What a unique start to a housesit, we applied and the booking was confirmed almost immediately. After a quick request (from us) for a phone call we had everything booked and confirmed within 3 hours.

Wendy and Allen were already in Costa Rica, hence the quick communication and need to find responsible sitters to look after their absolutely handsome cat Teddy. We never got the chance to meet Wendy, and Allen in person however their young daughter was able to provide a quick handover prior to flying out to join her parents on holiday. Wendy had given us a heads up that they weren't expecting to need a housesitter, so was unaware how the house would be for our arrival. There were some things to note, which we communicated with Wendy.

Teddy was the most fantastic cat to look after, he is such a well behaved handsome boy! We thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks we had with Teddy, he makes a great companion if you have a book you are reading or a show you are watching whatever you are up to Teddy is content as long as he can hang out with you. Teddy doesn't sleep in the bedroom, he has plenty of beds, and spaces around the house for his use this was A okay by us, sleep is important and Teddy allowed us to sleep in, such a good boy.

We would sit for Teddy again, this time we would hope to meet with Wendy, and Allen and have a direct handover. Would recommend to any sitters wanting to explore Port Moody.

Kate and her little son George were very welcoming. Milo was a gorgeous boy and a delight to take care of. He does get over excited at times, but he's only a pup and soon settles down. Some parts of Kate's house and garden are a work in progress, so not as smart as others, but all very useable. The street and neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful and near the lovely
Graylingwell Chapel with it's café as well as a great park with it's Pavilion Café. It's very near to all Chichester has to offer. I also enjoyed a great, mainly off - road cycle to Itchenor from the house. Thank you, Kate.

We had a lovely 2 weeks staying in Jann and Malcolm's beautiful home and garden, looking after the cutest maltipoo - Layla, and the elderly pussy cat, Lily. Jann and Malcolm were very welcoming and gave us detailed instructions on everything. I would particularly like to mention the guest bedroom which overlooks the garden and has THE most comfortable bed. Layla enjoyed going out with us - Cafe Giro being her favourite. For walks, the local woods were a perfect place for her to explore, and in the evening Layla loved nothing better than to snuggle up watching telly, after which she was happy to be put in her crate for the night's sleep. Not a peep 'til 7 am - admirable for such a young dog. Lily favoured the upstairs domain, away from the hustle and bustle, but was happy to say hello and have a rub behind her ear. We really enjoyed our time in Esher. Thank you for choosing us.

Victoria & Alessandro were charming, warm, and enthusiastic hosts. We loved getting to know Bromley and the stars of the show, Dory & Angus. Dory is an old Eastern European dowager, slow and imperious, but with a butter heart when you rub her belly. Angus is a spry and funny Highland laddie.
The house is a very comfortable and well laid-out Victorian that’s been remodeled and updated inside by V & A. The kitchen is genius. We’d absolutely stay with these Bromleyites again.

I really enjoyed my stay in Dalry at Melissa's place. Juno and Mishi are amazing pets with polar opposite personalities; they are fun and easy to care for 😊

Dalry has everything you need, even for a long stay. Melissa's house was easy to remote work from. Overall very good experience! Thank you, Melissa for being a great and considerate host :)

Nelson and his family are truly lovely people who did all they could to make my housesit a wonderful experience. They thought of everything including providing me with toiletries and special snacks. I enjoyed walking around their area with Gingersnap who is the smartest and funniest cat I've ever met. He is truly a character. I also found a great Mexican restaurant 2 minutes away by car and enjoyed it a bit too much. The neighbors were lovely and I enjoyed being in Austin. There were some last minute changes due to a sudden illness, and Nelson found me a lovely place to stay while this was sorted out. I truly am grateful for this family's solicitous regard for me. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet them and their amazing Gingersnap!
