This is a difficult review to write. I suppose all's well that ends well but I have tried to write this as honestly yet thoughtfully as I can. We had secured a repeat sitter for a week-long trip but unfortunately they had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and we were faced with having to find a new sitter just days before our eagerly anticipated vacation. It was stressful knowing we had to quickly find a new sitter who would be a good fit. Complicating matters was that one of our three cats was newly diagnosed with diabetes and I figured securing a sitter willing to administer time-sensitive insulin injections twice daily was going to be difficult. When Nicole applied we were thrilled: she sent us a thoughtful application message, had glowing reviews from past sits, and her profile led us to believe that she was totally capable of taking care of our cats and home. We had a brief telephone call to make sure the fit seemed right for both parties and I was very appreciative of her flexibility with scheduling a last minute call as well as her willingness to administer our cat's insulin. She was our hero! Unfortunately a number of issues occurred during the housesit--and that we have discovered subsequently--that have left us pretty disappointed. On the positive side, Nicole seems like a kind person from our phone/text conversations, and was communicative by phone and text (see exception in next paragraph); she left the house spotless, and took initiative to ask what needed to be cleaned prior to her departure. As far as I can tell our two older cats that need daily medication were given medications as directed which was paramount. She admitted to forgetting to bring in patio cushions after it had rained (they are stored inside) and asked how to best clean/dry them. I appreciated her being upfront about the situation instead of leaving me to find soggy cushions upon our return (in our house manual we specifically ask that if cushions are used outside that they be brought in daily so they don't get wet). On the not-so-positive side we had a significant communication issue at the very outset of our trip. For past sits, I've called or texted with sitters after their scheduled arrival time to ensure they got into the house ok. Long story short, we expected to hear from Nicole around 5:30/6pm on our departure day (with hungry cats awaiting her since we had left our house around 5am that morning) but multiple calls and texts went unanswered until she messaged through the TH website around midnight informing us that something happened to her phone, she was not at our house, and wouldn't be until the following morning. As we didn't see the middle-of-the-night message until the next morning, we had spent the better part of our first evening of vacation emotional wrecks wondering if she was ok and frantically trying to figure out what to do (were we ghosted? Cancel the entire trip and fly home? Find a new sitter asap from afar?). Fortunately she got to our house the next day, called us from our landline, and confirmed that she could take it from there which was a huge relief (and ended up getting a new phone later that day). However, things started to seem a little off when she texted a couple times over the course of the week with questions to things that were clearly detailed in our house manual that we leave out for all sitters. We certainly don't expect house sitters to be perfect, but--among a number of things--we came home to very stuffed trash bins clearly not having been taken out for the weekly collection, a report from our neighbor that our yard lights had been left on for three days straight, and most concerning, the cats' litter boxes appeared to have not been scooped the entire six days we were away (she confirmed some poop had been removed from two out of three boxes but literally no pee; and for cat owners, you know what happens when litter boxes get yucky: cats find other places around the house to pee). We were so confused because this was shaping up to be a great sit but went downhill pretty quickly and honestly has made us concerned about what went on--or didn't--while we were away. I take responsibility for not confirming she understood the cat and house details that are written in the TH posting prior to our departure. The rushed timing was stressful and so, again, I really appreciate Nicole's willingness and grace at jumping in and helping us out. But on the other hand, we have taken great care in ensuring our manual is thorough and up-to-date, a summary of responsibilities are included in the TH listing, we provided multiple opportunities while we were away to answer questions, and her profile led us to believe she had house/pet sit previously so going over the very basic cat and house duties seemed unnecessary. I can only hope this was a one-off occurrence.
Lori and Randy were absolutely wonderful house sitters! From proactively asking questions to multiple communications with photos of our dogs a day, they put us at ease to be halfway across the world. They are amazing people and treated our dogs like their own. We could not have had a better experience and would absolutely welcome them back into our home.
Kay was exceptional during her stay at my house to take care of my beloved dog, Gigi. She was everything that I expected her to be & more. She was prompt, clean, communicative, respectful, very caring, and so on and so forth! She is a mature adult, with a keen sense of respect and a great communicator in all sense of the word. I cannot recommend her enough for the care of your pet and your home.
A very comfortable stay, I am stoked to find this sit.. The home is such a treat to be trusted with, and the animals brought lots of life to the day. Nestled deep in the countryside, i felt very grateful to be surrounded by all of nature.. we all walked in the forest on the doorstep every day, the dogs would run and run! sometimes I would return home before them, but shortly followed by a very happy pair of exhausted dogs! :-D The two cats are adorable, Eddie is full of purrs and loves a good fuss.. Patsy a little more timid, although i managed some solid cuddles. Bella was very helpful with solid communication on anything i needed to know and stocked up the fridge for me too!. This is our favourite dog sitter in Vancouver. Our dog is a little fussy with who looks after but adores Lauren and settled so quickly. She is great at helping our naughty sausage socialise with other dogs, gives lots and lots of cuddles and walkies and we don’t ever worry while we are away as she is in 100% the best hands. We got photo updates and messages letting us know how our doggo is getting on and it’s so nice to have someone local that does the same daily walks so it’s not too scary for our doggo being somewhere new. Thank you so much Lauren for taking such good care of Bun 🐶❤️
I trust Lauren with the most important members of my family as she treats them as if they are her family! From the minute we met her, you could tell there was an instant bond and trust. She has a natural ability with dogs. I never worry that they aren't getting the best care with her, from dressing them appropriately for the weather, and even coming back to check on them before leaving the building, even if she's already finished her appointment with them. I am always happy to get reports of her visits, of how it goes and what they get up to. I know I can really rely on Lauren. I appreciate the fact that if they won't walk far due to the bad weather, she makes sure to spend extra time to hang with them to give them love and attention. I really like using Lauren for dogcare, because she is very trustworthy, reliable, goes above and beyond the scope of dog care, the dogs love her and she loves them! I never have to worry because I know they are getting the most love and attention possible.
