Nadin and Verena were wonderful sitters! They arrived earlier and we spent a very nice evening in a tapas bar in the village and had enough time to hand over. They both developed very quickly a relationship with my cat Floby and it was obvious that they have cats themselves and are very familiar with them. They regularly sent updates, pictures and videos, including some very funny ones. :) They also took good care of watering the garden. The contact was relaxed and I could fully enjoy my time abroad being sure that everything was going well. I can fully recommend both as sitters! Thank you Nadin and Verena for your time and care for Floby. You are welcome back at any time. :)

Anna was a great house sitter - she was very easy to communicate with and sent us regular updates and photos of the cats. The house was also spotlessly clean when we came home. We’d be delighted to have her sit for us again in future!

Nanni

Nanni was a pleasure to be in contact with in the lead up to the trip and flexible with her travels plans due to slightly awkward flight times on my side, which I really appreciated. I received daily updates of her adventures with Taiga and her adorable dog Max, she even got Taiga eating carrots (her new favourite thing!) Taiga came into season just before I left, which was unexpected and not ideal as it’s an added responsibility. Nanni had clearly read up about it to understand how best to look after T (her dog is a boy), which I was grateful for. She also took Taiga in a dog carrier with the bike that she hadn’t done before and was patient with her to get her comfortable with it. Max is a wonderful, calm dog, who was a great influence (and very patient) with Taiga who has just turned one. You can tell that Nanni is a true animal lover as she seemed to understand T’s behaviour and communication from the get go. When I came home I could tell that Taiga completely trusted Nanni and had had a wonderful time with her. That flat was lovely and clean to come home to and Nanni checked in with about the house plants whilst I was away as well. Thank you so much Nanni for taking such wonderful care of Taiga whilst I was away for a week. I’m so grateful she had such a wonderful week with you and I felt completely relaxed when I was away that she was in great hands! If you’re thinking of having Nanni as a house/pet sitter, go for it! She’s amazing!

Tad

From the moment we got hold off Tad and Annelore, there was pleasant and reliable communication. Driving from Ostria they arrived for dinner the evening before to be introduced to our dogs, cat and house. The almost 10 days this friendly and experienced couple passed by very smoothly, leaving the house behind near and clean for the next sitters. Thanks so much, always welcome for another sit. Martin & Diana

Martin, Diana and Luna sat for my 3 cats in the week of 1-7 January. They were organised about their arrival, self-sufficient in travel and arranging for food etc especially taking into account the public holidays in that week. During their stay they took good care of the cats, and sent me photos and videos on request. On a personal note, Diana and Martin are very nice people, and pleasant to chat to. Luna is a real cutie!

Petra, Tibor and their kids were great. We are so satisfied with them. Even we saw them only for few hours we have feeling like we have a new friends. Before we meet, we communicated through whatsup, had a 2 videocalls, and had clear and nice communication. They took good care of a dogs and we will be happy to see them again.

Anna

Anna and her daughter were wonderful! They sent us cute pictures of Iris and Nino and we could tell the bunnies felt happy and secure when we got home. They took awesome care of the house and washed all the sheets and towels before we got home! They are super caring and I'd highly recommend them to anyone :)

Kati was very organised and left the flat very clean. She sent us regular updates of Leila, who seemed to be very well taken care of.

Jakub & Zuzana

Jakub & Zuzana and their children were perfect house sitters and pet sitters. They took amazing care of my little dog over the three week stay. They were very thoughtful towards his health, also his food and exercise needs. They even brought him a chew toy, now his favourite toy. They played with him and even taught him some new commands! Jakub and the whole family also looked after the house really well and left it amazingly tidy and clean. I am so grateful to Jakub and his family and can recommend them to anyone who wants the best pet and house sitters.

This is the 2nd time Steven did the sitting with Toffee. He is very caring and calm.Toffee was very happy and healthy during the stay. Steven is reliable,organized.The apartment was more organized and clean whne we came back. He is amazing. we are looking forward to have him again.

Iain & Jessica

I had a lovely time with Iver in his beautiful house close to the Hudson River, as the last fall leaves fell… I have worked with several hundred dogs, and each was unique, and Iver is truly one-of-a-kind baby beasty with sooo much personality. I loved his regal yet puppyish demeanor. 
It’s a very special house in a very pretty, quite fancy, yet funky town (if you know where to look). Jessica put a lot of care into making sure I enjoyed her home and I spent my first night with Iver in a sparkling house with a fresh loaf of bread (which she got for me!) to start with. I also went to pick up the CSA three times, which was certainly ideal for dinner planning.  You get the idea- it was all very ideal. 

Iver needs a caregiver who will give him all the love and attention he deserves, and I was really glad to be able to take him regularly to the gorgeous Greenport Conservation area nearby, with its lovely views. Im moving relatively nearby so can’t wait to see him again!

Lesley

Lesley and Ivan were very friendly and  welcoming owners. Ivan picked us up from the airport and on the journey back recounted the traumatic tale of their greyhound injuring herself chasing a hare that day. Lesley cooked us a lovely meal on arrival. They provided us a car for the duration and so we were able to take the dog to the vets every other day. The vet spoke perfect English and was superb in her care for the dog and by the end of our visit was almost back to full health. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to get out in the car and visit some of the pretty towns such as St.Brieuc and Dinan. Miah the other dog, was very easy to care for, so overall we enjoyed our time there.

I loved housesitting for Angie. CiCi, the chihuahua, really missed her family while they were gone. It took a little while for her to warm up to me and once I won her over, we went for a fun walk. she is really cute, and very sweet. People I saw during our walk commented on how cute she is. Luna the cat is a total love bug. It didn't take long for her to come to me for petting, and she and I became fast friends. Angie is super nice, and communication was easy. I would gladly housesit for her again.

Bernice & Palani

I loved my stay in Minneapolis! Bernice and Palani have a wonderful and comfortable home and they were intentional about ensuring I had what I needed to enjoy Minneapolis. Archie, Tito, and Romeo are all tidy and adorable characters who know their routines and are a joy to look after. I would sit for Bernice and Palani again any time.

Had an amazing time house sitting for Rebecca! She was so easy to communicate/coordinate with and very laid back. The cats are so fun and we enjoyed playing lots of games with them and watching their quirky personalities unfold. They are very easy to care for. Loved Rebecca’s place as well, super close to a great public beach and plenty of places to eat. Highly recommend!

Had a great sit in Kim’s lovely home, so comfortable, and the girls were gorgeous, and kept me company on the rainy days.
When the sun came out, I went off to Windsor great park, Virginia water, and Savill gardens and the sculpture exhibit.
