Cat Sitters in Verdi, CA

Grace was amazing! Showed up and left exactly when she said she would. Left the house as she found it (maybe even tidier). And of course, most importantly, took such good care of our elderly cat, Oliver. She did all the stuff I told her he would enjoy but said was optional—giving him special treats, taking him outside in the backyard for some sun time, etc. And she asked up front what level of contact I would prefer while we were away and then followed through to a tee, sending a couple of photos per day. We would ask her to sit again in an instant!

I came home to two happy cats and a clean home. Sammy took the initiative when needed and was self-reliant while I was away. I could tell she and Jonas were capable and reliable that I was leaving my home in good hands.

Wendy and Mark were the best! They established immediate trust and rapport with Branca Boo, were playful and attentive, easily adapted to her feeding and walking schedules, enjoyed daily outings with her out and about Tucson, and often sent photos of the three of them having fun. The house was spotless upon our return (with even a few unexpected minor handyman repairs, thanks Mark!). What a relief to be able to enjoy a vacation knowing that our pooch and home were in such capable hands!

Lori and Brian took great care of my dog and cat(s). They were self-sufficient, friendly, and responsive. They left the house ready for us to return to after a very long trip and journey back home and even left some nice gifts for everyone as a thank-you. They are trustworthy and kind and will take good care of your furry family members!

Marina went above and beyond to take care of my house and fur baby! She was so tidy and thoughtful! My dog had an amazing time with her. She took him on many adventures and gave him lots of love and care. You won’t regret choosing Marina as a housesitter! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARINA!

Mary and Phil were amazing pet sitters and houseguests. They were responsive, reliable, clean and true animal lovers. Our two golden retrievers were well taken care of, and we returned home to a beautifully clean house and homemade cookies. We received photos and videos of our pups while we were away, which gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend Mary and Phil, and would love for them to sit for us again! 

I could not have asked for more in a house sitter. Alexis was attentive, caring, communicative; with a keen eye for detail. My elder cat had just recovered from major surgery and Alexis was a kind and confident caregiver. I was at ease leaving my old boy in her hands. I returned after three weeks to a happy cat and my home just as I left it; clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Alexis’ service.

Short story:: If you read no more, know that Barbara and Rick were excellent, considerate, loved on the kitties well, and asked questions when necessary. Long story:: I connected immediately with Barbara and Rick through messages. Our video chat sealed the deal. When you don't get an opportunity to meet someone in person it can be challenging but I implore you, take the opportunity with this couple and a sit at your house. We were gone a little more than 2 weeks and I had no worries the whole time. They sent photos and funny things the cats were "saying". Our house was well cared for and I wouldn't have known they were here were it not for the bottle of wine, little gift for my girls, flowers, and basic groceries being left for us. We will absolutely have them back only next time I'll say yes...bring your snow boots.

Lorena was wonderful, sending lots of updates and Curly seems to take to her and her son very well. Thanks for taking great care of my baby and we hope to have you back!

Jessie was new to my old house and managed everything perfectly. She communicated any questions she had during the 2.5 weeks I was gone and the house looked great when I returned. Lupe was happy and well cared for. I would happily recommend Jessie as a responsible sitter.