I honestly don't think I can ever write a review that fully describes the way Lauren has impacted our family. I met her while she was walking other dogs I knew from my building and I instantly could see that Lauren was different than anyone else. We have now had Lauren in our lives for two and a half years and honestly we are so lucky to have found her. She is a second mother to my Bella. Lauren sees every dog that she works with as her child. I was incidentally two days away from giving birth to my second child when I called Lauren to see if she may be able to help with Bella while I was going to be in hospital. We had about an hour conversation on the phone and then she came the next day to meet myself and Bella. From the very beginning they fell in love. Bella adores Lauren and vice versa. I can't explain to you the relief I had that we had Lauren during this time. She was so accommodating to us. Lauren assesses the dogs she walks and cares for on a continuous basis. She keeps communication open all of the time with updates and photos. I have Lauren to thank for the most beautiful photos of Bella (including the one I've added to this review). My Bella is a very anxious unconfident girl but with Lauren she seems to lose all of that. The bond they have and the relationship they have is unbelievable. Recently we went camping and decided not to take Bella as it was our first time camping with our kids. I didn't feel sad or worried about not taking Bella as she was going to be with Lauren. Literally Lauren is Disneyland and Love all wrapped up for Bella. Lauren is a trustworthy and genuine person. She not only spends extra time with Bella... talking, cuddling and kissing her before she knocks on the door she also has gained such a bond with my kids. We love her and appreciate Lauren so much!
I always know our little dog will have big fun when she stays with Lauren! Our dog loves her and I never have to think about her while I’m gone, zero dog parent guilt. Highly recommend.
Main street Dog care has taken care of our dog several times, all with the same result. our buddy returns home the happiest we have seen him, clearly from the love Lauren extends to her canine friends. whether its just a day walk, an overnight stay or an extended homestay Lauren provides the most amazing care for our dog and many times sends us photos to show us how happy buddy is in her care. actually Laurens photo skills are quite excellent too! we will never hesitate to trust our dogs health, safety and well being to Lauren and the Main street dog care team. thanks Lauren!
Lauren is amazing! I've left Elvis with one or two professionals before for a few days and had never been that happy with the result. Lauren came recommended to me by a client and I'm so glad we found her. It's so obvious how much she cares for the animals in her care, and she really goes the extra mile to make sure that your fur baby will be happy. We got lots of text updates and TONS of cute photos (including the one I'm attaching), and it was just so relieving to know that he was happy with her and that she was making the kinds of decisions for him that I would. Hands down the most relaxed I've been leaving him with anyone other than my own husband.
Lauren is amazing! She takes my pup on private and group walks on a regular basis. My dog gets so excited each and every time she gets picked up for her walks and will shower Lauren with love and affection. Lauren is professional, reliable and she truly loves what she does and it shows!
Lauren has looked after my dogs many times. I have used her service for over three years now. My dogs always have a great time with her, and I know I can count on her to do a great job. They definitely get first-hand treatment and affection, and it makes me very happy to know I can go on vacation while my dogs are in great hands.

I love the fact that she obviously loves my dog as much as I do. Lauren's longing to have Penelope snore beside her and let her sneeze in her face is incredible. She is beyond attentive and sweet with Penelope. I never worry because she is very trustworthy. It's not a side job for her, it's what she loves and does for her livelihood. She's extremely good at it. So good that I never get the guilt trip from Penelope when I return home. I love knowing everything will be better than I left it when I come home. My dog Indy is pretty socially awkward and introverted and he loves it here!!! The staff are all awesome, I have never had a problem. They are super responsive and always give prompt updates as someone who gets stressed about leaving my pet with someone else. They obviously know what they are doing. We recently sent our dog, Cookie, to Jet Pet Olympic Village in Vancouver for nearly a month of boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Like any pet parents, my wife and I were initially concerned about how Cookie would adjust to such a long stay. Jet Pet Resort Olympic Village did an excellent job caring for our 18-year-old senior dog, Sherry, during her three-week stay. It’s rare to find a facility willing to accommodate such an elderly dog, and they made thoughtful adjustments to meet her needs. Sherry has limited vision and hearing, so they kept her in their office area to ensure her safety and comfort. They carefully followed our feeding instructions, and when she had a minor nosebleed, they promptly informed us and took her to the vet for care. We’re grateful to Moumita and Tanya for their kindness and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure Sherry was well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet boarding.
We have been taking our French Bulldog to JetPet OV for about 2 years - almost every day of the work week - and it has been a fantastic experience. He always leaves happy and tired, and he always looks forward to going. The staff are excellent and treat him like their own, and his socialization is great as a result of the time he spends there. If there is ever any issue at all the staff are quick to communicate. Once when our dog was boarding and seemed a little unwell the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and we felt he was in the best hands. I’m very surprised by the few negative reviews here - not our experience at all. Sure it smells of dog pee but for an indoor facility I’m not sure what people expect. JetPet OV is great!!!
I recently had an appalling experience with this pet daycare and will never bring back my two French bulldogs. Although my dogs are accustomed to daycare, this place was a nightmare. When we picked them up, their ears and noses were bleeding, indicating a severe lack of proper care and supervision. The facility itself is absolutely disgusting and reeks of terrible odors. Every time I called for information, the agent seemed clueless and constantly put me on hold. The visible areas of the facility were filthy, making me dread to think about the condition of the hidden sections. I highly recommend against bringing your pets here. They are negligent, extremely expensive, and utterly incompetent. Terrible company.
We left our fur babies at Jet Pet for 11 days and we were over the moon with experience. Our pups happy and healthy when we picked them up even had had baths!!! Jet Pet was quick to text back and answer all questions and send pictures! We were able to watch our pups during feedings and bedtime and talk to them aswell! Our one pup has a sensitive stomach and they sent us a pic of the food to make sure she would be good! They went above and beyond. Will definitely be bringing them back!!!
Our small dog Tokyo had a fantastic stay at Jet Pet for a week and we can say that we feel at ease with their staff taking care of him while were away. They are responsive and did a great job at updating us. Highly recommend!
My two dogs boarded at Jet Pet for a week recently and had the best time. I'm so impressed by the level of care provided by the staff! We were welcomed so warmly when I went to drop them off, and they remembered details about my dogs' health concerns and personalities. I also loved seeing photos of the two of them on instagram. Both my guys are friendly, but one of them is a senior and can get overwhelmed in rowdy and loud environments. He was kept in the kitchen area with other calm/senior pups, where he received lots of attention from the staff and got to take lots of relaxing naps. My other dog is young so he was placed in the "Tiny Tots" room where he got to play and run around all day. I'm an overbearing and slightly paranoid pet mom, and it takes a lot for me to trust a facility with my dogs. But their time at Jet Pet was so great that I'll definitely be boarding them there whenever I travel in the future. I'm so happy I get to enjoy my time away while having the peace of mind that they're being well taken care of. Can't recommend Jet Pet and the wonderful staff enough!
