not to see my two dogs today. I am very upset about this, and was looking forward to finding a new groomer for my girls. This would have been my first time taking my dogs there and after this experience I would NEVER take them there now nor would I recommend them.

Uncle G's is easily the best boarding facility my pups have ever stayed at. They're super friendly, very understanding, and are great with animals! On top of that their pricing and rewards program is very good and affordable. I will always board my dogs here.

This is a very nice kennel for boarding your pets. We talked with the owner, who was so nice. He gave us a tour, and the whole facility was so clean. The pets were happy and clean also. ....BE SURE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION AHEAD They are quite popular.

Great place for your dog. They care about the dogs. Dogs go to the yard by themselves. I like this. My dogs are my love. They have cameras all over the place. Their private kennel has access to both the air conditioner and the outside as well. Price is very good. Also have a groomer. And a cat kennels. They are totally seperated from the dogs. And pits are welcomed there. I strongly recommend them for boarding your fur baby.

After reading more positive reviews than I can recall, this was a no-brainer. Nice place ! GREAT PEOPLE ! Our pup was there for 3 nights. She was well taken care of .. . she came home clean, happy, smelling fresh, no fleas !! Won't hesitate to use Uncle G's again. ! Smart, safe choice for sure !

Uncle G's Bed & Biscuit saved the vacation! We found out about them last minute & were able to board our dogs there. We have a husky & black mouth curr/lab mix that have NEVER been boarded & our black mouth curr was too anxious to pass the initial test period at another place, but since the dogs at Uncle G's are all in their private kennels w/ a private path to run, this wasn't an issue. We were already pretty happy, but the icing on the cake was when the young lady at the front told us they removed the charge for the nail trimming because they missed a few nails (the husky is difficult to groom, even for me).THAT'S INTEGRITY. We would definitely recommend & will be boarding our dogs there again in the future.

This was my first time putting my dog Luna in this kennel. I was referred by my niece and it was the best decision I ever made. Petsuites is absolutely beautiful. It's clean and the staff are amazing. Luna stayed for eight days and had a ball. I absolutely loved the Pawgress reports! She can't wait to go back!!!!

The customer service was perfect, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. But with this said my biggest issue is how long it took for our puppy to get his grooming. I understand he is a puppy and that it can take longer than usual. But I was giving a time frame of 2-3 hours and ended being 6 hours, almost 7. We had no update about his status until the 3 hour mark when we were told he was done with his bath. Besides from this, the experience was nice, and our puppy ended looking cute.

My baby boarding here for the first time last week , and the experience was nothing short of amazing . She came back not looking as if she was stressed. We were informed of her well being the whole stay. We will definitely be back for our next vacation. Thank you to all of the staff that played a part in making Bella feel loved.

Love these guys! They always take such great care of my pups and they come back exhausted from all the play they do! (Which is very nice to come back home to) will always return back here with any of my animals!

This was our first time bringing our pet here and I'm excited to bring the rest of them for grooming services. Our senior cat , who can be very grumpy, really enjoyed it. He was clean, his nails trimmed nicely, and he was cared for well. He came home a Happy Cat! We did sedate him before his appointment and it helped his anxiety. Our other pets most likely will not need sedation. They employees there were all pleasant and welcoming. Also, the cost was very reasonable. It was $66+tip for our cat, and he weighs 20 lbs. and that was for the works. He smelled so nice and was so happy upon returning home. I look forward to utilizing their other services, such as boarding or play days for our dogs. Its hard to find grooming for cats and this groomer did a wonderful job. I love bringing my dogs there! Everyone there is so sweet and always ensures that my dogs are safe when I have them overnight! By far the events are my favorite part! I love the cute videos and pictures that you can receive when you bring them in! The staff is super sweet and always helpful when getting photos and updates about your pup! 10/10!

My Fur baby had a great time, we were worried because it was her first time, but they send us updates and photos everyday, they even had a special day for her bday. We are so happy and pleased with Petsuites crew.

