First and foremost, Vee is a lovely person. We warmed to her immediately. Her communication throughout the entire process was great. As was her flexibility in meeting our Doberman Mabel, a few times in advance of her stay here, to ensure they were friends. Vee did absolutely everything that could have been expected of her. She took copious notes on her orientation visits and acted upon them. Mabel loves her now. We think she’s really missing all the attention and cuddles she received in copious amounts whilst we were away. Vee ensured we knew that Mabel was fine the entire time of her stay. Sending videos and photos and regular texts to put our minds at ease. We returned home to find that not only had Vee left our home in an immaculate state of cleanliness, but she also stripped her bed and put that in the washing machine for us. We also arrived back to a lovely thank you card and a personal gift of an embroidered picture of Mabel. In short, Vee is a star. Totally trustworthy and genuinely caring and attentive. We are extremely grateful to her and would have no hesitation of welcoming her back in our home. Thanks Vee!!