Our Charlie Sheen loved his time at Jet Pet and we loved that he was so well taken care of. He had a great time! He did't want to come home with me when I picked him up. The photos posted area always great to see. Charlie Sheen will definitely be returning for another stay at Jet Pet. Highly recommend Jet Pet.
Marianna and Camila are great at Jet Pet. They are super sweet and helpful. I have been using the daycare for years and they are always great with my two dogs who are full of energy and rambunctious.
We love Adventure Den! The staff are incredible. They are so warm and friendly! I always know my dog is in great care. My dog goes there five days a week and has also done some overnights. I trust the folks at Adventure Den wholeheartedly! I recommend daycare and boarding to anyone in the city! For anyone with long working hours, they’re open early and close late, it’s great!
Harlow is a very high energy border collie puppy who started going to Adventure Den when she was maybe 5 months old. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea that Harlow could potentially have anxiety when she was there as I took it as excitement. The lovely staff noticed her extreme energy and put a weighted vest on her which calmed her down! Showing that she was just a bit anxious. Great communication! We have a large, good natured, overly enthusiastic puppy. Canine Adventure Den has been a wonderful experience for him and us. We have placed him in the doggie day care often, and have left him there for several day stays when we went on holidays. They make sure he doesn’t get overly stimulated, but he has a chance to play with other dogs. He always seems happy to go and calm when he gets home.
This place is a saviour for someone dealing with chronic conditions! I was injured a month after getting my best friend and when my dog's energy gets too high for me to manage, a day of stimulation at the Adventure Den knocks her out for a couple of days. I love picking Takoda up after she is there, because she gets extra droopy skin on her neck as she struggles to stay awake, but most importantly because she is so happy! Everyone I have encountered there has been polite, caring, respectful, and loves my silly pup. It allows me the opportunity to take the time I need to care for myself, and for that I am truly grateful!
Our dog had a better experience than Rex Hotel. Thank you to the staff that creating a welcoming experience for Lj. We will most definitely bring Lj for a longer stay.
Highly recommend Adventure Den for your daycare and overnight dog sitting needs! Pick up and drop off couldn’t be easier and my dog always comes home exhausted after his full day of playing and socializing! The staff are friendly and seem great with the dogs. Bonus points for posting photos and videos of all the dogs on Instagram!
I recently boarded my 3years old recuse dog for the first time, and I was really worried about how he’d handle it due to his past bad experiences. I’m so happy I chose this service! The staff was very caring and always responded promptly to any questions I had about my dog. They made me feel at ease, and my dog seemed good in there. Much appreciated for their care & attention
When I arrived to fetch my fur buddy and he was reluctant to leave after a nine day stay, I knew that he had a great stay at Canine Adventure Den! He was well looked after and I was kept updated on his stay whenever I asked. Very professional and highly recommended! Today he was there for the day and he had another good time - after eating his dinner, he is snoozing, completely tuckered out!
We have been taking our Australian Shepherd dog to Adventure Den for about 2 years. We have put him in daycare and boarding countless times. He loves daycare and the employees there. When we receive him afterward he’s always happy and tired. We have talked to Colm, the assistant manager, a couple of times about our dog and he’s always been understanding and kind, helping us if we had any issues. We highly recommend Adventure Den to anyone! Thank you to everyone who works there for making Julio, our dog’s stay so fun!

Our 18 month old puppy started daycare and life has never been more fun for him. He looks forward to playing with his friends every week and heads out to the beach where he can explore. As a dog parent, I don’t have to worry about him as the staff is exceptional and really do care about dogs. They give us pointers on training and will even spend some time training him. Our puppy comes home very happy which makes it easier for us in the evenings. We are so lucky that we have such exceptional daycare for our little boy!
I take my 9month old energetic Labrador puppy to Noelle’s day care weekly. The staff are all so friendly and skilled! My pup loves going there and I feel at ease that he is well cared for and enjoying the day! Would definitely recommend! I have also taken him to have his nails trimmed by Naoko, who is great!
Noelle's Pet Love was recommended to me by a someone I met at a dog park. I started taking Olive for regular daycare and beach walks since she was 5 months old. She loves going to daycare. She gets to play, gets exercise, gets mental and physical stimulation, and dog training. Olive is well socialized with other dogs and people because of Noelle's Pet Love. Staff is lovely and the hours are very convenient as they offer early drops offs and late pick ups. They even offer boarding and grooming which I have not yet tried but if I ever need it, it's good to know it is available.
My labradoodle has been coming to Noelle’s Daycare since May and we are so happy with their service! I changed my dog’s daycare because she likes being outside and we have the option here to have her go on walks at the beach. I appreciate the handlers taking the time to get to know my dog and work with her personality. They also provide training to ensure all the dogs at the daycare are engaged and can stay together as a pack when they go out. It has been great for me to re-train my dog for basic things that I had not done so well when she was a puppy. I like that Noelle has us work for a while on one training before moving onto the next level. My dog is much more engaged and responsive to me now. I highly recommend Noelle’s for your daycare needs!
Our 11 month old rescue pup Benny started with Noelle when he was 4 months old. He loves going to his "club" and the beach walks are a highlight of his day! Benny has also boarded with Noelle several times including a longstay of 2 weeks over the summer. We appreciate the care, training and professional team who really seem to like Benny! We are new to Noelle’s and have found the staff amazing and the hours convenient. It’s the first time we’ve used a dog daycare and I was nervous to leave our new pup. The staff are so welcoming and attentive, and Nugget loves going there. We really like the videos of their beach walks and I’ve already recommended Noelle’s to our friends!
Noelle’s has been an awesome place for Willa. We transferred to Noelle’s daycare after our previous place shut down and we have been thrilled by how attentive they are to the pups and their wellbeing. When boarding Willa, although we missed her, we knew she was in excellent hands and our anxiety went way down. They also provided regular updates and it was so nice to see her having fun. Highly recommend Noelle’s Pet Love to anyone looking for a safe and dedicated daycare, grooming, and boarding.
When we attended our first session at Noelles Puppy Training Classes my 4-month-old, active miniature pinscher, Coco was nervous and a bit frightened of the other dogs and people. By the last session, her behaviour had improved enormously, as she played with the other puppies and followed commands. She can now sit, stay, drop, leave it, and come when recalled. Sandy is a great trainer; she is very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend her classes. We are already enrolled in the Young Adult training class and can't wait!
