What a wonderful experience! Jill is a lovely host, very easy to communicate with and always on top of making sure Sheldon (the kitty) has all supplies. The house is charming and well maintained, it is conveniently situated in a safe and quiet area, trees all around. And Sheldon is a very special cat. He is sensitive and affectionate and loves his snacks (always!) and pets (once he gets to know you). A great sit. Very satisfied.
I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome by humans, felines and canines. What a great dog walking area along the Yeo River. I loved theses walks and dogs were very well trained. Cats were a delight and fun. Thank you all.
Our stay at Tracey and Paul's home was all too short. Hetty and Margot (and the elusive Cat) are wonderful animals; contrasting personalities and fun companions. Margot is full of Setter energy - she loves to run off lead bounding comedically through long grass, then snuggle on the sofa. Hetty is a senior citizen who takes her time enjoying her walks, reliably bringing up the rear. Both are well trained and easy to love. Paul and Tracey's home is adorable, surrounded by sheep pastures and beautiful ridge walks in a pastoral idyll. The rustic local pub is close at hand, the best Bagel shop in Christendom is nearby. The house is a beautiful mix of old and new, with lovely rooms and everything one could ask. We loved every minute of our stay. Tracey and Paul are kind and welcoming hosts who provided fulsome information and a warm welcome. Thank you, we wish we could have stayed far longer.