We love this place, we have been customers ever since they open this location, the staff here is so nice, they are responsible and friendly, they take such great care of their costumers, my chihuahua got traumatized at the last place she was going to , cause one of the workers did something bad to her while doing her nails, but love definitely heals even the most broken ones, she is thriving at this pet suit location. Also I love that their cameras always work and if I have any doubts and call , they are always there to answer our concerns, also you always get a Paw-gress report, with pictures and informations of how your pet did, while their grooming appointment or boarding, it is nice to have a place that you can trust your fur family members are loved, pampered and well taken care of.

I am a boutique breeder of American Bulldogs. Dustin does such a great job. Very reliable, trustworthy and my dogs love him. He stays at our home and cares for our animals every time we need him. We would not use anyone else. His price is very fair. Although I pay him extra because I have a litter of puppies for him to watch from time to time, it’s worth it to me to have him on my team. He even helped birth a puppy that decide to come out late while we were at my fathers funeral and he a fine job. We would highly recommend him.

I recently needed a break and a quick vacation to Disney. I already had several recommendations for Dustin. He was available, and even my most difficult dog( and the cats) seemed to warm up to him immediately. Arriving home my pets were happy and content. He even took the time to sweep up the never ending pile of hair. I highly recommend him and will use his services again.

Dustin took an amazing care of our babies this Thanksgiving!! He initially came to our house to meet them and my babies Loved him. Then would come in and feed, walk and love on our babies. Dustin took pictures on all of the adventure and even cleaned after them. He also gifted a ball to baby Brave! Dustin is amazing! We had hired a dog sitter that quit on us in the middle of our vacation. We were 11 hours away and could not get to our furbabies. We called Dustin (who had never even met our dogs or us) and he immediately went over to check on them! Our babies were so happy to be walked and fed and loved on! He even spoiled them with treats and helped one our dogs who has eye issues. He gave her drops to help her feel better. Our eldest dog is on medication and he made sure he gave him his medicine just the way he needed it. He even wrote down when he gave it to him on paper so we knew he was well taken care of! His communication is wonderful he made sure he let us know when he was on his way when he was leaving and sent us pictures of our babies! He made sure he gave us updates on how they were eating, pottying and playing. We can't thank him enough for taking such great care of our babies and saving our vacation! Thank you for taking care of our squad Dustin!! We will never hire anyone else but you!!

I have known Dustin for many years and I have to say he is one of the kindest, most hard working and down to earth human beings I have met in my life. He will take care of your pets as if they were his own children. Having someone look after our pets or for many of us our babies is a luxury that not many can afford and a blessing that not many do experience. We understand the importance and the peace of mind it brings us to know our paw friends are being looked after and taken care of while we are out or while we work. I absolutely value his services and cant recommend him enough.

Dustin is kind and compassionate and very professional. He went above and beyond for our fur babies! Not only did he keep us updated, but he provided us with a slew of pictures of him and our fur babies having a great time. He took them for walks, groomed them and even took them to the splash water park for some extra well needed fun time! One of our pups requires extra special attention and need her medication, and Dustin made sure she was taken care of and kept up on her meds. I was beyond impressed. Our fur.babies just loved him, and it seemed as if he loved them back just as much!!! Thank you so much Dustin for everything you did and all that you helped us out with. Dustin took care of our squad of dogs that ranged in age and breed for an entire week. We knew it was a big ask considering it was 6 large dogs and 2 of which were puppies. He exceeded our expectations. We received regular updates throughout the week and our dogs were happy when we came home. We would gladly recommend him to anyone and will use him again

Dustin was exceptional. On very short notice he is a was able to fill in on days when our son had to work long shifts to come and take care of our seven month old JRT puppy. He spent about an hour with her each day walking her playing with her, feeding her, etc. He posted pictures of their time together while I was on vacation so I could stay in touch. I so impressed with his sincere affection for our dog and his follow through on communications. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dog Sitter walker Play time partner.