Unfortunately my experience with Noelle’s daycare does not reflect the other reviews. Being new to the City, I was looking for a daycare for one of my dogs to attend while at work. He’s been attending daycare since he was old enough to go, without issue. After attending daycare, he started exhibiting aggression towards our other dog at home. I contacted Noelle about this and she suggested hiring Sandy, the behaviourist they have on staff. Fast forward a couple weeks and I’m told that my dog had a bad reaction to another dog but that the other dog was asked to leave the daycare. I was surprised and felt badly but was told the dog had “other issues”. Well the very next day it was my dog being kicked to the curb. I was told someone would reach out to provide me with further info but no one did. To clarify, I’m not ignorant, I know my dog has issues, some of which likely related to all the change that comes with moving. In an email exchange with Noelle I told her I was disappointed to have not heard from her and the lack of feedback I’d received generally, given the amount of money I was spending. Clearly hitting a nerve, she responded that my dog had multiple instances of aggressive behaviour at daycare and that I knew about it. I was genuinely shocked. The only time I was told anything was the one time I happened to meet her in person at pick up when I asked if my dog was ever let off leash during the beach walks, to which she responded yes, but only when the tide was out. Fair enough, but I never saw him off leash in any video except the first one. More upsetting though was that she told me that my dog would never change and this behaviour would continue. Well why had I spent $1100 on her colleague, the behaviourist trainer, then? I’ve now had experiences with daycares across three different provinces and have never had a more negative (or costly) experience. I will give two stars; one for some of the staff who were nice at pick up and drop off and the other for the convenience. Otherwise would not recommend this business to those looking for daycare or a trainer. I’ve worked with many dog trainers over the years and never once have I been told that my dog will never change or been communicated with so rudely. Not every style of training will work with every dog, telling me that would have been sufficient.
We love Noelle’s!! Our boy Fred is always so excited when we pull up, we know he loves it! The fact that they do one on one training and send out videos explaining what to work on at home, really sets them apart from all the other daycares!! We would 10/10 recommend!!
A review won’t be enough to suffice how much I’m grateful and lucky to have found Purrfect Cat Boarding. I had my cat stay there 5 times the past year and everything from accommodation to communication to updates was beyond perfect. Sharon the owner and her staff are very kind and professional. They’ve really looked after my cat when I was away and also acknowledged when it was hard for me to leave my cat when I’m away by giving updates and pictures frequently. My cat loves staying there and got used to the staff and the atmosphere. They really love pets and it’s very clear how caring and loving they are to their clients and their cats. Highly recommend this place for your furry pet if you’re on the look out. Their service is superb and I’m gonna miss having them close by to look after my cat.
The team at Purrfect Cat Boarding are the most lovely people. They were so gentle and attentive to my cat’s needs, as it was her first time boarding with other cats and I was nervous if she would adjust. They understood my cat’s comfort level and gradually adjusted her to the boarding routine. I appreciated all the photo and videos as well while I was travelling. Picking her up today and seeing how well groomed and happy she was made me so thankful for this teams good care of my cat. Purrfect Cat Boarding always gives Daisy the best care whenever we need to be away from home. The staff is always super friendly and you can tell they really care and treat each cat that stays with them as if their own. They send photo and video updates regularly during the stay and are fairly easy to reach if there are any concerns. We were very anxious and worried the first time we had to leave Daisy for a trip but now it’s almost a no-brainer for us because we know and trust that Purrfect Cat Boarding will give Daisy a safe and comfortable stay akin to home.
Do NOT book with this purrrrfectfly HORRIBLE boarding company...unless-- --you want your cat to be in extreme distress for their entire stay --receive irregular updates only 3 times in a 6 day stay, all saying he is a shy cat and all showing clear signs of distress, he is not normally shy and very outgoing. he did not eat his entire stay. -- video updates of your cat clearly meowing in distress and the staffer recording it to be laughing while recording your cat in distress--only a moron would think that is "cute" --retrieve your cat reeking of mothballs and all his bedding you had to bring ( the cages are just wood shelves --false advertising on the coziness of the rooms, bedding and "kitty lounge" more like " lets see how many more kitty cages can we fit in here while still calling it a kitty "lounge" while its essentially a storage space with fluorescent lighting and cat trees DOES NOT look like video --no way to reach their buisness by phone , email only --a heap of rules and regulations -- having to pay in full several MONTHS ahead of time before your trip --only 60 day advance notice cancellation policy i have nothing positive to say about this place. ive never been so worried about my little guy and never felt less reassured that his hired guardians are do anything to help the situation, let alone going above and beyond to make sure he finds some peace and comfort in his day. i do not believe they tried to play with him or comfort him when out of his cage. i realize cats are easily stressed in new places but my little guy has lots of travelling under his belt, a multitude of road trips, flights and layovers he has experienced and various destinations and hotels and ive never seen him so distressed hours and hours after we return home. its like his brain is stuck in a loop of distress meowing...VERY dissapointed. WILL NOT be returning!!! attached video is of him 3 days in, NOT in kitty lounge ( never got any footage of him in that area btw) but some kind of staff kitchen???!! note the laughing at his distress-- this is NOT "cute" this is obviously animal in distress, this company and its staff are not in tune with cat care and their behaviour signals. I myself am a very experienced animal care giver, i am on the Rover app as a petsitter (cats and dogs)and dog walker, and i feel my perspective is a fair and a well informed one.
We had been boarding our cat for years in South Surrey until they unexpectedly closed down. We had planned a 3.5 week vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary but had nowhere to board our baby. A family member suggested Purrfect Cabins. We called the owner Kat and booked an appointment to view the cabins. They were beautiful with AC, elevated perches,windows to view the outside. Also a pet door to and outside patio. The owner Kat is a total animal lover! She sent us emails and pics every few days. I don’t think Lola wanted to come home. We felt so at ease that she was safe,happy and loved! Thank you Kat!
Went away for the weekend, we felt comfortable leaving our older cat at home for a couple of days but our little four month old kitten Nala is a little rascal and needs a little extra tlc (and eyes in the back of your head she’ll get into everything!) so we took her to Purrfect Cat Boarding and were blown away the team here are AMAZING. I was heartbroken to leave Nala for a few days but was reassured immediately from check in everything is so beautifully set up for the cats to feel calm and at home and the play space has everything for a cat to have the best adventure or lounge whatever their vibe is! What really makes it though is the team here, there is such genuine care for each cat, regular photos and videos and updates on how they are eating/using the litter tray etc and what they are getting up to. They really take the time to get to know the cats and their personality and help them engage in the space and keep them safe. Highly recommend, will definitely bring Nala here again in the future ❤️
Left our little Jellybean at Purrfect for 4 days and would definitely recommend and rebook again. This was the first time we have boarded Jellybean and we were very anxious as it was her first time being away from home. We were provided with updates, pictures and videos over her 4 day stay which was very comforting. Check in and check out was super easy and her little room was very clean. Purrfect Cat Boarding took such good care of our Kisa while we were travelling. We got regularly sent updates and photos of her so we never had to worry about how she was doing. Kisa was nervous when we left her and lost her appetite but on the second or third day she was eating again, thanks to the staff who gave her all the love and attention she needed. When we picked her up she was happy and healthy and not so eager to leave the new friends she had made :) Thank you Purrfect Cat Boarding!
