Kari was great to work with. The pups are strict with their routine and will let you know what they need. Sheldon definitely has a personality. Lunabean and Murphy have lots of energy. The 3 pups are a strong family unit, and while they accepted our dog fairly easily, there was a little jealousy when we were giving our dog attention. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful in a nice part of Bend with lots of activities close by.
I was at Andrea and Ken's place for about four weeks with their lovely little cat Cleo (Miss) and it was a really nice place to be especially having come straight from six weeks pet sitting and travelling in Spain. I was sorely in need of a restful environment and the sit ticked all the boxes in that regard. The house is beautifully designed with a really homely and friendly feel...lots of colour and a GREAT cd collection....and again having been on the road for awhile it was very nice to sit and listen to some decent music. It snowed while I was on the sit and so I stayed in a lot of the time but never got bored with good cat company. I found things worked best with Cleo by not crowding her as initially she is quite shy. Bit by bit she became more confident and in the last week happily spent most nights curled up purring on my bed. She even let me rub her belly which is not usual with most cats. I got a great photo of her curled up in my bag when I was packing to leave and would like to think she was saying thanks for spending some time with me. A lovely cat and missed. With regard to the location it is ideal . At night there is just about no noise on the street yet you only walk 100 mtrs and you are on Finchley Road with everything you might need with regard to supermarket, shops, pubs , cafes and restaurants. The train station is a two minute walk with regular trains into the heart of London. Buses go in all directions from Finchley Road. Andrea and Ken are great hosts who are genuinely interested in you getting the most from your stay and made me most welcome when my arrival overlapped with them leaving. I can thoroughly recommend this sit.
Alexa and Timber were amazing! The house is beautiful and in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Alexa is so welcoming and kind. We had a great time with Timber even to the point where my children asked to leave the beach and go back to the house to play with him:-). Without a doubt would sit for them again.
Our stay in London was absolutely fantastic. We loved to take care of Mulan, taking her on walks 3 times a day. She truly is the sweetest dog - super cuddly, fun to be around, loves playing with kids and running around. We had such a fun time with her, and loved having the company while working from home. On top of that, Andy & Ana are a lovely couple who we really enjoyed spending a bit of time with. We will be back :) Candice & Matt
Linda was lovely to deal with and provided a very helpful introduction. Her apartment was beautifully decorated and had all I needed to be comfortable. It was also within easy walking distance of some lovely parks and cafes. Sunday was a pleasure to take care of - she was so adorable and well behaved. I really enjoyed my time at Linda’s place with the super cute company of Sunday. Thank you Linda & Sunday!
Dawn and Steve were wonderful homeowners and it has been a pleasure for us to spend a month in their beautiful house in the middle of the jungle surrounded by toucans and butterflies. Snoopy, Sami, Cali and Willy are super lovely cats and Smookie is the sweetest dog on earth. We highly recommend this place and its owners.