Love this place! I'm allergic to cats but the place is kept clean and fresh to the point where I had no problems when walking in. Their facility looks exactly like the pictures on their website and social media, very home-like and cozy. I can tell they absolutely love cats and treat every one of them as if they're their own. I easily get worried about my cat but their updates let you know what's going on while giving you an ease of mind. My cat wasn't eating so they let me know their plan of action every step of the way to try and entice my kitty to eat. That even included going out of their way to offer different kinds of food they had themselves to see if my kitty wanted to try something else. They even ask for permission first before doing anything. Makes me feel like my cat was very well taken care of and that they care about a lot about their customers. I know they try their absolute best with every cat with the way they talk about the other cats when I was there to drop off my cat. From tending to their different needs to actually getting to know the cats themselves. I definitely recommend coming here!
Fiona at Vancouver Pet Care is pretty special. My husband and I had been nervous about bringing in someone who we’d not met before to care for our cats … but Fiona put us at ease pretty quickly. We’ve never lost that sense of confidence and ease in having Fiona come into our home while we’re away. It’s such a pleasure – and a relief – to have her to depend on. It’s clear that Fiona cares about the work she does and has a great affinity for animals. I love getting the pics and mini videos of our two wee beings from her, allowing us to be relaxed while away from them. We highly recommend Fiona if you’re in need of a pet sitter!

Fiona is fantastic - I recommend her to everyone. She is responsible, reliable, friendly and my usually-shy dog loves her. She has always found a way to flex her schedule to fit us in when we really needed it - for a last minute work emergency, or when I hurt my knee and suddenly needed help with walks every day. She also always sends adorable photos of my dog having a blast. She is knowledgable about dogs and training and has always been really effective working with my dog even when he was a 100+lbs of puppy energy.

Fiona! Where do I even start!! We had her stay for four nights; This is the first time I had to leave my dog with someone and she took away all the uncertainty. Ken and Yvonne are the most amazing care takers for my dog Noah and my parents Dogs Murphy and Dexter. The love and care that they have for all the pets (family members) that they look after is simply incredible. We have been with them for well over 4 years now and cannot recommend them enough. I made arrangements while I was in the US to drop off Noodle on a Friday. However, due to mishaps on my accomodations, they immediately took her in as soon as I landed Vancouver. It was a last minute request and they are very nice folks. I will bring my dog to them again. Ken and Yvonne are really nice. When I was picking up Noodle, they felt they were being separated from their grandchild, Ken’s arm on Yvonne’s shoulder as they bid us goodbye. Noodle would climb up to Ken’s lap as soon as he sat on the couch. Noodle became more affectionate when we returned to the US. Yvonne paid attention to the needs of the other dogs as well. Fed 3x a day plus treats and lots of hugs. They are really wonderful! I will bring Noodle back to them on my next trip.
This is the best place to take your pup! Ken and Yvonne have exceptional dog care skills. Whenever we take our Suka there we consider it a vacation for her as she loves them like Aunti and Uncle! Thank you both for being so wonderful and considerate!
The owners were wonderful and really helped us out of a bind. We had to go on a trip and we had planned to leave Kevin with another boarder. The other dog wasn’t really happy with a new 4 month puppy joining so we couldn’t leave him there. We were leaving the following day so now we had to find someone to leave our puppy with who we trusted. After meeting with them and having a long conversation you could tell they were great with dogs. Kevin instantly felt at home. So we felt comfortable leaving him there. We would get regular updates and pictures and when we picked up Kevin after 6 long days apart he looked happy and tired (must have played the whole time). I would highly recommend Marpole Dog Walking. 5 stars for sure! Very impressed!
Ken and Yvonne are just the best with dogs! They are caring, experienced and my dog absolutely loves them. I have dropped off my dog with them for the day on several occasions so she can get some exercise and play with other dogs. I have also left her with them for one month while I was on a trip last year and they took very good care of my dog. They are probably one of the very few people that I would trust to leave my dog with. Highly recommend!!

Ken and Yvonne are truly amazing - professional, caring, competent and amazing with dogs. They made an impression with me from the initial call inquiring about their services, to picking our puppy Rodney after 2 nights boarding, and everything in between to assure us that he was doing well and sending pictures too! I was particularly nervous about boarding because Rodney was assessed at another dog boarding place and they had to cancel our reservation due to fear aggression he showed when he stopped by for an hour visit. When I told Ken about this experience and to warn him, he was confident with their abilities to manage Rodney and didn’t hesitate to take him in still. They gave Rodney lots of exercise, socialization with other dogs and just as an important love like he gets at home. Rodney was really happy and so tired when he got home. We will definitely come here again!!

Honestly wish I could give this more than 5 stars. We've used Angel's services a couple times now and couldn't be happier with the results. She treats every dog with so much care and love as if they were her own. Going on vacation is always tough when we can't bring Remi but it's a comforting feeling knowing she's also getting an amazing vacation experience with Angel. We would be getting regular updates via their Instagram page with posts showing all the activities they are doing and how much Remi is enjoying her stay. Highly Recommended!
Angel and her partner have been sitting my dog for over a year and I cannot recommend them enough!! Angel really cares for the dogs she sits, and is excellent with communication. We receive constant updates. Our dog is a puller on leash, but Angel handles him well, and he is better at walking when I pick him up. They take the dogs out multiple times a day, and there are no shortage of new treats for our pup to enjoy! Thank you Angel! :)
My dog Honey did boarding for 8 days. They treated her like a princess. I have a hard time trusting people with her and they went above and beyond. She got treats, training, hikes, walks, massages, and even a bath and trim. They posted videos and pictures everyday on their instagram too. I'm so happy I found them and will definitely be bringing her back for daycare days as well. Thank you for giving Honey so much love and care!
We LOVE Little Angel's Dogs! Angel and her husband take very good care of our dog. We have a Shiba who can be stubborn and doesn't like stranger to touch him but he's well adapted in the daycare. This is his very first day care experience at the age of 3 and he LOVES it. Angel didn't only take care of him but also clean his teeth (which is impossible for us to do), suggested a better diet (now my dog's stool is all healthy), trained him on going off leash. The most important is the constant updates with photos, videos and messages. My dog loves going there with the opportunity to play with other dogs and young kids. He basically ran to Angel when we dropped him off. I would recommend any dog owners to go there!
Angel and her husband takes GREAT care of Shabu when we were away. We see pictures of Shabu playing with all the other dogs—so thankful for the opportunity to learn to socialize. Angel gives them fun treats and takes them out to let off all the pent up energy. She even gave us great feedback on how he plays in the group.
After sending my baby boy to another daycare for 2 years I decided to try little angels dogs and when I say I feel BLESSED I mean it by heart. I had a mild fear of trying new daycare as my dog is very small & gets very nervous and timid around new people/bigger dogs. By day 3 of going to angel , he dragged me all the way to the front door of the place & didn’t even look back at me once when she came to get my dog (ouch?😂) She is amazing and very knowledgeable about dogs and takes good care of all the dogs. I’m relieved to go to work knowing that my dog is getting love&care and love that she sends photo updates throughout the day for extra peace of mind.
I write this review almost holding back tears of joy and gratitude. The circumstances leading up to me using Angel and her husband for boarding was anything less than a miracle. Angel is like the dog whisperer. I was fearful to hand over my mom’s dog to her as he has been a fearful little guy since day 1. He has recently gone blind and had basically lost his zeal for life. He would only sleep and was very depressed due to his blindness . Angel brought life back into his him. I was amazed at all the videos and pictures she sent me with kimchi (the dog) running and jumping and thriving with a OTHER DOGS (this never happened before) and going on off leash walks and just being happy and joyful again. She bathed him- examined his teeth - recommended a new feeding scheduled and new types of foods /treats and even let him sleep with her so he could feel safe in the night . Honestly this boarding place is none like I’ve ever seen- Angel is MEANT to do this. Age does it for the heart and genuinely LOVES dogs. Her and her husband work with animal rescue agencies as well and they are just overall kind and those types of people you don’t find much of in this topsy turvy world. Don’t hesitate to use their services your fur baby will be in THE BEST hands ever. If you can check out her instagram page of all the adventure the dogs go on - and all the treats and food they get not to mention just how happy and safe all the dogs look. I will be using Angels services again and again in the future:)
Angel has known Pumbaa since I adopted him last year and has been part of his growing process. Both Angel and Marko are our go-to people when we are busy and need someone we trust to take care of Pumbaa. We use them for both daycare and boarding services. They take care of all the dogs as their own, and often gives updates regarding any changes they may observe. They also pay attention to any extra care Pumbaa may need and provides suggestions and help (for example, when Pumbaa had sore paws, she even lent us some Wellies and a mud buster to help him). All the dogs who enter their house are well loved, well fed, well walked and well looked after 💕
Angel has taken care of our dogs, Mochi (our 4-year-old Maltipoo) and Milo (our 8-year-old Pomchi) many times, most recently from November 20–30 while we were on vacation. We can’t imagine trusting anyone else with them for a few reasons. First of all, Angel is so generous with treats-- she cares about giving them the best of the best, using only high-quality ingredients for their snacks (and the treats are free!). Mochi and Milo even get to sleep on her bed, which says a lot about how much she genuinely loves them. One of the biggest reasons we switched to Angel is because of how well she takes care of their health. Our old dog sitter wasn’t feeding them properly and making them exercise excessively, and Mochi actually lost 1 kilo which freaked us out. But with Angel, they’re always fed well, getting the right balance of food and exercise, and they’ve never lost weight while staying with her. They come back happy and healthy every single time. We really appreciate Angel bathing + brushing Milo twice during their past stay because he’s been shedding a lot. And not only does she spoil them, but she also helps us become better dog owners by teaching us tips on training them to behave better around strangers and in general. We really love the daily updates she sends us (photos and videos) on WhatsApp because it feels like we’re still connected to them even when we’re far away. It’s super comforting to know what they’re up to throughout the day. And when we pick them up, they smell amazing and are super clean. With our old sitter, we used to dread pick-up day because the dogs would come back filthy and messy—we’d have to bathe them and even get haircuts done immediately. But with Angel, they come back perfect. We can tell Angel really, really loves our dogs-- It’s such a relief and blessing having found her and knowing our dogs are in safe hands as we also love Mochi and Milo a lot. She has such a kind heart, and we’re so grateful for all the love and care she shows our babies. Thank you Angel!
I've been taking my dog Lady here since she was a small pup. I know if she likes a place or not by how she reacts when we return: lets just say she completely forgets about me when she sees owner, Dave. Her best pals are now the ones she plays with here everyday. I take her there five days a week as my job prevents me from being able to watch her throughout the week, and rest easy knowing she's under the care of Dave and his kind staff. I highly recommend this place.
Cara has been going to puppy daycare for a week. She loves it and I love the fact she comes home happy, exercised to the full and all of that frenetic puppy energy is spent. Best investment I’ve made to give her a solid start to her life with me. And, Dave is brilliant - a kind of dog whisperer. Give yourself a break and let Embarkadero do some of the heavy lifting- puppies are hard work. Cara will be going there for a good, long time. Superlative, no nonsense care.🙏🏻
Pepper loves coming here, and always has a great time! The staff take excellent care of her and always remember her. The location is the highlight for us - I work nearby and it's such a great advantage to be able to drop her off there.
I have a 5 month old puppy that was afraid of people and dogs. When I reached to CityDog we talked a lot about it, the owner was happy to give me tips and show me the place. He went in person to introduce my puppy to the pack which was accepted super fast. He is very good to apply corrections if needed in case of excitement or others, what I didn't find on other dog cares. I didn't want to leave my puppy in a dog care where people don't know about dog behavior and acts like a dog park. I wanted my puppy to build a foundation and learn acceptable behaviors and I found it with City dog. My puppy now is more confident and don't panic when see people. Super recommend. We’ve taken our pup Riggs to Citydog daycare since he was four months old, he’s now 9 months. They are very flexible and prices are good. Dave the owner is attentive and ensures the dogs play with like minded pups. They always recognized Riggs (we only went one day a week). Riggs loved going there. Sadly we have moved away and are looking for comparable service.
I highly recommend city dogs daycare! I've been taking my puppy since she was 15 weeks old (8 months ago). I was nervous to leave her there at first but it became apparent after a couple of days that she loved going! It helped her work on her social skills and she's a more confident and friendly puppy for having spent so much time there. All the staff are lovely and you can tell they know all the dogs and understand the social dynamics meaning good interaction and outcomes for your dog. Also very well priced!!
Our pup Cali has made so many friends at CityDog. When we are at the local park in the evening or on the weekend, and I see her quickly start playing with another dog I ask "Does your dog go to daycare?" and owners respond something like "Yes at CityDog! Oh that's why they are such fast friends!" It's happened multiple times now. When we moved to Yaletown I was so stressed about what we would do - we had private care for her in the burbs, but we didn't know anyone that could take her here in the City. A friend recommended CityDog from having seen them walking the dogs in the neighbourhood. I did extensive research - turned out they are the only daycare in the area that walks the dogs! We had worked so hard on house training, I didn't want her somewhere that let her go to the bathroom anywhere she pleased, so the fact that she gets a couple walks a day with their team was a huge factor. Cali doesn't smell when we pick her up (like at previous daycares I've used for my dogs of the past), she is happy and I think she really loves her time playing with her friends while we are at work. She has a lot of energy so it's good that in the evenings she's more calm, having played all day. Also, our schedules change so sometimes we take her and sometimes we don't need to and it's all good - no appointments needed after the initial visit and background check (your dog has to have all their shots) - so we are free to take her as needed and the flexibility of that is great. Also, CityDog arranged adorable pictures with Santa at Christmas time and celebrated Cali's birthday too! Honestly I wasn't expecting such amazing attention for our pup - I've even shown up to see Dave playing his guitar and singing to the dogs - so sweet. Highly recommend CityDog! We love Dave and the CityDog team, so grateful to have them in our neighbourhood.
City Dog has been such a gift to my dog Perkins. Perkins is a rescue and needed a lot of special attention when he started to socialize there. Dave at was amazing at helping him to feel safe and helping him come out of his shell. He loves this place and loves to play with the other dogs there. Thank you!

Dave is the best, hands down!!! Lots of small dogs, there's always 2 of them there watching the dogs at all times. No kennels. Dave does an amazing job introducing the dogs. He's there early and stays late. My dog is absolutely pooped by the time he comes back. Well priced fpr the area. Great service. Highly recommend this place. A few Bostons, lots of frenchies, a good mix of small dogs. There's about 20 dogs there and from what I've seen, Dave has them behaving and playing well with each other.
Catcouver and their amazing sitter, Chie, went above and beyond to care for my cat, Eggroll. The entire process was seamless—booking and payment were so easy, and they always responded to emails quickly, which made everything stress-free. Chie’s communication was fantastic. She sent daily updates with photos (even taking photos of Eggy hiding under the bed and in the closet haha) that reassured me Eggroll was in the best hands. Eggroll is an elderly, super shy cat who doesn’t warm up to people easily, but Chie was so patient with him. She gave him the space he needed to feel comfortable, and within just a couple of days, he was greeting her at the door! Her calm and caring approach made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful to Chie and Catcouver for their exceptional care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommend them to every pet owner I know.
First time booking for 3 days of my 2 weeks vacation, everything was so easy and friendly! Gael was great and my cat Tuna instantly loves him. I got daily updates and pics also to make sure everything is fine and Gael also checked for her needs. The feeder ran out of food due to my miscalculation and I was so relieved that I got Gael came in since otherwise Tuna won’t get her food. Thank you for everything! It’s nice also to know that I now have a reliable catsitter to contact for future vacations!
We have had Catcouver look after our cats several times while we were on Vacation and Andrea did a wonderful job. One of our cats needed insulin shots daily and we didn’t need to worry because everything was handled perfectly. Also, we appreciated receiving a photo of the cats and a daily update.
Nicole took amazing care of Babette! Babette is shy due to a traumatic early life, but within a week she fell in love with Nicole -- a sure sign of an expert cat-sitter. I'm so glad Nicole will be taking care of Babette for my next two trips!
We've depended on Catcouver twice now for long trips away and they've been a delight to work with. Angela has been an amazing cat-sitter and very attentive to the small things that prevent our cats from feeling lonely. Highly recommend!

Nicole was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure that our 2 cats felt loved and cared for while we were away. She also sent us videos of her visits to reassure us that they were doing well. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful and caring person to care for our little boys. Catcouver made it very easy to find someone!
We were so fortunate to get Andrea for our sitter while we were away recently! One of our cats is a shy FIP survivor with ongoing issues that can pop up during stressful times. Our other cat is an outgoing, playful, very big adolescent who can get anxious and destructive. I like that Catcouver sitters have vet assistant-level experience at minimum, as I was concerned about leaving our cats alone on overnights for the first time ever. But no extra care was needed! Not only did the boys do very well while we were away, Andrea sent daily updates with photos to show it. It was really nice to watch their facial expressions go from unsure/tense on the first day to happy/relaxed and curious on the last day!! We could absolutely tell Andrea was giving our playful kitty the exercise and care he needed. He has a hotspot on his paw that he will lick if he’s bored or stressed - we did expect he would start licking it, because he is attached to my husband and gets anxious when he’s away. He hasn’t touched the hotspot!! Total bonus!! We were especially pleased with the attention to detail in our home when we returned. (Scooped litter garbage was taken out, toys put away, food and litter area were clean.) This is another bonus as our cats are messy and we in no way expected anything above simply caring for the boys. We are SO happy with Catcouver; it’s been a pleasure from first contact onwards and would strongly recommend choosing them, look no further!
My first time using Catcouver and I found it incredibly easy to book and they were very responsive. Tanya was absolutely fabulous and obviously loves cats! She took great care of my cat Tattie and provided me updates while I was away. I was initially worried about using a service like this but now am confident that Tattie will be well looked after when I travel.
Samson is our 12 year old Australian Shepherd and we recently lost our other 12 year old Aussie so we wanted to try somewhere new to board him (we travel often) but at the same time were hesitant to use a commercial boarding facility where there would be a lot of different dogs everyday because of daycare and on the day we took Samson for his assessment there were quite a few dogs there. The staff at Jet Pet North Shore were friendly and welcoming, took time to ask questions and made us comfortable, they seem to care and want dogs with good demeanours. They introduced Samson to the pack and he spent time with one of the staff so they could assess him around the other dogs. We were given a tour of the facility which was very clean and well organized, each dog has a ‘cubby’ in the kitchen where they keep their food and belongings. We like the fact that they separate the dogs into 3 groups for play (small, medium, large) and there is a staff member with each group, there is an inside and an outside play space. They have a good schedule with group playtime in the mornings and afternoons and also have individual quiet time at lunch and in the evenings. Each dog has an individual sleeping room (many different sizes to choose from) and there is a picture of the dog along with info about them posted on their room door. When we picked Samson up from his assessment he was happy so we decided to board him for 4 nights. Samson is a sweet and gentle boy with a very good temperament, gets along with all dogs but at home he is a people loving ‘Velcro’ dog who loves to be petted, give kisses and be acknowledged. Jet Pet has a UTube channel and live camera for half an hour in the afternoons for each group, (you can also watch previous days) but we knew we wouldn’t be able to access it where we were going so we asked Anna (the manager) if they could send us photos while we were away. Anna was wonderful, she sent updates and photos (even a short video clip) and took time to do so even on her day off which we greatly appreciated! When we picked Samson up he was excited and happy to see us but didn’t seem like he was in a hurry to leave so we think he was treated well in our absence. Anna said she kept Samson in the front office with her his first morning so he had some ‘quiet time’ with a human to help him get used to being in a different setting and this demonstrated she really cares! They had taken the time to wash a t-shirt we had left with him as he had an accident the first night. Samson has been sleeping lots since his return (likely needs to catch up on his rest) but he is as calm as he usually is and we believe he was well taken care of! We will be boarding him again at Jet Pet North Shore and may even take him back for the odd daycare day. Thank you to all the staff (especially Anna) and Samson will see you again soon!
Original review (update at the end): Unprofessional and unreliable. To summarize, my Border collie, Freya's experience @jetpetresort_northshore didn't turn out well because they lock the dogs in at night with no one checking for hours, so she scratched their wall. They're charging me for 4 nights despite me going to pick her up after 1 night's stay, and they claim that the scratches are "at least $450 worth of damages" which is ridiculous... I offered to pay a certified handyman $30/hr to fix it (they replied no, they have own contractor). Yesterday & today their pet cams didn't even work so I said I wasn't impressed and wanted a refund for the remaining 3 nights due to their "Smile Smile Guarantee" refund policy, which they won't honour. Furthermore, they claimed I sent instagram messages saying I was satisfied with the service... I didn't even contact them through there. Needless to say, I'm never recommending Jet Pet again, and I'll be disputing the payment with my credit card provider. Update - Anna, the manager, did stay until closing to have a courteous chat with me to clear the air. Although I didn't receive a refund, she iterated that they asked me to pick up Freya for her best interest since she's not a good candidate for boarding due to anxiety, and this would be tough to troubleshoot. However Jet Pet Resort staff do think she's a good and sociable dog. They would like me to return for day care and offered me a free day in the future (instead of a refund) and are not charging me for the scratches in her room. Anna accepted my feedback to re-word their satisfaction guarantee policy and said their facilities had a night watch in the past, but they didn't have enough revenue to continue hiring and it made no difference to quality of care?. Jet Pet does monitor the guests via overhead cameras... but there's no employee on site from 7pm until 7am the next day. After the above discussion I changed my rating to an amicable 3 stars.
Our new black lab puppy has been going to Jet Pet for a couple months now, and I can’t imagine a happier, more caring and safe environment for her to socialize, grow, and learn. Every staff member that I’ve met seems committed to the well-being of each pet, right from entering their facility, to keeping our pets safe, engaged, and clean for pickup at the end of the day. Both our cat and pup stayed overnight for a week, and they both were perfectly well-cared for. This was the second time I have left Zena at jetpet. I was so happy with my experience. They were very kind and helpful considering my anxiety of leaving her. The staff are very comforting and helpful when dropping off and picking up. I got to see her play every day in the beautiful outdoor yard on the u tube videos and check on her at night. We’re so happy and relieved to have found JetPet! Our dog has long-standing fear reactivity issues with new people in our home, making at-home dog sitting impossible for us. The staff at JetPet have been incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating with our dog’s anxiety and reactivity. We recently left her for a 5-night stay and loved being able to watch a portion of her day on the YouTube channel. We could see that she was comfortable hanging out with the small or medium dog group and around the yard staff. We also loved checking in on her through Instagram stories. We will be boarding her here for all of our future travels!
It seemed some body kept deleting my review!!! My dog Lemon had three days (November 8 to November 10 ,2023) boarding first time. We booked a grand room with camera, we could know what she was doing in her room. I found she looked bored and pleased Jet pet her some toys, they were nice and gave her. We went back home from trip yesterday.we picked her up in the afternoon on November 10,2023, we gave her a shower and found swollen parts under her arms, a long fresh red part around her neck. All the red swollen parts were under harness. I emailed Jet Pet hoping to know what happened immediately.Nobody answered me. I guessed that someone pulled her very hard and the harness scratched her skin too much and hurt her skin. My son cried when he saw the swollen skin.Today(November 11,2023),we brought Lemon to see her veterinary , the doctor gave her some medicine and cream.
Our two pups have had many great stays at Jet Pet. Both dogs are very excited when we drop them off (one is a Border Collie who would not go inside if she wasn’t happy ). Great staff and great facility.
Jet Pet was amazing for Pepper’s first daycare experience and sleep away from home. For a high energy breed I was a bit worried but the kind and caring staff put me at ease right away. She stayed five nights and I felt totally comfortable- the play cams and Instagram updates showed her having a great time! She was given naps as I requested and the staff followed my other care instructions as requested. They also gave her a bath before home time and washed her bed and blanket. She was happy to see me but didn’t want to leave! Happy smiles from her stay.
It was Lucky’s first time to be in a dog boarding place. Jack and the team have made a pleasant and welcoming experience to Lucky. Kate did a wonderful job in walking us through the process. Lucky was a happy boy when we picked him up after 3-days. Thank you everyone and Lucky will surely come back to see you all again.
JetPet is under new management and it is like a whole new facility! The exterior outdoor yard and the interior have been upgrade over the past months with no disruptions to care or service. Best of all my dog lives the staff and is so happy to arrive and be greeted by her human friends. When I pick her up she is happy and tired. The staff are faithful to take pictures throughout the day so you can get a ‘sense’ of the day. My pup is camera shy, a diva and photogenic…but they try! Thanks so much Kurtis and team! Jane S.
